本发明属于塑料组合物,尤其涉及一种塑料薄膜。
背景技术
塑料是高分子量的聚合物材料。随着分子量的增加,聚合物材料从气体变为液体或固体。固体材料具有越高的分子量,它的流动性则越小,但是机械性能或耐热性会提升,并且具有可用作为日常生活中所需的材料(如金属、木材、陶瓷、橡胶等)的性能。塑料是通过混合各种类型的添加剂(包括改性剂、着色剂、加强剂、填料等)并进行成型加工而得的聚合物材料。塑料的性能由合成树脂(如PE、PP、PVC等)的化学结构决定,而相同的树脂的性能可能根据许多因素而有所不同,因此该特征可用于塑料的改性。在化学结构方面,塑料的性能根据分子量、分子量分布、基于聚合物制备(即聚合)条件的主链和侧链状态、端基、交联、立构规整性和共聚物组成分布等而变化。通常,配合(compounding)是指通过向聚合物原料添加各种类型的添加剂或各种配合剤(例如增强剂、改性剂等)而制备适于预期用途的组合物,并且由此制备的组合物以颗粒形式流通。
