Abstract
The invention relates to a one-to-two positive pressure baking furnace device, which comprises two sets of burners, a gas inlet pipe and an air inlet pipe, wherein the two sets of burners respectively correspond to two carbonization chambers, namely a first burner and a second burner, a gas protection cut-off valve is arranged on the gas inlet pipe, one branch of the gas inlet pipe is connected with an air inlet of the first burner through a first gas regulating valve, the other branch of the gas inlet pipe is connected with an air inlet of the second burner through a second gas regulating valve, an air blower is arranged at an inlet of the air inlet pipe, one branch of the air inlet pipe is connected with an air inlet of the first burner, the other branch of the air inlet pipe is connected with an air inlet of the second burner, thermocouples and high-energy igniters are respectively arranged on the first burner and the second burner, the baking furnace device also comprises a control box, and the control box is connected with various devices through cables. The invention can simultaneously meet the requirements of the two-hole carbonization chamber oven and reduce the number of oven devices.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a drying oven device, in particular to a one-to-two positive pressure drying oven device.
Background
The main part of the coke oven is built by silica bricks, and special-shaped bricks are used for building in order to ensure good sealing performance. Typically, more than 400 bricks are used in a single large coke oven, and some of the very large coke ovens are of the brick type even more than 1000. The baking oven is an important and complex technological process before the coke oven is put into production, and the quality of the baking oven has a crucial influence on the service life of the baking oven. The expansion rate of the silica bricks is controlled according to the temperature rise curve of the oven, the service life of the coke oven is guaranteed, the more stable the temperature is, the more the temperature is close to the temperature rise curve, the better the quality of the oven is, and the general days of oven drying are 50-60 days.
At present, most coke ovens with the size of 7.63m and above adopt a positive pressure oven drying mode for oven drying. The prior positive pressure baking furnace device has the following defects:
1. the positive pressure oven device is in a one-to-one mode, namely one set of positive pressure oven device can only correspond to one hole carbonization chamber of the coke oven for oven drying, so that the number of the positive pressure oven devices is large.
2. The positive pressure oven apparatus is costly.
3. The positive pressure oven device has large electric energy consumption.
4. The positive pressure baking furnace device has great installation and disassembly workload.
5. Because the prior positive pressure furnace drying devices are all operated on site, the labor intensity of furnace drying staff is high.
6. When the device fails or the flame is extinguished unplanned, the oven personnel cannot be informed timely, and a large potential safety hazard exists.

The gas pipeline between the first gas regulating valve and the gas inlet of the first burner and the gas pipeline between the second gas regulating valve and the gas inlet of the second burner are metal hoses, and the rest gas pipelines are metal hard pipes.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
The invention can simultaneously meet the requirements of the two-hole carbonization chamber on the drying of the oven, reduce the use quantity of the oven devices, save energy, reduce consumption and reduce cost, simultaneously realize centralized monitoring of all the oven devices, timely and accurately inform the oven personnel of the alarm on the oven site, reduce the labor intensity of the oven personnel and furthest avoid the occurrence of safety accidents.

The gas pipelines between the first gas regulating valve and the gas inlet of the first burner and between the second gas regulating valve and the gas inlet of the second burner are metal hoses, and the rest gas pipelines are galvanized pipes.
The inlet of the air inlet pipe 13 is provided with an air blower 12, one branch of the air inlet pipe 13 is connected with an air inlet of the first combustor 6, the other branch of the air inlet pipe 13 is connected with an air inlet of the second combustor 7, a manual air adjusting door is arranged at the inlet of the blower of the air blower 2, the air inlet pipe 13 is a PVC hose, the first combustor 6 is provided with a first thermocouple 8 and a first high-energy igniter 10, and the second combustor 7 is provided with a second thermocouple 9 and a second high-energy igniter 11.
The one-to-two positive pressure baking furnace device further comprises a control box 3, wherein the gas protection cut-off valve 2, the first gas regulating valve 4, the first thermocouple 8, the first high-energy igniter 10, the second gas regulating valve 5, the second thermocouple 9, the second high-energy igniter 11 and the air blower 12 are connected into the control box through cables.
The gas protection cut-off valve 1 is used for cutting off gas, and the first gas regulating valve and the second gas regulating valve (4 and 5) are used for regulating the gas flow.
The first thermocouple (8) and the second thermocouple (9) are used for measuring flame temperature in the burner, judging the combustion condition of the flame through the flame temperature, and immediately interlocking to cut off gas when the flame is extinguished, so that safety accidents are avoided; the first and second high-energy igniters (10, 11) are used for ignition.
A controller (PLC model ABB AC 900F) in the control box monitors monitoring signals of a gas protection cut-off valve, an air blower, a gas regulating valve, a thermocouple and a high-energy igniter, remote monitoring of equipment is achieved, and each device is provided with an alarm device. The alarm generated by each device on the baking oven site timely and accurately informs baking oven personnel, so that safety accidents are avoided to the greatest extent.
The one-driving-two positive pressure oven device has the advantages of high integration level, high efficiency, energy saving, simple installation, stable operation, clear indication, simple operation, safety and reliability by organically combining the parts, and is the most advanced positive pressure oven device for the coke oven in China at present.
