Thus, after the carton finishes the packaging of the upper end face, the packaging pushing block sliding actuating mechanism drives the end face packaging pushing block to be pushed inwards into the open slot, the lower positions of the left side and the right side of the front end and the rear end of the carton are forcibly folded inwards to the surface of the internal box to be wrapped, then the lower sides of the front end and the rear end of the carton are upwards turned over, and glue or gummed paper is adopted to finish the packaging of the lower sides and the left lower part and the right lower part of the front end face and the rear end face of the carton; then can take out the carton after the terminal surface encapsulation ejector pad is moved back to both sides and open and put into the fluting again after vertical rotation 180 degrees of fluting again, the encapsulation of two sides about the terminal surface is realized to repeated operation, accomplishes the whole encapsulation to the carton (when the box body of being packed is shorter, terminal surface encapsulation ejector pad can once accomplish the book of turning over to the side about the packing box, also can lean on the people hand to roll over the terminal surface of top down, makes it need not to overturn the repeated operation and once only realizes the encapsulation to the terminal surface). Wherein the most advanced form setting of end face encapsulation ejector pad lower part can realize cutting into a local point of carton both sides lower part by force better and turn over a application of force, then along with the inside removal of end face encapsulation ejector pad, lean on its inboard inclined plane to enter into the fluting gradually, bend carton both sides lower part from the bottom up gradually, make the carton lower part can fold into inwards better, improve encapsulation reliability and in the same direction as the degree of smoothness.
The packaging push block sliding actuating mechanism comprises a guide sliding groove which is vertically arranged on the outer side surface of the end surface packaging push block 19 along the front-back direction, a lower rotary disc 20 which can vertically rotate is oppositely arranged at intervals on the outer side of the end surface packaging push block 19 along the front-back direction, and a bulge which can be vertically and slidably matched in the guide sliding groove is convexly arranged at the eccentric position on the side surface of the lower rotary disc 20 opposite to the end surface packaging push block; an upper transmission wheel 21 for transmission of the packaging pushing block is coaxially arranged on the lower turntable 20, the upper transmission wheel 21 for transmission of the packaging pushing block is connected with a lower transmission wheel 22 for transmission of the packaging pushing block arranged on the lower rack through a conveyor belt, and a rotating handle 23 for transmission of the packaging pushing block is coaxially and fixedly arranged on the outer side of the lower transmission wheel 22 for transmission of the packaging pushing block.
Therefore, the front end part and the rear end part of the paper box can be packaged in a mode of manually operating a handle by converting rotary input into translational output by a mechanical transmission cam structure to drive the end surface packaging push block to translate left and right. The device has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, stable and reliable force application transmission process, convenient control of the packaging process and the like.
Wherein, two lower transmission wheels 22 for transmission of the encapsulation pushing blocks positioned at the same side in the left-right direction are arranged on the same rotating shaft for transmission of the encapsulation pushing blocks, a rotating handle for transmission of the encapsulation pushing blocks is arranged on any lower transmission wheel for transmission of the encapsulation pushing blocks positioned in front, and a linkage mechanism 24 for transmission of the encapsulation pushing blocks is arranged between the two rotating shafts for transmission of the encapsulation pushing blocks.
Therefore, the linkage control of the two end face packaging push blocks can be completed only by one handle for force application, the structure is simple and ingenious, and the single-person control is conveniently realized.
Wherein, the linkage mechanism 24 for driving the packaging pushing block is a synchronous belt mechanism. The linkage mechanism has the advantages of simple structure, low cost and reliable linkage.
The front and rear end face packaging device of the carton further comprises upwards-arranged end face packaging plates 26 which are positioned on the front side and the rear side of the bottom plate 4, and the end face packaging plates are vertically and fixedly arranged on the rack and are attached to the front side face and the rear side face of the bottom plate.
Therefore, the upward folding of the lower sides of the front end and the rear end of the packaging carton can be completed by the end face packaging plates in the process of pressing the box to be packaged in place directly under the action of the end face packaging plates, so that the packaging carton is more convenient and faster.
Wherein, the lower part of the bottom plate 4 is arranged on the frame in a way of floating up and down through a spring 25. Like this, rely on the spring to obtain treating packing box one section steerable distance in the direction of height for when the encapsulation upper surface, can overcome spring force by the clamp plate earlier and push down and treat that packing carton to upper end and supporting platform flush, then start carton up end packaging hardware, go up the encapsulation push pedal and push into the fluting and back and retrieve the clamp plate to last, accomplish the encapsulation to the carton up end. Then lean on the clamp plate to push down again, can rely on the clamp plate to realize turning over the encapsulation downwards of both ends upside around the carton, lean on the terminal surface packaging board to realize the encapsulation of upwards overturning to both ends downside around the carton simultaneously, rely on terminal surface packaging hardware around the carton again to realize the encapsulation to both ends left and right sides around the carton. Therefore, the whole packaging operation can be realized more conveniently, quickly and smoothly.
Therefore, in the scheme, the carton is mainly packaged and formed by hand input and mechanical transmission, wherein related mechanisms mainly comprise a belt wheel transmission mechanism, a cam mechanism, a sliding block mechanism and the like, and the carton packaging function is realized by the connection transmission combination of all parts. The transmission structure adopts belt wheel transmission, has simple structure and stable transmission, can not generate too much noise, is beneficial to the quiet and comfortable working environment and is more suitable for initial startup entrepreneurs to use; green safety to realize the function with the simplest mode, reduced the pollution of noise, environment, manual operation more does benefit to the operation processing safety.

Claims (8)

1. A hand-operated commodity carton packaging machine comprises a rack and is characterized in that a horizontally arranged supporting platform is arranged on the surface of the upper portion of the rack, a slot is formed in the middle of the supporting platform in a front-back through mode, vertical plates are arranged on the left side and the right side of the slot, a bottom plate is arranged at the bottom of the slot, a packaging space of a rectangular structure is formed by the interior of the slot in a surrounding mode, a carton upper end face packaging device used for achieving carton upper end face packaging is arranged on the supporting platform, and carton front and back end face packaging devices used for packaging the front and back end faces of a carton are respectively arranged at; the auxiliary pressing device comprises a pressing plate which is positioned in the middle position above the open groove and horizontally arranged along the front and back, and the rear end of the pressing plate is fixed at the upper end of a telescopic rod of a sleeve-shaped structure which is vertically arranged on the rack; the middle part of the front end of the pressure plate extends forwards to be provided with a pressure plate handle;
terminal surface packaging hardware around the carton, including being located two risers of fluting about, the total four lower slide rails that both sides lower part set up, lower slide rail level sets up and all sliding fit has an end surface encapsulation ejector pad on it, one section distance is left to the bottom plate upper surface of leaving the tank bottom below surface under the end surface encapsulation ejector pad, the inboard inclined plane that is the lower extreme leanin of end surface encapsulation ejector pad along the left and right sides direction makes the inboard lower extreme of end surface encapsulation ejector pad be the closed angle form, still including encapsulation ejector pad sliding actuator, encapsulation ejector pad sliding actuator can drive the inside motion of end surface encapsulation ejector pad along left and right sides direction and make the closed angle of end surface encapsulation ejector pad lower extreme push to the riser inboard.

The hand-operated commodity carton packaging machine according to claim 1, wherein the enclosing push block sliding actuator comprises a guide chute which is vertically arranged on the outer side surface of the end face enclosing push block in the front-back direction, a lower rotary table which can vertically rotate is oppositely arranged at intervals on the outer side surface of the end face enclosing push block in the front-back direction, and a protrusion which can be vertically and slidably fitted in the guide chute is convexly arranged at an eccentric position on the side surface of the lower rotary table opposite to the end face enclosing push block; an upper driving wheel for transmission of the packaging pushing block is coaxially arranged on the lower turntable, the upper driving wheel for transmission of the packaging pushing block is connected with a lower driving wheel for transmission of the packaging pushing block arranged on the frame below through a conveying belt, and a rotating handle for transmission of the packaging pushing block is coaxially and fixedly arranged on the outer side of the lower driving wheel for transmission of the packaging pushing block.

A hand-operated commodity carton packaging machine according to claim 2 wherein two lower transmission wheels for driving the packing pusher located on the same side in the left-right direction are provided on the same rotating shaft for driving the packing pusher, the rotating handle for driving the packing pusher is provided on any one of the lower transmission wheels for driving the packing pusher located in front, and a linkage mechanism for driving the packing pusher is provided between the two rotating shafts for driving the packing pusher.

The hand-operated commodity carton packaging machine according to claim 1, wherein the front and rear end face packaging devices of the carton further comprise upwardly disposed end face packaging plates located on the front and rear sides of the bottom plate, the end face packaging plates being vertically and fixedly disposed on the frame and attached to the front and rear sides of the bottom plate.

A hand-operated commodity carton packaging machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein said carton upper end face packaging device comprises two upper packaging push plates disposed on the supporting platform at the left and right sides of the upper port of the slot, each upper packaging push plate being slidably fitted and mounted on an upper slide rail disposed on the supporting platform in the left and right direction, and an upper push plate sliding actuator capable of driving the opposite inner sides of the two upper packaging push plates to be pushed into the upper part of the slot.
6. The hand-operated commercial carton packaging machine according to claim 5 wherein said pressing plate is further provided with a vertically downward positioning arm at the middle of the front and rear ends thereof.

The hand-operated commercial carton packaging machine according to claim 5, wherein the push-up plate sliding actuator comprises end plates fixedly arranged vertically and upwardly at the front and rear ends of the push-up plate, the end plates are provided with vertically arranged guide grooves, the outer sides of the end plates in the front and rear directions are oppositely provided with vertically rotatable upper rotary discs at intervals, and the eccentric positions on the side surfaces of the upper rotary discs opposite to the end plates are convexly provided with protrusions which can be vertically slidably fitted in the guide grooves;
an upper driving wheel for end plate transmission is coaxially arranged on the upper turntable, the upper driving wheel for end plate transmission is connected with a lower driving wheel for end plate transmission arranged on the machine frame below through a conveying belt, and a rotating handle for end plate transmission is coaxially and fixedly arranged on the outer side of the lower driving wheel for end plate transmission.

A hand-operated commodity carton packaging machine as claimed in claim 7, wherein a set of end plates, an upper turntable, an upper driving wheel for end plate transmission and a lower driving wheel for end plate transmission are correspondingly arranged at the front and rear ends of each of the two upper packaging push plates; two lower driving wheels for end plate transmission corresponding to each upper packaging push plate are fixedly arranged on the same rotating shaft for end plate transmission arranged along the front-back direction; the rotating handle for end plate transmission is arranged on the lower driving wheel for end plate transmission positioned in front, and a linkage mechanism for end plate transmission is also arranged between the two rotating shafts for end plate transmission.
