技术领域
本发明涉及纺织面料领域,特别涉及一种加热内暖面料。
背景技术
伴随着纺织行业发展的日渐成熟,关于服装面料的功能性创新已不是1个新鲜话题。近几年来,打着防晒、防水、防紫外线旗号亦或是宣称具有各种药理保健功能的面料不断问世。但是大多都还是停留在对面料的原材料天然物理特性的研究,或通过涂膜、涂层改进面料功能特性等。对于生活在寒冷季节或地区的人们来说,更需要一种既可保留面料舒适轻薄,又能自主选择加热保暖的新型面料。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种加热内暖面料,采用碳纤维加热丝和蓄热纱线进行编织,形成加热保暖功能层,解决了现有的面料加热保暖性能不理想,舒适性差的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:一种加热内暖面料,包括面料本体;所述面料本体包括耐磨表层、隔热层、防水绝缘层、加热保暖功能层和舒适层;所述舒适层、加热保暖功能层、防水绝缘层、隔热层和耐磨表层从内向外依次层叠设置,通过透气微孔热熔胶热压层叠复合;所述加热保暖功能层以碳纤维加热丝作为经纱,以蓄热纱线作为纬纱,采用1/1平纹组织结构编织而成;所述碳纤维加热丝由碳纤维长丝加捻并股而成;所述蓄热纱线呈包芯纱结构,所述蓄热纱线的芯部为碳化锆微粒,在所述蓄热纱线的芯部外螺旋包缠有聚酯纤维短纤。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述蓄热纱线以易水解长丝浸润碳化锆微粒分散液烘干后,与所述聚酯纤维短纤纺织成纱线,对所述易水解长丝进行水解后,形成所述蓄热纱线。

通过上述技术方案,本发明技术方案的有益效果是:本发明结构合理,采用碳纤维加热丝和蓄热纱线编织而成的加热保暖功能层,碳纤维加热丝在低电压工作区进行工作时具有良好的发热效果,具有发热高效性、控温精确性、移动发热性、使用安全性和穿着舒适性等特点,同时碳纤维加热丝在在发热时产生远红外线,具有热敷保健的作用。而蓄热纱线通过碳化锆微粒能够吸收可见光和红外线并储存,然后转变成热能,缓慢释放,在碳纤维加热丝加热保暖过程中,蓄热纱线能够吸收红外线,提高热转化效率,同时能够起到持续保暖的功能,在碳纤维加热丝不工作时,蓄热纱线也能吸收人体释放的红外线,使本发明较普通面料温度提高1-5℃;防水绝缘层能够有效保证加热保暖功能层的性能,而隔热层的阻燃隔热性能好,透气性好,耐磨表层可以有效保证面料本体的耐磨性能和抗撕裂性能,提高面料的整体强度和使用寿命,舒适层使本发明穿着柔软舒适,亲肤贴身。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例
结合图1,本发明公开了一种加热内暖面料,作为一种智能服装面料,可以进行电加热,同时具有良好的蓄暖性能。本发明包括面料本体。面料本体采用层叠式结构,包括耐磨表层5、隔热层4、防水绝缘层3、加热保暖功能层2和舒适层1。舒适层1、加热保暖功能层2、防水绝缘层3、隔热层4和耐磨表层5从内向外依次层叠设置,通过透气微孔热熔胶热压层叠复合。加热保暖功能层2以碳纤维加热丝作为经纱,以蓄热纱线作为纬纱,采用1/1平纹组织结构编织而成,可以充分发挥碳纤维加热丝和蓄热纱线的性能。碳纤维加热丝由碳纤维长丝加捻并股而成。蓄热纱线呈包芯纱结构,蓄热纱线的芯部为碳化锆微粒,在蓄热纱线的芯部外螺旋包缠有聚酯纤维短纤。具体的,蓄热纱线以易水解长丝浸润碳化锆微粒分散液对碳化锆微粒进行加载,然后烘干后,与聚酯纤维短纤纺织成纱线,优选的采涡流纺工艺纺制成纱,纱线纤度少,条干均匀,包缠效果好。然后再进行水解,使易水解长丝充分水解,形成蓄热纱线。易水解长丝可以为易水解氨纶丝或易水解PLA丝。
本发明中的碳纤维加热丝由200-600根碳纤维长丝加捻并股而成;碳纤维长丝的直径为0.5-2μm。为了提高发热效率,也可以在碳纤维加热丝内部的碳纤维长丝采用无加捻的直芯结构,在碳纤维加热丝外部的碳纤维长丝进行螺旋包缠,保持碳纤维长丝不出现散脱。同时,可以在碳纤维长丝通过浸渍涂覆绝缘涂层。
为了提高本发明的耐磨性能,耐磨表层5由芳纶纤维纱线作为经纱和纬纱,采用斜纹组织结构编织而成。
为了充分发挥本发明各层的性能,隔热层4为阻燃粘胶纤维无纺布。防水绝缘层3为PTFE薄膜。舒适层1为纯棉汗布、氨纶汗布、蚕丝无纺布、天丝无纺布、牛奶纤维无纺布、羊毛绒布、兔毛绒布中的一种。
通过上述具体实施例,本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构合理,采用碳纤维加热丝和蓄热纱线编织而成的加热保暖功能层2,碳纤维加热丝在低电压工作区进行工作时具有良好的发热效果,具有发热高效性、控温精确性、移动发热性、使用安全性和穿着舒适性等特点,同时碳纤维加热丝在在发热时产生远红外线,具有热敷保健的作用。而蓄热纱线通过碳化锆微粒能够吸收可见光和红外线并储存,然后转变成热能,缓慢释放,在碳纤维加热丝加热保暖过程中,蓄热纱线能够吸收红外线,提高热转化效率,同时能够起到持续保暖的功能,在碳纤维加热丝不工作时,蓄热纱线也能吸收人体释放的红外线,使本发明较普通面料温度提高1-5℃;防水绝缘层3能够有效保证加热保暖功能层2的性能,而隔热层4的阻燃隔热性能好,透气性好,耐磨表层5可以有效保证面料本体的耐磨性能和抗撕裂性能,提高面料的整体强度和使用寿命,舒适层1使本发明穿着柔软舒适,亲肤贴身。

Claims (8)
1.一种加热内暖面料,其特征在于,包括面料本体;所述面料本体包括耐磨表层、隔热层、防水绝缘层、加热保暖功能层和舒适层;所述舒适层、加热保暖功能层、防水绝缘层、隔热层和耐磨表层从内向外依次层叠设置,通过透气微孔热熔胶热压层叠复合;所述加热保暖功能层以碳纤维加热丝作为经纱,以蓄热纱线作为纬纱,采用1/1平纹组织结构编织而成;所述碳纤维加热丝由碳纤维长丝加捻并股而成;所述蓄热纱线呈包芯纱结构,所述蓄热纱线的芯部为碳化锆微粒,在所述蓄热纱线的芯部外螺旋包缠有聚酯纤维短纤。
2.根据权利要求1所述的加热内暖面料,其特征在于,所述蓄热纱线以易水解长丝浸润碳化锆微粒分散液烘干后,与所述聚酯纤维短纤纺织成纱线,对所述易水解长丝进行水解后,形成所述蓄热纱线。
3.根据权利要求2所述的加热内暖面料,其特征在于,所述易水解长丝为易水解氨纶丝或易水解PLA丝。
4.根据权利要求3所述的加热内暖面料,其特征在于,所述碳纤维加热丝由200-600根碳纤维长丝加捻并股而成;所述碳纤维长丝的直径为0.5-2μm。
5.根据权利要求4所述的加热内暖面料,其特征在于,所述耐磨表层由芳纶纤维纱线作为经纱和纬纱,采用斜纹组织结构编织而成。
6.根据权利要求4所述的加热内暖面料,其特征在于,所述隔热层为阻燃粘胶纤维无纺布。
7.根据权利要求6所述的加热内暖面料,其特征在于,所述防水绝缘层为PTFE薄膜。
8.根据权利要求7所述的加热内暖面料,其特征在于,所述舒适层为纯棉汗布、氨纶汗布、蚕丝无纺布、天丝无纺布、牛奶纤维无纺布、羊毛绒布、兔毛绒布中的一种。
