一种远红外发热鼠标垫及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及远红外技术领域,特别涉及一种远红外发热鼠标垫及其制备方法。
背景技术
21世纪人们的工作、学习、生活都离不开电脑,因此鼠标垫是一个必不可少的产品。目前市场上有着各种各样材质的鼠标垫,如塑料、布料、树脂、橡胶、金属铝板、玻璃、发泡海绵等,但大多功能类似且单一,如发光、带音乐等,但其最主要的用途还是使鼠标运行顺滑流畅,同时使用户手腕受力最小。
加热鼠标垫作为一种新型的鼠标垫,一般是通过电脑对鼠标垫供电进行加热,以提高手部的温度和舒适性,保证长时间工作手部的灵活性。但现有的加热鼠标垫具有许多问题:
(1)市面上的大部分产品仅能做到微热38度左右,少部分据说能达到50度的产品也依然有温度分布不均,发热面积偏小等问题,实际体验较差;
(2)现有的发热鼠标垫都是表面发热即只有接触到的手指等部位有些许温暖的体验,无法做到区域发热,热量流失较快,且无法实现连续工作;
(3)目前的发热鼠标垫发热原理都是通过电阻发热,而发热材料会造成一定的污染,且长期使用不利于人体健康。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明目的在于提供一种远红外发热鼠标垫及其制备方法。本发明提供的远红外发热鼠标垫温度分布均匀,热量流失慢,且能够控制发热功率。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种远红外发热鼠标垫,自上而下依次包括表层、绝缘导热层、远红外发热纸层、绝缘热反射膜层和底层,所述远红外发热纸层包括两片并列设置的远红外发热纸,所述两片远红外发热纸通过电路结构相连;所述电路结构中包括组合开关,所述组合开关控制两片远红外发热纸的连接方式为串联或并联。
优选的,所述远红外发热鼠标垫的厚度为2~5mm,长度为600~900mm,宽度为250~350mm。
优选的,所述表层的材质为尼龙布和/或涤纶布。
优选的,所述绝缘导热层的材质为聚酰亚胺膜,所述绝缘导热层的厚度为0.02~0.1mm。
优选的,所述远红外发热纸的材质为芳纶远红外纸;所述芳纶远红外纸由碳纳米管、芳纶短切纤维和芳纶浆粕纤维制备得到。
优选的,所述芳纶远红外纸的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将芳纶短切纤维、疏解剂与水混合,依次进行洗涤、打浆处理,得到芳纶短切纤维浆料;
(2)将芳纶浆粕纤维、芳纶浆粕纤维分散剂与水混合,得到芳纶浆粕纤维浆料;
(3)将碳纳米管、碳纳米管分散剂与溶剂混合,得到碳纳米管分散液;
(4)将所述步骤(3)得到的碳纳米管分散液、步骤(1)得到的芳纶短切纤维浆料和步骤(2)得到的芳纶浆粕纤维浆料混合后依次进行打浆和剪切处理,得到混合浆料;
(5)将所述步骤(4)得到的混合浆料抽滤成型,将得到的湿纸坯依次进行干燥和热压处理,得到芳纶远红外纸;
所述步骤(1)~(3)没有时间顺序的限制。
优选的,单片远红外发热纸的厚度为0.05~0.3mm,长度为200~250mm,宽度为100~150mm。
优选的,所述绝缘热反射膜层的材质为镀铝反射膜,所述绝缘热反射膜层的厚度为0.03~0.15mm。
优选的,所述底层的材质为天然橡胶和/或合成橡胶,所述底层的厚度为1.7~4mm。

(1)将两片远红外发热纸通过电路结构相连,得到远红外发热纸层;

本发明提供了一种远红外发热鼠标垫,剖面结构图如图2所示;自上而下依次包括表层、绝缘导热层、远红外发热纸层、绝缘热反射膜层和底层,所述远红外发热纸层包括两片并列设置的远红外发热纸,所述两片远红外发热纸通过电路结构相连;所述电路结构中包括组合开关,所述组合开关控制两片远红外发热纸的连接方式为串联或并联。
本发明提供的远红外发热鼠标垫包括表层。在本发明中,所述表层的材质优选为尼龙布和/或涤纶布,所述表层的厚度优选为0.2~0.45mm,更优选为0.3~0.4mm。
本发明提供的远红外发热鼠标垫包括绝缘导热层。在本发明中,所述绝缘导热层的材质优选为聚酰亚胺膜,所述绝缘导热层的厚度优选为0.02~0.1mm,更优选为0.04~0.08mm。在本发明中,绝缘导热层可以使热量均匀的分布到表层中,增加手部的舒适感。

在本发明中,所述远红外发热纸层的材质优选为芳纶远红外纸,所述芳纶远红外纸优选由碳纳米管、芳纶短切纤维和芳纶浆粕纤维制备得到。在本发明中,所述芳纶远红外纸的制备方法优选包括以下步骤:
(1)将芳纶短切纤维、疏解剂与水混合,依次进行洗涤、打浆处理,得到芳纶短切纤维浆料;

本发明优选将芳纶短切纤维、疏解剂与水混合,依次进行洗涤、打浆处理,得到芳纶短切纤维浆料。在本发明中,所述疏解剂优选为十二烷基苯磺酸钠,所述疏解剂与芳纶短切纤维的质量比优选为0.01~0.05:1,更优选为0.02~0.04:1。本发明对水的用量没有特殊要求,能够使芳纶短切纤维、疏解剂分散在水中即可;本发明对混合的方式没有要求,使用本领域常规的混合方式将芳纶短切纤维、疏解剂与水混合均匀即可。本发明优选对芳纶短切纤维、疏解剂与水的混合物进行静置操作,所述静置的时间优选为15~30min,更优选为20min。在本发明中,所述洗涤优选为水洗。本发明对于所述洗涤的具体操作方法没有特殊的限定,使用本领域技术人员熟知的洗涤操作即可。在本发明中,所述洗涤的次数优选为3~5次,更优选为4次。在本发明中,洗涤操作可以去除所述芳纶短切纤维表面的杂质。本发明优选使用打浆机进行打浆处理,所述打浆的时间优选为5~10min,更优选为6~8min。
本发明优选将芳纶浆粕纤维、芳纶浆粕纤维分散剂与水混合,得到芳纶浆粕纤维浆料。在本发明中,所述芳纶浆粕纤维分散剂优选为聚氧化乙烯,所述芳纶浆粕纤维分散剂与芳纶浆粕纤维的质量比优选为0.01~0.05:1,更优选为0.02~0.04:1。本发明对水的用量没有特殊要求,能够使芳纶浆粕纤维、芳纶浆粕纤维分散剂分散在水中即可;本发明对混合的方式没有要求,使用本领域常规的混合方式将芳纶浆粕纤维、芳纶浆粕纤维分散剂与水混合均匀即可。
本发明优选将碳纳米管、碳纳米管分散剂与溶剂混合,得到碳纳米管分散液。在本发明中,所述溶剂优选为酒精、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺和丙酮中的一种或几种;所述碳纳米管分散剂优选为十二烷基硫酸钠。在本发明中,所述碳纳米管分散剂、碳纳米管和溶剂的质量比优选为0.01~0.05:1:200~400,更优选为0.02~0.04:1:300。本发明对混合的方式没有要求,使用本领域常规的混合方式将碳纳米管、碳纳米管分散剂与溶剂混合均匀即可。
得到碳纳米管分散液后,本发明优选将所述步骤(3)得到的碳纳米管分散液、步骤(1)得到的芳纶短切纤维浆料和步骤(2)得到的芳纶浆粕纤维浆料混合后依次进行打浆和剪切处理,得到混合浆料。在本发明中,所述的混合浆料中碳纳米管与芳纶短切纤维和芳纶浆粕纤维的总质量的比为1:1~5。本发明优选采用超声处理的方式对碳纳米管分散液、芳纶短切纤维浆料和芳纶浆粕纤维浆料进行混合,所述超声处理的时间优选为20~40min,更优选为30min。本发明优选使用打浆机进行打浆处理,所述打浆的时间优选为5~10min,更优选为6~8min。本发明优选使用高速剪切机进行剪切处理,所述剪切的时间优选为30~60min,更优选为40~50min,所述高速剪切的速率优选为1500~3000r/min,更优选为2000~2500r/min。
得到混合浆料后,本发明优选将所述步骤(4)得到的混合浆料抽滤成型,将得到的湿纸坯依次进行干燥和热压处理,得到芳纶远红外纸。本发明优选使用纸页成型器对混合浆料进行抽滤成型。本发明优选采用真空干燥的方式对湿纸坯进行干燥,所述干燥的温度优选为60~80℃,更优选为70℃,本发明对干燥的时间没有特殊要求,能够使湿纸坯干燥完全即可。在本发明中,所述热压处理的温度优选为220~280℃,更优选为240~260℃;所述热压处理的压力优选为12~16MPa,更优选为13~15MPa;所述热压处理的时间优选为10~20min,更优选为14~16min。
在本发明中,单片远红外发热纸的厚度优选为0.05~0.3mm,长度优选为200~250mm,更优选为220~240mm,宽度优选为100~150mm,更优选为120~130mm。
本发明提供的远红外发热鼠标垫包括绝缘热反射膜层。在本发明中,所述绝缘热反射膜层的材质优选为镀铝反射膜,所述绝缘热反射膜层的厚度优选为0.03~0.15mm,更优选为0.05~0.10mm。在本发明中,绝缘热反射膜层可以将热量反射到表层,减缓热量的流失。
本发明提供的远红外发热鼠标垫包括底层。在本发明中,所述底层的材质优选为天然橡胶和/或合成橡胶,所述底层的厚度优选为1.7~4mm,更优选为2~3mm。
在本发明中,所述远红外发热鼠标垫的厚度优选为2~5mm,更优选为3~4mm;所述远红外发热鼠标垫的长度优选为600~900mm,更优选为700~800mm;所述远红外发热鼠标垫的宽度优选为250~350mm,更优选为280~320mm。
本发明提供了上述远红外发热鼠标垫的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将两片远红外发热纸通过电路结构相连,得到远红外发热纸层;
(2)依次将表层、绝缘导热层、远红外发热纸层、绝缘热反射膜层和底层进行压制粘合,得到远红外发热鼠标垫。
本发明将两片远红外发热纸通过电路结构相连,得到远红外发热纸层。本发明优选在远红外纸两端压制铜网电极,然后将两片远红外纸按照图1所示的电路结构连接,得到远红外发热纸层。
得到远红外发热纸层后,本发明依次将表层、绝缘导热层、远红外发热纸层、绝缘热反射膜层和底层进行压制粘合,得到远红外发热鼠标垫。本发明对所述压制粘合的方法没有特殊要求,使用本领域熟知的压制粘合方法即可。
下面结合实施例对本发明提供的远红外发热鼠标垫及其制备方法进行详细的说明,但是不能把它们理解为对本发明保护范围的限定。
实施例1
称取5g芳纶短切纤维、0.1g十二烷基苯磺酸钠于水溶液中,静置浸泡20min,洗涤4次后,打浆机打浆10min,制得芳纶短切纤维浆料。
称取5g芳纶浆粕纤维、0.1g聚氧化乙烯于水溶液中,搅拌5min,得到芳纶浆粕纤维浆料。
称取5g碳纳米管、0.1g十二烷基硫酸钠于酒精溶剂中,超声30min,高速剪切30min制得碳纳米管分散液,将制得的碳纳米管分散液和上述制得的芳纶短切纤维浆料、芳纶浆粕纤维浆料均匀混合后,打浆机打浆10min,利用高速剪切机剪切60min。
将上述制得的混合浆料通过纸页成型器抽滤成型,揭起湿纸页后,80℃真空干燥,热压制得芳纶远红外纸。
实施例2
将实施例1制得的芳纶远红外纸裁减为厚度为0.2mm,长度200mm,宽度为100mm的远红外发热纸,在远红外纸两端压制铜网电极,然后将两片远红外纸按照图1所示的电路结构连接,得到远红外发热纸层,其中1为铜网电极,2为远红外发热纸,3为组合开关,4为导线。
按照图2所示结构,采用胶水将由上到下层叠设置的表层5、绝缘导热层6、远红外发热纸层7、绝缘热反射膜层8、底层9进行压制粘合,制得远红外发热鼠标垫。
其中,表层的材质为尼龙布,绝缘导热层的材质为聚酰亚胺膜,厚度为0.02mm;绝缘热反射膜层的材质为镀铝反射膜,厚度为0.03mm;底层的材质为天然橡胶,厚度为2mm;远红外发热鼠标垫的厚度为2.5mm,长度为800mm,宽度为300mm。
使用12V的直流电源作为供电电源,经测试,单片远红外发热纸的电阻为8Ω,当两片远红外发热纸串联时,鼠标垫的输出功率为9W,鼠标垫表面温度约为33℃,且温度分布均匀;当两片远红外发热纸并联时,鼠标垫的输出功率为36W,鼠标垫表面温度约为50℃,且温度分布均匀。
实施例3
将实施例1制得的芳纶远红外纸裁减为厚度为0.2mm,长度250mm,宽度为100mm的远红外发热纸,在远红外纸两端压制铜网电极,然后将两片远红外纸按照图1所示的电路结构连接,得到远红外发热纸层,其中1为铜网电极,2为远红外发热纸,3为组合开关,4为导线。
按照图2所示结构,采用胶水将由上到下层叠设置的表层5、绝缘导热层6、远红外发热纸层7、绝缘热反射膜层8、底层9进行压制粘合,制得远红外发热鼠标垫。
其中,表层的材质为涤纶布,绝缘导热层的材质为聚酰亚胺膜,厚度为0.1mm;绝缘热反射膜层的材质为镀铝反射膜,厚度为0.15mm;底层的材质为合成橡胶,厚度为1mm;远红外发热鼠标垫的厚度为3mm,长度为900mm,宽度为350mm。
使用16V的直流电源作为供电电源,经测试,单片远红外发热纸的电阻为10Ω,当两片远红外发热纸串联时,鼠标垫的输出功率为12.8W,鼠标垫表面温度约为35℃,且温度分布均匀;当两片远红外发热纸并联时,鼠标垫的输出功率为51.2W,鼠标垫表面温度约为55℃,且温度分布均匀。
根据上述结果可知,本发明提供的远红外发热鼠标垫温度分布均匀,能够改变输出功率从而调节鼠标垫的温度。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种远红外发热鼠标垫,自上而下依次包括表层、绝缘导热层、远红外发热纸层、绝缘热反射膜层和底层,所述远红外发热纸层包括两片并列设置的远红外发热纸,所述两片远红外发热纸通过电路结构相连;所述电路结构中包括组合开关,所述组合开关控制两片远红外发热纸的连接方式为串联或并联。
2.根据权利要求1所述的远红外发热鼠标垫,其特征在于,所述远红外发热鼠标垫的厚度为2~5mm,长度为600~900mm,宽度为250~350mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的远红外发热鼠标垫,其特征在于,所述表层的材质为尼龙布和/或涤纶布。
4.根据权利要求1所述的远红外发热鼠标垫,其特征在于,所述绝缘导热层的材质为聚酰亚胺膜,所述绝缘导热层的厚度为0.02~0.1mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的远红外发热鼠标垫,其特征在于,所述远红外发热纸的材质为芳纶远红外纸;所述芳纶远红外纸由碳纳米管、芳纶短切纤维和芳纶浆粕纤维制备得到。
6.根据权利要求5所述的远红外发热鼠标垫,其特征在于,所述芳纶远红外纸的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将芳纶短切纤维、疏解剂与水混合,依次进行洗涤、打浆处理,得到芳纶短切纤维浆料;
(2)将芳纶浆粕纤维、芳纶浆粕纤维分散剂与水混合,得到芳纶浆粕纤维浆料;
(3)将碳纳米管、碳纳米管分散剂与溶剂混合,得到碳纳米管分散液;
(4)将所述步骤(3)得到的碳纳米管分散液、步骤(1)得到的芳纶短切纤维浆料和步骤(2)得到的芳纶浆粕纤维浆料混合后依次进行打浆和剪切处理,得到混合浆料;
(5)将所述步骤(4)得到的混合浆料抽滤成型,将得到的湿纸坯依次进行干燥和热压处理,得到芳纶远红外纸;
所述步骤(1)~(3)没有时间顺序的限制。
7.根据权利要求1所述的远红外发热鼠标垫,其特征在于,单片远红外发热纸的厚度为0.05~0.3mm,长度为200~250mm,宽度为100~150mm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的远红外发热鼠标垫,其特征在于,所述绝缘热反射膜层的材质为镀铝反射膜,所述绝缘热反射膜层的厚度为0.03~0.15mm。
9.根据权利要求1所述的远红外发热鼠标垫,其特征在于,所述底层的材质为天然橡胶和/或合成橡胶,所述底层的厚度为1.7~4mm。
10.权利要求1~9任意一项所述远红外发热鼠标垫的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将两片远红外发热纸通过电路结构相连,得到远红外发热纸层;
(2)依次将表层、绝缘导热层、远红外发热纸层、绝缘热反射膜层和底层进行压制粘合,得到远红外发热鼠标垫。
