Abstract

本发明涉及一种弹簧收卷器，包括收卷器底座，收卷器底座一端设置有滑轮，所述收卷器底座上设置有恒力弹簧，恒力弹簧伸展端一侧设置有挡板；一种使用该弹簧收卷器的窗帘，包括上梁、下梁以及设置在上、下梁之间的窗帘布，上梁内设置有弹簧收卷器，上梁一端设置有固定封头，另一端设置有定滑轮封头，弹簧收卷器的恒力弹簧与固定封头连接，滑轮上缠绕有线绳，线绳连接窗帘布后连接在定滑轮封头的滑轮上；通过在收卷器底座设置挡板，恒力弹簧设置在挡板之间，可以约束恒力弹簧避免出现松卷现象，同时避免松卷造成弹簧收卷器与上梁内壁摩擦，减少噪音出现，结构简单，便于安装、维修，可根据场合力的需要调整恒力弹簧数量改变力的供应。

技术领域
本发明属于窗帘设备领域，具体涉及一种弹簧收卷器及使用该弹簧收卷器的窗帘。
背景技术
现有窗帘依靠弹簧系统收放方式已多样化，普遍使用的有拉伸弹簧、扭簧、恒力弹簧，拉伸弹簧及扭簧弹力不稳定、噪音较大；恒力弹簧不适用于规格较大窗帘，结构复杂，并且都不能调节弹簧弹力。
申请号“CN201721426648.0”名称“一种恒力回弹机构以及使用该恒力回弹机构的窗帘”的专利采用主动卷筒、被动卷筒、弹簧片卷绕在被动卷筒上，主动卷筒、被动卷筒固定在齿轮上，设置在框架内，其结构复杂，安装麻烦，维修不便，使用时仍无法避免弹簧松卷现象，且会产生噪音。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是克服上述技术困难，提供一种结构简单，可以避免恒力弹簧出现松卷现象，减少噪音出现现象、弹力可调节的弹簧收卷器及恒力收卷系统。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用如下技术方案：
一种弹簧收卷器，包括收卷器底座，收卷器底座一端设置有滑轮，所述收卷器底座上设置有恒力弹簧，恒力弹簧伸展端一侧设置有挡板；
所述挡板一端设置有凸起；
所述挡板至少有1个。
使用本弹簧收卷器的窗帘，包括上梁、下梁以及设置在上、下梁之间的窗帘布，上梁内设置有弹簧收卷器，上梁一端设置有固定封头，另一端设置有定滑轮封头，弹簧收卷器的恒力弹簧与固定封头连接，滑轮上缠绕有线绳，线绳连接窗帘布后连接在定滑轮封头的滑轮上；
所述上梁内设置有轨道，弹簧收卷器设置在轨道内；
所述所述下梁两端设置有下梁封头。
本发明具有以下有益效果：
在收卷器底座设置挡板，恒力弹簧设置在挡板之间，可以约束恒力弹簧避免出现松卷现象，同时避免松卷造成弹簧收卷器与上梁内壁摩擦，减少噪音出现，结构简单，便于安装、维修，可根据场合力的需要调整恒力弹簧数量改变力的供应。

具体实施方式
如图1-5所示，一种弹簧收卷器5，包括收卷器底座5-2，收卷器底座5-2一端设置有滑轮5-1，收卷器底座5-2上设置有恒力弹簧5-3，恒力弹簧5-3伸展端5-31一侧设置有挡板5-4，挡板5-4一端设置有凸起5-41，挡板5-4至少有一个。
安装时，弹簧收卷器5的尾端上的恒力弹簧5-3开有圆孔，在固定封头3的上面开有相同直径的圆孔，通过钢轴芯4（或其他销钉类均可）将其固定。安装方式简单，成本低廉。恒力弹簧一端固定，恒力弹簧片进行伸展平铺。
本发明的弹簧收卷器可根据不同的窗帘系统所需要提供的力，来进行增加或者减少恒力弹簧的数量或者更换不同规格（材料）的恒力弹簧片，也可根据不同窗帘系统配置不同的弹簧卷绳器的底座；恒力弹簧采用对称布置以保证提供的拉力平衡。
挡板5-4不仅仅防止恒力弹簧5-3掉落与定位，由于恒力弹簧在回收时经常会出现松卷的现象，松卷时恒力弹簧5-3会发出较大噪音，挡板5-4的设计会避免恒力弹簧5-3出现松卷现象，并能有效避免弹簧收卷器5与轨道6-1出现摩擦从而大大减少噪音的出现。挡板5-4的位置高度略微低于收卷器底座5-2，亦能够有效避免恒力卷簧片卡在轨道6-1和收卷器底座5-2之间。
使用本弹簧收卷器的窗帘，包括上梁6、下梁11以及设置在上梁6、下梁11之间的窗帘布2，上梁6内设置有弹簧收卷器5，上梁6一端设置有固定封头3，另一端设置有定滑轮封头9，弹簧收卷器5的恒力弹簧5-3与固定封头3连接，滑轮5-1上缠绕有线绳7，线绳7连接窗帘布2后连接在定滑轮封头9的定滑轮上，上梁6内设置有轨道6-1，弹簧收卷器5设置在轨道6-1内，下梁11内设置有配重块，下梁11两端设置有下梁封头1。
整套窗帘系统通过线绳进行力的传递，实现整套窗帘系统的平衡，由弹簧收卷器提供整套系统所需的力，将弹簧收卷器5尾端的恒力弹簧通过钢轴芯4固定在固定封头3上，在弹簧收卷器5前端有2个滑轮通过线绳7连接整套窗帘并最后连接在定滑轮封头9的两个滑轮上。窗帘布2通过两端粘贴压条10分别穿入上梁6和下梁11内。当窗帘向下运动，通过线绳7拉动弹簧收卷器5在轨道6-1内滑动，由弹簧收卷器5提供牵引力，恒力弹簧数量为一个时，由于轨道限制，恒力弹簧伸展端贴轨道壁可以使弹簧收卷器实现滑动，使窗帘可以在任意位置静止；气眼8为了减少线绳7在运动时在轨道6-1内的损坏。
工作时，线绳7长度固定，通过一定穿绳方式，在帘子下降移动中，定滑轮封头9固定在轨道6-1一端，使线绳7对弹簧收卷器5产生牵引力。弹簧收卷器5内的恒力弹簧尾端和固定封头3固定在一起，当线绳7对弹簧收卷器5产生牵引的时候，弹簧收卷器5在轨道6-1内产生滑动，使恒力弹簧的伸展产生稳定的相同反作用力。开始对帘子下梁10可适当添加配重，使收卷器提供的力与窗帘自身重力相等，时刻处于静止状态。再有外力的干扰下，使窗帘进行下放或回收，撤去外力时，使窗帘在任意位置可以静止。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式，应当指出，对于本领域的技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明整体构思前提下，还可以作出若干改变和改进，这些也应该视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (6)

1.一种弹簧收卷器，包括收卷器底座，其特征在于：收卷器底座一端设置有滑轮，所述收卷器底座上设置有恒力弹簧，恒力弹簧伸展端一侧设置有挡板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹簧收卷器，其特征在于：所述挡板一端设置有凸起。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种弹簧收卷器，其特征在于：所述挡板至少有1个。
4.一种使用如权利要求1所述弹簧收卷器的窗帘，包括上梁、下梁以及设置在上、下梁之间的窗帘布，其特征在于：上梁内设置有弹簧收卷器，上梁一端设置有固定封头，另一端设置有定滑轮封头，弹簧收卷器的恒力弹簧与固定封头连接，滑轮上缠绕有线绳，线绳连接窗帘布后连接在定滑轮封头的滑轮上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种使用该弹簧收卷器的窗帘，其特征在于：所述上梁内设置有轨道，弹簧收卷器设置在轨道内。
6.根据权利要求6所述的一种使用该弹簧收卷器的窗帘，其特征在于：所述所述下梁两端设置有下梁封头。
