Description

Video conference access method and system, server and computer readable storage medium
[ technical field ] A method for producing a semiconductor device
The present disclosure relates to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to a video conference access method and system, a server, and a computer-readable storage medium.
[ background of the invention ]
Video conferencing refers to a conference in which people at two or more locations have a face-to-face conversation via a communication device and a network. A multiparty videoconference refers to a videoconference in which people at multiple locations participate, each location being a conference site.
Currently, video conferencing is widely used. In order to manage video conferencing, various conference systems for video conferencing have appeared. One of the functions of these conferencing systems is to book a video conference, i.e. book video resources for a video conference in advance. Another important function of a conferencing system is to access the various conference sites (typically conference rooms) into the video conference at the start of the multi-party video conference, i.e. to access the video conferencing equipment of each of the conference sites of the multi-party video conference into the video conference.
There are generally two ways that a conference room can access a video conference. One is that the conference system actively connects to the conference place, and the connection is initiated by the conference system, which is called an outgoing call mode, and the other is that the conference place actively requests to connect to the conference system, and the connection is initiated by the conference place, which is called an incoming call mode.
At present, a multi-party video conference is accessed in a manner that, when the multi-party video conference starts, a conference system sends a call connection to each conference place respectively, so as to access video conference equipment of each conference place into the video conference. In this way, if the video conference device of the conference room is not started yet when the conference system calls, the video conference can not be accessed when the conference starts, resulting in a low conference room access rate of the multiparty video conference.

Example one
The embodiment of the invention provides a video conference access method. The video conference access method provided by the embodiment of the invention can be applied to the video conference access process of the multi-party video conference.
Fig. 1 is a diagram illustrating a first procedure of a video conference access method according to an embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the video conference access method is executed on a server, and as shown in fig. 1, the method may include the following steps:
s101, after the video conference is started, a list of unaccessed conference rooms is obtained.
S102, acquiring a sending period;
s103, according to the sending period, a first video conference access request is periodically sent to the video conference terminal which does not access the conference room in the conference room list.
Wherein the conference room is a conference place of a video conference.
Wherein a non-accessed conference room refers to a conference room that is scheduled to participate in the video conference but has not been accessed to the video conference.
When the video conference is a video conference predetermined in advance, the server can store all conference room lists of all parties of the video conference, and in the video conference access process before the video conference starts, the server can mark the conference room which is successfully accessed to the video conference. Therefore, conference rooms which are not marked in all conference room lists of the video conference are not accessed conference rooms.
Wherein the list of all conference rooms refers to a list of all conference rooms scheduled to participate in the video conference.
For example. In this example, the conference rooms in the entire list of conference rooms that successfully access the video conference are marked with "accessed". Assume that the entire conference room list for the video conference is shown in table 1.
Table 1 complete meeting room list
Meeting room name Whether to access
Conference room 1 Is not accessed
Conference room 2 Has accessed
Conference room 3 Is not accessed
Conference room 4 Has accessed
Conference room 5 Is not accessed
The list of unaccessed conference rooms is shown in table 2.
Table 2 list of unaccessed meeting rooms
Meeting room name Whether to access
Conference room 1 Is not accessed
Conference room 3 Is not accessed
Conference room 5 Is not accessed
Currently, before the video conference access process, the server may store all party conference room lists of the video conference, and set the states of all the conference rooms as "unaccessed", and in the video conference access process before the video conference starts, the server sets the state of the conference room successfully accessed to the video conference as "accessed". In this way, conference rooms with "unaccessed" states in all conference room lists of the video conference are unaccessed conference rooms.
The period for sending the first video conference access request can be flexibly set according to specific application scenes and requirements. For example, the period for sending the first video conference access request may be 30 seconds, so that the server sends the first video conference access request to the video conference terminal which does not access the conference room in the conference room list once every 30 seconds after the video conference starts.
The video conference terminal is a terminal device used for realizing a video conference in a conference room.
In the list of the unaccessed conference rooms, the information of the video conference terminals corresponding to the conference rooms can be stored, so that the server can directly know the video conference terminals which are not accessed to the conference rooms in the list of the unaccessed conference rooms.
In addition, the server can store the corresponding relation table of all conference rooms and the corresponding video conference terminals. Therefore, the server can also acquire each video conference terminal which is not accessed to the conference room according to the corresponding relation table and the information of the non-accessed conference room.
If the video conference is accessed in an incoming call mode in the non-accessed conference room, a series of manual operations such as starting up and manually starting incoming call connection are required to be carried out on the personnel in the non-accessed conference room, and when the video conference can be accessed in the non-accessed conference room depends on when the personnel in the non-accessed conference room carry out the operation of manually starting the incoming call connection. In contrast, the embodiment shown in fig. 1 makes periodic call connection to the unaccessed conference room after the video conference starts, so that the video conference can be connected almost immediately after the unaccessed conference room is powered on, and the incoming call connection does not need to be started manually. Therefore, the embodiment of the invention enables the unaccessed conference room (i.e. the conference room with a later start) which is started after the video conference starts to be accessed into the video conference as soon as possible, thereby improving the access rate of the conference room of the multi-party video conference.
In an exemplary implementation, acquiring the transmission period may include: acquiring historical access time length with more than a specified number, wherein the historical access time length is the time length for accessing a conference room into a video conference; obtaining average access duration according to historical access duration; the duration of the transmission period is set equal to the average access duration.
Wherein the average access duration is equal to the sum of all historical access durations divided by a specified number (i.e., the number of historical access durations).
In an exemplary implementation, acquiring the transmission period may include: acquiring a target time period of the current moment; reading a first target sending period corresponding to a target time period according to the corresponding relation between a preset time period and the sending period; the duration of the transmission period is set equal to the duration of the first target transmission period.
In the server, a correspondence relationship between a time period and a transmission cycle may be stored in advance, and the shorter the time period from the start time of the video conference, the shorter the transmission cycle, and the longer the time period from the start time of the video conference, the longer the transmission cycle. That is, after the video conference is started, the first video conference access request is transmitted at a higher transmission frequency, and then the transmission frequency is gradually reduced along with the increase of time.
In an exemplary implementation, acquiring the transmission period may include: judging whether VIP users exist in the participants who do not access the conference room in the conference room list; if the participants who do not access the conference room have VIP users, setting the time length of the sending period to be equal to a first time length; or if no VIP user exists in the participants who do not access the conference room, setting the time length of the sending period to be equal to a second time length, wherein the first time length is less than the second time length.
In an exemplary implementation, acquiring the transmission period may include: reading a target parameter value of an emergency parameter corresponding to the video conference, wherein the emergency parameter is used for prompting the emergency degree of the video conference; reading a second target sending period corresponding to the target parameter value according to the corresponding relation between the preset parameter value of the emergency parameter and the sending period; the duration of the transmission period is set equal to the duration of the second target transmission period.
In an exemplary implementation process, the video conference access method may further include: when a video conference terminal which is not accessed to the appointed conference room in the conference room list is accessed to a video conference, deleting the appointed conference room from the un-accessed conference room list; according to the sending period, a first video conference access request is periodically sent to a video conference terminal which does not access the conference room in the conference room list, and the first video conference access request comprises the following steps: and according to the sending period, periodically sending a first video conference access request to the video conference terminal of the conference room in the updated list of the unaccessed conference rooms.
The starting time of the non-accessed conference room is different, so that the time of the non-accessed conference room for accessing the video conference is different. As the video conference terminal accesses the video conference, the unaccessed conference room has become an accessed conference room, and the server does not need to send the first video conference access request to the video conference terminal. The above example updates the list of the unaccessed conference rooms in real time according to the access condition of the unaccessed conference room, avoids the server sending the first video conference access request to the conference room accessed to the video conference, and can save resources of the server.
In an exemplary implementation process, the video conference access method may further include: detecting whether the time interval between the current time and the video conference starting time reaches a specified duration or not; and if the time interval between the current moment and the video conference starting moment reaches the specified duration, stopping sending the first video conference access request. That is, after the time interval between the current time and the video conference starting time reaches the specified time, the server closes the calling mode, and does not actively call and connect the conference room.
Therefore, the server periodically sends the first video conference access request to the video conference terminal which is not accessed to the conference room in the conference room list only within the specified time length from the video conference starting time, and no matter whether the conference room which is not accessed to the video conference exists or not, the server does not actively call and connect any more after the specified time length. Since the active call connection of the server occupies and consumes a certain amount of resources, the processing performance of the server in other events is necessarily affected. The server limits the active call connection within a specified time length from the video conference starting time, on one hand, the conference rooms as many as possible can be ensured to be accessed into the video conference, the access rate of the conference places is improved, on the other hand, occupied resources can be released in time, so that the resources can be used for processing other events, and the overall processing efficiency and performance of the server are improved.
The video conference access method comprises the steps of detecting whether the time interval between the current time and the video conference starting time reaches a specified duration or not; if the time interval between the current time and the video conference starting time reaches the specified time length, on the basis of stopping sending the first video conference access request', in an exemplary implementation process, the video conference access method may further include: and detecting and receiving a second video conference access request sent by a video conference terminal which is not accessed to the conference room after the time interval between the current time and the video conference starting time reaches the specified time length. In this example, after the time interval between the current time and the video conference start time reaches a specified duration, the server closes the outgoing mode and changes to the incoming mode.
And if the video conference is accessed in a calling mode, the video resources occupied by the conference place are the video resources which are reserved in advance for the video conference by the conference system. If the server does not close the calling mode, the video conference terminal which does not access the conference room sends a second video conference access request to the server, namely the video conference terminal which does not access the conference room accesses the video conference through the calling mode, and the server uses video resources except the reserved video resources to access the conference room to the video conference. Therefore, not only is extra video resources occupied, but also unused reserved video resources cannot be used by other video conferences, and therefore waste of the video resources is caused.
And if the server closes the outgoing call mode and changes the outgoing call mode into the incoming call mode, when the conference room is not accessed and the video conference is accessed in the incoming call mode, the server uses the reserved video resources which are not used currently to access the conference room to the video conference. Therefore, additional video resources are not occupied, and waste of the video resources is avoided.
In an exemplary implementation process, the video conference access method may further include: detecting whether the list of the unaccessed conference rooms is empty; and if the list of the unaccessed conference rooms is empty, stopping sending the first video conference access request.
When the list of the unaccessed conference rooms is empty, all the conference rooms are accessed to the video conference, so that the first video conference access request is not necessarily sent.
In the example, whether the list of the unaccessed conference rooms is empty is detected, and when the sending of the first video conference access request is stopped is determined, on one hand, all the conference rooms can be ensured to be accessed into the video conference, and on the other hand, the sending of the first video conference access request can be stopped in time when all the conference rooms are accessed into the video conference, so that the resources of a server are saved.
In an exemplary implementation process, the video conference access method may further include: and when the time interval between the current time and the video conference starting time does not reach the designated length, rejecting to receive a second video conference access request sent by a video conference terminal which is not accessed to the conference room in the conference room list. That is, when the server connects to the non-accessed conference room by the outgoing call method, the non-accessed conference room is prohibited from accessing the video conference by the incoming call method.
The video conference system comprises a conference room, a server, a video conference system and a video conference system, wherein the conference room is accessed to the video conference system through an incoming call mode, the video conference system comprises a video conference system, a call mode and a call mode, the call mode is used for connecting the conference room to the video conference system, the video conference system comprises a video conference system, a conference room access control system and a video conference system, the video conference system comprises a video conference system, the call mode is used for accessing the video conference system, the video conference system comprises a conference room access control system, a conference room access control system and a server, the server is connected to the conference room through the call mode, the video conference system comprises a video conference system and a video conference system, the server is connected to the conference room access control system through the call mode, the video conference system is connected to the conference room through the call mode, the call mode is connected to the video conference room, the video conference system is not used for reserving video conference, and the video conference system is connected to the call through the call mode in the call mode, so that the conference room is not accessed to the call mode, the unused reserving video conference room is prevented from being used for the video conference room, and can be used for the video conference system, and can reduce the waste of the video conference system, and can reduce the video conference system.
Fig. 2 is a diagram illustrating a second procedure of a video conference access method according to an embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the video conference access method is executed on a server, and as shown in fig. 2, the method may include the following steps:
s201, after the video conference starts, a list of unaccessed conference rooms is obtained, and a sending period is obtained.
S202, according to the sending period, a first video conference access request is periodically sent to the video conference terminal which does not access the conference room in the conference room list.
S203, when the video conference terminal of the appointed conference room in the unaccessed conference room list accesses the video conference, deleting the appointed conference room from the unaccessed conference room list.
S204, detecting whether the time interval between the current time and the video conference starting time reaches the specified duration, if so, executing the step S205, otherwise, if not, executing the step S202.
S205, detecting whether the list of unaccessed conference rooms is empty, if not, executing step S206, otherwise, if not, executing step S207.
S206, stopping sending the first video conference access request, and ending.
And S207, stopping sending the first video conference access request, and detecting and receiving a second video conference access request sent by a video conference terminal which is not accessed to the conference room.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 2, a first video conference access request is periodically sent to a video conference terminal that does not access a conference room in a conference room list within a specified time period after a video conference starts, and after the specified time period, whether an access process is finished or an incoming call mode is determined according to whether the list of the conference room that is not accessed is empty, so that it is ensured that the conference room is accessed to the video conference as much as possible and as fast as possible, and meanwhile, the incoming call mode is timely switched in under the condition that the conference room is not accessed after the specified time period, so that not only is the processing resources of a server timely released, but also the video conference can be accessed by using the reserved video resources of the video conference without being accessed to the conference room, and the resource utilization is more reasonable.
In other embodiments of the present invention, it may also be detected whether the list of the unaccessed conference room is empty, if the list of the unaccessed conference room is empty, the access process is ended, if the list of the unaccessed conference room is not empty, then it is detected whether the time interval between the current time and the video conference starting time reaches the specified time, if the time interval reaches the specified time, the call-out mode is switched to the call-in mode, and if the time interval does not reach the specified time, the call-out mode is maintained, so that it can be ensured that the processing resources of the server are released in time under the condition that the time interval between the current time and the video conference starting time does not reach the specified time, but the list of the conference room is empty, so that the released resources can be used in other processing processes of the server, thereby reducing the waste of resources.
According to the video conference access method provided by the embodiment of the invention, after the video conference starts, the list of the conference rooms which are not accessed is obtained, the sending period is obtained, the first video conference access request is periodically sent to the video conference terminal which is not accessed to the conference rooms in the conference room list according to the sending period, and the unconnected conference rooms are periodically called after the video conference starts, so that the conference rooms with the video conference terminals started later can be accessed to the video conference as soon as possible, and the conference room access rate of the multi-party video conference is improved.
