一种特殊的抗老化防腐蚀针织布
技术领域
本发明涉及针织布技术领域，具体为一种特殊的抗老化防腐蚀针织布。
背景技术
针织布即是利用织针将纱线弯曲成圈并相互串套而形成的织物，分经编针织布和纬编针织布。针织面料具有质地柔软、吸湿透气、排汗保暖等特性，大多具有优良的弹性与延伸性。相对梭织布它具有产量高，适合小批量生产的特点。针织服饰穿着舒适、贴身和体、无拘紧感、能充分体现人体曲线；针织物质地松软，除了有良好的抗皱性和透气性外，还具有较大的延伸性和弹性，适宜于做内衣、紧身衣和运动服等。针织物在改变结构和提高尺寸稳定性后，同样可做外衣。针织物可以先织成坯布，经裁剪、缝制而成各种针织品；也可以直接织成全成形或部分成形产品，如袜子、手套等。
目前，针织布的抗老化防腐蚀的功能较差，影响针织布的使用时间，同时针织布的弹性和韧性不强容易破损。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种特殊的抗老化防腐蚀针织布，用以解决上述背景技术中提到的针织布的抗老化防腐蚀的功能较差，影响针织布的使用时间，同时针织布的弹性和韧性不强容易破损等问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种特殊的抗老化防腐蚀针织布，包括第一基布层和第二基布层，所述第一基布层的顶面设置有尼龙层，所述尼龙层的顶面设置有玻璃纤维层，所述玻璃纤维层的顶面设置有摇粒绒层，所述摇粒绒层的顶面设置有防静电层，所述第二基布层与第一基布层之间设置有横向基布块和纵向基布块，所述横向基布块与纵向基布块之间交错形成空腔，所述第二基布层的底部设置有保暖层。
其中，所述防静电层包括棉线和防静电丝，所述防静电层为棉线与防静电丝交错混合形成。
优选的，所述棉线为水平设置，所述防静电丝与棉线之间的夹角为度。
其中，所述保暖层包括太阳绒纤维线和羊绒纤维线，所述保暖层为太阳绒纤维线和羊绒纤维线为横向和纵向交错混合形成。
优选的，所述棉线和防静电丝的线圈为30-32厘米/100针。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
1、本发明增强了针织布的抗老化和防腐蚀的功能，提高了针织布的使用寿命，同时增加了针织布的弹性和韧性提高了针织布的抗拉扯和撕破的能力。
2、本发明通过尼龙层和玻璃纤维层的设置增加了针织布的抗老化和防腐蚀的能力提高了针织布的使用寿命。
3、本发明通过横向基布块、纵向基布块、空腔和尼龙层的设置提供了针织布的弹性，同时空前的形成可以增加拉扯和撕破的空间，增加了拉扯和撕破的能力。

请参阅图1-4，本发明提供了一种特殊的抗老化防腐蚀针织布，包括第一基布层1和第二基布层2，所述第一基布层1的顶面设置有尼龙层3，所述尼龙层3的顶面设置有玻璃纤维层4，所述玻璃纤维层4的顶面设置有摇粒绒层5，所述摇粒绒层5的顶面设置有防静电层6，所述第二基布层2与第一基布层1之间设置有横向基布块7和纵向基布块8，所述横向基布块7与纵向基布块8之间交错形成空腔9，所述第二基布层2的底部设置有保暖层10。
所述防静电层6包括棉线601和防静电丝602，所述防静电层6为棉线601与防静电丝602交错混合形成，这样交错混合形成的防静电层6，防静电效果更好。
所述棉线601为水平设置，所述防静电丝602与棉线601之间的夹角为60度，这样可以使防静电丝602与棉线601形成的防静电层6弹力更好。
所述保暖层10包括太阳绒纤维线1001和羊绒纤维线1002，所述保暖层10为太阳绒纤维线1001和羊绒纤维线1002横向和纵向交错混合形成，这样形成的保暖层10保暖效果更好。
所述棉线601和防静电丝602的线圈为30-32厘米/100针，便于对使用的材料进行计算，更加明确使用材料的多少。
本发明的工作原理为：由于第一基布层1的顶面设置有尼龙层3，尼龙层3的顶面设置有玻璃纤维层4，使整个针织布的化学性质相对稳定，增加针织布的抗腐蚀性，提高针织布的使用时间，玻璃纤维层4的顶面设置有摇粒绒层5，摇粒绒层5的顶面设置有防静电层6，防静电层6的设置可以防止针织布表面占有大量的轻小物质，使清除比较的麻烦，由于第二基布层2与第一基布层1之间设置有横向基布块7和纵向基布块8，横向基布块7与纵向基布块8之间交错形成空腔9，空腔9的形成可以增加针织布的拉扯空间提高，提高针织布的弹性和韧性，提供针织布的抗拉扯性。

1.一种特殊的抗老化防腐蚀针织布，包括第一基布层(1)和第二基布层(2)，其特征在于，所述第一基布层(1)的顶面设置有尼龙层(3)，所述尼龙层(3)的顶面设置有玻璃纤维层(4)，所述玻璃纤维层(4)的顶面设置有摇粒绒层(5)，所述摇粒绒层(5)的顶面设置有防静电层(6)，所述第二基布层(2)与第一基布层(1)之间设置有横向基布块(7)和纵向基布块(8)，所述横向基布块(7)与纵向基布块(8)之间交错形成空腔(9)，所述第二基布层(2)的底部设置有保暖层(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗老化防腐蚀针织布，其特征在于，所述防静电层(6)包括棉线(601)和防静电丝(602)，所述防静电层(6)为棉线(601)与防静电丝(602)交错混合形成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的抗老化防腐蚀针织布，其特征在于，所述棉线(601)为水平设置，所述防静电丝(602)与棉线(601)之间的夹角为60度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗老化防腐蚀针织布，其特征在于，所述保暖层(10)包括太阳绒纤维线(1001)和羊绒纤维线(1002)，所述保暖层(10)为太阳绒纤维线(1001)和羊绒纤维线(1002)横向和纵向交错混合形成。
