一种颗粒白聚酯烤漆,包括步骤一,称取配料聚酯树脂,硫酸钡,溶剂油,高沸点溶剂,分散剂,防沉剂,钛白粉;混合,高速搅拌研磨至15μm以下配成料浆;步骤二,称取配料流平剂,聚酯树脂,催化剂,氨基树脂,甲醚化氨基树脂,将上述配料按配方称取后依次加入到步骤一中的浆料中继续搅拌,步骤三,称取砂纹蜡与调粘剂混合均匀后加入到步骤二中的浆料中继续搅拌调配完成制得。制作出的颗粒白聚酯烤漆拥有附着力好、抗刮好、折弯性能好、耐腐蚀好等性能特点,另外漆膜表面有磨砂效果,颗粒白聚酯烤漆属于一种功能性的卷材涂料,主要用于装修、建筑行业。

背景技术
涂料是一种可以用不同的施工工艺涂覆在物件表面,形成黏附牢固、具有一定强度、连续的固态薄膜。这样形成的膜通称涂膜,又称漆膜或涂层。按涂料形态分为液态涂料(溶液型、乳液型、分散型、无溶剂型)、固态涂料(粉末涂料)等;按涂料用途分为建筑涂料、工业涂料、通用涂料、特种涂料;按分散介质分为水性涂料、溶剂型涂料、无溶剂型涂料等;按涂膜功能分为防锈涂料、防腐涂料、耐温涂料、防火涂料、绝缘涂料、防污涂料等;按涂膜功能分为防锈涂料、防腐涂料、耐温涂料、防火涂料、绝缘涂料、防污涂料等;按施工方法分为喷漆、浸漆、电泳漆、自泳漆、辊涂漆等。
涂料具有反射光、发光、吸收和反射红外线、吸收太阳能、屏蔽射线、标志颜色等光学性能方面的作用;还有防噪声、减振、卫生消毒、防结露、防结冰等各种不同作用等。涂料具有保光保色性,外观光泽,色泽细腻等特点,对底材或对旧漆膜的附着力强,具有硬度、冲击、柔韧性等特性。
目前我国涂料工业面临巨大的挑战,涂料市场的竞争将是前所未有的,国内企业要想在市场中占有一席之地,新技术、新产品的开发是关键。特种涂料的开发将成为21世纪中国涂料市场的开发热点。我国各种功能型涂料——防水材料、防火涂料、地坪涂料、氟碳涂料、纳米复合涂料、伪装涂料、防污涂料、重防腐涂料、卷材涂料、水性聚氨酯涂料和隔热涂料等。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的不足,提出了一种附着力好、抗刮好、折弯性能好、耐腐蚀,拥有磨砂效果的颗粒白聚酯烤漆。
本发明要解决的技术问题是通过以下技术方案来实现的,
一种颗粒白聚酯烤漆,其特点是:
包括步骤一,
配料:
聚酯树脂25~35重量份,硫酸钡3~8重量份,
溶剂油0.3~0.8重量份,高沸点溶剂0.3~0.8重量份,
分散剂0.05~0.3重量份,防沉剂0.5~1.5重量份,
钛白粉30~35重量份;
将上述配料按配方称取后,混合,高速搅拌研磨至15μm以下配成料浆,
步骤二,
配料:
流平剂0.1~0.3重量份,聚酯树脂18~25重量份,催化剂0.2~0.6重量份,氨基树脂5~9重量份,甲醚化氨基树脂1~3重量份,
将上述配料按配方称取后依次加入到步骤一中的浆料中继续搅拌,
步骤三,
配料:
砂纹蜡1~4重量份,
调粘剂0.8~2.0重量份,
称取后,砂纹蜡与调粘剂混合均匀后加入到步骤二中的浆料中继续搅拌调配完成制得。

本发明与现有技术相比,主要采用了聚酯树脂以及甲醚化氨基树脂并通过加入独特的配方和工艺,制作出的颗粒白聚酯烤漆拥有附着力好、抗刮好、折弯性能好、耐腐蚀好等性能特点,另外漆膜表面有磨砂效果,颗粒白聚酯烤漆属于一种功能性的卷材涂料,主要用于装修、建筑行业。

包括步骤一,
配料:
聚酯树脂25~35重量份,硫酸钡3~8重量份,
溶剂油0.3~0.8重量份,高沸点溶剂0.3~0.8重量份,
分散剂0.05~0.3重量份,防沉剂0.5~1.5重量份,
钛白粉30~35重量份;
将上述配料按配方称取后,混合,高速搅拌研磨至15μm以下配成料浆,
步骤二,
配料:
流平剂0.1~0.3重量份,聚酯树脂18~25重量份,催化剂0.2~0.6重量份,氨基树脂5~9重量份,甲醚化氨基树脂1~3重量份,
将上述配料按配方称取后依次加入到步骤一中的浆料中继续搅拌,
步骤三,
配料:
砂纹蜡1~4重量份,
调粘剂0.8~2.0重量份,
称取后,砂纹蜡与调粘剂混合均匀后加入到步骤二中的浆料中继续搅拌调配完成制得。
近来对涂料的功能性也有了更高的要求,本发明的颗粒白聚酯烤漆属于一种功能性的卷材涂料,主要用于装修、建筑行业。目前市场上普通的卷材涂料存在抗刮差、耐老化差等问题,而本发明的颗粒白聚酯烤漆其拥有附着力好、抗刮好、折弯性能好、耐腐蚀好等性能特点,另外漆膜表面有磨砂效果。
步骤一中的配料为聚酯树脂30重量份,硫酸钡5重量份,溶剂油0.5重量份,高沸点溶剂0.5重量份,分散剂0.15重量份,防沉剂1重量份,钛白粉32.5重量份。
步骤二中的配料为流平剂0.2重量份,聚酯树脂20重量份,催化剂0.4重量份,氨基树脂7.75重量份,甲醚化氨基树脂2重量份。
所述防沉剂为气相法二氧化硅。
本发明要解决的技术问题还可以通过以下技术方案来进一步实现,流平剂为氟碳改性丙烯酸酯。
高沸点溶剂:六甲基亚膦酰三胺(HMPT) 分子式:C6H18N3OP 分子量:179.20 CAS号:680-31-9 性质:无色透明易流动的液体。
聚酯树脂可在市场购买,根据特性要求选择树脂。
溶剂油(s-100 ,s-150,s-180)以重整芳烃为原料,多用于高级烤漆作用高沸点、不易挥发,是一处气味小的环保型溶剂。
912分散剂具有优异的颜料润湿分散性,主要以体系物料适时添加,它的作用为促进研磨细度,缩短研磨时间,组成:高分子羧酸与改性聚硅氧烷的混合物。
防沉剂是一种气相法二氧化硅,作用为防沉颜料。
消泡剂是硅氧烷型双生结构表面活性剂,消光多少度的要求,根据度数要求而定量。
流平剂,氟碳改性丙烯酸酯流平剂,促进表面流平效果,防止桔皮现象。
催化剂是一种阳离子型表面活性剂,可作涂料用催化剂,也可作为氨基烤漆降温催化剂。
氨基树脂,高度甲醚化,游离甲醛,相溶于水和溶剂,优异的柔韧性
环氧树脂,主要增加烤漆的附着力,耐腐蚀性等。
砂粉蜡起到闪光和表面颗粒效果,均是以要求而定。
调粘剂是根据粘度与含量要求适度调整。
检测条件与要求
镀锌板0.30mm厚,线棒刮样烘烤检测
烘烤温度240℃,烘烤时间60秒 板温193-216℃
双涂工艺:干膜厚度,底漆2-5μm,面漆10-15μm
一次表干,(耐丁酮擦试5次破)面漆二次烘烤能达到要求性能。
检测性能结果:
光泽25-50°,
硬度≥2H,
附着力(划格)O级,
冲击力13J,
T弯≤2T不裂,
耐丁酮(mek)≥100次。
工艺流程与要求
1、检查设备、工具是否正常、安全、卫生;
2、佩戴劳动防护用品;
3、按配方精确称量配料;
4、高速搅拌(预分散)研磨至细度要求;
5、成品配料;
6、检测合项性能反指标;
7、调色 再检测各项性能指标;
8、合格包装。

1.一种颗粒白聚酯烤漆,其特征在于:
包括步骤一,
配料:
聚酯树脂25~35重量份,硫酸钡3~8重量份,
溶剂油0.3~0.8重量份,高沸点溶剂0.3~0.8重量份,
分散剂0.05~0.3重量份,防沉剂0.5~1.5重量份,
钛白粉30~35重量份;
将上述配料按配方称取后,混合,高速搅拌研磨至15μm以下配成料浆,
步骤二,
配料:
流平剂0.1~0.3重量份,聚酯树脂18~25重量份,催化剂0.2~0.6重量份,氨基树脂5~9重量份,甲醚化氨基树脂1~3重量份,
将上述配料按配方称取后依次加入到步骤一中的浆料中继续搅拌,
步骤三,
配料:
砂纹蜡1~4重量份,
调粘剂0.8~2.0重量份,
称取后,砂纹蜡与调粘剂混合均匀后加入到步骤二中的浆料中继续搅拌调配完成制得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的颗粒白聚酯烤漆,其特征在于:步骤一中的配料为聚酯树脂30重量份,硫酸钡5重量份,溶剂油0.5重量份,高沸点溶剂0.5重量份,分散剂0.15重量份,防沉剂1重量份,钛白粉32.5重量份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的颗粒白聚酯烤漆,其特征在于:步骤二中的配料为流平剂0.2重量份,聚酯树脂20重量份,催化剂0.4重量份,氨基树脂7.75重量份,甲醚化氨基树脂2重量份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的颗粒白聚酯烤漆,其特征在于:所述防沉剂为气相法二氧化硅。
