Abstract
The embodiment of the invention discloses a method for processing communication service, which comprises the following steps: judging whether the current application of the terminal equipment is a target application; if the application is the target application, acquiring communication information of the terminal equipment; generating a bullet screen and a suspension ball according to the communication information, and displaying the bullet screen and the suspension ball on a display interface of the current application; and processing the bullet screen by using the suspension ball. Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of electronic technologies, and in particular, to a method for processing a communication service, a terminal, and a computer-readable storage medium.
Background
With the rapid development of mobile phone terminal technology, mobile phones can support more and more applications, such as games, videos, video calls and the like, but when users use the applications, various communication information received by the terminals can influence the users to continue using the current applications. For example, when a user watches videos or plays games, the terminal receives messages of short messages, WeChat messages or QQ types, the messages are converted into background operation only after a reminding frame pops up on the current operation interface of the user, and if the user needs to process the messages, the user needs to quit the current application and find a corresponding message processing platform. Although the existing screen splitting technology can solve the problems, the operation steps are complicated, and inconvenience is brought to the use of a user.
Particularly, when the terminal receives the call-type communication information, the current application is directly interrupted, the call-type communication information is displayed in a full screen mode, and although the terminal can return to the interrupted application after processing the call-type communication information, some applications also need to be opened again by a user. Such forced interruptions to current applications can have a severe impact on users who are playing games or video conferencing, and can result in poor user experience.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, embodiments of the present invention are expected to provide a method, a terminal, and a computer-readable storage medium for processing a communication service, so as to solve the problems in the prior art and improve user experience.
To achieve the above object, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for processing a communication service, including:
judging whether the current application of the terminal equipment is a target application;
when the current application is the target application, acquiring communication information of the terminal equipment;
generating a bullet screen and a suspension ball according to the communication information, and displaying the bullet screen and the suspension ball on a display interface of the current application;
and processing the bullet screen by using the suspension ball.
Optionally, the step of processing the bullet screen by using the floating ball further includes:
detecting whether a user clicks one of the barrages, if so, processing the clicked barrage by using the floating ball;

The terminal may be implemented in various forms. For example, the terminal described in the present invention may include a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a palmtop computer, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a Portable Media Player (PMP), a navigation device, a wearable device, a smart band, a pedometer, and the like, and a fixed terminal such as a Digital TV, a desktop computer, and the like.
The following description will be given by way of example of a mobile terminal, and it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the construction according to the embodiment of the present invention can be applied to a fixed type terminal, in addition to elements particularly used for mobile purposes.
Referring to fig. 1, which is a schematic diagram of a hardware structure of a mobile terminal for implementing various embodiments of the present invention, the mobile terminal 100 may include: RF (Radio Frequency) unit 101, WiFi module 102, audio output unit 103, a/V (audio/video) input unit 104, sensor 105, display unit 106, user input unit 107, interface unit 108, memory 109, processor 110, and power supply 111. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the mobile terminal architecture shown in fig. 1 is not intended to be limiting of mobile terminals, which may include more or fewer components than those shown, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components.
The following describes each component of the mobile terminal in detail with reference to fig. 1:
the radio frequency unit 101 may be configured to receive and transmit signals during information transmission and reception or during a call, and specifically, receive downlink information of a base station and then process the downlink information to the processor 110; in addition, the uplink data is transmitted to the base station. Typically, radio frequency unit 101 includes, but is not limited to, an antenna, at least one amplifier, a transceiver, a coupler, a low noise amplifier, a duplexer, and the like. In addition, the radio frequency unit 101 can also communicate with a network and other devices through wireless communication. WiFi belongs to short-distance wireless transmission technology, and the mobile terminal can help a user to receive and send e-mails, browse webpages, access streaming media and the like through the WiFi module 102, and provides wireless broadband internet access for the user. Although fig. 1 shows the WiFi module 102, it is understood that it does not belong to the essential constitution of the mobile terminal, and may be omitted entirely as needed within the scope not changing the essence of the invention.
The audio output unit 103 may convert audio data received by the radio frequency unit 101 or the WiFi module 102 or stored in the memory 109 into an audio signal and output as sound when the mobile terminal 100 is in a call signal reception mode, a call mode, a recording mode, a voice recognition mode, a broadcast reception mode, or the like. Also, the audio output unit 103 may also provide audio output related to a specific function performed by the mobile terminal 100 (e.g., a call signal reception sound, a message reception sound, etc.). The audio output unit 103 may include a speaker, a buzzer, and the like.
The a/V input unit 104 is used to receive audio or video signals. The microphone 1042 may receive sounds (audio data) via the microphone 1042 in a phone call mode, a recording mode, a voice recognition mode, or the like, and may be capable of processing such sounds into audio data. The processed audio (voice) data may be converted into a format output transmittable to a mobile communication base station via the radio frequency unit 101 in case of a phone call mode. The microphone 1042 may implement various types of noise cancellation (or suppression) algorithms to cancel (or suppress) noise or interference generated in the course of receiving and transmitting audio signals.
The mobile terminal 100 also includes at least one sensor 105, such as a light sensor, a motion sensor, and other sensors. Specifically, the light sensor includes an ambient light sensor that can adjust the brightness of the display panel 1061 according to the brightness of ambient light, and a proximity sensor that can turn off the display panel 1061 and/or a backlight when the mobile terminal 100 is moved to the ear. As one of the motion sensors, the accelerometer sensor can detect the magnitude of acceleration in each direction (generally, three axes), can detect the magnitude and direction of gravity when stationary, and can be used for applications of recognizing the posture of a mobile phone (such as horizontal and vertical screen switching, related games, magnetometer posture calibration), vibration recognition related functions (such as pedometer and tapping), and the like; as for other sensors such as a fingerprint sensor, a pressure sensor, an iris sensor, a molecular sensor, a gyroscope, a barometer, a hygrometer, a thermometer, and an infrared sensor, which can be configured on the mobile phone, further description is omitted here.
The display unit 106 is used to display information input by a user or information provided to the user. The Display unit 106 may include a Display panel 1061, and the Display panel 1061 may be configured in the form of a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), an Organic Light-Emitting Diode (OLED), or the like.
The user input unit 107 may be used to receive input numeric or character information and generate key signal inputs related to user settings and function control of the mobile terminal. Specifically, the user input unit 107 may include a touch panel 1071 and other input devices 1072. The touch panel 1071, also referred to as a touch screen, may collect a touch operation performed by a user on or near the touch panel 1071 (e.g., an operation performed by the user on or near the touch panel 1071 using a finger, a stylus, or any other suitable object or accessory), and drive a corresponding connection device according to a predetermined program. The touch panel 1071 may include two parts of a touch detection device and a touch controller. The touch detection device detects the touch direction of a user, detects a signal brought by touch operation and transmits the signal to the touch controller; the touch controller receives touch information from the touch sensing device, converts the touch information into touch point coordinates, sends the touch point coordinates to the processor 110, and can receive and execute commands sent by the processor 110. In addition, the touch panel 1071 may be implemented in various types, such as a resistive type, a capacitive type, an infrared ray, and a surface acoustic wave. In addition to the touch panel 1071, the user input unit 107 may include other input devices 1072. In particular, other input devices 1072 may include, but are not limited to, one or more of a physical keyboard, function keys (e.g., volume control keys, switch keys, etc.), a trackball, a mouse, a joystick, and the like, and are not limited to these specific examples.
Further, the touch panel 1071 may cover the display panel 1061, and when the touch panel 1071 detects a touch operation thereon or nearby, the touch panel 1071 transmits the touch operation to the processor 110 to determine the type of the touch event, and then the processor 110 provides a corresponding visual output on the display panel 1061 according to the type of the touch event. Although the touch panel 1071 and the display panel 1061 are shown in fig. 1 as two separate components to implement the input and output functions of the mobile terminal, in some embodiments, the touch panel 1071 and the display panel 1061 may be integrated to implement the input and output functions of the mobile terminal, and is not limited herein.
The interface unit 108 serves as an interface through which at least one external device is connected to the mobile terminal 100. For example, the external device may include a wired or wireless headset port, an external power supply (or battery charger) port, a wired or wireless data port, a memory card port, a port for connecting a device having an identification module, an audio input/output (I/O) port, a video I/O port, an earphone port, and the like. The interface unit 108 may be used to receive input (e.g., data information, power, etc.) from external devices and transmit the received input to one or more elements within the mobile terminal 100 or may be used to transmit data between the mobile terminal 100 and external devices.
The memory 109 may be used to store software programs as well as various data. The memory 109 may mainly include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required by at least one function (such as a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.), and the like; the storage data area may store data (such as audio data, a phonebook, etc.) created according to the use of the cellular phone, and the like. Further, the memory 109 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other volatile solid state storage device.
The processor 110 is a control center of the mobile terminal, connects various parts of the entire mobile terminal using various interfaces and lines, and performs various functions of the mobile terminal and processes data by operating or executing software programs and/or modules stored in the memory 109 and calling data stored in the memory 109, thereby performing overall monitoring of the mobile terminal. Processor 110 may include one or more processing units; alternatively, the processor 110 may integrate an application processor, which primarily handles operating systems, user interfaces, applications, etc., and a modem processor, which primarily handles wireless communications. It will be appreciated that the modem processor described above may not be integrated into the processor 110.
The mobile terminal 100 may further include a power supply 111 (e.g., a battery) for supplying power to various components, and optionally, the power supply 111 may be logically connected to the processor 110 via a power management system, so as to implement functions of managing charging, discharging, and power consumption via the power management system.
Although not shown in fig. 1, the mobile terminal 100 may further include a bluetooth module or the like, which is not described in detail herein.
In order to facilitate understanding of the embodiments of the present invention, a communication network system on which the mobile terminal of the present invention is based is described below.

The EPC203 may include an MME (Mobility Management Entity) 2031, an HSS (Home Subscriber Server) 2032, other MMEs 2033, an SGW (Serving gateway) 2034, a PGW (PDN gateway) 2035, and a PCRF (Policy and Charging Rules Function) 2036, and the like. The MME2031 is a control node that handles signaling between the UE201 and the EPC203, and provides bearer and connection management. HSS2032 is used to provide registers to manage functions such as home location register (not shown) and holds subscriber specific information about service characteristics, data rates, etc. All user data may be sent through SGW2034, PGW2035 may provide IP address assignment for UE201 and other functions, and PCRF2036 is a policy and charging control policy decision point for traffic data flow and IP bearer resources, which selects and provides available policy and charging control decisions for a policy and charging enforcement function (not shown).
The IP services 204 may include the internet, intranets, IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem), or other IP services, among others.
Although the LTE system is described as an example, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the LTE system, but may also be applied to other wireless communication systems, such as GSM, CDMA2000, WCDMA, TD-SCDMA, and future new network systems.

The bullet screen comprises at least one of a head portrait of a source, a network name or a remark name of the source, a picture keyword and a platform icon of the source;
and when the communication information is voice information, extracting the storage unit of the information from the voice information cache region to generate the bullet screen. when the communication information is a call request, the floating ball comprises an answering key, a hang-up key, a later reminding key and a quick reply key.

when the answer key is selected, the floating ball is controlled to be changed into a flashing small circle, the conversation duration is displayed in the small circle, and when the small circle is clicked again, the bullet screen is controlled to disappear and the current conversation is ended;
when the hang-up key is selected, controlling the bullet screen to disappear from the display interface of the current application;
when a later reminding key is selected, controlling the bullet screen to disappear from the display interface of the current application and change the bullet screen into a traditional missed call request frame running in a background, and popping up the missed call request frame after the current application is finished;
when selecting the quick answer key, control quick answer key below and present reply words commonly used, reply words commonly used are used for replying the barrage to after replying the barrage, control barrage disappearance from the display interface of current application.

And when the communication information is a call request, interrupting the current application and displaying a call request processing interface on a full screen of a display screen of the terminal equipment.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a communication service processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the figure, when the current application is the target application, the terminal device receives the communication information, and the display screen of the terminal device still displays the display interface of the current application. The communication service is one of text information, picture information and voice information. For example, when the currently applied display interface is a landscape display and the received communication information is one of text information, picture information, and voice information, the control barrage and the floating ball 500 appears in the form shown in fig. 5, but is not limited to this display form.
The floating ball 500 includes a quick reply key, a later reminder key, a keyboard reply key, and a voice message play key, and the barrage is processed using the floating ball 500. Clicking the bullet screen to be processed, and processing the selected bullet screen by the suspension ball 500; if not, the default hoverball 500 is processed sequentially from the first barrage. Specifically, the step of processing the bullet screen by using the floating ball 500 includes:
when the quick reply key is selected, a common reply language for the bullet screen is presented below the quick reply key, the common reply language is used for replying the bullet screen, and after the bullet screen is replied, the bullet screen is controlled to disappear from a display interface of the current application;

when a keyboard reply key is selected, popping up a keyboard on a display interface of the current application, and controlling the bullet screen and the keyboard to disappear after sending a message aiming at the bullet screen by using the keyboard;
and when the voice message playing key is selected, reading the voice message in the barrage.
And after the processed bullet screen disappears from the display interface of the current application, controlling the floating ball 500 to disappear from the display interface of the current application.
In practical applications, when a user uses a current application belonging to a target application, the following three cases may be handled by the audio playback apparatus of the terminal device:
connecting an earphone on the terminal equipment and closing a loudspeaker of the terminal equipment;
receiving sound of the terminal equipment by connecting an earphone on the terminal equipment;
and receiving the sound of the terminal equipment through a loudspeaker of the terminal equipment.
When the voice message playing key in the hover 500 is selected, if the content of the voice message is desired to be received, it is necessary to ensure that the voice playing function of the terminal device normally operates, including:
when the terminal equipment is not connected with the earphone and the loudspeaker is not started, the loudspeaker of the terminal equipment is started, the volume of the current application is automatically adjusted, the volume of the current application is adjusted to be small, and the volume of the voice message playing is adjusted to be large;
when the terminal equipment is connected with an earphone, the volume of the current application is automatically adjusted, the volume of the current application is adjusted to be small, and the volume of the voice message playing is adjusted to be large;
when a loudspeaker of the terminal equipment is in an opening mode, automatically adjusting the volume of the current application, turning down the volume of the current application and turning up the volume of the voice message;
and after the voice message is read, adjusting the volume of the current application to the original volume.
In the process, the user can process the communication information including one of the character information, the picture information and the voice information without interrupting the current application, the processing process cannot influence the user to use the current application, and the use experience of the user is improved.
Fig. 5 shows the position where the barrage and the floating ball 500 appear is only the preset position of the terminal device for the barrage and the floating ball 500. The barrage flows to the opposite side from one side of terminal equipment, and the communication information that terminal equipment received for the first time is close to the barrage of opposite side, and the hover ball 500 shows at the opposite side of barrage.
The determination of the preset bullet screen position comprises the following steps: detecting a control icon displayed on a current application display interface; determining the position of a control icon appearing on a display interface; and controlling the display path of the bullet screen to avoid the position of a control icon displayed on the current application display interface.
The determination of the preset position of the levitated ball 500 includes: detecting and determining the direction of a user holding the terminal; monitoring the area range of the thumb movement of the user; determining the most frequent position of the thumb of the user touching the display screen within the range of the area where the thumb of the user moves; the control hover ball 500 is shown in this position.
Further, the user can freely change the position of the bullet screen and the floating ball 500 on the display interface of the current application according to the use habit of the user.
When the barrage and/or the floating ball 500 is pressed for a long time, the barrage and/or the floating ball 500 is dragged to any position of the current application display interface;
when the bullet screen and/or the floating ball 500 is double-clicked, a skin function box is popped up on the currently applied display interface, the skin function box comprises a color adjusting function and/or a transparency adjusting function, and the change of the color adjusting function and/or the transparency adjusting function is controlled, so that the color and/or the transparency of the bullet screen and/or the floating ball 500 is changed.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of another communication service processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the figure, when the current application is the target application, the terminal device receives the communication information, and the display screen of the terminal device still displays the display interface of the current application. The communication service is here a call request. For example, when the currently applied display interface is a landscape display and the received communication information is a call request, the control barrage and the floating ball 500 appear in the form shown in fig. 6, wherein ripples spreading from inside to outside are arranged around the control keys of the floating ball 500 to indicate that the communication information received by the terminal device is a call request, but the display form is not limited thereto.
The floating ball 500 comprises an answering key, a hang-up key, a later reminding key and a quick reply key, and the step of processing the bullet screen by utilizing the floating ball 500 comprises the following steps:
when the answer key is selected, the floating ball 500 is controlled to be changed into a flashing small circle, the call duration is displayed in the small circle, and when the small circle is clicked again, the barrage is controlled to disappear and the current call is ended;
when the hang-up key is selected, controlling the bullet screen to disappear from the display interface of the current application;
when a later reminding key is selected, controlling the bullet screen to disappear from the display interface of the current application and change the bullet screen into a traditional missed call request frame running in a background, and popping up the missed call request frame after the current application is finished;
when selecting the quick answer key, control quick answer key below and present reply words commonly used, reply words commonly used are used for replying the barrage to after replying the barrage, control barrage disappearance from the display interface of current application.
And after the processed bullet screen disappears from the display interface of the current application, controlling the floating ball 500 to disappear from the display interface of the current application.
In practical applications, when a user uses a current application belonging to a target application, the following three cases may be handled by the audio playback apparatus of the terminal device:

when the terminal equipment is not connected with the earphone and the loudspeaker is not started, the current answering mode is defaulted to be the hands-free mode, the loudspeaker of the terminal equipment is started, the volume of the current application is automatically adjusted to be small, and the volume of the call mode is adjusted to be large;
when the terminal equipment is connected with an earphone, the volume of the current application is automatically adjusted, the volume of the current application is adjusted to be small, and the volume of the call mode is adjusted to be large;
when a loudspeaker of the terminal equipment is in an opening mode, the current answering mode is defaulted to be a hands-free mode, the volume of the current application is automatically adjusted to be small, and the volume of the current application is adjusted to be large;
and after the call is finished, adjusting the volume of the current application to the original volume.
In the process, the user can process the call request without interrupting the current application, the processing process does not influence the user to use the current application, and the user use experience is improved.
Fig. 6 shows the position where the barrage and the floating ball 500 appear is only the preset position of the terminal device for the barrage and the floating ball 500. The determination of the preset position is the same as that described in fig. 5, and is not described herein again.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic diagram illustrating a call request answering mode of fig. 6. As shown in the figure, in the call request answering mode, the floating ball 500 for controlling the bullet screen becomes a flickering small circle, and the call duration is displayed in the small circle. At this time, the bullet screen information can still be displayed on the display interface of the current application, and when the small circle is clicked again, the bullet screen is controlled to disappear and the current call is ended.
It should be noted that the small circle shown in fig. 7 appears only at the preset position of the terminal device for the small circle. The determination of the preset position of the small circle comprises the following steps: detecting a control icon displayed on a current application display interface; and determining the position of the control icon appearing on the display interface, and controlling the display position of the small circle to be the position of the control icon for avoiding the display of the current application display interface.
Furthermore, the user can freely change the position of the small circle on the display interface of the current application according to the use habit of the user.
When the small circle is pressed for a long time, the small circle is dragged to any position of the current application display interface;
and when the small circle is double-clicked, popping up a skin function box on the currently applied display interface, wherein the skin function box comprises a color adjusting function and/or a transparency adjusting function, and controlling the change of the color adjusting function and/or the transparency adjusting function to change the color and/or the transparency of the small circle.

the processor 110 is configured to execute the communication service processing program stored in the memory 109 to implement the following steps:
judging whether the current application of the terminal equipment is a target application;
when the current application is the target application, acquiring communication information of the terminal equipment;
generating a bullet screen and a suspension ball according to the communication information, and displaying the bullet screen and the suspension ball on a display interface of the current application;
and processing the bullet screen by using the suspension ball.
Optionally, the processor 110 is further configured to execute the communication service processing program to implement the following steps:

detecting whether a user clicks one of the barrages, if so, processing the clicked barrage by using the floating ball;

According to the method and the device, whether the current application of the terminal device is the target application or not is judged, if the current application is the target application, the communication information of the terminal device is obtained, the barrage and the floating ball are generated according to the communication information, the barrage and the floating ball are displayed on the display interface of the current application, the barrage is processed by the floating ball, a user does not need to interrupt the current application to process the communication information in the process, and user experience is improved.

1. A method for processing communication services, the method comprising:
judging whether the current application of the terminal equipment is a target application;
when the current application is the target application, communication information of the terminal equipment is obtained, wherein the communication information comprises at least one of character information, picture information, voice information and a calling request;
generating at least one barrage and a suspension ball separated from the barrage according to the communication information, and displaying the at least one barrage and the suspension ball on a display interface of the current application, wherein when the communication information is one of the character information, the picture information and the voice information, the suspension ball comprises at least one of a quick reply key, a later reminding key, a keyboard reply key and a voice message playing key; when the communication information is the call request, the floating ball comprises at least one of an answering key, a hang-up key, a later reminding key and a quick reply key;
utilizing the floating ball to process the bullet screen, wherein, utilizing the floating ball to process the bullet screen comprises the following steps:
detecting whether a user clicks one of the at least one bullet screen, if so, processing the clicked one of the bullet screen by using the floating ball;
and if not, sequentially processing from the first strip of the bullet screen by using the floating ball.
2. The method of claim 1,
when the communication information is the text information, the bullet screen comprises at least one of a head portrait of a source, a network name or a remark name of the source, text content and a platform icon of the source;
when the communication information is the picture information, the bullet screen comprises at least one of a head portrait of a source, a network name or a remark name of the source, picture keywords and a platform icon of the source;
when the communication information is the voice information, the bullet screen comprises at least one of a head portrait of a source, a network name or a remark name of the source, a voice icon and a platform icon of a message source;
when the communication information is the call request, the bullet screen comprises at least one of a remark name of the caller, a home location of the caller and a telephone number of the caller.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the step of processing the bullet screen with the levitating sphere comprises:
when the quick reply key is selected, a common reply language aiming at the bullet screen is presented below the quick reply key, the common reply language is used for replying the bullet screen, and the bullet screen is controlled to disappear from the display interface of the current application after the bullet screen is replied;
when the later reminding key is selected, controlling the bullet screen to disappear from the display interface of the current application and change into a traditional information frame running in a background, and popping up the information frame after the current application is finished;
when the keyboard reply key is selected, popping up a keyboard on a display interface of the current application, and controlling the bullet screen and the keyboard to disappear after the keyboard is used for sending a message aiming at the bullet screen;
and when the voice message playing key is selected, reading the voice message in the barrage.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the step of processing the bullet screen with the levitating sphere comprises:
when the answer key is selected, the suspension ball is controlled to be changed into a flashing small circle, the call duration is displayed in the small circle, and when the small circle is clicked again, the bullet screen is controlled to disappear and the current call is ended;
when the hang-up key is selected, controlling the bullet screen to disappear from the display interface of the current application;
when the later reminding key is selected, controlling the bullet screen to disappear from the display interface of the current application and change into a traditional missed call request frame running in a background, and popping up the missed call request frame after the current application is finished;
when the quick reply key is selected, controlling the quick reply key below to present a common reply word, wherein the common reply word is used for replying the bullet screen, and after the bullet screen is replied, controlling the bullet screen to disappear from the display interface of the current application.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein after the bullet screen disappears from the display interface of the current application, controlling the hovercall to disappear from the display interface of the current application.
6. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that when the bullet screen and/or the hover ball is pressed for a long time, the bullet screen and/or the hover ball is dragged to any position of the current application display interface;
and when the bullet screen and/or the floating ball are/is double-clicked, popping up a skin function frame on the currently applied display interface, wherein the skin function frame comprises a color adjusting function and/or a transparency adjusting function, and controlling the change of the color adjusting function and/or the transparency adjusting function to change the color and/or the transparency of the bullet screen and/or the floating ball.
7. A processing terminal of communication service is characterized in that the processing terminal comprises a processor, a memory and a communication bus;
the communication bus is used for realizing connection communication between the processor and the memory;
the processor is used for executing the communication service processing program stored in the memory so as to realize the following steps:
judging whether the current application of the terminal equipment is a target application;
when the current application is the target application, communication information of the terminal equipment is obtained, wherein the communication information comprises at least one of character information, picture information, voice information and a calling request;
generating at least one barrage and a suspension ball separated from the barrage according to the communication information, and displaying the at least one barrage and the suspension ball on a display interface of the current application, wherein when the communication information is one of the character information, the picture information and the voice information, the suspension ball comprises at least one of a quick reply key, a later reminding key, a keyboard reply key and a voice message playing key; when the communication information is the call request, the floating ball comprises at least one of an answering key, a hang-up key, a later reminding key and a quick reply key;
utilizing the floating ball to process the bullet screen, wherein, utilizing the floating ball to process the bullet screen comprises the following steps:
detecting whether a user clicks one of the at least one bullet screen, if so, processing the clicked one of the bullet screen by using the floating ball;
and if not, sequentially processing from the first strip of the bullet screen by using the floating ball.
8. A processing terminal of communication service is characterized in that the processing terminal comprises a processor and a memory;
the memory is configured to store a communication service processing program;
the processor is configured to execute the communication service processing program stored in the memory to implement the method of any one of claims 2 to 6.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium stores one or more programs which are executable by one or more processors to implement the steps of the method for processing a communication service according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
