Specifically, when the lottery ticket reaches the paper separating rubber roller 21 through the ticket inlet 11 of the reader body, the first paper separating sensors 251 close to the ticket inlet 11 can timely detect the ticket head of the lottery ticket, at this time, the driving assembly can drive the paper separating rotating shaft 211 to rotate, and then the paper separating rotating shaft 211 can drive the paper separating rubber sleeve 212 to rotate through the one-way bearing, and the paper separating rubber sleeve 212 can cooperate with the paper separating assembly to realize the transmission and paper separation of the lottery ticket.
When the lottery ticket moves to each second paper separating sensor 252 arranged on the other side through the paper separating glue sleeve 212, each second paper separating sensor 252 can also send data to the driving assembly after detecting the ticket head of the lottery ticket, the first paper feeding glue roller 22 comprises a first paper feeding rotating shaft 221 and a plurality of first paper feeding glue sleeves 222, the first paper feeding rotating shaft 221 is in transmission connection with the driving assembly, each first paper feeding glue sleeve 222 is sleeved on the first paper feeding rotating shaft 221 through a one-way bearing, and thus the driving assembly can drive the first paper feeding rotating shaft 221 to rotate according to signals sent by each second paper separating sensor 252, and further each first paper feeding glue sleeve 222 can transport the lottery ticket to move forwards continuously.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the paper feeding sensor assembly 26 includes a plurality of first paper feeding sensors 261 and a plurality of second paper feeding sensors 262, where each first paper feeding sensor 261 is arranged along an axial direction of the first paper feeding rubber roller 22 and is disposed near a side of the first paper feeding rubber roller 22 toward the second paper feeding rubber roller 23, and each second paper feeding sensor 262 is arranged along an axial direction of the second paper feeding rubber roller 23 and is disposed near a side of the second paper feeding rubber roller 23 toward the first paper feeding rubber roller 22.
Specifically, when the lottery ticket reaches the second paper feeding sensors 262 under the transmission of the first paper feeding rubber sleeve 222, the second paper feeding sensors 262 can detect the ticket head of the lottery ticket and send a signal to the driving component, and the driving component can drive the second paper feeding rotating shaft 231 of the second paper feeding rubber roller 23 to rotate after receiving the signal sent by the second paper feeding sensors 262, so that the second paper feeding rubber sleeves 232 sleeved on the second paper feeding rotating shaft 231 can perform relay transmission on the lottery ticket. The above functions can be also implemented when each first paper feeding sensor 261 detects the tail of the lottery ticket. Meanwhile, when the second paper feeding sensors 262 detect the ticket heads of the lottery ticket, the scanning module 32 is started to scan the lottery ticket. Therefore, the scanning module 32 does not need to be kept in a starting state in the whole process, and only when the lottery ticket approaches the scanning module 32, the lottery ticket is scanned again, so that the power consumption of the scanning module 32 can be remarkably saved.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the print sensor assembly 27 includes a plurality of first print sensors 271 and a plurality of second print sensors 272, where each first print sensor 271 is arranged on a side of the print assembly 40 facing the scanning glue roller 31, and each second print sensor 272 is arranged on a side of the print assembly 40 facing the third paper feeding glue roller 24.
Specifically, when the ticket moves to the first print sensor 271 via the scanning glue roller 31, each first print sensor 271 can detect the ticket head of the ticket, and then send a signal to the driving component, the driving component can drive the printing glue roller 41 of the printing component 40 to rotate after receiving the signal, and then the cam driving mechanism 43 can drive the printing module 42 to approach the printing glue roller 41, so that the ticket can be printed in the printing area of the ticket in the process of rotating the printing glue roller 41.
When each second printing sensor 272 detects the ticket head of the lottery ticket, a signal can be sent to the driving component, and the driving component can drive the third paper feeding rubber roller 24 to rotate after receiving the signal, so that the printed lottery ticket is transported out of the reader through the transportation of the third paper feeding rubber roller 24. Meanwhile, after each second printing sensor 272 detects the ticket end of the ticket, it indicates that the ticket has left the printing rubber roller 41, and then each second printing sensor 272 sends a signal to the driving component, and the driving component can stop driving the printing rubber roller 41 to rotate.
In this embodiment, the driving assembly includes a first synchronous servo motor, a second synchronous servo motor and a third synchronous servo motor, the first synchronous servo motor, the second synchronous servo motor and the third synchronous servo motor are all installed in the reader main body 10, a driving shaft of the first synchronous servo motor is in transmission connection with the paper separating rubber roll 21, the first paper feeding rubber roll 22, the second paper feeding rubber roll 23 and the scanning rubber roll 31 are in transmission connection with the second synchronous servo motor, and the third paper feeding rubber roll 24 and the printing rubber roll 41 are in transmission connection with a driving shaft of the third synchronous servo motor.
Specifically, the paper separating shaft 211 of the paper separating rubber roller 21 is in transmission connection with the driving shaft of the first synchronous servo motor, and the first paper feeding shaft 221 of the first paper feeding rubber roller 22, the second paper feeding shaft 231 of the second paper feeding rubber roller 23 and the scanning rubber roller 31 are in transmission connection with the driving shaft of the second synchronous servo motor. And the third paper feeding rotating shaft 241 of the third paper feeding rubber roller 24 and the printing rubber roller 41 of the printing assembly 40 are in transmission connection with the driving shaft of the third synchronous servo motor, and a plurality of third paper feeding rubber sleeves 242 are arranged on the third paper feeding rotating shaft 241 through unidirectional bearing sleeves.
When the printing module 42 is too close to the scanning module 32 (the distance between the printing module 42 and the scanning module is smaller than the longitudinal length of the lottery ticket), when the lottery ticket is scanned forward and the scanning procedure is completed, the scanning module 32 judges that the direction of the lottery ticket is forward, the printing area of the lottery ticket is very likely to pass over the printing module 42, and after each first printing sensor 271 detects the tail of the lottery ticket, the third synchronous motor can be commanded to drive the printing rubber roller 41 to retract by a preset distance, so that the printing area of the lottery ticket is aligned with the printing module 42 again, and smooth printing of the lottery ticket is realized. When the direction of the lottery ticket is reverse, the printing area of the lottery ticket is not moved to the printing module 42 when the scanning is completed, and when the first printing sensor 271 detects the ticket end of the lottery ticket, it indicates that the printing area at the ticket end is over against the printing module 42, and the printing is performed normally.
Further, by driving the paper separating rotating shaft 211 of the paper separating rubber roller 21 and the first paper feeding rotating shaft 221 of the first paper feeding rubber roller 22 by different synchronous servo motors, when each first paper feeding sensor 261 monitors the ticket head of the lottery ticket, the first synchronous servo motor in transmission connection with the paper separating rotating shaft 211 can stop rotating, while the second synchronous servo motor still continues to drive the first paper feeding rotating shaft 221 to rotate, so that the forward lottery ticket continues to move forward under the transportation of the first paper feeding rubber sleeve 222 on the first paper feeding rotating shaft 221, and the backward lottery ticket can lag behind the forward lottery ticket under the influence of the stopping of the paper separating rubber roller 21, so that the paper separating function of the lottery ticket reading device is further enhanced.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a lottery ticket reading control method, which comprises the following steps:
S1: providing a lottery ticket reader body 10, and arranging a rubber roller mechanism 20 for conveying lottery tickets along a preset path in the lottery ticket reader body 10;
S2: a ticket inlet 11 for passing through the lottery ticket is formed in one side of the lottery ticket reader main body 10, and the ticket inlet 11 is arranged corresponding to the rubber roller mechanism 20;
S3: providing a scanning assembly 30, arranging the scanning assembly 30 in the lottery ticket reader body 10, and enabling the scanning assembly 30 to correspond to a conveying path of the rubber roller mechanism 20 so as to judge the direction of the lottery ticket;
S4: providing a printing assembly 40, and arranging the printing assembly 40 on one side of the scanning assembly 30 away from the ticket inlet 11, so that the printing assembly 40 corresponds to a conveying path of the rubber roller mechanism 20;
the step S4 further includes:
S401: providing a plurality of scanning sensors such that each scanning sensor is disposed in correspondence with a scanning assembly 30 to detect the ticket head and ticket tail of a ticket passing through the scanning assembly 30;
S402: providing a plurality of print sensors such that each print sensor is positioned in correspondence with a print assembly 40 to detect the ticket head and ticket tail of a ticket passing through the print assembly 40;
S5: when the lottery ticket moves to the scanning assembly 30 under the drive of the rubber roller mechanism 20, the scanning assembly 30 is utilized to scan and identify the lottery ticket, and the placing direction of the lottery ticket is judged;
If the direction of the ticket is positive, the rubber roller mechanism 20 drives the ticket to move towards the printing assembly 40 until the front end of the ticket is opposite to the printing assembly 40;
if the direction of the ticket is reversed, the glue mechanism 20 drives the ticket toward the printing assembly 40 until the rear end of the ticket is facing the printing assembly 40.
According to the lottery ticket reading control method provided by the embodiment of the invention, due to the existence of the scanning sensor, when the lottery ticket moves to the scanning component 30, the scanning component 30 can start to work at the moment so as to realize the scanning of the lottery ticket and the detection of the forward and reverse directions of the lottery ticket, when the lottery ticket passes through the scanning component 30, the scanning component 30 can acquire and analyze the integral image of the lottery ticket, and after the lottery ticket leaves the scanning component 30, the scanning sensor detects that the ticket tail of the lottery ticket leaves the scanning component 30, and at the moment, the scanning component 30 can be shut down or enter a dormant state. Thus, the scanning assembly 30 first determines whether the direction of the lottery ticket is forward or reverse. Thus, when the arrangement direction of the lottery ticket is forward, the printing sensor detects the ticket head of the lottery ticket when the lottery ticket normally moves to the printing component 40, and triggers the printing component 40 to print ticket information on the printing area at the front end of the lottery ticket. When the lottery ticket is in the reverse direction, the printing sensor detects the ticket head of the lottery ticket, and the printing area of the lottery ticket is in fact at the rear end of the lottery ticket, so when the front end of the lottery ticket moves to the printing component 40, the scanning component 30 judges that the arrangement direction of the lottery ticket is in the reverse direction in advance, the lottery ticket can continue to move relative to the printing component 40 under the driving of the rubber roller mechanism 20 until the printing area of the lottery ticket is opposite to the printing component 40, and the printing component 40 can print ticket information on the printing area of the lottery ticket. Therefore, by using the lottery reading control method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the printing of the lottery placed in the forward and reverse directions can be realized, and the printing efficiency of the lottery is obviously improved.

the printing sensing assembly comprises a plurality of first printing sensors and a plurality of second printing sensors, wherein each first printing sensor is arranged on one side of the printing assembly facing the scanning rubber roller, and each second printing sensor is arranged on one side of the printing assembly facing the third paper feeding rubber roller;
When the scanning assembly judges the direction of the lottery ticket to be positive, and when the first printing sensor detects the tail of the lottery ticket, the lottery ticket is retracted by a preset distance, so that printing of the lottery ticket is finished to be right against the printing module, and the printing module prints the lottery ticket; when the scanning assembly judges the direction of the lottery ticket to be reverse, the printing module prints the lottery ticket after the first printing sensor detects the ticket tail of the lottery ticket;
The rubber roll mechanism comprises a driving assembly, a paper separating rubber roll, a first paper feeding rubber roll, a second paper feeding rubber roll and a third paper feeding rubber roll, wherein the paper separating rubber roll, the first paper feeding rubber roll, the second paper feeding rubber roll, the third paper feeding rubber roll and the printing assembly are in transmission connection with the driving assembly, the first paper feeding rubber roll, the second paper feeding rubber roll and the third paper feeding rubber roll are sequentially arranged on one side of the paper separating rubber roll, the scanning assembly is arranged between the second paper feeding rubber roll and the third paper feeding rubber roll, and the printing assembly is arranged between the scanning assembly and the third paper feeding rubber roll;
The paper feeding sensing assembly is arranged corresponding to the first paper feeding rubber roller, the second paper feeding rubber roller and the third paper feeding rubber roller, and the printing sensing assembly is arranged corresponding to the printing assembly;
The paper separating sensing assembly comprises a plurality of first paper separating sensors and a plurality of second paper separating sensors, wherein each first paper separating sensor is arranged on one side of the paper separating rubber roll facing the ticket inlet along the axial direction of the paper separating rubber roll in an array manner, and each second paper separating sensor is arranged on one side of the paper separating rubber roll facing away from the ticket inlet along the axial direction of the paper separating rubber roll in an array manner;
