Abstract
本发明公开了一种冻疮尽及其制备工艺，其冻疮尽的配方为：人工麝香0.5～1.5克，马勃4～6克，珍珠粉4～10克，冰片3～8克，植物油适量。其制备工艺为：按配方组份将人工麝香、马勃、冰片混合研成粉末，然后加入珍珠粉拌匀，倒入植物油中搅拌均匀，用钴60辐射灭菌即得，适用于治疗和预防冻疮。
Description
本发明涉及一种中药复方外用药物冻疮尽及其制备工艺。
冻疮是人们在冬天的一种常见疾病，此病的发病率高，在脸部、手部、脚部都容易患，且难治愈，一般都要在春天天气转暖时自愈，目前尚无理想药物，常见的冻疮药膏之类也是对冻疮溃疡处有一定的疗效，无法从根本治愈，病人往往是每年冬天都会复发，给病人带来很大痛苦。
本发明的目的在于针对目前无特效冻疮药及冻疮药膏疗效差的缺点，提供一种配方科学合理，使用方便，疗效好的冻疮尽及其制备工艺。
本发明为冻疮尽及其制备工艺，其冻疮尽的每百份的配方为：人工麝香0.5～1.5克，马勃4～6克，珍珠粉4～10克，冰片3～8克，植物油适量。
冻疮尽的制备工艺为：按组份取人工麝香、马勃分别粉碎后混合均匀，再研磨成细粉，与珍珠粉混合均匀，将冰片粉碎成细粉后与上述混合，将上述混合物慢慢放入植物油中，不断搅拌均匀，倒入高速搅拌器内高速搅拌10分钟，静置3小时，灌装，密封包装，钴60幅射灭菌即得。
本发明与现有技术相比，具有以下显著特点及积极效果。冻疮尽是一种中药复方外用药物，主要由人工麝香、马勃、珍珠粉、冰片和植物油组成，具有活血祛瘀、温经通络、去旧生新，提升皮温，止血收敛，滋养肌肤，对各期冻疮及溃烂均有特效。一是消肿镇痛止痒效果好，涂药创面凉爽舒适；二是对溃疡创面具有较强的杀菌抑菌抗感染作用，能短时间杀灭顽固菌种；三是减轻冻伤，促进愈合，减少疤痕，消退色素；四是该药具有提升皮温，滋养肌肤，可达到预防的目的，也不失为上好的美容佳品，长期使用无副作用。本发明适用于治疗及预防冻疮。
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细的描述。
按组份配方取人工麝香1克，马勃5克，珍珠粉5克，冰片5克，将人工麝香、马勃、冰片混合后研成粉末，加入珍珠粉，后将上述混合物慢慢倒入植物油中，不断搅拌均匀，再倒入高速搅拌器内高速搅拌10分钟，静置3小时，灌装，密封包装，钴60辐射灭菌即得。
本发明适用于治疗和预防冻疮。

1、一种治疗冻疮的药物，其特征在于它是由下述重量配比的原料制成：人工麝香0.5-1.5，马勃4-6，珍珠粉4-10，冰片3-8，植物油适量。
2、权利要求1所述的药物的制备方法，其特征在于它包括以下步骤：按配方比例，将人工麝香、马勃、冰片混合后研成粉末，然后加入珍珠粉搅拌均匀，倒入植物油中搅拌，再倒入高速搅拌器中高速搅拌，静置3小时后包装，用钴60幅射灭菌后即得。
