冷轧钢具有良好的性能,即通过冷轧,可以得到厚度更薄、精 度更高的冷轧带钢和钢板,平直度高、表面光洁度高、冷轧钢表面清 洁光亮、易于进行涂镀加工、品种多,用途广,同时具有冲压性能高 和不时效、屈服点低的特点,所以冷轧钢具广泛的用途。但冷轧钢容 易受腐蚀和表面稳定性差,往往耗能大,成本高,对环境也造成很大 的污染。
以上就成了冷轧钢带行业亟待解决的问题。

本发明要解决上述问题提供一种耐腐蚀性强,表面稳定性好,耐 磨擦、耐热、耐寒,成本低,且节能,环保的冷轧钢带用稳定剂。
