The mattress 10 and the packing material 20 are continuously conveyed into the vertical edge sealing mechanism 300, after the mattress reaches a position, the first pressing mechanism 320 operates to press the mattress 10 and the packing material 20 thereon, and then the first box sealing machine core 331, the second box sealing machine core 332, the third box sealing machine core 333 and the fourth box sealing machine core 334 operate simultaneously to fold the vertical edge 21 at the opening of the packing material 20 and use an adhesive tape for sealing and fixing.
Then, the first box sealing machine core 331, the second box sealing machine core 332, the third box sealing machine core 333, the fourth box sealing machine core 334 and the first pressing mechanism 320 are reset, the mattress 10 and the packaged object 20 are continuously conveyed into the horizontal edge sealing mechanism 400, after reaching the position, the second pressing mechanism 420 operates to press the mattress 10 and the packaged object 20 thereon, the rear left bottom edge pushing and folding assembly 430 and the right bottom edge pushing and folding assembly 450 operate simultaneously, the first pushing roller 473 and the second pushing roller 483 respectively push and fold the horizontal edges 22 at the left and right sides at the bottom, after folding, the first pushing cylinder 475 and the second pushing cylinder 485 operate to drive the first rotating rod 474 and the second rotating rod, further drive the first clamping plate 476 and the second clamping plate 486 to rotate and clamp the folded horizontal edges 22, and then the left bottom edge pushing and folding assembly 430 and the right bottom edge pushing and folding assembly 450 are reset, the fifth lifting mechanism 491 and the sixth lifting mechanism 497 operate to drive the fifth carton sealing machine core 440 and the sixth carton sealing machine core 460 to operate, push the horizontal edges 22 at the top of the left and right sides respectively, fold the horizontal edges and use the adhesive tape for bonding and fixing.
To this end, the mattress 10 is completely enclosed by the wrapper 20. Then, the left bottom side pushing and folding assembly 430, the fifth box sealing machine core 440, the right bottom side pushing and folding assembly 450, the sixth box sealing machine core 460 and the second pressing mechanism 420 are reset, the mattress 10 wrapped with the packing material 20 is conveyed continuously and enters the adhesive tape laminating mechanism 500, along with the entering of the mattress 10, the seventh box sealing machine cores 570 positioned at the left end and the right end in the conveying direction of the mattress respectively start to laminate the left side surface and the right side surface of the packing material 20 with adhesive tapes, after the mattress 10 reaches the designated position, the third pressing mechanism 520 operates to press the mattress 10 and the packing material 20 thereon, and the two seventh box sealing machine cores 570 positioned at the rear end and the front end in the conveying direction of the mattress sequentially laminate the rear side surface and the front side surface of the packing material 20 with adhesive tapes.
Finally, the mattress 10 is transported continuously, and the seventh case sealer core 570 located at the left end and the right end of the mattress transporting direction respectively completes the adhesion of the adhesive tapes on the left side surface and the right side surface of the packing material 20.
So far, the mattress 10 that has the packing material 20 completely, and all has the laminating sticky tape on the packing material 20 lateral wall exports from the output of sticky tape laminating mechanism 500, and constructor alright carry out subsequent packing and transportation.
Compared with the prior art, the mattress packaging machine disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the front end of the mattress is coated by the packaging material, the vertical edges and the horizontal edges of the openings at the left and right ends of the packaging material are respectively folded and fixed after the rear end of the packaging material is welded, and then the four side surfaces of the packaging material are attached by using the adhesive tapes, so that the packaging material cannot be bulged due to welding seal, further the hand injury can be avoided, the bulged corners can be prevented from scraping the packaging material, and meanwhile, the integral attractiveness is ensured. The mattress packaging machine is ingenious in design, provides a new idea and scheme for packaging mattresses, and has strong practicability.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications and variations of the present invention are intended to be included within the scope of the claims and the equivalent technology of the present invention if they do not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A mattress packing machine, comprising:
a wrapper release mechanism (100), wherein the wrapper release mechanism (100) is used for releasing the wrapper and wrapping the mattress from the front end of the conveying direction;
the rear packaging object sealing mechanism (200) is used for sealing the packaging objects coated at the rear end in the conveying direction of the mattress;
the vertical edge sealing mechanism (300), the vertical edge sealing mechanism (300) is used for folding and fixing the vertical edge at the opening of the packaged object after sealing;
the horizontal edge sealing mechanism (400) is used for folding and fixing the horizontal edge at the opening of the packing object after the vertical edge is fixed;
the adhesive tape attaching mechanism (500) is used for attaching the adhesive tape to the four side surfaces of the packing object with the vertical side and the horizontal side fixed; and
the device comprises a controller, wherein the packing material releasing mechanism (100), the packing material rear sealing mechanism (200), the vertical edge sealing mechanism (300), the horizontal edge sealing mechanism (400) and the adhesive tape laminating mechanism (500) are electrically connected with the controller.
2. The mattress wrapping machine of claim 1, wherein the vertical edge sealing mechanism (300) comprises a first frame (310) and a first pressing mechanism (320), the first pressing mechanism (320) being disposed on the first frame (310) for pressing the mattress;
the vertical edge pasting and sealing mechanism (300) further comprises a first box sealing machine core (331), a second box sealing machine core (332), a third box sealing machine core (333) and a fourth box sealing machine core (334), wherein the first box sealing machine core (331), the second box sealing machine core (332), the third box sealing machine core (333) and the fourth box sealing machine core (334) are arranged on the first rack (310) and correspond to one corner of the mattress respectively, and the vertical edge at the opening of the packing material is folded and fixed.

The mattress packaging machine according to claim 2, wherein the vertical edge sealing mechanism (300) further comprises a first left-right moving bracket (340), the first left-right moving bracket (340) is slidably arranged on the first frame (310) along a direction perpendicular to the conveying direction of the mattress, two first lifting mechanisms (341) symmetrically arranged front and back are arranged on the first left-right moving bracket (340), a first box sealing machine bracket (342) arranged front and back is arranged at the motion output end of the first lifting mechanism (341), and the first box sealing machine core (331) and the second box sealing machine core (332) are slidably arranged on the first box sealing machine bracket (342);

4. The mattress wrapping machine of claim 1, wherein the horizontal edge sealing mechanism (400) comprises a second frame (410) and a second compression mechanism (420), the second compression mechanism (420) being disposed on the second frame (410) for compressing a mattress;
the horizontal edge sealing mechanism (400) further comprises a left bottom edge pushing and folding assembly (430) and a plurality of fifth box sealing machine cores (440);
the left bottom edge pushing and folding assembly (430) is arranged on the second rack (410) on the left side of the conveying direction of the mattress, is positioned below the mattress and is used for pushing the horizontal edge at the bottom of the corresponding position to be attached to the side wall of the mattress;
the fifth box sealing machine core (440) is correspondingly arranged on the second rack (410) above the left bottom edge pushing and folding assembly (430) and is used for folding and fixing the horizontal edge at the top of the opening of the packing object;
the horizontal edge sealing mechanism (400) further comprises a right bottom edge pushing and folding assembly (450) and a plurality of sixth case sealer movement mechanisms (460);
the right bottom edge pushing and folding assembly (450) is arranged on the second rack (410) on the right side of the conveying direction of the mattress, is positioned below the mattress and is used for pushing the horizontal edge at the bottom of the corresponding position to be attached to the side wall of the mattress;
the sixth box sealing machine core (460) is correspondingly arranged on the second machine frame (410) above the right bottom edge pushing and folding assembly (450) and is used for folding and fixing the horizontal edge at the top of the opening of the packing object.
