技术领域
本发明涉及钢管技术领域,尤其是一种防腐蚀钢管。
背景技术
防腐钢管是指经过防腐工艺加工处理,可有效防止或减缓在运输与使用过程中发生化学或电化学反应发生腐蚀现象的钢制管道。根据我国统计数据,每年国内的钢管腐蚀直接经济损失2800多亿,目前全球每年因钢管腐蚀损失高达5000亿美元。防腐钢管可有效地防止或减缓腐蚀。
传统的金属给排管因为长埋地下,特别容易腐蚀生锈,甚至造成穿、堵塞等严重问题。而现有的防腐蚀管道生产成本高、防腐蚀效果不佳,使用寿命短,使用成本高。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种防腐蚀钢管。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用采用的技术方案如下:
一种防腐蚀钢管,包括钢管,所述钢管外表涂有胶黏剂,所述胶黏剂外涂有一层环氧粉末涂层,所述环氧粉末涂层外涂有一层聚乙烯涂层。
进一步的,所述环氧粉末的颗粒大小为120~150μm。
进一步的,所述聚乙烯层外还涂有第二层聚乙烯层。
进一步的,所述第二层聚乙烯层外还有一层环氧煤沥青。
采用本发明的技术方案的有益效果是:本发明的防腐蚀钢管防腐效果好,制作简单,成本低,采用环氧煤沥青作为防腐蚀层具有干燥迅速,附着力好、柔韧性好的特点,而且环氧煤沥青具有耐酸、耐碱、耐盐、耐水、耐盐的特点,环氧粉末防腐涂层具有涂覆操作简便、无污染、涂层抗冲击性和抗弯曲性能好、耐高温等优点。

如图1所示,本发明的防腐蚀钢管,包括钢管1,所述钢管1外表涂有胶黏剂2,所述胶黏剂2外涂有一层环氧粉末涂层3,所述环氧粉末涂层3外涂有一层聚乙烯涂层4。所述环氧粉末的颗粒大小为120~150μm。所述聚乙烯层4外还涂有第二层聚乙烯层5。所述第二层聚乙烯5层外还有一层环氧煤沥青6。

1.一种防腐蚀钢管,包括钢管,其特征在于:所述钢管外表涂有胶黏剂,所述胶黏剂外涂有一层环氧粉末涂层,所述环氧粉末涂层外涂有一层聚乙烯涂层。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防腐蚀钢管,其特征在于:所述环氧粉末的颗粒大小为120~150μm。
