step three: the small-sized components 5 which are derusted and heated again enter a collecting cage 19 in a plastic dipping device 18 from a second conveying channel 15, a stirring device below the collecting cage 19 is started, and a turning blade 24 and a stirring blade 25 on the stirring device realize mutual replacement and uniform stirring of upper molding powder and lower molding powder under the driving action of a driving piece 23;
step four: the upper molding powder is guided by the air guide valve 20 and the injection valve 28 to complete the overturning and the shifting of the upper molding powder, and complete the full plastic dipping operation of the small-sized component 5.

the material of the small-sized component is iron or stainless steel;
the first rust removing device comprises a base, a small vibrating screen arranged on the base, a shell for sealing and wrapping the small vibrating screen and a rust removing plate which is arranged in the shell and is driven by a motor and a connecting shaft to swing in a high-frequency and small-amplitude manner, wherein a high-frequency and low-amplitude vibrator is arranged on the side edge of the rust removing plate, and arc rust removing blocks are uniformly distributed at the bottom at equal intervals;
the second rust removing device comprises a fixed outer cylinder and an inner cylinder with adjustable height, the inner cylinder stores molten tin, holes for the molten tin to enter and exit are formed in the bottom of the outer cylinder, and the top of the inner cylinder and the bottom of the outer cylinder are inclined and matched with the first conveying channel and the second conveying channel;
the plastic dipping device comprises a collecting cage in butt joint with the second conveying channel and a stirring device arranged below the collecting cage and used for stirring plastic powder, the stirring device comprises a driving piece arranged on the outer side of the plastic dipping device, a rotating shaft connected with the driving piece, a turning blade and a stirring blade arranged on the rotating shaft, an air guide valve and an injection valve are arranged on the outer side of the collecting cage, and the air guide valve and the injection valve are connected with the injection device through a main pipeline;
the stirring blades comprise main blades uniformly distributed on two sides of the rotating shaft, an extension auxiliary blade is fixedly connected to the surface of the main blade, which is opposite to the rotating shaft, and the auxiliary blade is obliquely arranged relative to the main blade;
a steel wire brush is arranged between two adjacent arc-shaped rust removing blocks;
the bottom of the inner cylinder is connected with a telescopic device capable of adjusting the height of the inner cylinder.

step one: placing a small component to be derusted and impregnated into a first derusting device from a feed inlet, starting a small vibrating screen and a high-frequency small-amplitude swinging derusting plate, enabling the small component to move up and down under the excitation action of the small vibrating screen, continuously beating the small component back and forth under the action of the high-frequency small-amplitude swinging derusting plate, an arc-shaped derusting block and a steel wire brush, and completing rebound derusting operation of the small component in a cavity;
step two: the small-sized components after the rebound rust removal operation enter a second rust removal device from the first conveying channel, and molten tin in the second rust removal device is used for immersing impurities and greasy dirt on the small-sized components, and completely dissolving or gasifying the impurities and greasy dirt to remove rust and heat again;
step three: the small components subjected to derusting and heating again enter a collecting cage in the plastic dipping device from a second conveying channel, a stirring device below the collecting cage is started, and the turning blades and the stirring blades on the stirring device realize mutual replacement and uniform stirring of upper plastic powder and lower plastic powder under the driving action of a driving piece;
step four: the upper molding powder is guided by the air guide valve and the injection valve to finish the overturning and shifting of the upper molding powder, and the full plastic dipping operation of the small-sized component is finished.
