Abstract
本发明公开了一种即饮加热式饮料瓶盖,属于饮料包装瓶;旨在提供一种塑料和玻璃瓶体均可适用的加热式饮料瓶盖。它包括扣紧在瓶口上的瓶盖本体;瓶盖本体(7)呈H状结构,该瓶盖本体的上部凹腔由螺塞(2)密闭;所述上部凹腔中固定有盘绕成螺旋状的吸管(8)、刺针(10)以及发热布囊(6),吸管(8)的下端穿过瓶盖本体(7)而伸入瓶体(9)中、该吸管的上端穿过螺塞(2)向外伸出,吸管(8)的上端由薄膜封闭;螺塞(2)的空腔中固定有环状的水囊(3),螺塞(2)的腔壁上开设有排气道(4)。本发明结构简单、使用方便、安全可靠,是一种即热式饮料瓶盖。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种饮料瓶盖,尤其涉及一种即饮加热式饮料瓶盖;属于饮料包装瓶瓶盖。
背景技术
目前,由塑料或玻璃制成的一次性饮料瓶已经十分普及,给人们出行带来了极大方便,较好地满足了快节奏现代生活的需求。然而,目前市场上销售的瓶装饮料均不具有自热的功能,无法满足人们在寒冷的环境条件下希望喝到热饮的愿望。为此,许多底部带有加热装置的一次性饮料瓶因应而生。如:CN201420295712.6、CN201420446296.5、CN201520701591.5、CN201620072033.1等;这些饮料瓶虽然具有加热功能,但存在结构复杂、占用瓶体空间、安全和可靠性差等缺陷,亟待改进。
CN201720916073.4公开了“一种自发热瓶盖及自发热饮用瓶”,该专利需要通过挤压瓶体使瓶体中的水溢出后经透水孔浸润热材料块,因此只能适用于软体包装的塑料瓶体,而对于玻璃瓶体则不适用。另外,由于加热过程中所产生的热气会通过透水孔逸出,因此不仅存在一定的安全隐患,而且还影响消费者饮用。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述缺陷,本发明旨在提供一种结构简单、使用方便、安全可靠,塑料和玻璃瓶体均可适用的即饮加热式饮料瓶盖。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:它包括扣紧在瓶口上的瓶盖本体;瓶盖本体呈H状结构,该瓶盖本体的上部凹腔由螺塞密闭;所述上部凹腔中固定有盘绕成螺旋状的吸管、刺针以及发热布囊,吸管的下端穿过瓶盖本体而伸入瓶体中、该吸管的上端穿过螺塞向外伸出,吸管的上端由薄膜封闭;螺塞的空腔中固定有环状的水囊,螺塞的腔壁上开设有排气孔。
螺塞的外圆周面上有向外凸出的圆盘状凸缘,排气道呈倒L状结构,该排气道的出口端位于该凸缘的底部;在瓶盖本体的上端口处有呈圆环状结构并与之连为一体的撕拉条,该撕拉条的顶部与凸缘接触、并将各排气孔的出口端封闭;螺塞的空腔中部固定有向上伸出的空心管,吸管穿过该空心管向外伸出;空心管的上端有通过螺纹连接的顶盖;螺塞的端口处固定有将所述空腔密闭的隔离膜。
与现有技术比较,本发明由于采用了上述技术方案,因此具有以下优点:
1)瓶盖采用由螺塞和瓶盖本体通过螺纹连接而成的组合式结构,因此制造、组装方便快捷;
2)在螺塞中采用了水囊结构,不仅能够有效地克服蓄水容易泄漏而引起误加热的情况,而且也便于制造和组装;
3)在瓶盖本体中设置了装有氧化钙的发热布囊,不仅可有效防止氧化钙吸潮而失效,而且还能避免氧化钙泄漏以及加热过程中氧化钙随热气外溢而污染瓶体;
4)在螺塞的外圆周面设置圆盘状凸缘,并将排气道改为倒L型结构,因此可有效避免热气喷出而烫伤使用者脸部;
5)由于在瓶盖本体外圆周面增加了撕拉条(或易拉条),因此可有效控制螺塞的旋合深度,从而避免因误操作而导致误加热;
6)在螺塞的空腔中增加隔离管,既便于固定吸管、又能防止水囊因晃动而破损泄漏;
7)在螺塞的端口处增加防水隔离膜,既能够对水囊实现支承、又可对氧化钙实现有效隔离,进一步提高了安全性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1~3所示:扣紧在瓶口上的瓶盖本体7呈H状结构,该瓶盖本体的上部凹腔通过螺纹由螺塞2密闭;所述上部凹腔中固定有盘绕成螺旋状的吸管8、三根刺针10以及三个发热布囊6。发热布囊6由透水的无纺布制成,各发热布囊6中均装填有发热原料(如氧化钙)。吸管8的下端穿过瓶盖本体7而伸入瓶体9中(吸管8与瓶盖本体7之间有密封圈)、该吸管的上端穿过螺塞2向外伸出,吸管8的上端由薄膜封闭(图中未示出);在螺塞2的空腔中通过粘接剂固定有泳圈状的水囊3,螺塞2的腔壁上开设有排气道4。
为了防止排气时造成烫伤,在螺塞2的外圆周面上设置有向外凸出的圆盘状凸缘14,排气道4采用倒L状结构,且该排气道的出口端位于凸缘14的底部。
为了避免在运输或存放过程中异物进入排气道4而将其出口端堵塞,同时也为了避免儿童通过排气道4而将水囊3刺破,在瓶盖本体7的上端口处设置有圆环状结构并与之连为一体的撕拉条13,该撕拉条的顶部与凸缘14的底面接触、并将各排气道4的出口端封闭。为了便于撕拉条13与瓶盖本体7分离,撕拉条13与瓶盖本体7之间设置有撕拉口12;为了便于将撕拉条13沿撕裂口12处与瓶盖本体7撕裂分离,撕拉条13的一端固定有撕拉头5连接。由于圆盘状凸缘14受到撕拉条13的阻碍,因此可起到控制螺塞2旋合深度,防止误操作、避免发生事故的作用。
为了避免水囊3挤压吸管8,在螺塞2的空腔中部位置固定有向上伸出的空心管15,吸管8穿过该空心管向外伸出。为了防止吸管8遭受污染,同时也为了避免所述密封薄膜破裂而导致饮料流出,空心管15的上端有通过螺纹连接的顶盖1。
为了防止水囊3在运输或搬运过程中因振动掉落而破裂,造成误加热等事故,螺塞2的端口处固定有将所述空腔封闭的隔离膜11。
使用时,将撕拉条13撕去,使各排气道4的出口端露出;拧动螺塞2使其向下运动,直至刺针10刺穿隔离膜11而将水囊3扎破;当水囊3中的清水将发热布囊6中的氧化钙浸湿后即可产生热量。通过吸管8吸允饮料即可对其实现加热。
显然,当不需要加热时,只需拧开顶盖1即可通过吸管8直接饮用;或者直接将整个瓶盖本体7拧开直接饮用。
Claims (6)
1.一种即饮加热式饮料瓶盖,包括扣紧在瓶口上的瓶盖本体;其特征在于:瓶盖本体(7)呈H状结构,该瓶盖本体的上部凹腔由螺塞(2)密闭;所述上部凹腔中固定有盘绕成螺旋状的吸管(8)、刺针(10)以及发热布囊(6),吸管(8)的下端穿过瓶盖本体(7)而伸入瓶体(9)中、该吸管的上端穿过螺塞(2)向外伸出,吸管(8)的上端由薄膜封闭;螺塞(2)的空腔中固定有环状的水囊(3),螺塞(2)的腔壁上开设有排气道(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的即饮加热式饮料瓶盖,其特征于:螺塞(2)的外圆周面上有向外凸出的圆盘状凸缘(14),排气道(4)呈倒L状结构,该排气道的出口端位于该凸缘的底部。
3.根据权利要求2所述的即饮加热式饮料瓶盖,其特征于:在瓶盖本体(7)的上端口处有呈圆环状结构并与之连为一体的撕拉条(13),该撕拉条的顶部与凸缘(14)接触、并将各排气孔(4)的出口端封闭。
4.根据权利要求1~3中任意一项所述的即饮加热式饮料瓶盖,其特征于:螺塞(2)的空腔中部固定有向上伸出的空心管(15),吸管(8)穿过该空心管向外伸出;空心管(15)的上端有通过螺纹连接的顶盖(1)。
5.根据权利要求1~3中任意一项所述的即饮加热式饮料瓶盖,其特征于:螺塞(2)的端口处固定有将所述空腔密闭的隔离膜(11)。
6.根据权利要求4所述的即饮加热式饮料瓶盖,其特征于:上盖(2)的端口处固定有将所述空腔密闭的隔离膜(11)。
