本发明涉及一种节能的冷轧钢材料。
背景技术
冷轧板具有良好的性能,即通过冷轧,可以得到厚度更薄、精 度更高的冷轧带钢和钢板,平直度高、表面光洁度高、冷轧板表面清 洁光亮、易于进行涂镀加工、品种多,用途广,同时具有冲压性能高 和不时效、屈服点低的特点,所以冷轧板具广泛的用途。但冷轧钢容 易受腐蚀和表面稳定性差,往往耗能大,成本高,对环境也造成很大 的污染。
以上就成了冷轧钢板行业亟待解决的问题。

本发明要解决上述问题提供一种耐腐蚀性强,表面稳定性好,耐 磨擦、耐热、耐寒,成本低,且节能,环保的冷轧钢材料。
为实现上述技术目的,本申请采用如下技术方案:
一种节能的冷轧钢材料,其特征在于,按重量计由以下原料配制 而成:C:0.01-0.05%,Si:0.02-0.75%,Mn:0.1-1.0%, P:0.01-0.04%,Ti:0.13-0.18%,Nb:0.01-0.04%,B: 0.003-0.008%,Cr:16.0-18.0%、Al:0.001-0.10%、N:0.01-0.06%。
如上所述的一种节能的冷轧钢材料,其特征在于,按重量计由以 下原料配制而成:C:0.04%,Si:0.50%,Mn:0.9%,P:0.03%,Ti: 0.15%,Nb:0.03%,B:0.006%,Cr:17%、Al:0.07%、N:0.05%。
