Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of notebook computer heat dissipation. More particularly, the present invention relates to notebook heat sinks.
Background
Because notebook internally mounted has numerous electrical components of quantity, for example floppy drive, hard disk, optical drive, CPU, memory bank, mainboard, battery, display card etc. these electrical components are all mended and are arranged in narrow and small notebook casing, the heat concentrates the production, be difficult for self-transmission heat dissipation, especially in hot summer, be difficult to the heat dissipation more, and when the high temperature, easily make electrical component ageing, lead to life to reduce, when main electrical component is overheated, electrical component automatic protection, can reduce frequency work, the performance can reduce, influence use experience.
Disclosure of Invention
An object of the present invention is to solve at least the above problems and to provide at least the advantages described later.
It is still another object of the present invention to provide a heat sink for a notebook which can rapidly lower the temperature of the notebook when the notebook is used in hot summer, thereby preventing the notebook from being damaged by high temperature.
To achieve these objects and other advantages and in accordance with the purpose of the invention, there is provided a notebook heat sink disposed under a notebook, comprising:
the first support base is of a hollow structure similar to a cuboid, a pair of transverse rods are fixed at two ends of one side face of the first support base along the length direction of the first support base, a plurality of limiting holes are formed in the transverse rods along the length direction at intervals, the limiting holes are located on the side faces, opposite to each other, of the pair of transverse rods, three round holes are formed in the side face of the first support base along the length direction of the first support base, the three round holes are arranged at intervals along the length direction and located between the pair of transverse rods, and a plurality of ventilation holes are formed in the outer surface of the first support base at intervals;
the second supporting base is of a hollow structure similar to a cuboid, the second supporting base is slidably arranged on a pair of transverse rods in a penetrating mode, two sides of the second supporting base in the width direction are provided with two pairs of fixing holes, the two pairs of fixing holes and the limiting holes are located on the same horizontal plane, a plurality of ventilation holes are formed in the outer surface of the second supporting base at intervals, two fans are arranged in the second supporting base and located between the pair of transverse rods, and the upper surface of the second supporting base and the upper surface of the first supporting base are located on the same horizontal plane;
one end of one pair of threaded rods respectively penetrates through one pair of fixing holes and two limiting holes of one transverse rod, one end of the other pair of threaded rods respectively penetrates through the other pair of fixing holes and two limiting holes of the other transverse rod, and the other ends of the threaded rods are provided with power-assisted rods;
the first electric cylinder is arranged in the first support base and positioned between the pair of transverse rods, the moving end of the first electric cylinder is vertically arranged, and a support plate is fixed on the moving end of the first electric cylinder;
the moving end of the second electric cylinder horizontally extends out of a round hole in the middle of the three round holes, and the moving direction of the second electric cylinder is parallel to the length direction of the transverse rod;
the pair of fixed blocks are fixed on the supporting plate, positioned on two sides of the second electric cylinder and positioned between the pair of transverse rods, telescopic rods are fixed on the fixed blocks, free ends of the two telescopic rods horizontally extend out of the other two round holes respectively, and the telescopic direction of the telescopic rods is consistent with the moving direction of the moving end of the second electric cylinder;
the movable bottom plate is rectangular, the movable bottom plate is fixed on the movable end of the second electric cylinder and is fixed on the free end of the telescopic rod, the movable bottom plate is positioned between the pair of transverse rods, and a plurality of first plug holes are formed in the movable bottom plate at intervals along the length direction of the movable bottom plate;
the water tank is in a similar cuboid shape, inserting columns which correspond to the first inserting holes one by one are arranged on the lower surface of the water tank at intervals, a rubber layer is laid on the outer surfaces of the inserting columns, the inserting columns are inserted into the first inserting holes, the upper surface of the water tank is open and covered with a tank cover, and a plurality of second inserting holes are arranged on the tank cover at intervals;
the connecting plate is rectangular, inserting pipes which correspond to the second inserting holes in a one-to-one mode are arranged on the connecting plate at intervals in a penetrating mode, the upper end face of each inserting pipe is flush with the upper surface of the connecting plate, a rubber layer is laid on the outer surface, located below the connecting plate, of each inserting pipe, water absorbing materials are filled inside each inserting pipe, the lower end face of each inserting pipe is inserted into the corresponding second inserting hole, the lower end face of each inserting pipe is slightly higher than the lower surface of the water tank, a water absorbing layer is laid on the upper surface of the connecting plate, and the water absorbing layer is made of the water absorbing materials, wherein when the moving end of the first electric cylinder moves upwards to the terminal point, the upper surface of the water absorbing layer is higher than the upper surface of the first support base so as to abut against the lower surface of;
the power supply wires of the fan, the first electric cylinder and the second electric cylinder are electrically connected with the USB interface;
the second electric cylinder drives the movable bottom plate to move towards the second support base to the terminal, the water absorption layer, the connecting plate, the water tank and the box cover are in contact with the second support base, and the second electric cylinder drives the movable bottom plate to deviate from the second support base to move to the terminal, the water absorption layer, the connecting plate, the water tank and the box cover are in contact with the first support base.
Preferably, threaded pipes with internal threads are arranged at four corners of the upper surfaces of the first support base and the second support base in a penetrating manner, the upper ends of the threaded pipes are flush with the upper surface of the first support base, and the lower ends of the threaded pipes are located in the first support base or the second support base;
the support device is characterized by further comprising eight support bosses, wherein adjusting rods with external threads on the side walls are arranged on the lower surfaces of the support bosses, and the eight adjusting rods are respectively screwed in the eight threaded pipes.
Preferably, the water absorbing material filled in the insertion pipe is sponge.
Preferably, the water absorption layer comprises a sponge layer and a cotton cloth layer which are laid from bottom to top.
Preferably, the length direction of the transverse bar is perpendicular to the length direction of the first support base, and the lengths of the first support base and the second support base are equal.

Preferably, the USB interface further comprises a second touch switch and a transfer switch, the transfer switch has a normally-off contact, a first normally-open contact, a second normally-open contact, and a contact, the contact is connected in series with the USB interface, the first normally-open contact, the second touch switch, and the second electric cylinder are connected in series in sequence, the second normally-open contact is connected in series with the second electric cylinder, and when the contact triggers the first normally-open contact, the second electric cylinder is set to: and triggering the second touch switch once, electrifying the second electric cylinder for 20s, and completing 5 times of telescopic stroke by the moving end of the second electric cylinder.
Preferably, the first tactile switch and the second tactile switch are mounted on a side wall of the first support base opposite the transverse bar.
The invention at least comprises the following beneficial effects:
firstly, the distance between the second supporting base and the first supporting base is adjusted to enable the second supporting base and the first supporting base to be better supported below the notebook, the area between the first supporting base and the second supporting base of the notebook position is enabled to be maximum, the heat dissipation of the notebook is facilitated, meanwhile, the first electric cylinder is started, the supporting plate is enabled to move upwards until the water absorbing layer is abutted to the lower surface of the notebook, then the second electric cylinder is started, the water absorbing layer is wiped back and forth on the lower surface of the notebook, the temperature of the notebook is reduced, meanwhile, the fan can be started, due to the fact that the ventilation holes are fully distributed on the outer surfaces of the first supporting base and the second supporting base, the ventilation condition of the space between the first supporting base and the second supporting base is good, moisture left on the lower surface of the notebook can be promoted, and the temperature reduction speed of the notebook is further accelerated, the notebook computer can be ensured to operate in a high-temperature environment, when water is used up, the connecting plate can be conveniently and quickly taken out, the water tank can be taken out, and water can be added by opening the tank cover.
The second electric cylinder and the second electric cylinder can drive the movable bottom plate to move along the length direction of the transverse rod, and meanwhile, the movable bottom plate is fixed by the pair of telescopic rods, so that the movable bottom plate is more stable in the moving process, and the telescopic direction of the telescopic rods is consistent with the moving direction of the moving end of the second electric cylinder, so that the moving of the movable bottom plate is not influenced;

Fourthly, when the height is adjusted, if a user manually controls the height at each time, the control is easy to be inaccurate, the height of 5mm can be accurately adjusted at each time by adopting the first touch switch, and the user can conveniently and accurately adjust the height of the supporting plate, so that the height of the water absorbing layer is adjusted;
fifthly, the contact can be selectively contacted with the second normally open contact, so that as long as the USB interface is connected with a power supply, the change-over switch and the second electric cylinder can form an electric path, so that the second electric cylinder can move back and forth all the time, and finally, the water absorption layer can be wiped back and forth on the lower surface of the notebook computer all the time, the notebook computer is suitable for being used when the temperature of the notebook computer is continuously high, in general situations, the contact can be selectively contacted with the first normally open contact, at the moment, as long as the USB interface is connected with the power supply, the change-over switch, the second touch switch and the second electric cylinder form a circuit which can be connected, after the second touch switch is triggered once, the circuit is connected for 20s, the notebook computer is cooled at intervals, the electricity is saved, when the contact is selectively contacted with the normally closed contact, the second electric cylinder is not connected, and the notebook computer is suitable for being used under the low, the heat dissipation requirement can be met only by dissipating heat through the fan.

The present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings so that those skilled in the art can implement the invention by referring to the description text.
It should be noted that in the description of the present invention, the terms "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "vertical", "horizontal", "top", "bottom", "inner", "outer", and the like indicate orientations or positional relationships based on the orientations or positional relationships shown in the drawings, which are merely for convenience of describing the present invention and simplifying the description, and do not indicate or imply that the referred device or element must have a specific orientation, be configured and operated in a specific orientation, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the present invention provides a notebook heat sink disposed below a notebook, including:
the supporting device comprises a first supporting base 1 which is of a hollow cuboid-like structure, wherein a pair of transverse rods 3 are fixed at two ends of one side surface of the first supporting base 1 along the length direction of the first supporting base, a plurality of limiting holes 31 are formed in the transverse rods 3 along the length direction at intervals, the limiting holes 31 are located on the opposite side surfaces of the transverse rods 3, three round holes are formed in the side surface of the first supporting base 1 along the length direction at intervals and located between the transverse rods 3, and a plurality of ventilation holes are formed in the outer surface of the first supporting base 1 at intervals;
the second supporting base 2 is of a hollow structure similar to a cuboid, the second supporting base 2 is slidably arranged on a pair of transverse rods 3 in a penetrating mode, two sides of the second supporting base 2 in the width direction are provided with two pairs of fixing holes, the two pairs of fixing holes and the limiting hole 31 are located on the same horizontal plane, a plurality of ventilation holes are formed in the outer surface of the second supporting base 2 at intervals, two fans 22 are arranged in the second supporting base 2 and located between the pair of transverse rods 3, and the upper surface of the second supporting base 2 and the upper surface of the first supporting base 1 are located on the same horizontal plane; the distance between the first supporting base 1 and the second supporting base 2 can be adjusted by adjusting the relative positions of the second supporting base 2 and the transverse rod 3, so that the notebook computer is suitable for notebooks with different sizes;
one end of one of the two pairs of threaded rods 21 penetrates through one of the two fixing holes respectively and penetrates into the two limiting holes 31 of one of the transverse rods 3 respectively, one end of the other pair of threaded rods 21 penetrates through the other pair of fixing holes respectively and penetrates into the two limiting holes 31 of the other transverse rod 3 respectively, and the other end of each threaded rod 21 is provided with a power-assisted rod, so that the distance between the first supporting base 1 and the second supporting base 2 can be adjusted conveniently;
the first electric cylinder 4 is arranged in the first support base 1 and is positioned between the pair of transverse rods 3, the moving end of the first electric cylinder 4 is vertically arranged, a support plate 41 is fixed on the moving end of the first electric cylinder 4, and the vertical height of the support plate 41 can be adjusted;
the second electric cylinder 5 is arranged on the supporting plate 41, the moving end of the second electric cylinder 5 horizontally extends out of a round hole positioned in the middle of the three round holes, and the moving direction is parallel to the length direction of the transverse rod 3;
the pair of fixing blocks 42 are fixed on the supporting plate 41, are positioned on two sides of the second electric cylinder 5 and are positioned between the pair of transverse rods 3, an expansion rod 43 is fixed on the fixing blocks 42, the free ends of the two expansion rods 43 respectively extend out of the other two round holes horizontally, and the expansion direction of the expansion rod 43 is consistent with the moving direction of the moving end of the second electric cylinder 5;
the movable bottom plate 44 is rectangular, the movable bottom plate 44 is fixed on the movable end of the second electric cylinder 5 and fixed on the free end of the telescopic rod 43, the movable bottom plate 44 is positioned between the pair of transverse rods 3, a plurality of first plug holes are formed in the movable bottom plate 44 at intervals along the length direction of the movable bottom plate 44, the second electric cylinder 5 can drive the movable bottom plate 44 to move along the length direction of the transverse rods 3, meanwhile, the movable bottom plate 44 is fixed by the pair of telescopic rods 43, the movable bottom plate 44 can be more stable in the moving process, and the telescopic direction of the telescopic rod 43 is consistent with the moving direction of the movable end of the second electric cylinder 5, so that the movement of the movable bottom plate 44 is not influenced;
the water tank 6 is in a similar cuboid shape, the lower surface of the water tank 6 is provided with the plug-in columns 61 which are in one-to-one correspondence with the first plug-in holes at intervals, the outer surface of each plug-in column 61 is coated with a rubber layer, the plug-in columns 61 are inserted into the first plug-in holes, the upper surface of the water tank 6 is open and covered with the tank cover 62, the tank cover 62 is provided with a plurality of second plug-in holes at intervals, the water tank 6 can be conveniently and quickly fixed on the movable bottom plate 44, and the plug-in columns 61 are inserted into the first plug-in holes, so;
a connecting plate 63 which is rectangular, wherein the connecting plate 63 is provided with inserting pipes 64 which are arranged at intervals and correspond to the second inserting holes one by one, the upper end surface of each inserting pipe 64 is flush with the upper surface of the connecting plate 63, a rubber layer is laid on the outer surface of the inserting pipe 64 which is positioned below the connecting plate 63, water absorbing materials are filled in the inserting pipes 64, the lower end surface of each inserting pipe 64 is inserted into the second inserting hole, the lower end surface of each inserting pipe 64 is slightly higher than the lower surface of the water tank 6, a water absorbing layer 65 is laid on the upper surface of the connecting plate 63 and is made of the water absorbing materials, when the moving end of the first electric cylinder 4 moves upwards to the terminal point, the upper surface of the water absorbing layer 65 is higher than the upper surface of the first supporting base 1 to abut against the lower surface of the notebook computer, so that the water absorbing layer 65 can be conveniently and quickly fixed above the water tank 6, meanwhile, the inserting pipe 64 extends into the bottom of the water tank 6, the water absorbing material in the inserting pipe 64 can absorb the water in the water tank 6 to be supplied to the water absorbing layer 65, the water absorbing layer 65 is abutted to the lower surface of the notebook to be wiped back and forth, the notebook can be cooled rapidly, and the fan 22 can accelerate the evaporation of the water left on the notebook, so that the cooling speed of the notebook is further accelerated;
wherein, the power supply wires of the fan 22, the first electric cylinder 4 and the second electric cylinder 5 are all electrically connected with the USB interface 18;
when the second electric cylinder 5 drives the moving bottom plate 44 to move towards the second supporting base 2 to the end point, the water absorbing layer 65, the connecting plate 63, the water tank 6 and the case cover 62 are in contact with the second supporting base 2, and when the second electric cylinder 5 drives the moving bottom plate 44 to move away from the second supporting base 2 to the end point, the water absorbing layer 65, the connecting plate 63, the water tank 6 and the case cover 62 are in contact with the first supporting base 1.
In the above technical solution, the distance between the second supporting base 2 and the first supporting base 1 is adjusted to better support the second supporting base 2 and the first supporting base 1 below the notebook, so as to maximize the area between the first supporting base 1 and the second supporting base 2 at the position of the notebook, which is helpful for heat dissipation of the notebook, and at the same time, the first electric cylinder 4 is started to move the supporting plate 41 upward until the water absorbing layer 65 abuts against the lower surface of the notebook, and then the second electric cylinder 5 is started to wipe the water absorbing layer 65 back and forth on the lower surface of the notebook, so as to cool the notebook, and at the same time, the fan 22 can be started, because the outer surfaces of the first supporting base 1 and the second supporting base 2 are fully distributed with the ventilation holes, so that the ventilation condition of the space between the first supporting base 1 and the second supporting base 2 is good, and the moisture left on the lower surface of the notebook can be promoted, the cooling speed of the notebook computer is further increased, the notebook computer is guaranteed to run in a high-temperature environment, after water is used up, the connecting plate 63 can be conveniently and quickly taken out, the water tank 6 is taken out, and water can be added by opening the tank cover 62.
In another technical solution, threaded pipes with internal threads are arranged at four corners of the upper surfaces of the first support base 1 and the second support base in a penetrating manner, the upper ends of the threaded pipes are flush with the upper surface of the first support base 1, and the lower ends of the threaded pipes are located in the first support base 1 or the second support base 2;
the support device is characterized by further comprising eight support bosses 11, wherein adjusting rods with external threads on the side walls are arranged on the lower surfaces of the support bosses 11, and the eight adjusting rods are respectively screwed in the eight threaded pipes. The height of the supporting boss 11 can be adjusted, so that the height of the notebook can be adjusted, and a person who conveniently uses the notebook can adjust the height of the comfortable position of the person when using the notebook.
In another technical scheme, the water absorbing material filled in the insertion pipe 64 is sponge, which has strong water absorbing capacity and is durable.
In another kind of technical scheme, layer 65 absorbs water includes from supreme sponge layer and the cotton layer of laying down, and the texture of cotton layer is softer, in frequent back and forth wiping, the good notebook lower surface of protection that can be better, and sponge layer absorbs water the ability than the cotton layer is strong simultaneously, so can absorb the water in the material that absorbs water more easily, transmits the cotton layer again, guarantees that the cotton layer has sufficient moisture.

In the above technical solution, the contact 17 can be selectively contacted to the second normally open contact 16, so that as long as the USB interface 18 is connected to the power supply, the transfer switch and the second electric cylinder 5 can form an electric path, so that the second electric cylinder 5 can move back and forth all the time, and finally the water absorption layer 65 can be wiped back and forth all the time on the lower surface of the notebook, which is suitable for use when the temperature of the notebook is continuously high, in general, the contact 17 can be selectively contacted to the first normally open contact 15, at this time, as long as the USB interface 18 is connected to the power supply, the transfer switch, the second touch switch 13, and the second electric cylinder 5 form a circuit that can be switched on, after the second touch switch 13 is triggered once, the circuit 20s is switched on, so as to implement intermittent cooling of the notebook, save electricity, and as long as the contact 17 is selectively contacted to the normally closed contact 14, the second electric cylinder 5 is not switched on, which is suitable for use of the notebook at a low environmental temperature, the heat dissipation requirement can be satisfied only by the heat dissipation of the fan 22.
In another technical solution, the first touch switch 12 and the second touch switch 13 are mounted on a side wall of the first support base 1 opposite to the transverse rod 3, so that a user can conveniently touch the first touch switch 12 and the second touch switch 13.
