Abstract

The first protective film is connected with the second protective film through the preset connecting structure, the first protective film can at least protect the area printed with the black matrix on the glass cover plate, the overall yield of products is guaranteed, and the waste production cost is reduced.
Description
Technical Field
The disclosure relates to the field of product manufacturing, in particular to a pad printing protective film and a pad printing protective film adhesive tape.
Background
In the pad printing process of glass cover plate (i.e. manufacturing process), the process requirement for product appearance protection is involved. No matter be smooth glass apron or the glass apron of 3D cambered surface, glass apron and tool contact in the printing process, and the surface all easily causes fish tail or dirty, reduces the product yield, need to paste the protection film to product two sides (being concave surface and convex surface for the glass apron of 3D cambered surface), ensures product appearance yield.
The existing traditional convex protective film has the size of 1:1 of the product, the appearance of the convex product can be effectively protected, and the concave protective film needs to reserve an ink printing area for printing a black matrix (BM for short) so that when the convex protective film is pasted, the concave surface of the product can rub against a bearing tool, and the concave surface is easily scratched and easily stained with the surface of a jig to be dirty; in the transportation process from the pre-pad coating to the pad printing line, particles in the environment can fall to the BM area on the concave surface, so that the high occurrence of poor contamination after printing is caused.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the embodiments of the present disclosure provide a pad printing protection film and a pad printing protection film tape, so as to solve the following problems in the prior art: when the convex protective film is pasted and covered in the prior art, the concave surface of the product can rub with a bearing tool, so that the concave surface is extremely easy to scratch, the surface of the jig is easily contaminated, the contamination is poor and high after printing, and the yield of the product is reduced.
In one aspect, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a pad printing protection film, including: the first protective film, the second protective film and the first glue connection structure; wherein the first protective film protects at least a region of the glass cover plate where the black matrix is printed, and the second protective film protects at least a region other than the region where the black matrix is printed; the first glue connecting structure is arranged on the first surface of the second protective film and used for connecting the second protective film and the glass cover plate; the first protective film and the second protective film are connected by a predetermined connection structure including at least one of: a connecting structure formed by coating glue, and a connecting structure in a multi-point connecting mode.
In some embodiments, the second surface of the second protective film is provided with the predetermined connection structure for connecting the second protective film and the first protective film, wherein the predetermined connection structure is the connection structure formed by applying glue; the first protection film is arranged on one side, away from the second protection film, of the preset connection structure.
In some embodiments, the predetermined attachment structure has a bonding strength less than a bonding strength of the first glue attachment structure.
In some embodiments, a first surface of the first protection film is provided with a second glue connection structure, and the second glue connection structure is used for connecting the first protection film and the glass cover plate; the first protection film is of a hollow structure, the first surface of the second protection film and the first surface of the first protection film are in the same horizontal plane, the inner edge of the first protection film and the outer edge of the second protection film are connected through the predetermined connection structure, and the predetermined connection structure is a connection structure of the multi-point connection mode.

In another aspect, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a pad printing protection film tape, including: the transfer printing protective film comprises a release film, a roll core and a plurality of transfer printing protective films which are arranged on the release film and are provided with any one embodiment of the disclosure; the release film is rectangular, the release film is wound on the roll core, and the transfer printing protective film is distributed on the release surface of the release film in an array manner along the length direction of the release film.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present disclosure more clear, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present disclosure will be described below clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings of the embodiments of the present disclosure. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are only a few embodiments of the present disclosure, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the described embodiments of the disclosure without any inventive step, are within the scope of protection of the disclosure.
Unless otherwise defined, technical or scientific terms used herein shall have the ordinary meaning as understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this disclosure belongs. The use of "first," "second," and similar terms in this disclosure is not intended to indicate any order, quantity, or importance, but rather is used to distinguish one element from another. A first embodiment of the present disclosure provides a pad printing protective film, a structural schematic of which may be as shown in fig. 1, including:
a first protective film 1, a second protective film 2, a first glue connection structure 3 (not shown in fig. 1, which will appear in subsequent figures); wherein, the first protective film 1 at least protects the area printed with the black matrix on the glass cover plate (i.e. the outer ring area in the figure), and the second protective film 2 at least protects the other area (i.e. the inner ring area in the figure) except the area printed with the black matrix; a first glue connecting structure 3 is arranged on the first surface of the second protective film 2, and the first glue connecting structure 3 is used for connecting the second protective film and the glass cover plate; the first protective film 1 and the second protective film 2 are connected 4 by a predetermined connection structure including at least one of: a connecting structure formed by coating glue, and a connecting structure in a multi-point connecting mode.
When the transfer printing protective film is produced in batch, the first glue connection structure can be further used for being pasted on the release film, of course, the first glue connection structure is finally pasted on the inner side of the glass cover plate, and when the glass cover plate is a 3D cambered glass cover plate, the inner side is a concave surface.
The area of the first glue connection structure can be completely the same as that of the first surface of the second protection film, and of course, the area of the first surface of the second protection film can also be smaller than that of the first surface of the second protection film, and the first glue connection structure can be set according to actual requirements. For the prior art, only the second protection film shown in fig. 2 exists, so that the BM region around the product is not protected, and the disclosed embodiment realizes the protection of the BM region by arranging the first protection film.
The first protection film is connected with the second protection film through the preset connecting structure, the first protection film can at least protect the area of the glass cover plate where the black matrix is printed, the fact that the glass cover plate corresponds to the area when the black matrix is printed is guaranteed that scratches and dirt do not exist, the overall yield of products is guaranteed, and the waste production cost is reduced.
The predetermined connection structure may be a connection structure formed by applying glue, a connection structure in a multi-point connection form, and the like, and the embodiments of the present disclosure will exemplify the above two structures, but do not limit the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 3, a cross-sectional view of the pad printing protective film in the case where the predetermined connection structure is a connection structure formed by applying glue. In the pad printing protective film, a second surface of the second protective film 2 is provided with a predetermined connecting structure 4, and the predetermined connecting structure 4 is used for connecting the second protective film 2 and the first protective film 1; and a first protection film 1 disposed on a side of the predetermined connection structure 4 away from the second protection film 2.
In order to facilitate the printing of the subsequent BM area, the bonding strength of the predetermined connection structure can be set to be smaller than that of the first glue connection structure, so that the first protection film can be torn off to leave only the second protection film.
As shown in fig. 4, a schematic view of the pad printing protective film in the case where the predetermined connection structure is a connection structure of a multi-point connection type. The preset connecting structure is formed in a ridging line mode, a dotted line in the drawing is a ridging line in the process, each adjacent virtual line segment is a part of the pad printing protective film, and each connecting point between every two adjacent virtual line segments forms a multi-point connecting type connecting structure. A second glue connection structure is arranged on the first surface of the first protection film on the pad printing protection film and used for connecting the first protection film and the glass cover plate; the first protection film is of a hollow structure, the first surface of the second protection film and the first surface of the first protection film are in the same horizontal plane, and the inner edge of the first protection film and the outer edge of the second protection film are connected through a preset connecting structure.
In order to facilitate the printing of the subsequent BM area, the bonding strength of the second glue connection structure can be set to be smaller than that of the first glue connection structure, so that the first protection film can be torn off, and only the second protection film can be left.
In the concrete implementation, the covering area enclosed by the outer edge of the first protective film is the same as the unfolding area of the inner surface of the glass cover plate, and the shape of the covering area is consistent with that of the unfolding area of the inner surface of the glass cover plate. For the case that the predetermined connection structure is a connection structure formed by applying glue, since the first protection film is adhered to the second protection film through the predetermined connection structure, the size of the first protection film needs to be consistent with the expansion size of the concave surface of the 3D glass cover plate, and the projection size of the second protection film compared with the first protection film needs to be increased by 2mm on the basis of the expansion size distance of the BM region to reserve a sufficient space for printing the BM region.
Regardless of the predetermined attachment configuration, the combined thickness of the predetermined combination is desirably in the range of 0.04mm to 0.05mm, wherein the predetermined combination includes at least one of: the combination of the first protection film and the preset connecting structure, the combination of the first protection film and the second glue connecting structure, and the combination of the second protection film and the first glue connecting structure.
For example, as shown in fig. 5, the first protective film and/or the second protective film are provided with a protective film tearing handle, when tearing, the first protective film can be torn off by directly applying force to the tearing handle (a in the drawing) of the first protective film in a direction opposite to the direction of the second protective film, and subsequently, if the second protective film is to be torn off, the second protective film can be directly pulled off. For example, fig. 6 is a schematic view of a tear-off handle in the case of a multi-point connection type connection structure, in which a first protection film (ring-shaped shaded region) and a second protection film (middle region) are integrated, i.e. manufactured by an integrated process, and then a predetermined connection structure is obtained by a ridging line, wherein the size of the integrated protection film is consistent with the size of the concave surface of the glass cover plate; before pad printing, the ridge line shown in fig. 6 is torn, the first protection film above the BM is torn along the ridge line, and the second protection film can be torn off later with reference to fig. 5. The design aims at protecting the concave BM area in the film covering process, and compared with the scheme shown in figure 5, the cost of the protective film material is lower.
In a preferred embodiment, the glue used in the first glue connection structure and/or the second glue connection structure is acrylic glue, so as to achieve a better adhering and tearing effect.
The embodiment of the present disclosure also provides a pad printing protective film adhesive tape, as shown in fig. 7, including:
the transfer printing protective film comprises a release film, a roll core and a plurality of transfer printing protective films arranged on the release film in any one of the embodiments of the disclosure; the release film is rectangular, the release film is wound on a winding core, and the transfer printing protective films are distributed on the release surface of the release film along the length direction of the release film in an array mode.
During implementation, the winding core is preferably a hollow winding core so as to be matched with the film coating machine table for use, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
The existing transfer printing protective film pasting sequence is as follows: concave protective film → flip → convex protective film. The whole roll of the concave surface protection film (i.e. the transfer printing protection film adhesive tape) is placed on a roller of a machine table, personnel adjust the machine to ensure that the protection film is attached to a product, and the edge of the protection film is flush with the product. When the front protection film is pasted, the product pasted with the concave protection film can be accurately aligned on the jig. Because of the shielding effect of the first protective film, when the convex protective film is pasted, the scratching condition of the BM area on the back and the jig can be avoided, and the bad ratio of scratch and dirt can be greatly reduced.
Before transfer printing, the film is coated to the transfer printing transportation process, and the surface of a product in a transfer printing feeding waiting area can be effectively prevented from falling ash, so that the printing dirt proportion is reduced. Before the product is loaded, the first protective film is torn off, and the second protective film is left. Because the first protective film and the second protective film have different corresponding adhesive force, the second protective film is not taken down when the first protective film is torn off, and the second protective film is taken as a protective film of a pad printing process to continuously flow downwards.
Through above-mentioned scheme, the bat printing protection film becomes bilayer structure by traditional individual layer, and first protection film pastes on the second protection film, and the shape is unanimous with product concave surface development size. When the convex protective film is pasted, the concave BM area can be shielded by the first protective film to avoid direct contact with the carrier, thereby avoiding scratching and dirt generation in the process. In the transportation process from pre-pad coating to pad printing, environmental dust can be prevented from falling to the BM area of the concave surface of the product. the first glue connecting structure is arranged on the first surface of the second protective film and used for connecting the second protective film and the glass cover plate;
the first protective film and the second protective film are connected by a predetermined connection structure including at least one of: a connecting structure formed by coating glue, and a connecting structure in a multi-point connecting mode.

the second surface of the second protective film is provided with the predetermined connecting structure, and the predetermined connecting structure is used for connecting the second protective film and the first protective film, wherein the predetermined connecting structure is formed by coating glue;
