Abstract
一种防治辽东烤烟靶斑病的植物源复合制剂及制备和喷施方法,主要源于植物提取物,植物源复合制剂主要组成包括:苦参碱、血根碱、核桃皮黄酮、氨基寡糖素、有机硅、聚氧乙烯醚、硫酸铜和纳米生物质炭粉剂。在植物源复合制剂生产过程中,将上述物质按比例添加到温度25℃‑30℃的水中,边添加边搅拌,充分混合均匀。本发明的植物源复合制剂是生产有机绿色农产品优选生物制剂,无毒无害并可自然降解,既能实现抑制烤烟生长过程中靶斑病的爆发,又有利于减少其它真菌或细菌性病害的发生率,并可扩展用于烟草、果树、蔬菜等农业作物,对生态农业和绿色农业发展具有重要的现实意义。

技术领域
本发明属于作物绿色生物防控技术领域,具体涉及一种防治辽东烤烟靶斑病的植物源复合制剂及制备和喷施方法。
背景技术
烟草靶斑病(Rhizoctonia solani Kuhn)是我国近年来出现的烟草新病害,它是一种由Rhizoctonia solani AG-3(立枯丝核菌)引起的真菌病害,该病害在哥斯达加的烟草植株上被发现,并且对其病原菌进巧了鉴定,确定其为瓜亡革菌属担跑子。
近年来,该病害在我国东北地区大面积流行,是一种潜育期短、流行性快的国内烟草新病害,对烟叶品质和产量均造成了巨大的损失。烟草靶斑病从烟苗到成熟期均可发病,多半发生在烟草打顶到成熟期之间叶片上。病斑初期为褐色的圆形水溃状小斑点,随着病斑慢慢扩大,形成近乎白色透明的斑点,随后病斑迅速扩大成直径在2-10cm间的不规则型病斑。有研究表明,烟草靶斑病的病菌除了可以侵染烟草植株外,还能对甜菜、番茄、茄子等多种农作物进行侵染,可见烟草靶斑病会对农业生产造成一定的阻碍,探究出防治烟草靶斑病的制剂及技术已经刻不容缓。
目前烟叶生产上采用的主要防治措施有种植抗病品种和化学药剂防治,但是抗病品种存在数量少、抗性易丧失的问题,化学药剂存在污染环境、残留和病菌产生抗药性问题。王左斌等研究并报道指出在烟草靶斑病的田间试验中,施用6%密肽菌净水剂600倍液的防治效果与甲基托布津700倍液的对照相当。伏颖等进行10余种药剂对烟草靶斑病菌的室内抑菌作用研究,试验结果表明代森锰锌和菌核净的抑菌效果较好。
目前,关于靶斑病的防治主要采用化学制剂方法,但一方面,化学制剂的防治效果有待进一步提高;另一方面,随着烟草制品的农残检测越来越严格,化学药剂的施用和残留已经成为烟草行业普通关注的问题。因此,基于植物源提取的复合制剂的防治技术具有绿色环保的优势,有利于促进我国病虫害防治朝着生态农业的目标转变。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供一种防治辽东烤烟靶斑病的植物源复合制剂,所述植物源复合制剂包括以下重量百分比的物质,其中,苦参碱1.0-1.2%、血根碱1.0-1.5%、核桃皮黄酮0.5-0.8%、氨基寡糖素1.0-2.0%、有机硅0.1-0.2%、聚氧乙烯醚0.1-0.2%、硫酸铜0.5-1.5%和纳米生物质炭粉剂0.5-1.0%。
本发明还提供一种上述的植物源复合制剂的制备方法,其中,将苦参碱1.0-1.2%、血根碱1.0-1.5%、核桃皮黄酮0.5-0.8%、氨基寡糖素1.0-2.0%、有机硅0.1-0.2%、聚氧乙烯醚0.1-0.2%、硫酸铜0.5-1.5%和纳米生物质炭粉剂0.5-1.0%按上述重量百分比混合,添加到水中,边添加边搅拌,充分混合均匀。
其中,所述苦参碱,选用苦参作为原料,采用95%乙醇萃取法,在65-70℃进行提取。
其中,所述血根碱,选用博落回原料,采用95%乙醇提取方法获得。
其中,所述核桃皮黄酮,选用青核桃皮作为原料,采用乙醇浓度65%,在水浴温度65℃的条件下进行提取。
其中,所述纳米生物质炭粉剂,选用花生壳、木屑或竹子作为原料,在400-450℃条件下进行炭化,然后采用梯级粉碎方式进行处理,首先粉碎至20目,再装入球磨粉碎机进行再撞击粉碎,然后过纳米筛分选。
本发明又提供一种上述的植物源复合制剂的喷施方法,将苦参碱1.0-1.2%、血根碱1.0-1.5%、核桃皮黄酮0.5-0.8%、氨基寡糖素1.0-2.0%、有机硅0.1-0.2%、聚氧乙烯醚0.1-0.2%、硫酸铜0.5-1.5%和纳米生物质炭粉剂0.5-1.0%按上述重量百分比混合,然后用量筒定容至100ml;
将复配好的液体稀释500-1000倍,采用喷雾的方法,在烟叶打顶后喷施一次,然后10天后再喷施一次;若喷施后下雨,次日再喷施一次。
其中,该植物源复合制剂禁止与酸性物质混合施用。

(3)本发明所述一种防治辽东烤烟靶斑病的植物源复合制剂的喷施方法,具有施用简单,操作方便,减少化学农药残留的特点,具有绿色防治效果。
(4)本发明的植物源复合制剂是生产有机绿色农产品的优选复合制剂,原料主要源于植物提取物,无毒无害并可自然降解,可广泛用于烟草、果树、蔬菜等农业作物,有利于保障农业性生产,对生态农业和绿色农业发展具有重要的现实意义。
具体实施方式
为让本发明的上述及其他目的、特征及优点能更明显易懂,下文结合优选的实施例对本发明的原理及作用方式做进一步说明。
实施例一
将苦参碱1.0%、血根碱1.2%、核桃皮黄酮0.8%、氨基寡糖素1.5%、有机硅0.1%、聚氧乙烯醚0.1%、硫酸铜1.0%和纳米生物质炭粉剂0.6%按上述比例混合,然后用量筒加水,水温为25℃,边添加边搅拌,充分混合均匀,定容至100ml。
其中,所述苦参碱,选用苦参作为原料,采用95%乙醇萃取法,在65-70℃进行提取。所述血根碱,选用博落回原料,采用95%乙醇提取方法获得。所述核桃皮黄酮,选用青核桃皮作为原料,采用乙醇浓度65%,水浴温度65℃方法进行。所述纳米生物质炭粉剂,选用花生壳、木屑或竹子作为原料,在400-450℃条件下进行炭化,然后采用梯级粉碎方式进行处理,首先粉碎至20目,再装入球磨粉碎机进行再撞击粉碎,然后过纳米筛分选。

表1为采用实施例一的制剂的病害调查分析,利用同等条件下的相邻地块,CK(对照)为未喷施制剂、仅喷施等量的水的植株发病率及病情分级,T(处理)为喷施了制剂的植株发病率及病情分级。为表1可以看出,喷施了实施例一所述制剂的植株发病率显著降低,病情分级也降低为1级。可见本发明的制剂具有良好的防治技术效果。

实施例二
按照上述工艺,将苦参碱1.2%、血根碱1.1%、核桃皮黄酮0.5%、氨基寡糖素1.3%、有机硅0.2%、聚氧乙烯醚0.2%、硫酸铜1.2%和纳米生物质炭粉剂0.6%的比例,然后用量筒加水,水温为30℃,边添加搅拌,充分混合均匀,定容至100ml。
其中,所述苦参碱,选用苦参作为原料,采用95%乙醇萃取法,在65-70℃进行提取。所述血根碱,选用博落回原料,采用95%乙醇提取方法获得。所述核桃皮黄酮,选用青核桃皮作为原料,采用乙醇浓度65%,水浴温度65℃方法进行。所述纳米生物质炭粉剂,选用花生壳、木屑或竹子作为原料,在400-450℃条件下进行炭化,然后采用梯级粉碎方式进行处理,首先粉碎至20目,再装入球磨粉碎机进行再撞击粉碎,然后过纳米筛分选。
将复配好的液体稀释500-1000倍,采用喷雾的方法,在烤烟打顶后喷施一次,然后10天后再喷施一次。如果喷施后下雨,次日再喷施一次。
表2为采用实施例二的制剂的病害调查分析,利用同等条件下的相邻地块,CK(对照)为未喷施制剂、仅喷施等量的水的植株发病率及病情分级,T(处理)为喷施了制剂的植株发病率及病情分级。从表2可以看出,喷施了实施例二所述制剂的植株发病率显著降低,病情分级也降低为1级。可见本发明的制剂具有良好的防治技术效果。

需要说明的是,当与其他物质混合施用时,该植物源复合制剂禁止与酸性物质混合施用,即,仅可与中性或碱性物质混合施用。

Claims (8)
1.一种防治辽东烤烟靶斑病的植物源复合制剂,其特征在于,所述植物源复合制剂包括以下重量百分比的物质,其中,苦参碱1.0-1.2%、血根碱1.0-1.5%、核桃皮黄酮0.5-0.8%、氨基寡糖素1.0-2.0%、有机硅0.1-0.2%、聚氧乙烯醚0.1-0.2%、硫酸铜0.5-1.5%和纳米生物质炭粉剂0.5-1.0%。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的植物源复合制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,其中,将苦参碱1.0-1.2%、血根碱1.0-1.5%、核桃皮黄酮0.5-0.8%、氨基寡糖素1.0-2.0%、有机硅0.1-0.2%、聚氧乙烯醚0.1-0.2%、硫酸铜0.5-1.5%和纳米生物质炭粉剂0.5-1.0%按上述重量百分比混合,添加到水中,边添加边搅拌,充分混合均匀。
3.一种如权利要求2所述的植物源复合制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述苦参碱,选用苦参作为原料,采用95%乙醇萃取法,在65-70℃进行提取。
4.一种如权利要求2所述的植物源复合制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述血根碱,选用博落回原料,采用95%乙醇提取方法获得。
5.一种如权利要求2所述的植物源复合制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述核桃皮黄酮,选用青核桃皮作为原料,采用乙醇浓度65%,在水浴温度65℃的条件下进行提取。
6.一种如权利要求2所述的植物源复合制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述纳米生物质炭粉剂,选用花生壳、木屑或竹子作为原料,在400-450℃条件下进行炭化,然后采用梯级粉碎方式进行处理,首先粉碎至20目,再装入球磨粉碎机进行再撞击粉碎,然后过纳米筛分选。
7.一种如权利要求1所述的植物源复合制剂的喷施方法,其特征在于,将苦参碱1.0-1.2%、血根碱1.0-1.5%、核桃皮黄酮0.5-0.8%、氨基寡糖素1.0-2.0%、有机硅0.1-0.2%、聚氧乙烯醚0.1-0.2%、硫酸铜0.5-1.5%和纳米生物质炭粉剂0.5-1.0%按上述重量百分比混合,然后用量筒定容至100ml;
将复配好的液体稀释500-1000倍,采用喷雾的方法,在烟叶打顶后喷施一次,然后10天后再喷施一次;若喷施后下雨,次日再喷施一次。
8.一种如权利要求7所述的植物源复合制剂的喷施方法,其特征在于, 该植物源复合制剂禁止与酸性物质混合施用。
