本发明公开了一种硬体瓶装饮料一次性加热装置，属于瓶装饮料一次性加热装置；旨在提供一种结构简单、使用方便、安全可靠，可通过金属瓶盖或金属罐体快速传热的一次性加热装置。它包括呈凹字形结构的本体、将该本体凹腔密闭的倒凸字形螺塞；本体（5）的凹腔中有发热布囊（9）和树立固定的穿刺针（8），螺塞（1）的空腔中固定有水囊（2），螺塞（1）的腔壁上开设有多个呈倒L状的排气道（13），各排气道（13）的出口端位于螺塞（1）的台阶面上。本发明结构简单、使用方便、安全可靠，是一种可与硬体瓶装饮料配套使用的一次性加热装置。

Description

硬体瓶装饮料一次性加热装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种针对瓶装饮料的一次性加热装置，尤其涉及一种与硬体瓶装饮料配套使用的一次性加热装置；属于饮料包装瓶。
背景技术
瓶装饮料因密封性好、便于携带等优点为人们的出行提供了极大的方便，较好地满足了快节奏现代生活的需求。但目前市场上销售的瓶装饮料均不具有自热功能，无法满足人们在寒冷环境条件下希望喝到热饮的愿望。为此，许多具有加热功能的一次性饮料瓶因应而生。如：CN201420295712.6、CN201420446296.5、CN201520701591.5、CN201620072033.1等。这些饮料瓶虽然可对饮料自行加热，但存在以下缺陷：
1）瓶体结构复杂、占用瓶体容积空间；
2）瓶体和加热装置为不可分离的整体式结构，因此瓶体制造成本高、影响饮料夏季销量；
3）由于瓶体通常由塑料或玻璃制成，因此瓶体传热效率低、加热效果不理想；
4）容易误操作而导致饮料受热，存在安全隐患，安全可靠性较差。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述缺陷，本发明旨在提供一种结构简单、使用方便、安全可靠的硬体瓶装饮料一次性加热装置；该加热装置可通过金属瓶盖或金属罐体快速传热。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用以下技术方案：它包括呈凹字形结构的本体、将该本体凹腔密闭的倒凸字形螺塞；本体的凹腔中有发热布囊和树立固定的穿刺针，螺塞的空腔中固定有水囊，螺塞的腔壁上开设有多个呈倒L状的排气道，各排气道的出口端位于螺塞的台阶面上。
在本体的上端口处有与之连为一体且呈圆环状结构的撕拉条，该撕拉条的顶部与螺塞的台阶面接触、并将各排气道的出口端封堵；螺塞的端口处固定有将其空腔密闭的隔离膜；本体的底部有与瓶盖或瓶体相适配的环形定位座。
与现有技术比较，本发明由于采用了上述技术方案，因此具有以下优点：
1）加热装置与饮料瓶为可分离的组合式结构，因此不会改变瓶体或瓶盖的原有结构，从而不会增加饮料瓶的生产成本；
2）加热装置与饮料瓶为可分离的组合式结构，因此在夏季饮料可单独售卖、在冬季饮料则可与加热装置配套售卖；不仅不会影响饮料夏季销量、而且还会促进饮料冬季销量；
3）由于本体与螺塞之间采用了螺纹连接的组合式结构，因此制造、组装方便快捷；
4）在螺塞的空腔中采用了水囊结构，不仅能够较好地克服蓄水容易泄漏而引起误加热的现象，而且也便于制造和组装；
5）在本体中设置了发热布囊，不仅可有效防止氧化钙吸潮而失效，而且还能避免氧化钙泄漏以及加热过程中氧化钙随热气外溢而污染瓶体；
6）在螺塞的外圆周面设置环形台阶面，并将排气道改为出口向下的倒L型结构，因此能够有效避免热气喷出而烫伤使用者；
7）由于在本体外圆周面增加了撕拉条（或易拉条），因此可控制螺塞的旋合深度，从而有效避免因误操作而导致误加热现象；
8）在螺塞的端口处增加防水隔离膜，可对氧化钙实现有效隔离，进一步提高了安全性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示：本体5呈凹字形结构，呈倒凸字形结构的螺塞1通过外螺纹将该本体的凹腔封闭。在本体5的凹腔中有发热布囊9和树立固定的穿刺针8，螺塞1的空腔中固定有水囊2；螺塞1的腔壁上开设有多个呈倒L状的排气道13，各排气道13的出口端位于螺塞1的圆环形台阶面上。采用倒L状结构的排气道13、并使其出口端位于圆环形台阶面，不仅可避免向四周排气而造成烫伤事故，而且还能够充分利用排出的热气对瓶体7进行加热。
为了避免在运输或存放过程中异物进入排气道13而将其出口端堵塞，同时也为了避免儿童通过排气道13而将水囊3刺破，在本体5的上端口处设置有呈圆环状结构并与之连为一体的撕拉条12，顶部与螺塞1的台阶面接触、并将各排气道13的出口端封堵。由于所述台阶面受到撕拉条12的阻碍，因此可起到控制螺纹旋合深度，防止误操作、避免发生事故的作用。
为了便于撕拉条12与本体5分离，撕拉条12与本体5之间设置有撕拉口11；为了便于将撕拉条12沿撕裂口11处与本体5撕裂分离，撕拉条12的一端固定有撕拉头4连接。
为了防止水囊2在运输或搬运过程中因振动掉落而破裂，造成误加热等事故，螺塞1的端口处固定有用于支承水囊2的隔离膜3。
为了便于本体5能够与瓶盖6或瓶体7保持稳定接触，在本体5的底部设置有与瓶盖6或瓶体7相适配的圆环状定位座10。
使用时，将撕拉条12撕去，使各排气道13出口端露出；拧动螺塞1使其向下运动，直至穿刺针8刺穿隔离膜3而将水囊2扎破；当水囊2中的清水将发热布囊9中的氧化钙浸湿后即可产生热量，然后将本发明通过定位座10倒扣在瓶盖6上，再将本发明连同整瓶饮料倒立即可。

Claims (4)

1.一种硬体瓶装饮料一次性加热装置，包括呈凹字形结构的本体、将该本体凹腔密闭的倒凸字形螺塞；其特征在于：本体（5）的凹腔中有发热布囊（9）和树立固定的穿刺针（8），螺塞（1）的空腔中固定有水囊（2），螺塞（1）的腔壁上开设有多个呈倒L状的排气道（13），各排气道（13）的出口端位于螺塞（1）的台阶面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的硬体瓶装饮料一次性加热装置，其特征在于：在本体（5）的上端口处有与之连为一体且呈圆环状结构的撕拉条（12），该撕拉条的顶部与螺塞（1）的台阶面接触、并将各排气道（13）的出口端封堵。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的硬体瓶装饮料一次性加热装置，其特征在于：螺塞（1）的端口处固定有将其空腔密闭的隔离膜（3）。
4.根据权利要求1～3中任意一项所述的硬体瓶装饮料一次性加热装置，其特征在于：本体（5）的底部有与瓶盖（6）或瓶体（7）相适配的环形定位座（10）。
