Abstract
本发明属于散热材料技术领域,具体涉及一种具有热辐射、导热、散热、屏蔽和吸波功能的材料。该具有热辐射、导热、散热、屏蔽和吸波功能的材料,包括离型纸、散热层、吸波材料层和耐热双面胶,所述离型纸上通过耐热双面胶设有吸波材料层,吸波材料层上依次设有热辐射层、导热层、散热屏蔽层和散热层。其有益效果是:结构简单,可以更好的贴服性也可有耐高温性,吸波材层可以将产品的电磁噪音进行有效的吸收,热辐射层将吸波材层的热量在垂直方向传递到导热层并在屏蔽层和最外层的散热层进行水平方向的散热。

技术领域
本发明属于散热材料技术领域,具体涉及一种具有热辐射、导热、散热、屏蔽和吸波功能的材料。
背景技术
基于5G的时代的来临,对于一些通讯产品比如手机、笔记本等消费类电子产品芯片的频率越来越高及发热量也是越来越高,这势必要求一款产品既可以满足电磁屏蔽的要求,也要对芯片的发热量进行有效的散热。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的缺陷,提供了一种具有热辐射、导热、散热、屏蔽和吸波功能的材料。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种具有热辐射、导热、散热、屏蔽和吸波功能的材料,包括离型纸、散热层、吸波材料层和耐热双面胶,所述离型纸上通过耐热双面胶设有吸波材料层,吸波材料层上依次设有热辐射层、导热层、散热屏蔽层和散热层。
进一步,所述散热层为哑黑纳米层。
进一步,所述散热屏蔽层为铜箔。
进一步,所述导热层为导热胶黏剂。
进一步,所述热辐射层为石墨烯层。
进一步,所述耐热双面胶为耐热性压敏胶。
本发明的有益效果是:结构简单,最底层为耐热性双面胶,可以更好的贴服性也可有耐高温性,吸波材层可以将产品的电磁噪音进行有效的吸收,热辐射层将吸波材层的热量在垂直方向传递到导热层并在屏蔽层和最外层的散热层进行水平方向的散热。

下面结合实施例对本发明一种具有热辐射、导热、散热、屏蔽和吸波功能的材料进行进一步说明。
附图1为本发明的一种具体实施例。该发明一种具有热辐射、导热、散热、屏蔽和吸波功能的材料,包括离型纸、散热层、吸波材料层和耐热双面胶,所述离型纸上通过耐热双面胶设有吸波材料层,吸波材料层上依次设有热辐射层、导热层、散热屏蔽层和散热层。
进一步,所述散热层为哑黑纳米层。
进一步,所述散热屏蔽层为铜箔。
进一步,所述导热层为导热胶黏剂。
进一步,所述热辐射层为石墨烯层。
进一步,所述耐热双面胶为耐热性压敏胶。
该发明一种具有热辐射、导热、散热、屏蔽和吸波功能的材料,既可以满足电磁屏蔽的要求,也要对芯片的发热量进行有效的散热,其是最底层的耐热性双面胶采用耐热性压敏胶,可以更好的贴服性也可有耐高温性,吸波材层可以将产品的电磁噪音进行有效的吸收,热辐射层采用石墨烯层将吸波材层的热量在垂直方向传递到导热层并在屏蔽层和最外层的散热层进行水平方向的散热,散热屏蔽层采用铜箔能够达到屏蔽效果,屏蔽效在80dB。
本发明不局限于上述实施方式,任何人应得知在本发明的启示下作出的与本发明具有相同或相近的技术方案,均落入本发明的保护范围之内。
本发明未详细描述的技术、形状、构造部分均为公知技术。

1.一种具有热辐射、导热、散热、屏蔽和吸波功能的材料,包括离型纸、散热层、吸波材料层和耐热双面胶,其特征在于,所述离型纸上通过耐热双面胶设有吸波材料层,吸波材料层上依次设有热辐射层、导热层、散热屏蔽层和散热层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有热辐射、导热、散热、屏蔽和吸波功能的材料,其特征在于:所述散热层为哑黑纳米层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有热辐射、导热、散热、屏蔽和吸波功能的材料,其特征在于:所述散热屏蔽层为铜箔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有热辐射、导热、散热、屏蔽和吸波功能的材料,其特征在于:所述导热层为导热胶黏剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有热辐射、导热、散热、屏蔽和吸波功能的材料,其特征在于:所述热辐射层为石墨烯层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有热辐射、导热、散热、屏蔽和吸波功能的材料,其特征在于:所述耐热双面胶为耐热性压敏胶。
