Abstract
本发明公开了一种螺栓套管导电线夹,包括夹持件,夹持件为相互嵌套挤紧的锥形膨胀三角实体收缩套及与之连体的连体实体三角撑连同连体的三角实体线缆弧形撑,锥形收缩套与三通开口套管径向对称,开设有轴向收缩槽的两个相对而置的收缩套套入三通开口管道及锥形收缩套相互锁紧线芯的同时,共同推入三通开口套管的尽头末端锁紧螺套,完成紧固连接。本发明采用强压挤紧同时顶撑锥形膨胀三角实体收缩套的接线形式,为结构简单,制作容易的面接触而非液压钳接线柱等的点接触,安装快捷,连接紧固,可防雷击,绝电弧,防起火,杜绝故障,延长使用寿命,可重复使用,可用于电力远距离传输及各类交直流电机、电器、配电箱、电焊机、电力电网的接线使用。
Description
一、技术领域
本发明涉及导电电线电缆的连接机构,具体为螺栓套管导电线夹。
二、背景技术
电线电缆的连接方法有很多,如线搅线、管油压及子弹射击压缩等方式。本申请人也向国家知识产权局申请了多种接线结构专利。入申请号为201010531991.8的发明专利《由椎体椎穴及其变形组合成的强弱电接头装置》,以外螺套推入楔子的结构实现,楔子很难推入,即使推入一半,也还是属于有局限性的不合格产品,且受力面仅限于螺牙端口的接触面,耐受力还较薄弱,使螺牙部易于损坏;如现有的几乎所有名轿车等,特别在淌水以后,十几万公里即受潮霉变断路熄火。另外线缆限制于挤紧螺套的孔径,只能在有限范围内开孔,否则楔子脱出而导致连接失败。
所述多种接线结构均还存在耗材、费时、造成氧化的不牢固安装,接口温升裂开等不足
三、发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提出了一种接触面积大、安装快捷、连接牢固、能反复使用的螺栓套管导电线夹。
螺栓套管导电线夹,包括夹持件、所不同的是所述夹持件为开设有轴向收缩槽的锥形收缩套和锥形膨胀三角实体收缩套,所述锥形膨胀三角实体收缩套,旋合锁紧螺套,左右两个收缩套的小锥头相对置于接线套的套孔内,锥形收缩套的小薄锥头挤紧另一个收缩套的小锥头内,左右收缩套的大小锥头挤压或限位于挤紧螺套的封闭端,挤紧螺套内部开设有让线芯进入的穿设孔。所述结构的导电线夹,适合于局部剥皮的中途线缆(T型接口)接线的线芯,从三通开口套管的开口端横向套入三通开口套管内部尽头。将径向过来的线芯从锁紧螺套的穿入孔穿入的同时,将导线从锥形收缩套的厚大头进入后,套入锥形膨胀三角实体收缩套内。在锁紧螺套旋合锁紧的步程中,完成三通紧固。

本螺栓套管导电线夹包括夹持件、其特征在于:所述夹持件为。本发明螺栓套管导电线夹的夹持件为开设有轴向收缩槽9、的锥形收缩套10其收缩套的大锥头厚度厚于小锥头厚度和三通开口套管8及连体实体三角撑13,三通开口套管8为T型结构圆管设有让中途剥皮的线芯可直接套入三通开口套管8的内圆尽头顶端。让锥形膨胀三角实体收缩套4的大锥头端厚度大于小锥头端厚度,所述三通开口套管8及连体实体三角撑13的前端套头上开设有外螺纹7与锁紧螺套12旋合,所述套头的套孔为盲孔,套孔口倒角成为坡口,也可以免开坡口。开设与锥形膨胀三角实体收缩套10的同时,在其中央设有径向压线扩张口3,以利回旋收缩。以在锥形收缩套10挤压线缆及收缩套时径向撑开压线扩张口3同时在锥形膨胀三角实体收缩套4的顶端连体延伸设置为三角实体线缆弧形撑1,锥形膨胀三角实体收缩套4边连体延伸置成低于三通开口套管8外螺纹7的外凸弧形管2以便锁紧螺套11旋合的进程中还原三通开口套管8原有的承受压力质量,以免造成不应有的材料裂变。锥形膨胀三角实体收缩套4的小锥头相对置于套头的套孔内,前端锥形收缩套10的小锥头挤进后端锥形膨胀三角实体收缩套4的小薄锥头内。后端锥形膨胀三角实体收索套4的大厚锥头限位于套孔底部,前端锥形收缩套10的厚大锥头限位挤压于挤紧螺套11的套口封闭端,所述套口封闭端上开设有让线芯5进入线芯的穿设孔12所述穿设孔12的大小受限于线芯5的直径和锥形收缩套10锥形膨胀三角实体的收缩大小,太小不利于线芯5的穿设,太大则会使锥形收缩套10脱出,因此其开设的尺寸范围有限,但完全可以用于低负载的简单接线,及某些情况也可以使用于电力线缆的高压电线线缆施工连接如图1。
所述,结构的螺栓套管导电线夹运用于低负载的线缆线芯5与三通开口套管8及连体实体三角撑13的连接,在前锥形收缩套10和锥形膨胀三角实体收缩套4的自由状态下将线芯5通过锁紧螺套11的线芯穿设孔12进入三通开口套管8及连体实体三角撑13套头内的两个收缩套中,旋合挤紧螺套11,挤压前端锥形收缩套10,前端锥形收缩套10在自身不断轴向收缩的同时,逐渐深入进后端锥形膨胀三角实体收缩套内部将其径向撑开,以收缩前后两个收缩套合成为一个近似圆柱体,胀紧于三通开口套管8及连体实体三角撑13套头内顶端直至三通开口套管末端,从而实现三通开口套管8及连体实体三角撑13线芯5和锥形收缩套10大面积紧固三通连接圆满实现螺栓套管线夹的功能。

本发明的优点:
1、本发明螺栓套管导电线夹采用强压锁紧椎体的接线形式,结构简单,制作容易,安装快捷,连接牢固,防颠簸松动,防雷击,绝电弧,长寿命,可重复使用,节省能源的清洁能源使用。
2、本发明可用于可用于电力远距离传输,及各类交直流电机、电器、配电箱、电焊机、电力电网系统领域的接线使用,以及车船、卫星线缆及微小线路的安全可靠连接。例如车船震动插接件断脱,电流罢工,运转失效,工作停止。
3、本发明连接器可代替电子板的插接件及重要的焊接点。
4、本发明连接器适合扛潮湿氧化连接、防止不同程度的氧化腐蚀(如强酸、烧碱等)氧化连接,以及微型细小的线路连接,如电脑、卫星、手机等电子版的电路连接。
5、本连接器成功地减少了历史上的多个链接以及不合格的连接,或一次性连接。
