In order to facilitate understanding of the embodiments of the present invention, a communication network system on which the mobile terminal of the present invention is based is described below.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is an architecture diagram of a communication Network system according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the communication Network system is an LTE system of a universal mobile telecommunications technology, and the LTE system includes a UE (User Equipment) 201, an E-UTRAN (Evolved UMTS Terrestrial Radio Access Network) 202, an EPC (Evolved Packet Core) 203, and an IP service 204 of an operator, which are in communication connection in sequence.
Specifically, the UE201 may be the terminal 100 described above, and is not described herein again.
The E-UTRAN202 includes eNodeB2021 and other eNodeBs 2022, among others. Among them, the eNodeB2021 may be connected with other eNodeB2022 through backhaul (e.g., X2 interface), the eNodeB2021 is connected to the EPC203, and the eNodeB2021 may provide the UE201 access to the EPC 203.
The EPC203 may include an MME (Mobility Management Entity) 2031, an HSS (Home Subscriber Server) 2032, other MMEs 2033, an SGW (Serving gateway) 2034, a PGW (PDN gateway) 2035, and a PCRF (Policy and Charging Rules Function) 2036, and the like. The MME2031 is a control node that handles signaling between the UE201 and the EPC203, and provides bearer and connection management. HSS2032 is used to provide registers to manage functions such as home location register (not shown) and holds subscriber specific information about service characteristics, data rates, etc. All user data may be sent through SGW2034, PGW2035 may provide IP address assignment for UE201 and other functions, and PCRF2036 is a policy and charging control policy decision point for traffic data flow and IP bearer resources, which selects and provides available policy and charging control decisions for a policy and charging enforcement function (not shown).
The IP services 204 may include the internet, intranets, IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem), or other IP services, among others.
Although the LTE system is described as an example, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the LTE system, but may also be applied to other wireless communication systems, such as GSM, CDMA2000, WCDMA, TD-SCDMA, and future new network systems.
Based on the above mobile terminal hardware structure and communication network system, the present invention provides various embodiments of the method. The above-mentioned serial numbers of the embodiments of the present invention are merely for description and do not represent the merits of the embodiments.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will clearly understand that the method of the above embodiments can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware, but in many cases, the former is a better implementation manner. receiving a setting instruction, and acquiring editing information corresponding to the setting instruction, wherein the editing information comprises a dragging direction, a contact person, reply information and a reply mode;
and storing the editing information, and associating the dragging direction with the contact, the reply information and the reply mode.
The invention further provides a call refusing reply method. Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating a method of rejecting reply for incoming call according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
In this embodiment, the incoming call rejection reply method includes:
step S10, receiving an incoming call prompt signal, and displaying an operation icon corresponding to the incoming call prompt signal on a display interface of the mobile terminal, wherein the operation icon comprises a refusal icon;
in this embodiment, the operation icon includes operation icons such as a reject icon and an answer icon corresponding to operations such as hanging up a phone, answering a phone, and the like, and when the user clicks or slides the corresponding operation icon, the operation corresponding to the operation icon is performed, and of course, the operation icon also includes icons corresponding to operations such as sending a short message and unlocking a desktop. And when the incoming call prompt signal is received, displaying the telephone number, the remark name and the like of the contact corresponding to the incoming call prompt signal on a display interface of the mobile terminal.
Step S20, if it is detected that the user presses the reject icon for a long time, acquiring the dragging direction of the reject icon dragged by the user;
in this embodiment, when the user performs the rejection operation, the mobile terminal detects the pressing time of the user on the rejection icon, determines whether the time for the user to press the rejection icon is greater than a preset threshold, if so, considers that the user presses the rejection icon for a long time, and if it is detected that the pressing time of the user is less than or equal to the preset threshold, considers that the user clicks the rejection icon, and directly performs the rejection operation. If the user is detected to press the reject icon for a long time, the user drags the reject icon to acquire the dragging direction of the reject icon dragged by the user, wherein the dragging direction comprises the upper direction, the lower direction, the left direction, the right direction, the oblique upper direction, the oblique lower direction and the like.
Step S30, determining whether the phone number corresponding to the incoming call prompt signal has corresponding first reply content.
In this embodiment, a user may set corresponding reply content for a phone number in a contact, and when an incoming call prompt signal is received, first obtain the phone number corresponding to the incoming call prompt signal, and detect whether the phone number has corresponding first reply content.
Step S40, determining a corresponding first reply mode based on the dragging direction, and acquiring a second reply content corresponding to the first reply mode to reply according to the second reply content.
In this embodiment, when the mobile terminal detects that the phone number corresponding to the incoming call prompt signal does not have a corresponding phone number, the corresponding first reply mode is determined according to different dragging modes, and the first reply mode is divided into a custom reply mode, a default reply mode and an editing mode reply mode. Of course, the first reply formula can also be divided into text reply, expression reply, voice reply, file reply, video reply and the like. The classification of the first reply mode is not particularly limited, and the first reply mode corresponding to the dragging direction can be set by a user on a setting interface of the incoming call rejection reply.
Further, when the dragging direction of the user is detected, a first reply mode corresponding to the dragging direction is determined, and a recovery content option of the first reply mode can be displayed in a preset area of the dragging direction, for example, when the first reply mode corresponding to the dragging direction is detected to be a short message automatic reply, a reply content option of the short message automatic reply is displayed in the preset area of the dragging direction, the reply content is, for example, "bad meaning, i is busy, contacts later", "i is driving, and is inconvenient to get through you, replies you later", "Don't call me again", and the like, and the reply content can also be voice, expression, video, and the like, or when files and other data need to be replied in work, the reply content can also be an attachment.
Further, each piece of reply content is located at a preset position of the preset area, the reply content corresponding to the position is obtained according to a target position where the user drags the rejection icon to finally stay, and the reply content is sent to the corresponding contact terminal, wherein whether the user lifts a finger in the process of dragging the icon can be detected, and if the user's finger lifting operation is detected, the position where the current dragged icon is located is the position where the user finally stays. Of course, when the user drags the rejection icon to the target position, the sending selection prompt can be sent to the display interface of the mobile terminal, and the user can select whether to send the currently selected reply content.
Furthermore, first reply modes and reply contents corresponding to different dragging directions can be set according to the types of the incoming calls, the types of the incoming calls comprise stranger calls, family calls, friend calls, colleague calls and the like, and different first reply modes and reply contents are selected according to different types.
Further, the first reply formula also comprises screenshot reply, when a user inconveniently answers a call by using the mobile terminal to perform important operation, the rejection icon is dragged to the dragging direction corresponding to the screenshot reply, the screenshot of the application display interface opened by the user when the call is coming is acquired, and the screenshot is sent to the contact terminal. The implementation manner may specifically be that when an incoming call prompt signal is detected, a screenshot is automatically performed on a display interface of an application currently opened by a user, the screenshot is stored, when it is detected that the user drags a pickup icon in a dragging direction corresponding to a first return formula of the screenshot, the call is hung up, the screenshot is sent to a corresponding contact terminal, if the user answers the call, a deletion instruction is automatically generated, the screenshot is deleted according to the deletion instruction, or the screenshot is performed on the application display interface opened by the user after the user refuses to answer the call, and the screenshot is sent to the corresponding contact terminal.
Further, the first reply mode may also be that a certain preset application program, for example, a camera, a recorder, or the like, is opened, the user performs operations such as photographing, voice entry, and the like by using the application program, and operation contents of the operations such as photographing, voice entry, and the like are sent to the contact terminal.
In the incoming call rejection reply method provided by this embodiment, an operation icon corresponding to an incoming call prompt signal is displayed on a display interface of a mobile terminal by receiving the incoming call prompt signal, where the operation icon includes a rejection icon, then if it is detected that a user presses the rejection icon for a long time, a dragging direction in which the user drags the rejection icon is obtained, finally, a corresponding first reply mode is determined based on the dragging direction, and second reply content corresponding to the first reply mode is obtained, so as to reply according to the second reply content; the method and the device realize timely reply when the user refuses to receive the call, reply can be carried out in different reply modes according to different incoming calls in different scenes, and user experience is improved.
Based on the first embodiment, a second embodiment of the incoming call rejection response method of the present invention is provided, and referring to fig. 4, in this embodiment, step S40 includes:
step S41, if the dragging direction is a first dragging direction, determining that a first reply mode corresponding to the first dragging direction is a short message automatic reply;
step S42, displaying the second reply content of the automatic reply of the short message in a preset area in the first dragging direction;
step S43, if it is detected that the user drags the reject icon to the preset position of the preset area, selecting a reply short message corresponding to the preset position in the second reply content to reply with a short message.
In this embodiment, the first dragging direction is a dragging direction corresponding to an automatic short message reply method, and may be an upper direction, a lower direction, a left direction, a right direction, an oblique upper direction, an oblique lower direction, and the like, and the dragging direction is set by a user. In this embodiment, the first dragging direction is taken as the upper side for example, when a call comes from a mobile terminal, if it is detected that a user drags a pickup refusing icon to the upper side, it is determined that the first replying mode is a short message automatic replying mode, a reply content option of the short message automatic replying mode can be displayed in a preset area of the dragging direction, the reply content is, for example, "bad meaning, i is busy, you will contact later", "i is driving, and is inconvenient to get through a call", "Don't call me again", and the like, and the reply content can also be voice, expression, video, and the like, or when a document and other data need to be replied in work, the reply content can also be an attachment. Referring to fig. 11, fig. 11 is a scene schematic diagram of a preset area and a preset position of each piece of reply content in the preset area, where the short message reply content is located, and the reply content corresponding to the position is obtained according to a target position where the user drags the rejection icon to finally stay, and is sent to a corresponding contact terminal according to the reply content, where it can be detected whether the user lifts a finger during the process of dragging the icon, and if the user's finger lifting operation is detected, the position where the current dragged icon is located is considered to be the position where the short message reply content finally stays. Of course, when the user drags the rejection icon to the target position, the sending selection prompt can be sent to the display interface of the mobile terminal, and the user can select whether to send the currently selected reply content.
In the incoming call rejection method provided by this embodiment, if the dragging direction is a first dragging direction, it is determined that a first reply mode corresponding to the first dragging direction is an automatic short message reply, then second reply content of the automatic short message reply is displayed in a preset area of the first dragging direction, and finally, if it is detected that the user drags the rejection icon to a preset position of the preset area, a reply short message corresponding to the preset position is selected from the second reply content to reply with a short message; the automatic reply is realized when the mobile terminal calls through the short message automatic first reply mode, so that the reply can be carried out in time, different reply contents can be selected for replying, and the user experience is improved.
Based on the first embodiment, a third embodiment of the incoming call rejection response method of the present invention is provided, and referring to fig. 5, in this embodiment, step S40 includes:
step S44, if the dragging direction is a second dragging direction, determining that a first reply mode corresponding to the second dragging direction is a short message editing reply, and sending a short message editing interface to the mobile terminal display interface;
and step S45, receiving a sending instruction, acquiring the short message content edited by the user on the short message editing interface, and sending the short message content to the contact terminal corresponding to the incoming call prompt signal according to the sending instruction.
In this embodiment, the second dragging direction is a dragging direction corresponding to the first short message editing reply formula, and the second dragging direction may also be an upper direction, a lower direction, a left direction, a right direction, an oblique upper direction, an oblique lower direction, and the like. The content of the short message can be characters, pictures, expressions, voice and the like.
If the dragging direction is a second dragging direction, determining that a first reply mode corresponding to the second dragging direction is a short message editing reply, sending a short message editing interface to a display interface of the mobile terminal, receiving a sending instruction, acquiring short message content edited by a user on the short message editing interface, and sending the short message content to a contact terminal corresponding to the incoming call prompt signal according to the sending instruction; the short message can be directly edited for replying when the call is refused, the short message replying rapidity is improved, and the user experience is further improved.
Based on the first embodiment, a fourth embodiment of the incoming call rejection response method of the present invention is provided, and referring to fig. 6, in this embodiment, step S40 includes:
step S46, if the dragging direction is a third dragging direction, starting an application program corresponding to the third dragging direction;
step S47, acquiring operation information of the user in the application program, determining that the first reply mode corresponding to the third dragging direction is an application reply, and sending the operation information to the contact terminal corresponding to the incoming call prompt signal.
In this embodiment, the third dragging direction is an application reply manner for opening an application operation, and the third dragging direction may also be above, below, left, right, obliquely above, obliquely below, and the like, and of course, the third dragging direction, the second dragging direction, and the first dragging direction are different from each other, and a predetermined application, such as a camera, a sound recorder, and the like, may be opened according to the third dragging direction, and receive operation information that a user performs an operation using the application, where the operation information includes a photo, a recording message, and the like, and for example, the user performs an operation such as a photo, a voice entry, and the like using the application, and sends the operation information of the operation such as the photo, the voice entry, and the like to the contact terminal corresponding to the incoming call prompt signal. In the incoming call rejection reply method provided by this embodiment, if the dragging direction is a third dragging direction, an application program corresponding to the third dragging direction is started, then operation information of a user on the application program is acquired, a first reply mode corresponding to the third dragging direction is determined as an application reply, and the operation information is sent to a contact terminal corresponding to the incoming call prompt signal; the method and the device realize that the application program can be directly started for operation when the call is refused, so that the reply can be timely carried out in a specific scene, and the user experience is improved.
Based on the first embodiment, a fifth embodiment of the incoming call rejection response method of the present invention is provided, and referring to fig. 7, in this embodiment, step S40 includes:
step S48, if the dragging direction is a fourth dragging direction, determining that a first reply mode corresponding to the fourth dragging direction is screenshot reply;
and step S49, acquiring an application display interface corresponding to the application program used by the current user, carrying out screenshot on the application display interface, and sending the screenshot to the contact terminal corresponding to the incoming call prompt signal.
In this embodiment, the fourth dragging direction is a screenshot replying manner, and the fourth dragging direction may also be an upper direction, a lower direction, a left direction, a right direction, an obliquely upper direction, an obliquely lower direction, and the like. When a user inconveniently answers a call when important operations are performed by using the mobile terminal, for example, playing a game, watching a video, performing a video call with a person, etc., the rejection icon is dragged to a dragging direction corresponding to the screenshot reply, the screenshot of an application display interface opened by the user when the call is received is acquired, and the screenshot is sent to the contact terminal. The implementation manner may specifically be that when an incoming call prompt signal is detected, a screenshot is automatically performed on a display interface of an application currently opened by a user, the screenshot is stored, when it is detected that the user drags a pickup rejection icon in a dragging direction corresponding to the screenshot replying manner, the user hangs up the call, the screenshot is sent to the corresponding contact terminal, if the user answers the call, a deletion instruction is automatically generated, the screenshot is deleted according to the deletion instruction, or the application display interface opened by the user is screenshot after the user refuses to answer the call, and the screenshot is sent to the corresponding contact terminal.
In the incoming call rejection reply method provided by this embodiment, if the dragging direction is a fourth dragging direction, it is determined that a first reply mode corresponding to the fourth dragging direction is a screenshot reply, an application display interface corresponding to an application program used by a current user is obtained, a screenshot is performed on the application display interface, and the screenshot is sent to a contact terminal corresponding to the incoming call prompt signal; the method and the device have the advantages that the screenshot of the application program display interface currently used by the user is replied, so that the current inconvenient operation scene of the user is visually shown, and the user experience is improved.
Based on the first embodiment, a sixth embodiment of the incoming call rejection response method of the present invention is provided, referring to fig. 8, in this embodiment, after step S30, the incoming call rejection response method further includes:
step S50, if the phone number has corresponding first reply content, acquiring the first reply content corresponding to the phone number;
step S60, determining a corresponding second reply mode based on the dragging direction, and sending the first reply content to the terminal corresponding to the phone number according to the second reply mode.
In this embodiment, the second reply mode and the first reply content corresponding to different dragging directions may be set according to the type of the incoming call, where the type of the incoming call includes stranger phone, family phone, friend phone, colleague phone, and the like, and different second reply modes and first reply contents are selected according to different types. Specifically, when receiving the incoming call prompt signal, the telephone number of the current incoming call is obtained, the category of the telephone number is searched in a preset table, and acquires the second reply content corresponding to the type according to the searched type, determines the first reply formula according to the dragging direction of the user dragging the refused to receive icon, the first reply mode may be a voice reply, a text reply, etc., for example, when the phone number of the incoming call of the user is a stranger phone, the user drags the refusing icon upwards, if the refusing icon is dragged to a preset position and the lifting of the finger of the user is detected, the preset text content is acquired and sent to the terminal corresponding to the telephone number, or, when the telephone number of the incoming call of the user is a stranger telephone, the user drags the refusing icon downwards, if the refusing icon is dragged to a preset position, and when the finger of the user is detected to be lifted, acquiring preset voice content and sending the preset voice content to the terminal corresponding to the telephone number. The mobile terminal detects the phone number of the incoming call to determine the type of the phone number of the incoming call, and of course, different reply contents can be set according to a single contact, for example, the reply contents of the contact xiaoming and the contact xiaoming can be different, and if the incoming call of the contact xiaoming and the contact xiaoming is rejected, the automatically sent reply contents are different.
In the incoming call rejection response method provided in this embodiment, if the phone number has corresponding first reply content, the first reply content corresponding to the phone number is obtained, then a corresponding second reply mode is determined based on the dragging direction, and the first reply content is sent to the terminal corresponding to the phone number according to the second reply mode; the method and the device realize the reply of different reply contents according to different incoming call telephone numbers, thereby improving the reply flexibility and further improving the user experience.
Based on the sixth embodiment, a seventh embodiment of the incoming call rejection response method of the present invention is provided, and referring to fig. 9, in this embodiment, after step S40, the incoming call rejection response method further includes:
step S70, adding the telephone number corresponding to the incoming call prompt signal into the missed call list of the call list;
and step S80, automatically making special remarks on the telephone numbers in the missed call list based on the second reply content.
In this embodiment, when the user rejects the incoming call, the phone number corresponding to the incoming call prompt signal is added to the missed call list of the call list, the phone number is marked as a missed call, and a special note is automatically made to the phone number according to the first reply content, where the special note may be an expression, a phrase, an icon, and the like, referring to fig. 12, and fig. 12 is a scene schematic diagram of the missed call special note, for example, if the first reply content is "i am in a meeting and contacts you later", an "in-meeting" phrase is added at a preset position of the phone number display interface, and for example, if the first reply content is "Don't call me again", an angry expression is added at the preset position of the phone number display interface. According to the special remark, the reply content can be quickly judged, and the user does not need to look over the reply content of the short message one by one.
In the call rejection response method provided by this embodiment, the telephone number corresponding to the call prompt signal is added to the missed call list in the call list, and then the telephone number is automatically specially noted in the missed call list based on the second response content; the reply content can be quickly judged according to the special remarks, the trouble caused by the fact that the user turns over the reply content of the short message one by one is reduced, and the user experience is improved.
Based on any of the above embodiments, an eighth embodiment of the incoming call rejection response method of the present invention is provided, and referring to fig. 10, in this embodiment, the incoming call rejection response method further includes:
step S90, receiving a setting instruction, and acquiring editing information corresponding to the setting instruction, wherein the editing information includes a fourth dragging direction, a contact, reply information and a reply mode;
and S100, storing the editing information, and associating the dragging direction with the contact, the reply information and the reply mode.
In this embodiment, the editing information includes a fourth dragging direction, a contact, a reply message, and the like, where the reply message includes a text, a picture, a voice, an expression, a video, and the like, a user may set the contact and the reply message corresponding to the fourth dragging direction on a setting interface for rejecting an incoming call reply, and when the mobile terminal detects an incoming call of the contact, the reply message is sent to the contact terminal. In addition, the setting interface can set the reply mode corresponding to the dragging direction, which can be a custom reply, a default reply, an editing type reply, a voice reply, a character reply, and the like, and different dragging directions correspond to different reply modes.
Further, a contact group can be established on a setting interface of the refusing incoming call reply, the mobile terminal receives an adding instruction triggered by a user, the contact needing to be added corresponding to the adding instruction is added to the contact group, and reply information corresponding to the contact group is set.
In the incoming call rejection reply method provided by this embodiment, a setting instruction is received, editing information corresponding to the setting instruction is obtained, where the editing information includes a dragging direction, a contact, reply information, and a reply manner, and then the editing information is stored, and the dragging direction is associated with the contact, the reply information, and the reply manner; the method and the device realize that the user can set different reply modes and reply information of refusing to reply the incoming call according to the requirements, thereby improving the user experience.
Further, the present invention also provides a mobile terminal, where the mobile terminal includes a memory, a processor, and an incoming call rejection response operation program stored in the memory and capable of running on the processor, and a method implemented when the incoming call rejection response operation program is executed by the processor may refer to each embodiment of the incoming call rejection response operation method of the present invention, and is not described herein again.

receiving an incoming call prompt signal, and displaying an operation icon corresponding to the incoming call prompt signal on a display interface of a mobile terminal, wherein the operation icon comprises a refusing icon;
if the fact that the user presses the refused icon for a long time is detected, acquiring the dragging direction of the refused icon dragged by the user;
determining whether the telephone number corresponding to the incoming call prompt signal has corresponding first reply content;
if the first reply content exists, setting first reply modes and the first reply content corresponding to different dragging directions according to the type of an incoming call, and selecting different first reply modes and the first reply content according to different types of the incoming call;
if the first reply content does not exist, determining a corresponding first reply mode based on the dragging direction, and acquiring second reply content corresponding to the first reply mode to reply according to the second reply content.

The incoming call rejection replying method according to claim 1, wherein the step of determining a corresponding first replying manner based on the dragging direction and obtaining a second replying content corresponding to the first replying manner for replying according to the second replying content comprises:
if the dragging direction is a first dragging direction, determining that a first reply mode corresponding to the first dragging direction is a short message automatic reply;
displaying second reply content automatically replied by the short message in a preset area in the first dragging direction;
and if the fact that the user drags the refusing icon to the preset position of the preset area is detected, selecting a reply short message corresponding to the preset position in the second reply content to reply the short message.
