The present invention aims to solve at least one of the problems described above, and the object is achieved by the following technical means.
The invention provides a membrane component for an annular piece, which comprises a bottom membrane, a product membrane and a release membrane which are sequentially and detachably connected, wherein the product membrane is of an annular structure, a first notch is formed in the radial outer edge of the annular structure, the first notch extends to the radial inner side of the annular structure, and when the product membrane is attached to the surface of the annular piece, the first notch is positioned at the arc-shaped corner of the annular piece, and the width of the first notch can be reduced so as to attach the product membrane to the arc-shaped corner.
Optionally, the first notch extends radially inward of the annular structure by a length equal to two-thirds of the width of the annular structure.
Optionally, the first notch is a first V-shaped structure, lengths of two sides of the first V-shaped structure are equal, and a first included angle between the two sides of the first V-shaped structure is 20 ° to 40 °.
Optionally, the number of the first notches is multiple, and each first notch is equally spaced around the circumference of the annular structure.
Optionally, a second notch is formed at a radially outer edge of the annular structure between two adjacent first notches, the second notch extends radially inward of the annular structure, and when the product film is attached to the surface of the annular member, the second notch is located at an arc-shaped corner of the annular member and the width of the second notch can be reduced, so that the product film is attached to the arc-shaped corner.
Optionally, the extension of the second notch to the radially inner side of the annular structure is equal to one third of the width of the annular structure.
Optionally, the second notch is a second V-shaped structure, lengths of two sides of the second V-shaped structure are equal, and a second included angle between the two sides of the second V-shaped structure is 50 ° to 70 °.
Optionally, a third notch is formed at a radially outer edge of the annular structure between the first notch and the second notch, the third notch extends radially inward of the annular structure, and when the product film is attached to the surface of the annular member, the third notch is located at a position of an arc-shaped corner of the annular member and a width of the third notch can be reduced so as to attach the product film to the position of the arc-shaped corner.
Optionally, the extension length of the third notch is equal to the extension length of the second notch.
Optionally, the second notch is a third V-shaped structure, lengths of two sides of the third V-shaped structure are equal, and a third included angle between the two sides of the third V-shaped structure is 65 ° to 85 °.

The product film sticking device has the advantages that the structure is simple, bubbles or folds in the product film sticking process can be eliminated, so that the positioning accuracy of the annular piece during assembly is guaranteed, the requirement of automatic production is met, the quality of a product is guaranteed, meanwhile, the product film after sticking can be used as a protective film after product assembly, film sticking operation is not required, the production efficiency is improved, and the manufacturing cost of the product is reduced.

Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
In a specific embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides a membrane assembly for an annular member, which includes a base membrane 1, a product membrane 2 and a release film 3 that are detachably connected in sequence, wherein the product membrane 2 has an annular structure, a first notch 21 is formed at a radially outer edge of the annular structure, the first notch 21 extends radially inward of the annular structure, and when the product membrane 2 is attached to a surface of the annular member, the first notch 21 is located at an arc-shaped corner of the annular member, and a width of the first notch 21 can be reduced to attach the product membrane 2 at the arc-shaped corner. Specifically, the film assembly of the annular piece comprises three layers, namely, the bottom film 1, the product film 2 and the release film 3, wherein the product film 2 is positioned between the bottom film 1 and the release film 3, when the annular piece is subjected to film pasting operation, the bottom film 1 and the product film 2 are firstly separated, the product film 2 is pasted at the pasting position corresponding to the annular piece, in the pasting process, the position of the product film 2, which is not provided with the first notch 21, is aligned and pasted with the plane part of the annular piece, the position of the first notch 21 is arranged at the arc-shaped corner position of the annular piece, the product film 2 at two sides of the position of the first notch 21 is folded, so that the product film 2 can be pasted at the arc-shaped corner position of the annular piece, air bubbles or folds caused by folding the product film 2 can be discharged through the air in the air bubbles or the air in the folds through the first notch 21, and after the pasting of the product film 2 is completed, the release film 3 and the product film 2 are separated, and the pasting of the product film 2 and the annular piece are completed.
The product film 2 is simple in structure, bubbles or folds in the product film 2 mounting process can be eliminated, so that the positioning accuracy of the annular piece during assembly is guaranteed, the requirement of automatic production is met, the quality of a product is guaranteed, meanwhile, the mounted product film 2 can be used as a protective film after the product is assembled, the film mounting operation is not required, the production efficiency is improved, and the manufacturing cost of the product is reduced.
It should be understood that the shape of the product film 2 is adapted to the shape of the annular member, and the position of the first notch 21 corresponds to the position of the arc-shaped corner on the annular member, when the product film 2 on two sides of the first notch 21 is attached at the arc-shaped corner position, the product film 2 is close to each other, on one hand, the transition of the product film 2 at the arc-shaped corner position can be realized, the smooth attachment of the product film 2 is ensured, and on the other hand, the coverage space of the product film 2 on the annular member can be increased, thereby increasing the protection area of the annular member.
It should be noted that, the one side of the product film 2 is connected with the bottom film 1 in a separable manner through static electricity, and the other side of the product film 2 is connected with the release film 3 in a separable manner through static electricity, however, the static electricity between the product film 2 and the release film 3 is greater than the static electricity between the product film 2 and the bottom film 1, through the structure, the effective separation of the bottom film 1 and the product film 2 can be realized, and the separation of the product film 2 and the release film 3 caused by the separation of the bottom film 1 in the separation process of the product film 2 is avoided, so that the smooth mounting of the product film 2 is ensured. Meanwhile, the thickness of the product film 2 is 0.06-0.09 mm, and the bending in the mounting process of the product can be effectively guaranteed through the structure, so that the mounting process is smoothly and effectively carried out, and the strength of the product film 2 can be increased, so that the phenomenon of surface scratch of the annular piece caused by external environmental factors can be effectively avoided.
With continued reference to fig. 2, it is further understood that the first notch 21 extends radially inward of the annular structure by a length equal to two-thirds of the width of the annular structure. In the above structure, the first notch 21 extends from the radially outer edge of the annular structure to the radially inner side of the annular structure, and the extension length (H1 in fig. 2 represents the extension length of the first notch) is equal to two thirds of the annular structure width (H in fig. 2 represents the annular structure width), in the mounting process of the product film 2, when the wrinkles or bubbles occur, as the first notch 21 extends to two thirds of the annular structure width, when the wrinkles or bubbles occur at a position close to the first notch 21, the air in the wrinkles or bubbles can be discharged through the first notch 21, and when the wrinkles or bubbles occur at a position close to the radially outer side of the annular structure, the air in the wrinkles or bubbles can be discharged through the radially outer side of the annular structure, and the wrinkles or bubbles can be further prevented from being generated in the film pasting process by the annular member through the structure, so that the positioning accuracy of the annular member in the mounting process can be ensured, the requirement of automatic production can be met, and the quality of the product can be ensured.
With continued reference to fig. 2, further, the first notch 21 is a first V-shaped structure, two sides of the first V-shaped structure have equal lengths, and a first included angle between the two sides of the first V-shaped structure is 20 ° to 40 °. Through setting the first breach 21 to first V type structure, can effectively increase the width of first breach 21, in the operation in-process that the annular piece carries out dress product film 2, because first breach 21 sets up the position at the arc corner of annular piece, product film 2 turns over, and two sides of first V type structure are close to in opposite directions, can increase the movable distance of two sides of first V type structure through the angle scope of above-mentioned first V type structure to can effectively satisfy the pad pasting demand of annular piece arc change position.
In addition, the first contained angle (α1 in fig. 2 indicates first contained angle) between two sides of first V type structure can be 20 °, 30 ° or 40 ° etc. the preferred scheme in this application is contained angle 30 ° between two sides of first V type structure, satisfies the pad pasting demand of the arc corner position of ring-shaped piece through this angle on the one hand, on the other hand can effectively increase product membrane 2 to the coverage area of ring-shaped piece.
With continued reference to fig. 2, further, the number of the first notches 21 is plural, and each of the first notches 21 is disposed at equal intervals around the circumference of the annular structure. When the annular piece is used for attaching the product film 2, wrinkles or bubbles at each position of the product film 2 can be eliminated, so that the quality of the annular piece after the annular piece is attached to the product film 2 is improved, the positioning accuracy of the annular piece during assembly is further ensured, the requirement of automatic production is met, and the quality of a product is ensured.
With continued reference to fig. 2, further, a second notch is formed at the radially outer edge of the annular structure between two adjacent first notches 21, the second notch extends radially inward of the annular structure, and when the product film 2 is attached to the surface of the annular member, the second notch is located at the arc-shaped corner of the annular member and the width of the second notch can be reduced, so as to attach the product film 2 at the arc-shaped corner. Specifically, the second notch is formed at the radial outer edge of the annular structure of the product film 2 and extends to the radial inner side of the annular structure, the second notch is located at the middle part position of two adjacent first notches 21, in the mounting process, the position of the product film 2, where the second notch is not formed, is aligned and attached to the plane part of the annular part, the positions of the first notch 21 and the second notch are respectively arranged at the arc corner positions of the annular part, the product film 2 on two sides of the position of the first notch 21 and the product film 2 on two sides of the position of the second notch are respectively folded, so that the product film 2 can be attached to the arc corner positions of the annular part, in addition, air bubbles or folds caused by folding of the product film 2 can be discharged through the first notch 21 or the second notch, after the mounting of the product film 2 is completed, the release film 3 is separated from the product film 2, and the mounting of the product film 2 and the annular part is completed.
The ability of eliminating folds or bubbles can be further enhanced through the cooperation of the first notch 21 and the second notch, the quality of the annular piece after film pasting is further improved, and therefore the positioning precision of the annular piece during assembly is guaranteed, the requirement of automatic production is met, and the quality of products is guaranteed.
It is to be understood that the number of the second notches is plural, and each second notch is provided in the middle between two adjacent first notches 21, respectively, by which convenience in the mounting process of the ring-shaped member can be realized, so that the quality of the product film 2 for mounting the ring-shaped member is ensured.
With continued reference to fig. 2, further, the second notch extends radially inward of the annular structure by a length equal to one third of the width of the annular structure. In the above structure, the second notch extends from the radially outer edge of the annular structure to the radially inner side of the annular structure, and the extension length (H2 in fig. 2 represents the extension length of the second notch) is equal to one third of the annular structure width (H in fig. 2 represents the annular structure width), when the wrinkles or bubbles appear in the mounting process of the product film 2, as the second notch extends to one third of the annular structure width, when the wrinkles or bubbles are close to the second notch, the air in the wrinkles or bubbles can be discharged through the second notch, when the wrinkles or bubbles are close to the radially outer side of the annular structure, the air in the wrinkles or bubbles can be discharged through the radially outer side of the annular structure, and when the wrinkles or bubbles are close to the first notch 21, the air in the wrinkles or bubbles can be discharged through the first notch 21.
With continued reference to fig. 2, further, the second notch is a second V-shaped structure, the lengths of two sides of the second V-shaped structure are equal, and a second included angle between the two sides of the second V-shaped structure is 50 ° to 70 °. With continued reference to fig. 2, it is specifically understood that the radially outer edge of the annular structure between the first notch 21 and the second notch is provided with a third notch 23, the third notch 23 extends radially inward of the annular structure, and when the product film 2 is attached to the surface of the annular member, the third notch 23 is located at the position of the arcuate corner of the annular member and the width of the third notch 23 can be reduced to attach the product film 2 at the position of the arcuate corner.
Specifically, the third notch 23 is formed at the radially outer edge of the annular structure of the product film 2 and extends to the radially inner side of the annular structure, the third notch 23 is located at the middle position between the first notch 21 and the second notch, in the mounting process, the position where the second notch is not formed on the product film 2 is aligned and attached to the plane part of the annular piece, the positions of the first notch 21, the second notch and the third notch 23 are respectively arranged at the arc-shaped corner positions of the annular piece, the product film 2 on two sides of the position of the first notch 21, the product film 2 on two sides of the position of the second notch and the product film 2 on two sides of the position of the third notch 23 are respectively folded, so that the product film 2 can be attached to the arc-shaped corner positions of the annular piece, and in the mounting process, air bubbles or folds caused by folding the product film 2 can be discharged through the first notch 21, the second notch or the third notch 23, after the mounting of the product film 2 is completed, the product film 3 and the product film 2 are separated, and thus the mounting of the product film 2 and the annular piece is completed.

With continued reference to fig. 2, specifically, the extension length of the third notch 23 is equal to the extension length of the second notch. In this structure, the third notch 23 extends from the outer edge of the radial structure of the annular structure to the radial inner side of the annular structure, and the extension length (H3 in fig. 2 represents the extension length of the third notch) is equal to one third of the width of the annular structure (H in fig. 2 represents the width of the annular structure), when the wrinkles or bubbles occur during the mounting of the product film 2, since the third notch 23 extends to one third of the width of the annular structure, when the wrinkles or bubbles occur at a position close to the third notch 23, the air in the wrinkles or bubbles can be discharged through the third notch 23, when the wrinkles or bubbles occur at a position close to the second notch, the air in the wrinkles or bubbles can be discharged through the second notch, when the wrinkles or bubbles occur at a position close to the radial outer side of the annular structure, the air in the wrinkles or bubbles can be discharged through the first notch 21, when the wrinkles or bubbles occur at a position close to the first notch 21, the air in the wrinkles or bubbles can be discharged through the third notch 23, the wrinkles or bubbles can be discharged through the third notch, the wrinkles or bubbles can be discharged through the air in the wrinkles or bubbles can be discharged through the position, the wrinkles or bubbles can be discharged through the air in the radial outer layer, and air can be discharged through the air, when the wrinkles or bubbles can be air in the air or air.

Furthermore, the radial outer edge of the annular structure of the product film 2 is provided with the handheld portion 24 towards the radial outer side of the annular structure, the handheld portion 24 is respectively connected with the third notches 23 on two sides, when the annular piece is used for attaching the product film 2, the handheld portion 24 can be attached to the surface of the annular piece, or can be attached to the surface of the annular piece, as the product film 2 is used as the product film 2 after the product is assembled, the handheld portion 24 is arranged, and a user can separate the product film 2 from the product by pulling the handheld portion 24 in the process of using the product, so that the convenience of use of the user is improved, and the use experience of the user is further improved.
