Example one
One of the scenarios applied in the embodiment of the present invention is as follows: in the same group, the employees are assigned with conference room reservation authorities according to the company to which the employees belong, the employees of the company can reserve local conferences or video conferences in the company to which the employees belong, but the employees of the company do not have the authority to reserve conference rooms of companies which are not owned, and the employees of different companies need to hold multi-party video conferences.
For example. A three-party video conference is wanted among employees of company A, employees of company B and employees of company C, but the employees of company A, the employees of company B and the employees of company C have no authority to book the video conference comprising a conference room of company A, a conference room of company B and a conference room of company C, and only a local conference (only the conference room is reserved) or the video conference of the company can be respectively preset. At this time, one of the employees of the company a, the employee of the company B, and the employee of the company C reserves the video conference in the company, and the other two parties respectively reserve the local conferences of the company to which the employees belong, and at this time, the party who reserves the video conference can initiate a conference merging process by the conference merging method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, and the video conference of the party and the local conferences of the other two parties are merged into a new video conference.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a conference merging method according to an embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the conference merging method is executed in a server, and as shown in fig. 1, the method may include:
s101, receiving a conference merging request sent by a first client corresponding to a video conference, wherein the conference merging request comprises first conference information corresponding to the video conference and second conference information corresponding to a local conference to be merged.
And S102, generating merged conference examination and approval information according to the conference merging request, wherein the merged conference examination and approval information is used for acquiring indication information of whether the local conference and the video conference are agreed to be merged, and the merged conference examination and approval information comprises first conference information.
And S103, sending the merged conference approval information to a second client corresponding to the local conference.
And S104, receiving reply information of the approval information of the combined conference returned by the second client, wherein the reply information comprises indication information of whether the conference combination is approved or not.
And S105, merging the conference according to the reply information.
The conference approval information can also comprise second conference information.
The number of local conferences to be merged may be one, or two or more.
Each local conference occupies an independent conference room, and all participants of one local conference are in the same conference room, so that the local conference can be regarded as a party conference.
Wherein the video conference is a multi-party conference with at least two parties. Each participant of the video conference is in the same conference room and participants of different parties of the video conference are in different conference rooms.
Video conferencing requires video resources provided in the background to support. Video resources are a general term for resources used to support the functions of multimedia information exchange, transmission, multipoint call and connection in a video conference. The video resources may include an MCU (Multi Control Unit, a multipoint Control Unit, which is a central Control device of a video conference system and is also called a multipoint conference controller) used for the video conference, a bandwidth occupied by the video conference, and the like.
It should be noted that, in a scenario where a video conference and a local conference are merged, the conference merging is initiated by a client corresponding to the video conference, and cannot be initiated by a client corresponding to the local conference.
It should be noted that in a scenario where the video conference and the local conference are merged, the start time of the local conference needs to be earlier than or equal to the start time of the video conference, and the end time of the local conference may be earlier than, equal to, or later than the end time of the video conference.
By the embodiment of the invention, when the meeting organizer can not reserve some meeting rooms due to meeting room conflict or meeting room special permission limitation, but needs to use the meeting rooms which can not be reserved, authorized users may be asked to respectively subscribe to a local conference (e.g., in the case where the employee is assigned conference room reservation authorization by the company to which the employee belongs, and the users of the conference to be established by the organizer are from different companies, the users of the different companies may be asked to respectively subscribe to local conferences of the company to which the organizer of the conference subscribes to a video conference, then a conference organizer initiates a merging application to a local conference which can not be reserved by the organizer, the local conference is merged into a video conference reserved by the organizer after the agreement of the applicant of the local conference, and a new video conference is generated, therefore, the video conference and the local conference are combined, and the video conference and the local conference are accessed into the same video conference.
For example. Suppose that a subscribes to the video conference 1, b subscribes to the local conference 2, c subscribes to the local conference 3, the local conference 2 and the local conference 3 do not reserve video resources, and the local conference 1 reserves video resources. A, sending a conference merging request for merging a local conference 2, a local conference 3 and a video conference 1 to a server through a first client, generating merging conference approval information by the server according to the request, respectively sending the merging conference approval information to a second client corresponding to the local conference 2 and a second client corresponding to the local conference 3, respectively returning reply information to the server through the second clients, if the second client and the third client both agree to merge, merging the video conference 1, the local conference 2 and the local conference 3 into a video conference by the server, and reserving video resources for the video conference. And if the second party agrees to merge and the third party agrees to merge, the server merges the video conference 1 and the local conference 2 into one video conference and reserves video resources for the video conference.
In an exemplary implementation, the merging the conference according to the reply information may include: selecting first reply information indicating agreement to conference merging from the reply information; determining a local conference corresponding to the first reply information as a prepared local conference; generating a target video conference according to the video conference and the prepared local conference; acquiring specified video resources as reserved resources of a target video conference; and deleting the video conference and releasing the video resources corresponding to the video conference.
In this example, it is determined from the reply information which local conferences can be merged with the video conference. Only if the applicant who has received the local conference agrees to merge can the corresponding local conference be merged with the video conference. And after the target video conference is generated, deleting the original video conference which initiates the conference combination, and releasing the video conference. Since the original video conference that initiated the conference merge has already been merged into the target video conference and the target video conference has corresponding video resources.
Wherein the predetermined time period of the target video conference may be the same as the predetermined time period of the original video conference.
On the basis of the above example, in an exemplary implementation procedure, after step S105, the conference merging method may further include: acquiring target conference information corresponding to a target video conference; and sending the target conference information to the first client and a second client corresponding to the prepared local conference. Namely, after the video conference is merged into a new video conference, the conference information of the new video conference is respectively notified to the applicant of the original video conference and the applicant corresponding to the prepared local conference. Wherein, the original video conference refers to the video conference in the conference merging request.
The target conference information may include a conference subject, a conference holding time, a conference applicant, an applicant telephone, a conference room name included in the video conference, a conference incoming number, a source of a video resource corresponding to the video conference, and the like.
On the basis of the foregoing example, the conference merging method may further include: the conference reservation information for preparing the local conference is deleted.
Since the preparatory local conference has been incorporated into the video conference and is no longer a separate conference, the conference reservation information of the preparatory local conference is deleted. In addition, since the preliminary local conference itself becomes useless redundant information after the target video conference is generated, this example also contributes to reducing redundant information in the server, reducing the load on the server, and releasing server resources.
In an exemplary implementation, the conference merging method may further include: and if the modification information of the video conference and/or the modification information of any local conference are/is received before the reply information is received, canceling the conference merging operation corresponding to the conference merging request.
The meaning of canceling the conference merging operation corresponding to the conference merging request is as follows: and respectively restoring the video conference and the local conference into the independent conference before the server receives the conference merging request, and stopping executing the subsequent operation of the conference merging. And if the modified video conference/local conference needs to be merged, restarting the conference merging by the modified video conference when the video conference is modified, and restarting the conference merging by the video conference when the video conference is not modified.
In an exemplary implementation, the merging the conference according to the reply information may include: when all the reply information indicates that the conference merging is not approved, generating information for indicating that the conference merging fails; and sending information for indicating that the conference merging fails to the first client.
That is to say, when the applicants of all local conferences disagree with the merge, the conference merge fails, and at this time, the result is notified to the first client corresponding to the video conference initiating the conference merge request, so as to notify the applicant of the video conference of the result of the conference merge.
In an exemplary implementation, the conference merging method may further include: when a conference merging request is received, acquiring a first preset time period corresponding to a video conference and a second preset time period corresponding to a local conference; and acquiring the intersection or union of the first preset time period and the second preset time period as the preset time period of the video conference after combination.
In an exemplary implementation process, before step S105, the conference merging method may further include: when a meeting merging request is received, acquiring the biological identification information of a requester; judging whether the biological identification information is consistent with the reserved biological identification information of the requester; and if the biological identification information is consistent with the reserved biological identification information of the requester, determining that the requester has the combined request authority.
That is, before processing the meeting merge request, the server verifies the identity of the requester with the biometric information to determine that the requester has the merge request right. If the requester has the merge request authority, the server executes steps S102 to S105.
And if the biological identification information of the requester is inconsistent with the reserved biological identification information of the requester, determining that the requester does not have the combined request authority. If the requester does not have the merge request authority, the server stops the process and does not execute steps S102 to S105.
The biometric information may be fingerprint information, iris information, or the like.
In an exemplary implementation process, after step S105, the conference merging method may further include: if the reply information returned by the appointed second client is not received within the appointed time length, confirming that the appointed local conference corresponding to the appointed second client does not agree with conference merging; and generating merging canceling information, sending the merging canceling information to the appointed second client, wherein the merging canceling information is used for prompting the conference merging operation of the cancelled appointed local conference.
The term "within the specified duration" in this example refers to the specified duration after the server sends the merged meeting approval information.
According to the embodiment, if the server does not receive the reply information returned by the appointed second client within the appointed time, the server automatically considers that the applicant of the appointed local conference does not agree with the conference merging, so that the conference merging operation is performed in time according to the received reply information of other second clients, and the time of the conference merging process is prevented from being prolonged because the applicant of the individual local conference does not reply to the conference merging approval information in time, so that the conference merging operation efficiency is improved on one hand, and the waiting time of the replied user is shortened on the other hand, and the user experience is improved.
In an exemplary implementation process, after step S105, the conference merging method may further include: if the reply information returned by the appointed second client is not received within the appointed time length, generating reminding information, wherein the reminding information is used for prompting the return of the reply information; acquiring a contact way of an applicant of a designated local conference corresponding to the designated second client; and sending the reminding information to a third client corresponding to the applicant according to the contact way.
The contact information may be an email address, an instant messaging account, and the like.
In this example, when the server does not receive reply information returned by a second client within a specified duration, the server reminds the corresponding applicant through the reminding information, so that the applicant can reply as early as possible, thereby contributing to reducing the time of the conference merging process and improving the processing efficiency of the conference merging.
According to the conference merging method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the conference merging request sent by the first client side corresponding to the video conference is received, the merged conference approval information is generated according to the conference merging request, the merged conference approval information is sent to the second client side corresponding to the local conference, the reply information of the merged conference approval information returned by the second client side is received, and the conference merging is carried out according to the reply information, so that when an organizer of the multi-party conference does not have the booking right of all conference rooms corresponding to the multi-party conference, the video conference and the local conference can be merged into a new video conference to achieve the purpose of booking the multi-party conference, and the difficulty of booking the conference by the conference organizer is reduced.
