Detailed Description of the Embodiments
[0013] As shown in FIGS. 1-5, a spring winder 5 includes a winder base 5-2; a pulley 5-1 is disposed at one end of the winder base 5-2; the winder base 5-2 is provided with a constant-force spring 5-3; a baffle 5-4 is disposed on one side of an extension end 5-31 of the constant-force spring 5-3; a projection 5-41 is disposed at one end of the baffle 5-4; and the number of the baffle 5-4 at least is one.
[0014] When installed, the constant-force spring 5-3 on the tail end of the spring winder 5 is provided with around hole, and a fixed head 3 is provided thereon with a round hole of the same diameter, and is fixed through a steel shaft core 4 (or other pins). The installation is simple, and the cost is low. One end of the constant-force spring is fixed, and the constant-force spring is extended to spread.
[0015] As for the spring winder of the present invention, an increase or decrease of the number of the constant-force spring or replacement of the constant-force spring of different specifications (materials) can be performed according to forces required to provide to different curtain systems, or different bases of the spring winder can be configured according to different curtain systems. The constant-force spring is arranged symmetrically to ensure the balance of provided tension. When the number of the constant-force springs 5-3 is two, the two constant force springs 5-3 are arranged horizontally, and the extended ends of the two constant force springs are respectively fixed to two sides of the fixed head 3 to ensure a balanced pull.
[0016] A baffle 5-4 is disposed on one side of an extension end 5-31 of the constant-force spring 5-3 which means: at least one baffle 5-4 is disposed between the extended ends 5-31 of the two constant force springs, the gap between the baffle and the track walls of the upper beam of the curtain is the moving space of the extended .. end. The projection 5-41 of the end portions of the adjacent baffles are spaced apart from each other, that is, the projection of the front baffle is on the upper end, and the projection of the next baffle is on the lower end. The baffle 5-4 not only prevents the constant force spring 5-3 from dropping out, but also locates the constant-force spring 5-3. As unwinding often occurs when the constant-force spring is retracted, and the constant-force spring 5-3 will generate large noise during unwinding, the baffle 5-4 designed can avoid the unwinding phenomenon of the constant-force spring 5-3, and effectively avoid friction between the spring winder 5 and a rail 6-1 to greatly reduce the occurrence of noise. The position of the baffle 5-4 is slightly lower than that of the winder base 5-2, which can effectively prevent the constant-force spring from being clamped between the rail 6-1 and the winder base 5-2.
[0017] The curtain using the spring winder includes an upper beam 6, a lower beam 11 and a curtain cloth 2 disposed between the upper beam 6 and the lower beam 11.
A spring winder 5 is disposed in the upper beam 6; the upper beam 6 is provided with a fixed head 3 at one end and provided with a fixed pulley head 9 at the other end. the constant-force spring 5-4 of the spring winder 5 is connected with the fixed head 3; a cord 7 is wound on the pulley 5-1 and the cord 7 is connected to the curtain fabric 2 and then to the pulley of the fixed pulley head 9. The upper beam 6 is provided therein with the rail 6-1; the spring winder 5 is disposed in the rail 6-1 and the lower beam 11 is provided therein with a balancing weight, and both ends of the lower beam 11 are each provided with a lower beam head 1.
[0018] The balance of the whole curtain system is achieved by transmitting the force through the cord, and the force required by the whole system is provided by the spring winder, the constant-force spring at the tail end of the spring winder 5 is fixed to the fixed head 3 through the steel shaft core 4;two pulleys at the front end of the spring winder 5 are connected to the whole curtain through the cord 7 and finally connected to two pulleys of the fixed pulley head 9. The curtain fabric 2 is inserted into the upper beam 6 and the lower beam 11 through bonding strips 10 at both ends. When the curtain moves downward, the spring winder 5 is pulled by the cord 7 to slide in the rail 6-1, and the traction is provided by the spring winder 5. When the number of constant-force spring is one, due to restriction of the rail, the extension end of the constant-force spring can contact the wall of the rail to achieve sliding of the spring winder, so that the window can be stationary at any position. An air hole 8 is used for reducing damage to the rail 6-1 during movement of the cord 7.
[0019] During operation, the length of the cord 7 is fixed; and the fixed pulley head 9 is fixed at one end of the rail 6-1 by a certain threading method during descending movement of the curtain, so that the cord 7 generates a traction force to the spring winder 5. The tail end of the constant-force spring in the spring winder 5 and the fixed head 3 are fixed together. When the cord 7 generates traction to the spring winder 5, the spring winder 5 slides in the rail 6-1, so that the extension of the constant-force spring generates the same stable reactive force. A pcordr weight may added to a lower curtain beam 10, so that the force provided by the winder is equal to the gravity of the curtain itself to keep the curtain being stationary. Under the interference of an external force, the curtain is released or retracted, and when the external force is removed, the curtain can be stationary at any position.
[0020] The above description is merely a preferred embodiment of the present invention. It should be noted that the person skilled in the art can make various changes and improvements without departing from the overall concept of the present invention, and these changes and improvements should be contemplated as within the protection scope of the present invention.
