Abstract
The invention provides an MES terminal for ensuring accurate data input, which comprises an outer shell, wherein a data input interface is arranged at the left end of the outer shell, an account number detection device, a temporary data storage device and a data delay transmission device are sequentially arranged in the outer shell from left to right, a data storage device is arranged behind the temporary data storage device, a data output interface is arranged at the right end of the outer shell, a data line is arranged in the outer shell, the account number detection device is respectively connected with the data input interface, the temporary data storage device, the data delay transmission device and the data storage device through the data line, and a power line interface is arranged at the rear end of the outer shell.

The further improvement is that: the data input interface is used for being inserted into the data input equipment, the data output interface is used for being inserted into the read-write equipment, and the data storage device is used for storing all input data information.
The further improvement is that: the account detection device is used for detecting whether the logged-in account is logged in on different IP addresses at the same time, a PLC module is arranged in the account detection device and used for detecting whether the account is logged in at the same time, the temporary data storage device is used for storing data information logged in by the logged-in account, when the account is not logged in at the same time, the data stored logged in by the data logging interface enters the data storage device, when the account is logged in at the same time, the data stored in the data logging interface enters the temporary data storage device, the data delay transmission device is used for transmitting the data information in the temporary data storage device into the data storage device in a delayed mode, meanwhile, the information of the account detection device is received, and when the account is not logged in at the same time, the data delay transmission device transmits the data to the data storage device.
The further improvement is that: both ends all are equipped with the support about the shell body bottom, and shell body bottom intermediate segment is equipped with the vent.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: through setting up account detection device, when account is not logging in simultaneously, data delay conveyer sends data to data storage device, and when account was logging in simultaneously, data storage that data entry interface was logged in got into temporary data storage device, and data delay conveyer is used for sending the data information delay in the temporary data storage device to data storage device for in account simultaneously at different IP addresses when logging in data information, guaranteed data entry's accuracy and integrality, improved production efficiency.
