All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The core of the invention is to provide a paper money storage box which can save the volume of each storage space and has simple structure. The other core of the invention is to provide a paper money processing device comprising the paper money containing box, which has simple structure and low cost.
Referring to fig. 1-3 and fig. 7 and 8, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of the banknote storage box according to the present invention (the top and one side of the box are not shown); FIG. 2 is a schematic view of the first movable partition of FIG. 1; FIG. 3 is a schematic view of the notches at both sides of the movable partition board in FIG. 1 being matched with ribs on the inner wall of the box body; FIG. 7 is a schematic view of the overall structure of the banknote storage box shown in FIG. 1; fig. 8 is a schematic view of fig. 7 from another perspective.
The invention provides a paper currency containing box, which comprises a box body 1, wherein a paper currency inlet 15 is arranged on one side of the box body 1, a paper currency conveying mechanism 2 and a stacking mechanism 4 butted with the paper currency conveying mechanism 2 are arranged in the box body 1, at least one movable partition plate 3 is also arranged in the box body 1 and used for dividing the internal space of the box body 1 into at least two containing spaces, the bottom of the movable partition plate 3 is rotatably connected with the bottom of the box body 1, when the movable partition plate 3 is collected, namely when the paper currency is not contained, the top ends of all the movable partition plates 3 are intersected at one position, the intersected position is positioned at the channel extending part of the stacking mechanism 4, and the stacking mechanism 4 is used for enabling paper currencies of different types to be orderly stacked in the corresponding containing spaces.
The movable partition boards 3 are correspondingly connected with the partition board driving devices 5 one by one, the partition board driving devices 5 are connected with the control device, and the control device is used for controlling the starting and stopping of each partition board driving device 5 so as to enable each partition board driving device 5 to drive or stop the corresponding movable partition board 3 to swing around the partition board rotating shaft, and therefore each movable partition board 3 can orderly act to open the storage space in which paper money needs to be stored, and close other storage spaces.
Preferably, the control means is connected to a banknote discriminating mechanism for detecting the type of banknotes entered into the casing to control each movable partition 3 to be sequentially operated to open the storage space corresponding to the current banknote type, so that the current banknotes are stacked in the corresponding storage space, according to the type of banknotes entered into the casing sent by the banknote discriminating mechanism.
Specifically, when a certain type of paper money needs to be fed into the corresponding storage space, the control device controls the corresponding movable partition 3 to operate, so that the top end of the corresponding movable partition 3 is away from the channel extension of the stacking mechanism 4, and finally, one of the two movable partitions 3 forming the storage space to be opened is away from the channel extension of the stacking mechanism 4, and the other movable partition is located at the channel extension of the stacking mechanism 4, so that the paper money slides down to the corresponding storage space along the movable partition 3 located at the channel extension by gravity.
When only one movable partition 3 is used to form two storage spaces together with two inner walls facing the casing 1, one of the storage spaces is normally open, that is: the paper money corresponding to the normally open storage space can directly slide into the normally open storage space along the movable partition plate 3, when the paper money is of another type, the movable partition plate 3 can be controlled by the control device to swing, the top end of the movable partition plate 3 is far away from the channel extending part of the stacking mechanism 4, and therefore the other normally closed storage space is opened, and the paper money can fall into the normally closed storage space.
The number of the movable partition plates 3 is not limited in the present invention, and the larger the number of the movable partition plates 3 is, the larger the number of the storage spaces formed by the movable partition plates 3 together with the inner wall of the casing 1 is. Different storage spaces are used for storing different types of paper money, and the different types of paper money comprise waste paper money, counterfeit paper money, forgotten recycled paper money, suspicious paper money and the like.
Preferably, the bottom of each movable partition 3 is arranged parallel to the two opposite side walls of the tank 1.
It should be noted that the number of the stacking mechanisms 4 in the present invention is one, that is, the present invention adopts one stacking mechanism 4 to stack different types of paper money in the corresponding storage spaces, and avoids the arrangement manner in the prior art, that is: each of the storage spaces is provided with a stacking mechanism 4 dedicated to stacking bills in the corresponding storage space. Therefore, the arrangement mode of the invention can avoid the stacking mechanism 4 from occupying the space of each storage space, and ensure that the storage spaces can stack paper money as much as possible to the maximum extent.
To further save space, it is preferable that the stacking mechanism 4 is provided near the bill inlet 15, which can reduce the conveying distance of the bill conveying mechanism 2. The banknote transfer mechanism 2 functions to connect the banknote inlet 15 and the stacking mechanism 4, and the banknote fed from the banknote inlet 15 is transferred to the stacking mechanism 4, and therefore, the shorter the transfer distance of the banknote transfer mechanism 2, the simpler the mechanism of the banknote transfer mechanism 2.
When the stacking mechanism 4 is disposed near the bill inlet 15, each movable partition 3 is disposed obliquely so that the tip of each movable partition 3 can intersect at the passage extension of the stacking mechanism 4. It is understood that the movable partition 3 farther from the stacking mechanism 4 has a gentler inclined surface and a longer length, and the movable partition 3 closer to the stacking mechanism 4 has a steeper inclined surface and a shorter length.
Note that, in the present embodiment, specific structures of the stacking mechanism 4 and the banknote transport mechanism 2 are not limited, and reference is made to the related art.
The specific structure of the partition driving device 5 in the present embodiment is not limited as long as the movable partition 3 can be driven to swing.
Preferably, the box body 1 comprises a box body 13 and a box upper cover 14, and the box body 13 and the box upper cover 14 are detachably connected.
In summary, in the banknote storage box provided by the present invention, the box body 1 is divided into at least two storage spaces by at least one movable partition 3, and when the movable partition 3 is retracted, the top ends of all the movable partitions 3 intersect at the channel extension of the stacking mechanism 4, so that different types of banknotes can be stacked in the corresponding storage spaces by one stacking mechanism 4, when in use, different types of banknotes are fed into the box body 1 through the banknote conveying mechanism 2 and are conveyed to the stacking mechanism 4 through the banknote conveying mechanism 2, and the control device controls the corresponding partition driving devices 5 to be activated, so that the partition driving devices 5 drive the corresponding movable partitions 3 to swing, so that the storage spaces in which the banknotes need to be stored are opened, and the banknotes output from the channels of the stacking mechanism 4 slide down into the corresponding storage spaces.
Compared with the prior art, the movable partition plates 3 are adopted to replace the fixed partition plates 6, the commutator is omitted, the top ends of all the movable partition plates 3 are intersected at one position, the stacking mechanism 4 is adopted to stack the paper money in each accommodating space, and the situation that the stacking mechanism 4 is arranged in each accommodating space to stack the paper money in the corresponding accommodating space in the prior art is avoided, so that the number of the stacking mechanisms 4 is reduced, the space occupied by the stacking mechanism 4 is saved, the paper money can be accommodated in each accommodating space as much as possible under the condition that the volume of a paper money accommodating box is fixed, the structure is simple, the maintenance is convenient, and the cost is low.
It can be understood that, because the stacking mechanism 4 and the banknote transfer mechanism 2 are disposed in the box 1, when the stacking mechanism 4 and the banknote transfer mechanism 2 are disposed at one side of the box 1, the movable partition 3 is separated from the sidewall of the box 1, so as to affect the receiving space formed by the movable partition 3 and the sidewall, and the banknotes in the receiving space are not stacked orderly, or the stacked banknotes are scraped when the stacking mechanism 4 moves, therefore, on the basis of the above embodiment, the box 1 is further provided with the vertically disposed fixed partition 6, and the top end of the fixed partition 6 is located at the channel extension. That is, the top end of the fixed partition 6 intersects with the top end of each movable partition 3, and the fixed partition 6 and the movable partition 3 adjacent thereto form a storage space for isolating the stacking mechanism 4 and the banknote transfer mechanism 2 from the outside of the storage space, thereby preventing the stacking mechanism 4 and the banknote transfer mechanism 2 from affecting the banknotes stacked in the storage space.
The position of the fixed partition 6 remains unchanged, and the bottom thereof is fixedly connected with the bottom of the box 1, preferably, the two are connected through bolts.
In view of the fact that when the movable partition 3 is too long or its inclined surface is too flat, bills are likely to be retained on the movable partition 3 when sliding down the movable partition 3, on the basis of any of the above embodiments, a timing belt conveying device 31 for preventing the retention of bills is optionally provided on the movable partition 3.
Specifically, the timing belt conveying device 31 includes a primary timing pulley, a secondary timing pulley, and a timing belt wound between the primary timing pulley and the secondary timing pulley. Preferably, the movable partition 3 is provided with an installation groove for installing the primary timing pulley and the secondary timing pulley, the primary timing pulley and the secondary timing pulley being rotatably provided in the installation groove, and a conveying plane of the timing belt is located on the top surface of the movable partition 3 and extends in the length direction of the movable partition 3. The top surface of the movable partition 3 refers to a surface of the movable partition 3 facing the top of the case 1.
Preferably, the movable partition 3 is optionally provided with at least two sets of timing belt conveyors 31, each set of timing belt conveyors 31 being disposed at intervals in the width direction of the movable partition 3.
Note that, when the movable partition 3 is long and flat, the paper money can be driven to slide down along the movable partition 3 by providing the timing belt conveying device 31; when the movable partition 3 is short and steep, the timing belt conveyor 31 may not need to be installed.
In view of the simplicity and ease of implementation of the specific structure of the stacking mechanism 4, on the basis of the above-described embodiment, the stacking mechanism 4 includes the impeller mechanism 41 for interfacing with the banknote transport mechanism 2 and the impeller driving device 42 connected to the impeller mechanism 41 for driving the impeller mechanism 41 to rotate, and the impeller driving device 42 is connected to the control device.
That is, the stacking mechanism 4 in this embodiment is a paddle type paper money stacking mechanism 4, and paper money is rotated together with the paddle mechanism 41 between the blades of the paddle mechanism 41, and when the paper money hits the movable partition 3, the paper money is separated from the paddle mechanism 41 and slides down along the movable partition 3.
In order to better transfer the paper money between the impeller mechanism 41 and the movable partition 3 and avoid the movable partition 3 from interfering with the rotation of the impeller mechanism 41, it is preferable that the tip of the movable partition 3 is provided with relief grooves for relieving the blades of the impeller mechanism 41, the number of the relief grooves corresponding to the number of turns of the blades of the impeller mechanism 41. The present invention is not particularly limited to the depth of the relief groove, and the deeper the relief groove, the shorter the distance between the impeller mechanism 41 and the tip of the movable partition 3.
Preferably, the impeller drive 42 includes an impeller drive motor, a gear mesh set connected to an output shaft of the impeller drive motor, and a synchronous pulley drive connected to an output shaft of the gear mesh set.
Preferably, the impeller driving motor is disposed outside the casing 1, and the gear engagement set includes an external engagement gear located outside the casing 1 and an internal engagement gear located inside the casing 1. When the impeller mechanism works, the external meshing gear drives the internal meshing gear to rotate under the driving of the impeller driving motor, and the impeller mechanism 41 is driven to rotate through the synchronous belt wheel transmission device.
In consideration of the power input mode of the timing belt transmission device 31 on the movable partition 3, on the basis of the above embodiment, the primary timing pulley of the timing belt transmission device 31 is connected to the rotating shaft of the impeller mechanism 41 through the first gear engagement mechanism 311, and when the movable partition 3 is retracted, the first gear engagement mechanism 311 is in an engaged state; or the main synchronous pulley is connected with a synchronous belt driving device arranged outside the box body 1 through a second gear meshing mechanism, and the synchronous belt driving device is connected with the control device.
That is, the timing belt transmission device 31 of the movable partition 3 may be connected to a power mechanism located outside the housing 1 and driven by a dedicated timing belt driving device, or may be used together with the impeller mechanism 41 and indirectly driven by a rotating shaft of the impeller mechanism 41.
Specifically, the first gear engagement mechanism 311 includes a first driving gear provided on the rotating shaft of the impeller mechanism 41, a first driven gear provided on the rotating shaft of the primary synchronous pulley, and an intermediate gear respectively engaged with the first driving gear and the first driven gear to transmit the power of the impeller driving motor to the synchronous belt transmission device 31.
It is understood that when the movable partition 3 is retracted, the top end of the movable partition 3 is located at the channel extension of the impeller mechanism 41, and the first gear engagement mechanism 311 is in an engaged state to transmit the power of the impeller driving motor to the timing belt conveyor 31 through the first gear engagement mechanism 311. When the top end of the movable partition 3 is far away from the channel extension of the impeller mechanism 41, the first gear engagement mechanism 311 is disengaged, and the timing belt conveyor 31 on the movable partition 3 can be prevented from operating when the paper money does not pass through the movable partition 3.
In order to avoid friction between the movable partition 3 and the inner wall of the box 1 when the movable partition 3 swings and to interfere with the swing of the movable partition 3, a certain gap is provided between both sides of the movable partition 3 and the side wall of the box 1, and in order to avoid the bills from falling through the gap between the movable partition and the side wall, in addition to the above-described embodiment, notches 32 are provided on both sides of the movable partition 3, and the box 1 is provided with ribs 11 protruding from the inner wall of the box 1 to be engaged with the notches 32.
That is to say, set up the rib 11 that bulges the box 1 inner wall at the inner wall of box 1 and compensate the gap between movable baffle 3 and the box 1 inner wall, for having better anti-drop paper money effect, set up the breach 32 with rib 11 one-to-one respectively in the both sides of movable baffle 3, and rib 11 bulges to this breach 32 department and this breach 32 cooperation.
Preferably, the notches 32 are triangular notches 32 and the ribs 11 are triangular ribs 11.
In order to further prevent the banknote from falling, teeth for concave-convex engagement may be provided on the rib 11 and the notch 32, respectively.
Since the movable partition 3 is disposed obliquely when the movable partition 3 is retracted, in view of the stability of the position of the movable partition 3, in addition to the above-described embodiment, the case 1 is provided with a stopper 12 for supporting the movable partition 3 when the movable partition 3 is retracted.
That is, when the movable partition 3 is folded, the bottom surface of the movable partition 3 is abutted against the stopper 12, and the stopper 12 supports the movable partition 3 to prevent the movable partition 3 from swinging down to the bottom of the box 1 under the action of gravity.
In this embodiment, the specific arrangement manner of the stopper 12 is not limited, and the stopper 12 may be a protruding structure on the side wall of the box 1, or a limiting structure on the side wall of the box 1, as long as the stopper 12 can extend to the bottom surface of the movable partition 3. The bottom surface of the movable partition 3 refers to a surface of the movable partition 3 facing the bottom of the casing 1.
Further, on the basis of the above embodiment, the movable partition 3 is connected to an elastic member for driving the movable partition 3 to press the stopper 12.
That is, the present embodiment urges the movable partition 3 to return by the elastic member, and keeps the movable partition 3 in its stowed state.
The specific structure of the elastic member is not limited in this embodiment, for example, the elastic member may be a torsion spring sleeved on the partition rotating shaft of the movable partition 3, or may be an extension spring having one end connected to the bottom surface of the movable partition 3 and the other end connected to the bottom surface of the box body 1, or a compression spring having one end connected to the top surface of the movable partition 3 and the other end connected to the side wall or the top surface of the box body 1, or may be other elastic supporting members.
In consideration of the power input problem when the movable partition 3 swings, on the basis of the above embodiment, the partition driving device 5 includes a partition driving motor, a driving gear 51 connected to an output shaft of the partition driving motor, and a driven gear 52 in meshing transmission with the driving gear 51, the driven gear 52 is connected to a partition rotating shaft of the movable partition 3, and the bottom of the casing 1 is provided with a receiving groove for receiving the driven gear 52.
That is, in the present embodiment, the power of the partition driving motor is transmitted to the movable partition 3 through the meshing transmission of the driving gear 51 and the driven gear 52, thereby driving the movable partition 3 to swing.
The operation of the banknote storage box will be described below by taking an embodiment as an example. In this embodiment, the casing 1 is divided into three housing spaces by two movable partitions 3 and one fixed partition 6, and for the convenience of description, the two movable partitions 3 are a first movable partition 33 and a second movable partition 34, respectively, the first movable partition 33 is provided with a timing belt conveying device 31, and the three housing spaces are a first housing area, a second housing area, and a third housing area, respectively, from a direction away from the stacking mechanism 4 to a direction close to the stacking mechanism 4.
