When the cloth cover cone is unfolded, the ropes on the connecting points and the corresponding fixing piles are firstly fixed, then the lengths of the ropes are adjusted, so that the waterproof fabric part of the cloth cover cone is put into water at one side of the floating platform, at the moment, the ropes fixed by the fixing piles close to the cloth cover cone are shorter, the ropes fixed by the fixing piles far away from the cloth cover cone are longer, and the connecting point fixed by the shortest ropes is also below the water surface. When the cloth cover cone is placed in water, water flows in from the empty bottom surface position of the cloth cover cone, and along with the continuous sinking of the heavy objects arranged at the top points in the water, the cloth cover cone is continuously unfolded, and the water also continuously flows in. When the cloth cover cone is basically fully unfolded, the longer ropes can be shortened and fixed, so that the cloth cover cone is in a positive reverse cone shape and is positioned right below the floating platform. When the cloth cover cone is retracted, part of ropes positioned on one side of the floating platform can be pulled up, other ropes are lengthened or released, the cloth cover cone is inclined in water and gradually discharges water in the cloth cover cone, the waterproof fabric connected with the part of ropes is continuously pulled up after the part of ropes are pulled up until the waterproof fabric is completely pulled out of the water surface, and then the cloth cover cone is retracted.
In the alternative scheme, the cloth cover cone is not sealed at the vertex of the cone, a small number of gaps are reserved, water can conveniently enter rapidly during unfolding, and the unfolding and folding speeds of the cloth cover cone are increased.
Preferably, the plurality of fixing piles form each vertex of the regular polygon in position, and the connecting points on the cloth cones form each vertex of the regular polygon correspondingly.
Preferably, the apex of the cloth cover cone is fixed with a rope inside the cone, and when the cloth cover cone is unfolded in water, the other end of the rope is on the floating platform. Preferably, all ropes are made of buoyant material, so that the ropes can be conveniently found when operating on water, and the ropes are prevented from losing control.
