releasing the vehicle from the parking lot;
prior to said determining a parking fee for said vehicle, comprising:
querying a historical arrearage record of the vehicle;
the querying the historical arrearage record of the vehicle comprises:
when only the license plate number of the vehicle is successfully matched with the license plate number in the historical arrearage record, inquiring the cost in the historical arrearage record corresponding to the license plate number of the vehicle;
or inquiring the cost in the historical arrearage record corresponding to the identity information of the vehicle driver when only the identity information of the vehicle driver is successfully matched with the identity information of the driver in the historical arrearage record;
or when the license plate number of the vehicle and the identity information of the vehicle driver are successfully matched with the license plate number and the identity information of the driver in the historical arrearage record, inquiring the cost in the historical arrearage record corresponding to the license plate number of the vehicle and the identity information of the vehicle driver.
2. The method of claim 1, after said querying fees in the historical arrears record corresponding to the license plate number of the vehicle, comprising:
