Abstract

本发明提供一种用于从气流中分离尘埃及灰粒的旋风除尘器分离装置的防尘罩(10;40)及带有该防尘罩的旋风除尘器分离装置。该防尘罩(10;40)包括一个带有多个允许气流通过的通孔(30;46)的多孔部件(14;44)。根据本发明,各通孔(30)的上边缘与防尘罩(10)的气流迎接面之间的夹角为一定的尖角。本发明改进了采用该防尘罩(10;40)的灰尘分离装置的性能。

Description

防尘罩及带有该防尘罩的旋风除尘器分离装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于从气流中分离尘埃及灰粒的旋风除尘器分离装置上的防尘罩及带有该防尘罩的旋风除尘器分离装置。
背景技术在用于过滤气流的旋风式除尘器上通常连接着一个防尘罩。在带有双旋风分离装置、即串联有两个旋风除尘器以便先除去较大的尘粒及绒毛而后再除去较小的尘粒的装置上,该防尘罩设置在这两个旋风除尘器之间。气流通过该防尘罩,从而可减少较大的尘粒及绒毛进入第二个高效旋风除尘器的可能性。
人们已经发现,防尘罩的特性不同会对分离装置的整体性能产生一定的影响。因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种防尘罩,它可以改进与之连接使用的旋风除尘器分离装置的整体性能。
发明内容按照本发明,上述目的的技术解决方案在于,这种用于从气流中分离尘埃及灰粒的旋风除尘器分离装置上的防尘罩具有一个气流迎接面及一个带有多个容许气流通过的通孔的多孔部件,其中,各通孔的上边缘与防尘罩的气流迎接面之间的夹角为一定的尖角。
在与双旋风分离装置联合使用时,这些方案可改进留在低效旋风除尘器中的尘埃、灰粒及绒毛的百分含量。从而可改进高效旋风除尘器的性能,进而改进整个分离装置的性能。

具体实施方式
图1表示了一个带有一柱形件12的防尘罩10,在柱形件中设置有一个多孔部件14。从多孔部件14的下端缘16延伸出一个凸缘部分18。关于凸缘部分18下面将会详细说明。从多孔部件14的下端缘还有一介沿径向向内延伸的环形腹板20用以连通或密封内旋风除尘器2。内旋风除尘器22本身并不构成本发明的一部分,因而在此不再赘述。腹板20有效地为柱形件12提供支撑及密封。在柱形件12的上方还有一个支撑、密封件24。不过,件24除了为柱形件12提供支撑外本身并不构成本发明的一部分。
图2a以剖视图表示了构成多孔部件14的壁板26的一部分。壁板26具有一个气流迎接表面28和多个通孔30。在工作时,气流沿箭头32所指方向通过通孔。在已有的防尘罩中,通孔是以这样的方式形成的,每个通孔的上边缘在与防尘罩的上游表面相接处有一个圆角半径。而根据本发明,各通孔30的上边缘则以尖角与气流迎接表面28相接。通过钻孔工艺、或根据需要通过模压等任何其他适当的工艺加工通孔30即可形成这样一种尖角。在各通孔30的上边缘与防尘罩10的气流迎接表面28交接处制出尖角可减少通过通孔30的细小尘粒的量,从而减少了通孔30被尘粒及绒毛堵塞的可能性。
壁板26的材料厚度t大致为2mm。各柱形通孔30的直径d大致为2.2mm。
图1所示的实施例还包括一个从多孔部件14的下边缘16延伸出来的凸缘部分18。图2b中更为详细地表示了该凸缘部分18的结构。该部分主要由一对大致平行于防尘罩10的纵向轴36的侧板34构成。该平行侧板34的末端有一个大致为45°的倾斜角α。凸缘部分18的始端上制有一个台阶38。台阶38的宽度b大致等于平行侧板34的宽度B。在本实施例中,宽度b及宽度B均大致为2mm。
台阶38的高度h大致等于台阶38的宽度b,因而在本实施例中也大致等于2mm。
凸缘部分18从多孔部件14下边缘16向下延伸的距离x大致为15mm。
业已发现,在将防尘罩10设置在双旋风真空除尘器中低效旋风除尘器与高效旋风除尘器之间的气流通道时,将防尘罩10的下凸缘部分18制成这种形状,可减少防尘罩10中的多孔部件30中的堵塞量以及细小尘粒通过孔30的量。较多的尘埃及灰粒被保留在低效旋风除尘器中。此外,台阶38还可进一步改善凸缘部分18与多孔部件14的下边缘16之间的密封性。
图3表示了本发明的第二实施例。在图3中所示的锥台形防尘罩40上有一个位于其上边缘的支撑部件42。在该锥台形防尘罩40中设置有一个锥台形多孔部件44。在多孔部件44上布置有多个通孔46。图3a为一剖视图,其中表示了多孔部件44的侧壁48的结构。
如图3a所示,防尘罩40的侧壁48的材料厚度t大致为2mm。各柱形通孔46的直径d大致为2.2mm。各通孔46的纵向轴线大致垂直于防尘罩40的纵向轴线50。各通孔内壁与侧壁48的外表面的交角为锐角。
在所示的该实施例中,侧壁48与防尘罩40的纵向轴线50之间的倾角β大致为12.5°。不过该倾角可根据旋风除尘分离装置的需要、特别是根据高效旋风除尘器的侧壁的倾斜角选择其他值。倾角β最好大致等于高效旋风除尘器侧壁的倾角,以便于使防尘罩40的侧壁48可位于与高效旋风除尘器的倾斜壁平行的位置,从而可为通孔与高效旋风除尘器之间的气流提供通路。
在具有2.2mm直径的通孔上提供尖角有利于减少通过防尘罩的细小尘粒量,从而减少防尘罩被尘粒及绒毛堵塞的可能性。提供圆锥形防尘罩40可增加低效旋风除尘器中收集尘埃及灰粒的面积量,从而提高了旋风除尘器的容量。
对于本领域技术人员,本发明并不限于上述的实施例。对于本领域技术人员很明显,还有许多改进方案及变换方案也落入本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (18)

1、一种用于从气流中分离尘埃及灰粒的旋风除尘器分离装置上的防尘罩,该防尘罩上具有一个气流迎接面及一个带有多个容许气流通过的通孔的多孔部件,其特征在于,各通孔的上边缘与防尘罩的气流迎接面之间的夹角为一定的尖角。
2、如权利要求1所述的防尘罩,其特征在于,所述的一定的尖角约为90°。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的防尘罩,其特征在于,各通孔为圆柱形,其直径约为2.2mm。
4、如权利要求1所述的防尘罩,其特征在于,多孔部件沿通孔纵向方向的通孔部分的厚度约为2mm。
5、如权利要求1所述的防尘罩,其特征在于,多孔部件为圆柱形。
6、如权利要求1所述的防尘罩,其特征在于,该防尘罩还包括一个从多孔部件下边缘延伸出来的凸缘部分。
7、如权利要求6所述的防尘罩,其特征在于,凸缘部分包括一对具有倾斜末端的平行侧板。
8、如权利要求7所述的防尘罩,其特征在于,所述末端相对于凸缘部分上的平行侧壁的倾斜角约为45°。
9、如权利要求7所述的防尘罩,其特征在于,凸缘部分的平行侧壁大致平行于防尘罩的纵向轴线。
10、如权利要求7所述的防尘罩,其特征在于,凸缘部分从多孔部件的下边缘向下延伸范围为10mm至20mm。
11、如权利要求10所述的防尘罩,其特征在于,凸缘部分从多孔部件的下边缘向下延伸量约为15mm。
12、如权利要求7所述的防尘罩,其特征在于,凸缘部分的始端的截面宽于末端的截面宽度。
13、如权利要求12所述的防尘罩,其特征在于,凸缘部分在其始端有一个从平行侧壁沿径向向内延伸的台阶。
14、如权利要求13所述的防尘罩,其特征在于,台阶的宽度大致等于平行侧壁的宽度。
15、如权利要求13所述的防尘罩,其特征在于,台阶的高度大致等于其宽度。
16、一种用于从气流中分离尘埃及灰粒的旋风除尘器分离装置,其包括旋风除尘器及其上的防尘罩,该防尘罩上具有一个气流迎接面及一个带有多个容许气流通过的通孔的多孔部件,其特征在于,各通孔的上边缘与防尘罩的气流迎接面之间的夹角为一定的尖角。
17、如权利要求16所述的装置,其特征在于,旋风除尘分离器包括一个低效旋风除尘器和位于低效旋风除尘器下游的一个高效旋风除尘器,防尘罩位于两除尘器之间。
18、如权利要求16或17所述的装置,其特征在于,该装置包括真空除尘器。
