The circumferential correction module 22 comprises a circumferential correction strategy comprising an acquisition step, a heating step and a correction step; the acquiring step comprises acquiring position information and correction amount information according to the circumferential correction information; the heating step includes determining a position corresponding to the position information on the spring body 30, and heating the corresponding position by a heating part 410; the correcting step includes driving the circumferential adjusting part 420 to move according to the correction amount information, where the correction amount information reflects a rotation direction and a rotation angle of the circumferential adjusting part. The circumferential correction module includes a circumferential correction strategy, which is described by way of example below: the first time the circumferential offset of the corresponding coil is detected to be +5 units in the 30 degree direction, and the other coils are normal, then only the 30 degree position of the coil needs to be heated, then the circumferential direction adjustment part 420 is rotated in the forward direction, and then the correction is completed.

Claims (10)

1. A spring circumferential deviation correcting device is used for machining a spring structure, and the spring structure comprises a spring body, and a lower positioning sheet and an upper positioning sheet which are arranged at two ends of the spring body; the device is characterized by comprising a base and a controller;
the base is provided with a fixing mechanism, the fixing mechanism is used for fixing the spring structure, and the fixing mechanism is fixed with the spring structure through the lower positioning sheet;
the detection mechanism comprises a detection driving piece, a detection retaining piece, a detection feedback structure and a detection feed needle, the detection driving piece is used for driving the detection feedback structure to move in the vertical direction, the detection feed needle is arranged on the detection feedback structure, a feedback cavity is formed in the detection feedback structure, the lower end of the detection feed needle forms a free end outside through a abdicating hole arranged on the feedback cavity, the upper end of the detection feed needle is suspended in the feedback cavity, and the detection feed needle is movably connected with the feedback cavity through the abdicating hole; the detection retaining piece is arranged on the detection feedback structure, a limiting bulge is arranged on the detection feed needle, the detection retaining piece is used for pressing or loosening the detection feed needle on the abdicating hole, the detection retaining piece is connected to the detection feedback structure, when the detection feedback structure moves downwards, one end of the detection feed needle is in contact with the upper positioning sheet of the spring body, when the detection retaining piece presses the detection feed needle, the detection feed needle applies extrusion force to the spring body under the driving of the detection feedback structure, and when the detection retaining piece loosens the detection feed needle, the detection feed needle retracts to the feedback cavity under the elastic force action of the spring body; a detection part is arranged in the feedback cavity and used for detecting the upward movement track of the detection feed needle under the action of elastic force so as to generate spring state information, and the spring state information comprises radial deviation information;
the limiting mechanism is arranged on the base and comprises a limiting driving part and a limiting clamping plate, and the limiting driving part is used for driving the limiting clamping plate to move so that the limiting clamping plate enters a gap between the spring coils in the spring body;
the base is provided with an actuating mechanism, the actuating mechanism comprises a heating part and a circumferential adjusting part, the heating part is used for heating the spring body at any position of the spring body, and the circumferential adjusting part is arranged on the fixing mechanism and used for rotating the lower positioning sheet along the circumferential direction of the spring body;
the controller comprises a measuring module and a circumferential correction module, the measuring module generates a spring model information group by acquiring spring state information acquired by a spring body under the limiting state of different positions of a limiting mechanism, a preset ideal model information group is compared with the spring model information group, circumferential correction information is acquired according to deviation, and the circumferential correction module controls the heating part and the circumferential adjusting part to work according to the circumferential correction information so as to reduce circumferential deviation between a new spring model information group and the ideal model information group.
2. The spring circumferential correction device according to claim 1, wherein the circumferential correction module comprises a circumferential correction strategy, and the circumferential correction strategy comprises an acquisition step, a heating step and a correction step;
the acquiring step comprises acquiring position information and correction amount information according to the circumferential correction information;
the heating step comprises the steps of determining a position corresponding to the position information on the spring body, and heating the corresponding position through a heating part;
the correcting step comprises the step of driving the circumferential adjusting part to move according to the correction amount information, wherein the correction amount information reflects the rotating direction and the rotating angle of the circumferential adjusting part.

The spring circumferential deviation correcting device of claim 1, wherein the fixing mechanism is provided with a first cooling compensator, the first cooling compensator is in contact with the lower spacer, the first cooling compensator transmits cooling energy from the lower spacer to the spring body when operating, and the first cooling compensator operates when the heating portion operates.
4. The spring circumferential direction correcting device according to claim 3, wherein a second cooling compensator is provided on the restricting mechanism, the second cooling compensator is in contact with the restricting nip, the second cooling compensator transmits cooling energy from the restricting nip to the spring body when operating, and the second cooling compensator operates when the heating portion operates.
5. The spring circumferential direction correcting device according to claim 1, wherein the heating part includes a heating plate and a heating robot for moving the heating plate, and the heating part contactingly transfers heat to a target position on the spring body.
6. The spring circumferential deviation correcting device of claim 5, wherein the heating plate is provided with a thermal feedback device for detecting the temperature of the target position on the spring body, and when the temperature of the target position reaches a preset temperature, the corresponding circumferential adjusting part is controlled to work.

The spring circumferential direction correcting device according to claim 1, wherein the detecting and retaining member comprises a retaining pressure rod, a retaining driving portion and a retaining damping portion, the retaining driving portion is used for driving the retaining pressure rod to move downwards to press the detecting feed pin, the retaining damping portion is used for accumulating damping potential energy when the retaining pressure rod moves downwards, so that the retaining damping portion enables the retaining pressure rod to be retracted upwards under the driving of the damping potential energy when the retaining driving portion stops working.
8. The spring circumferential deviation correcting device according to claim 1, wherein an identification point is arranged at a top of an upper end of the detection feed needle, and the detection portion is provided with an image collector for collecting a movement track of the identification point in the feedback cavity to generate the spring state information.
9. The spring circumferential deviation correcting device of claim 1, wherein the detecting portion comprises a plurality of infrared detecting units, and the infrared detecting units are used for detecting a motion track of the top of the upper end of the detecting feed pin to generate the spring state information.
10. The spring circumferential deviation correcting device of claim 1, wherein the base further comprises a cooling portion, the cooling portion comprises a cooling plate and a cooling manipulator for driving the cooling plate to move, and the cooling plate guides cooling energy into the spring body in a contact manner.
