Further, the first driving device 5 includes a supporting member 50, a first driving rod 51, a first driving member 52, a second driving rod 53 and a second driving member 54, the supporting member 50 is a metal plate, the first driving rod 51, the first driving member 52, the second driving rod 53 and the second driving member 54 are all disposed on the supporting member 50, the first driving member 52 is a servo motor, the first driving rod 51 is a screw rod, the first driving member 52 is connected to the first driving rod 51, and the first fixing member 31 is screwed to the first driving rod 51, so that the first fixing member 311 moves forward and backward under the driving of the first driving member 52; the second driving element 54 is a servo motor, the second driving rod 53 is a screw rod, the second driving element 54 is connected to the second driving rod 54, and the second fixing element 32 is screwed to the second driving rod 53, so that the second fixing element 321 can move back and forth under the driving of the second driving element 54; at the time of driving, the moving directions of the first fixing member 311 and the second fixing member 321 are always opposite.

Claims (5)

1. The orchard trunk whitewashing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
preparing a whitening agent, namely preparing 8-15 parts of quicklime, 0.8-1.5 parts of sulfur, 0.1-0.3 part of salt, 0.1-0.4 part of animal oil, 0.5-0.8 part of adhesive, 0.2-0.5 part of thickening agent, 1-4 parts of quartz particles, 2-4 parts of antifreezing agent and the balance of water;
scraping dead bark on the trunk by adopting a scraper;
pouring the prepared whitening agent into a whitening device, and controlling the whitening device to whiten the trunk, wherein the whitening time period is 8:00-10:00 and 16:00-17: 30;
the whitewashing device comprises
A frame (1);
a liquid storage tank (2) for containing a whitewashing agent;
the liquid brushing device (3) is used for smearing the whitewashing agent on the trunk, and when the whitewashing agent is smeared on the trunk, the liquid brushing device (3) firstly smears the front side and the rear side of the trunk from top to bottom and then smears the front side and the rear side of the trunk from bottom to top;
the liquid guide component (4) is used for conveying the whitening agent in the liquid storage tank (2) to the liquid brushing device (3);
the first driving device (5) is used for driving the liquid brushing device (3) to open and close;
the second driving device (6) is used for driving the liquid brushing device (3) to move up and down along the height direction of the trunk;
the liquid brushing device (3) comprises a first fixing part (31), a second fixing part (32) symmetrically arranged with the first fixing part (31), a first liquid brushing part (33) matched with the first fixing part (31) and a second liquid brushing part (34) matched with the second fixing part (32);
the first fixing part (31) comprises a first fixing piece (311) which is arranged in a bending way, a first sliding piece (312) which is arranged on the first fixing piece (311), and a first pushing piece (313) which is used for pushing the first sliding piece (312) to slide on the first fixing piece (311) left and right, the first pushing piece (313) is arranged on the first fixing piece (311), and the first pushing piece (313) can be bent; a first sliding groove (391) is arranged on the first fixed part (311), and a first ball (392) matched with the inner wall of the first sliding groove (391) is arranged on the first sliding part (312); a first guide groove (381) is formed in the first fixing piece (311), and the first pushing piece (313) is arranged in the first guide groove (381);
the first brushing liquid component (33) comprises a first brushing part (331) and a first elastic part (332), and two ends of the first brushing part (331) are respectively provided with a plastic rod which is extended out; the upper part of the first elastic piece (332) is connected with the first sliding piece (312), the first elastic piece (332) is arranged in an inclined manner from top to bottom, and the lower part of the first elastic piece (332) is connected with the first brush piece (331) through a connecting structure; the connecting structure comprises a connecting piece, a bearing piece and a locking rod (343), and the connecting piece is welded with the first elastic piece (332); the outer ring of the bearing piece is connected with the connecting piece; the inner ring of the bearing piece can be sleeved on the plastic rod at the end part of the first brush piece (331); a rotation stopping convex part (344) is arranged on the bearing piece, a first rotation stopping concave part (339) is arranged at the end part of the first brush piece (331), and the locking rod (343) is in threaded connection with the inner ring of the bearing piece; the second liquid brushing component (34) has the same structure as the first liquid brushing component (33);
the first sliding part (312) is provided with a first fluid cavity (399), a plurality of hoses for separating the fluid are communicated in the first fluid cavity (399), and the number of the hoses is the same as that of the first brush parts (331).
2. The orchard trunk whitewashing method according to claim 1, characterized in that: the white coating agent comprises the following specific preparation steps:
slowly pouring quicklime into a container containing water, and quickly stirring while pouring to form a calcium carbonate solution;
heating calcium carbonate solution to 75-95 ℃, then adding sulfur and salt, clockwise stirring for 5-8min, and cooling to 50-55 ℃ to form mixed solution A;
adding animal oil into the mixed solution A, stirring until the animal oil is uniformly mixed, and then respectively adding the thickening agent and the adhesive to obtain a mixed solution B;
when the temperature of the mixed solution B is reduced to 33-37 ℃, adding the quartz powder and uniformly stirring.
3. The orchard trunk whitewashing method according to claim 1, characterized in that: the coating frequency of the white coating equipment during white coating is 2-4 times.
4. The orchard trunk whitewashing method according to claim 1, characterized in that: the thickening agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of starch, 3-5 parts of sodium tetraborate and 2-5 parts of soybean meal.
5. The orchard trunk whitewashing method according to claim 1, characterized in that: the antifreezing agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5-8 parts of urea, 3-5 parts of glucose, 1-1.5 parts of propylene glycol, 3-4 parts of glycerol and 0.1-0.8 part of citric acid.
