Based on the hardware structure of the mobile terminal and the communication network system, the invention provides various embodiments of the method for prompting the call misdialing.
The invention provides a method for prompting a wrong call, which is mainly applied to mobile terminal equipment and comprises the following steps:
acquiring a contact number selected by a mobile terminal, and dialing to a called terminal corresponding to the contact number;
judging whether the dialing is misdialing or not;
if the dialing is misdialing, determining whether the called terminal has opened an incoming call interface in the mobile terminal;
and if the called terminal opens the incoming call interface, receiving a sending instruction input by a user on a hang-up interface of the mobile terminal, and sending a misdialing prompt to the called terminal based on the sending instruction.
Referring to fig. 3, the present invention provides a method for prompting a call misdialed, in an embodiment of the method for prompting a call misdialed, the method for prompting a call misdialed includes the following steps:
step S10, acquiring the contact number selected by the mobile terminal, and dialing to the called terminal corresponding to the contact number;
the mobile terminal can be an intelligent terminal with a communication function, such as a mobile phone and a tablet personal computer. The called terminal may be another mobile terminal. The method comprises the steps of acquiring a contact number which needs to be dialed by a user in a mobile terminal, acquiring a dialing instruction of the user, and dialing a called terminal corresponding to the contact number according to the dialing instruction. The method for acquiring the contact number in the mobile terminal can be that the contact number is selected from a dialing interface in the mobile terminal, and the dialing interface comprises all call interfaces, missed call interfaces, strange number interfaces and the like, so that a user can randomly select one interface from the interfaces and acquire the contact number from the interface. The contact number may be acquired in a contact interface in the mobile terminal, and the user may select the contact number in order to quickly select the contact number, and may select to directly input information corresponding to the contact number in the contact interface, so as to quickly acquire the contact number, or may select a target group in the contact interface, and then acquire the contact number required by the user in the target group. The user may also directly enter the contact number into the mobile terminal. For example, when a user clicks a green dial key on a dial panel, or clicks a dial button on a contact interface in an address book, the mobile terminal is triggered to dial a called terminal.
Step S20, judging whether the dialing is misdialing;
for a dialed telephone number, there are generally two cases: the other is that the telephone number is an unfamiliar number, which is not recorded in the mobile terminal and needs to be dialed after being input by clicking a numeric keyboard; another way is that the telephone number is already present in the mobile terminal (e.g. in the form of an address book or call log), i.e. the telephone number is known, so the process of dialing the telephone number may also be referred to as the process of calling out the telephone number. In the case of directly clicking the numeric keypad for dialing, the time interval rule of clicking the keys can be set, because the clicks when the numeric keypad is touched by mistake are usually out of order and can be recognized by considering the time interval. When the user calls out a designated telephone number, the user can set rules according to the habit of the user, and when the action or step used by the user to call out the designated telephone number conforms to the habit, the user can be considered to dial normally, otherwise, the user can be identified as misdialing.
In addition, the specific content of the rule of the time interval between key clicks and the rule of the way of calling up the stored telephone number is not specifically limited, and the invention can be specifically designed according to various situations.
Step S30, if the dialing is misdialing, determining whether the called terminal has opened an incoming call interface in the mobile terminal;
when the user finds that the dialing carried out at this time is misdialing, a hang-up instruction is sent to the mobile terminal, and the mobile terminal automatically hangs up the telephone according to the hang-up instruction. And because the user generally finds that the call is hung up urgently when the user finds that the wrong dialing occurs, the user can not determine whether the called terminal has a call display interface at the moment. Therefore, at this time, it is necessary to detect whether the called terminal has an incoming call interface, that is, whether the called terminal has an incoming call interface within a time range from dialing to hanging up of the mobile terminal. The method for determining whether the called terminal has opened the incoming call interface may be determining whether the called terminal has opened the incoming call interface by judging whether a ring back tone of the called terminal is answered in the mobile terminal; or determining whether the mobile terminal receives a preset signaling to determine whether the called terminal has an incoming call interface opened.
In addition, when the dialing is found not to be misdialed by judgment, the dialing operation is continued without stopping the dialing operation of the user.
Step S40, if the called end has opened the incoming call interface, receiving a sending instruction input by the user on the hang-up interface of the mobile terminal, and sending a misdialing prompt to the called end based on the sending instruction.
The hang-up interface can be an interface displayed by the mobile terminal when the user hangs up the phone. When the called terminal is determined to be opened by detection, a sending instruction input by a user can be received in a hang-up interface of the mobile terminal, and then dialing operation is sent to the called terminal according to the sending instruction.
To assist understanding of the manner in which the misdial notification is sent to the called end in the present invention, the following description is given by way of example.
For example, when it is detected that the dialing is a wrong dialing, the user displays a button in the hang-up interface after hanging up the phone, and the user can send a short message preset by the user to the called terminal by clicking the button, such as "wrong dialing by the mobile phone, and disturbing".
For another example, as shown in fig. 6, when the mobile terminal determines that a certain dialing belongs to a wrong dialing, a wrong dialing prompt box (dialog box) is popped up on a hang-up interface of the mobile terminal, where the purpose of the wrong dialing prompt box is mainly to inform a user whether a wrong dialing prompt short message needs to be sent to the opposite mobile phone, and the short message content includes the time of the dialing, and the contents of the wrong dialing prompt box are, for example: whether a prompt short message with the content of ' the incoming call is wrongly dialed in 8/08/30 min in 2018 ' needs to be sent to the mobile phone of the opposite party ', wherein 08/30 min in 8/2018 is the time of the dialing, and the content of a dialog box (the content of the short message) can be changed correspondingly according to the requirements of a user.
In addition, when the called terminal is determined to be not opened by detection, no other processing is needed, namely, no misdialing prompt is sent to the called terminal.
In the embodiment, the number of the contact person selected by the mobile terminal is obtained, and the called terminal corresponding to the number of the contact person is dialed; judging whether the dialing is misdialing or not; if the dialing is misdialing, determining whether the called terminal has opened an incoming call interface in the mobile terminal; and if the called terminal opens the incoming call interface, receiving a sending instruction input by a user on a hang-up interface of the mobile terminal, and sending a misdialing prompt to the called terminal based on the sending instruction. When a mobile terminal user dials a call by mistake, whether a called terminal has a display incoming call interface is judged to determine whether the mistaken dialing information needs to be sent to a mistakenly dialed contact person or not, the phenomenon that the called terminal suddenly receives a mistaken dialing short message under the condition that the called terminal does not receive a call incoming call is avoided, the use experience of the user is improved, and when the called terminal is determined to have the display incoming call interface, the mistaken dialing prompt is sent to the mistakenly dialed contact person, the mistaken dialing contact person can be simply and timely informed of the mistaken dialing information, so that the condition that the time waste of a call callback telephone is inconvenient for the user and the mistakenly dialed contact person is effectively avoided.
Further, on the basis of the first embodiment of the present invention, a second embodiment of the method for prompting a call misdialed is provided, where this embodiment is step S40 of the first embodiment of the present invention, and a refinement of the step of receiving a sending instruction input by a user on a hang-up interface of the mobile terminal and sending a call misdialed end based on the sending instruction is provided, with reference to fig. 4, where the method includes:
step S41, receiving a sending instruction input by a user on a hang-up interface of the mobile terminal, and acquiring a preset information table in the mobile terminal based on the sending instruction;
the preset information table may be a table collected by each short message set in advance by the user. When a hang-up instruction of a user is received in the mobile terminal and enters a hang-up interface, a sending instruction input by the user is received in the hang-up interface, and then each short message used for carrying out a wrong dialing prompt, namely a preset information table, is obtained in the mobile terminal according to the sending instruction. The sending instruction may be an instruction indicating that the mobile terminal needs to send the misdialing prompt message to the called terminal.
To assist in understanding the display of the preset information table, the following description will be made by way of example.
For example, as shown in fig. 7, when the user finds that the number dialed this time is wrong, and selects to hang up the phone, the mobile terminal will automatically pop up a table frame of a preset information table on the hang-up interface for the user to view, such as "mis-dialing information 1, mis-dialing information 2, and mis-dialing information 3", so that the user can conveniently and quickly select the mis-dialing information meeting the user's requirements and send the mis-dialing information to the called terminal corresponding to the dialed number this time.
And step S42, acquiring target information from the preset information table, and sending the target information to the called terminal as a misdialing prompt.
The target information can be a piece of short message information selected in the mobile terminal and is determined as the misdialing prompt information sent to the called terminal. And judging and determining which short message information is used as target information sent to the called terminal in the acquired preset information table, and sending the target information to the called terminal as misdialing prompt information after determining the target information.
In the embodiment, the target information is obtained in the preset information table by obtaining the sending instruction of the user in the hang-up interface, and the target information is sent to the called terminal, so that the mistaken dialing information of the mistaken dialing contact can be simply and timely informed, and the condition that the time waste of the call back is caused to the user and the mistaken dialing contact is inconvenient is effectively avoided.
Specifically, the step of obtaining the target information from the preset information table and sending the target information to the called terminal as a misdialing prompt includes:
step S421, acquiring each preset information in the preset information table;
the preset information may be short message information set in advance by the user as a wrong dialing prompt, the number of the preset information may be multiple, and the specific number is not limited herein. In the preset information table, all preset information is required to be acquired, and each preset information has corresponding contact number information. The specific content of the preset information is not limited herein.
Step S422, acquiring target information corresponding to the contact number in each preset information;
after each preset message is acquired, it is also necessary to determine which preset message can be used as the target message to be sent to the called end, that is, the number of the contact person that is mistakenly dialed at this time needs to be matched with each preset message. For example, when three pieces of preset information are preset by a user in advance, namely information a, information B and information C, and the contact number corresponding to the information a is each important contact number prestored in the mobile terminal; the information B corresponds to the residual contact numbers stored in the mobile terminal; and the information C corresponds to the strange number which is not stored in the mobile terminal. And when the mobile terminal detects that the number dialed by the user in error at this time is not stored in the mobile terminal, the C information in the preset information is taken as target information and sent to the called terminal so as to remind the opposite side that the dialing is in error.
Step S423, sending the target information to the called end as a misdialing prompt.
And when other instruction operations of the user are not received within a preset time period, the target information is automatically used as a wrong dialing prompt and sent to a called terminal.
In the embodiment, the target information corresponding to the contact number is determined in the preset information table, and the target information is sent to the called terminal as the misdialing information, so that the accuracy of the misdialing information is ensured, and the use experience of a user is improved.
Further, on the basis of any one of the first to second embodiments of the present invention, a third embodiment of the method for prompting a call misdialed is provided, where this embodiment is step S30 of the first embodiment of the present invention, and if the dialing is a misdialing, the step of determining whether the called terminal has opened an incoming call interface in the mobile terminal is detailed and includes:
step S31, if the dialing is misdialing, acquiring the call connection state of the mobile terminal when hanging up;
the call connection state may be a call connection state between the mobile terminal and the called terminal, that is, when the user makes a call to the called terminal through the mobile terminal, and the called terminal answers the call from the mobile terminal, the call connection state of the mobile terminal is a connected state at this time, and if the called terminal does not answer the call of the mobile terminal, the call connection state of the mobile terminal is an unconnected state at this time. When the dialing is found to be the wrong dialing by judgment, the call connection state of the mobile terminal when the call is hung up needs to be acquired.
Step S32, if the call connection status is not connected, determining whether the called terminal has opened an incoming call interface in the mobile terminal.
The first hang-up command may be a command to close a call, which is input by a user at the mobile terminal. The incoming call interface can be a picture for displaying an incoming call prompt when the mobile terminal dials a number to the called terminal. When the call connection state of the mobile terminal is found to be the non-connection state through judgment, a first hang-up instruction input by a user is obtained in the mobile terminal, the telephone is hung up according to the first hang-up instruction, whether a called terminal has an incoming call interface opened during the period from dialing by the user to hanging up the telephone is also required to be determined, and if the called terminal does not have the incoming call interface opened, the mobile terminal does not perform other processing on the condition that the dialing operation at the moment is not transmitted to the called terminal. However, when the called terminal is found to have an open incoming call interface, the user can send a misdialing prompt to the called terminal through the hang-up interface.
In this embodiment, when it is determined that the current dialing is a wrong dialing, whether the call is connected with the called terminal is determined by obtaining the call state of the mobile terminal, and when the call is not connected, whether the called terminal has an incoming call interface opened is determined, so that the accuracy of determining whether the wrong dialing information needs to be sent to the called terminal is improved.
Specifically, after the step of obtaining the call connection state of the mobile terminal when the mobile terminal hangs up, the method includes:
step S33, if the call connection state is the connected state, the current call content of the mobile terminal before hanging up the call is obtained;
the current call content may be voice call information between the user and the contact when the called terminal and the mobile terminal are in an on state. When the call connection state is found to be the connected state by judgment, the call content between the user and the contact needs to be acquired, for example: speech information such as "li X, hello", etc.
Step S34, judging whether preset mis-dialing instruction information exists in the current call content;
the preset mis-dialing instruction information may be some fixed call contents set in advance by the user, such as call contents of 'disturbed, mis-dialing this time' and the like. After the current call content in the mobile terminal is acquired, whether preset misdialing description information exists in the current call content needs to be judged, that is, whether the user and a contact person indicate that the dialing belongs to misdialing is determined, if the user says that the user does not need to send misdialing prompt information to the opposite side after hanging up the phone, and if the user does not need to send misdialing information to the opposite side, the user is prompted whether the misdialing prompt information needs to be sent to the opposite side.
And step S35, if no preset misdialing instruction information exists in the current call content, displaying prompt information on a hang-up interface of the mobile terminal to remind a user of sending misdialing information.
When the judgment shows that the preset misdialing description information does not exist in the current call content, the prompt information can be displayed on the hang-up interface of the mobile terminal when the user hangs up the call, and if the call belongs to the misdialing and the misdialing prompt information needs to be sent to the contact person, the user is reminded to send the misdialing information to the called terminal. However, when the preset call content is found to exist in the current call content through judgment, the call is normally hung up.
In the embodiment, whether the user has the call and the other party that the call is misdialed is determined by judging and acquiring the current call content in the mobile terminal, and when the call is not found, the user is reminded of whether the misdialed information needs to be sent to the other party, so that the intelligent effect of the mobile terminal is improved, and the use experience of the user is improved.
Specifically, the step of determining whether the called terminal has opened the incoming call interface includes:
step S36, determining whether a preset signaling is received in the mobile terminal;
the preset signaling may be a fixed signaling set in advance. In communication networks, signals are transmitted, one part of which is required (e.g. voice for making a call) and the other part of which is not directly required and is used for controlling circuits, and the type of signal is signaling, which is usually transmitted between different links (base station, mobile control switching center, etc.) of the communication network, and the links are analyzed and interacted to form a series of operations and controls, which function to ensure effective and reliable transmission of user information. For example, the loop dc subscriber signaling reflects the off-hook and on-hook status of the subscriber's telephone. Therefore, it is necessary to detect whether a specific signaling is received in the mobile terminal, so as to determine whether the called terminal has an incoming call interface.
Step S37, if the mobile terminal has received the preset signaling, it is determined that the called terminal has opened the incoming call interface;
when the preset signaling is found to be received in the mobile terminal through judgment, the called terminal can be considered to have opened the incoming call interface, and the user needs to be reminded of sending a misdialing prompt to the called terminal so as to inform the contact of misdialing telephone information.
Step S38, if the mobile terminal does not receive the preset signaling, it is determined that the called terminal does not open the incoming call interface.
When the mobile terminal does not receive the preset signaling after judgment, the called terminal can be considered not to open the incoming call interface, and at the moment, a call misreading prompt does not need to be sent to the called terminal.
It should be noted that, in addition to the manner of determining whether the called terminal starts the incoming call interface by monitoring whether the preset signaling is received or not in the mobile terminal, the method may also be determined by detecting whether the mobile terminal receives a ring back tone that understands the called terminal, and when the ring back tone of the called terminal is detected in the mobile terminal, the called terminal may be proved to have started the incoming call interface; when the ring back tone of the called terminal is not detected in the mobile terminal, the called terminal can be considered not to open the incoming call interface.
In this embodiment, whether the called terminal has an incoming call interface is determined by determining whether the mobile terminal receives the preset signaling, so that whether the called terminal receives the current dialing information can be accurately known, whether a misdialing prompt needs to be sent to the called terminal is determined, and the use experience of a user is improved.
Further, on the basis of any one of the first to third embodiments of the present invention, a fourth embodiment of the method for prompting a call misdialed is provided, where the step S20 of the first embodiment of the present invention is a step of determining whether the dialing is a refinement of the step of misdialing, and the method includes:
step S21, obtaining the dialing duration from the beginning of dialing to the hanging up of the mobile terminal, and judging whether the dialing duration is longer than the preset duration in the mobile terminal;
the dialing duration may be the time taken by the user to dial in the mobile terminal until the phone is hung up. The preset time period may be a fixed time period set in advance by the user. The method comprises the steps of obtaining the dialing duration from dialing to hanging up of a user in the mobile terminal, and comparing and judging the dialing duration with the preset duration in the mobile terminal. When the duration of dialing is found to be longer than the preset duration, the dialing can be considered as normal dialing, but when the duration of dialing is found to be shorter than the preset duration, the dialing can be considered as misdialing.
Step S22, if the dialing duration is longer than the preset duration in the mobile terminal, the dialing is not misdialing;
when the dialing duration is larger than the preset duration through judgment, the dialing performed by the user at the current moment can be considered as normal dialing.
And step S23, if the dialing duration is less than or equal to the preset duration in the mobile terminal, the dialing is a wrong dialing.
When the judgment shows that the dialing duration is less than or equal to the preset duration in the mobile terminal, the dialing carried out by the user at the current moment is regarded as misdialing, and prompt information needs to be sent to the called terminal to remind a contact of the called terminal that the dialing is misdialing.
In the embodiment, the dialing duration of the user is obtained, and whether the current dialing of the user is the wrong dialing is determined according to the dialing duration, so that the accuracy of judging the wrong dialing by the mobile terminal is improved, and the use experience of the user is improved.
