Abstract
本发明公开了一种汽车专用压缩机极化冷冻镀膜剂,包括以下质量分数的各组分:矿物油4‑6份、重烷基苯5‑7份、亚磷酸三酯1‑3份、蓖麻油14‑16份、聚丙二醇脂肪酸酯70‑72份、硅油0.5‑1份。本发明的汽车专用压缩机极化冷冻镀膜剂可以提高压缩机的润滑系数和热传导效应同时增加压缩机密封件的使用寿命和提高金属的抗氧化能力。

技术领域
本发明涉及喷涂镀膜技术领域,具体涉及一种汽车专用压缩机极化冷冻镀膜剂。
背景技术
汽车空调的核心部件是空调的压缩机,它负责将低压的气态制冷剂吸入,加压为高压的气态制冷剂排出,为制冷剂的循环流动提供动力。因为正是制冷剂的循环流动过程中,在发动机舱内,制冷剂由气态变为液态,这个过程中制冷剂要放出热量;而在车内,制冷剂由液态变为气态,这个过程中制冷剂吸收热量,从而降低车内的温度。由于压缩机在运转时,制冷剂的排气温度较高,将一部分冷冻机油汽化为5-50微米的微粒,随制冷气体进入制冷系统,此外压缩机的排气速度高达24-30m/s,这样也容易把部分润滑油带入制冷系统,冷冻油进入制冷系统后,会在冷凝管表面形成一成油膜,使制冷剂和冷却介质的传热热阻增大,传热系数减少,增加电耗。
发明内容
针对上述存在的问题,本发明提供一种抗磨、润滑、提高传热效率的汽车专用压缩机极化冷冻镀膜剂,由于活化有极分子是一种带电分子,它对金属有极强的亲和力,借助活化有极分子在压缩机的金属表面形成仅一个分子厚的薄膜微层,阻止冷冻油在压缩机表面附着,提高压缩机的润滑系数和热传导效应。
本发明的目的是由下面的技术方案这样实现的:
本发明的汽车专用压缩机极化冷冻镀膜剂,其特征在于,所述汽车专用压缩机极化冷冻镀膜剂包括以下质量分数的各组分:矿物油2-7份、重烷基苯4-8份、抗氧化剂1-5份、蓖麻油13-17份、活化有极分子69-73份、硅油0.5-3份。

本发明的汽车专用压缩机极化冷冻镀膜剂借助其“活化有极分子”在压缩机的金属表面形成仅一个分子厚的薄膜微层,阻止冷冻油在压缩机表面附着,提高压缩机的润滑系数和热传导效应同时增加压缩机密封件的使用寿命和提高金属的抗氧化能力,达到提高功率,节约能耗和延长压缩机寿命的目的。

一种汽车专用压缩机极化冷冻镀膜剂包括以下质量分数的各组分:矿物油5份、重烷基苯6份、亚磷酸三酯2份、蓖麻油15份、聚丙二醇脂肪酸酯71份、硅油1份。

一种汽车专用压缩机极化冷冻镀膜剂包括以下质量分数的各组分:矿物油4、重烷基苯7份、亚磷酸三酯3份、蓖麻油14份、聚丙二醇脂肪酸酯70份、硅油2份。

一种汽车专用压缩机极化冷冻镀膜剂包括以下质量分数的各组分:矿物油2、重烷基苯5份、亚磷酸三酯4份、蓖麻油16份、聚丙二醇脂肪酸酯72份、硅油1份。
