Abstract
The invention provides a building block assembly which comprises a first building block element and a second building block element, wherein the first building block element and the second building block element are mutually jointed and assembled into a whole, so that an electrical pin in the first building block element is electrically connected with an electrical pin of the second building block element, and electric energy and signal transmission between the two building block elements is realized.

a second electrical connector disposed in the second opening, the second electrical connector having two third electrical pins (C1, C2) and two fourth electrical pins (D1, D2), the two fourth electrical pins (D1, D2) being electrically connected to the power supply unit;
the male building block head is suitable for being jointed with the female building block head so as to enable the first building block element and the second building block element to be assembled into a whole, so that the second electrical pins (B1, B2) of the first electrical connector are electrically connected with the second third electrical pins (C1, C2) of the second electrical connector respectively, and the power supply unit is enabled to provide power for the electronic element so as to enable the electronic element to operate.
Optionally, the first electrical connector is fixed to a first fixing seat, the first fixing seat is disposed in the first opening, the second electrical connector is fixed to a second fixing seat, and the second fixing seat is disposed in the second opening.

a first building element 1000 comprising:
a first block body 1001 having a female block head 1002, the female block head 1002 having a first opening 1003, a first receiving space 1004 formed inside the first block body 1001 and communicating with the first opening 1003; and
a first electrical connector 1005 disposed in the first opening 1003, wherein the first electrical connector 1005 has two first electrical pins (a1, a2) and two second electrical pins (B1, B2), and the two first electrical pins (a1, a2) are electrically connected to the electronic component 1006;
a second building element 2000, comprising:
a second building block body 2001, which has a male building block head 2002 adapted to the female building block head 1002, wherein the male building block head 2002 is provided with a second opening 2003, and a second accommodating space 2004 is formed inside the second building block body 2001 and is communicated with the second opening 2003; and
a second electrical connector 2005 disposed in the second opening 2003, the second electrical connector 2005 having two third electrical pins (C1, C2) and two fourth electrical pins (D1, D2), the two fourth electrical pins (D1, D2) being electrically connected to the power supply unit 2006;

The electronic component 1006 may be disposed in the first receiving space 1004 of the first block body 1001, or may be disposed in other blocks. The power supply unit may be disposed in the second receiving space 2004 of the second building block body 2001, or may be disposed in other building blocks. Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, in an embodiment of the present application, the electronic component 1006 is disposed in the first accommodating space 1004, the power supply unit 2006 is disposed in the second accommodating space 2004, the first accommodating space 1004 is further provided with a first housing 1007, and the electronic component 1006 is disposed in the first housing 1007; the second receiving space 2004 is further provided with a second housing 2007, and the power supply unit 2006 is disposed in the second housing 2007. The first housing 1007 and the second housing 2007 may be respectively provided with a connector or a fixing member, such as a snap structure, to fix the electronic component 1006 in the first housing 1007 and the power supply unit 2006 in the first housing 1007.
According to the embodiment of the application, the first electrical connecting piece 1005 and the second electrical connecting piece 2005 are respectively arranged in the first building element 1000 and the second building element 2000, and the first electrical connecting piece 1005 and the second electrical connecting piece 2005 are electrically connected through the connection of the first building element 1000 and the second building element 2000, so that the power supply unit 2006 provides power for the electronic element 1006 to supply power for the electronic element 1006 to run, therefore, the circuit connection of the power supply unit 2006 and the electronic element 1006 can be realized through splicing the building blocks without exposing a conducting wire to the outside of the building blocks, and the splicing safety of the building blocks is improved.
Referring to fig. 3A, in an embodiment of the present application, the first block body 1001 has an inner wall 1008 therein, the inner wall 1008 forms the first receiving space 1004, the female block head 1002 includes at least one protrusion (not shown), the at least one protrusion is disposed on the inner wall 1008 and extends along the inner wall 1008, the male block head 2002 is disposed on an outer surface of the second block element 2000 and extends outward along the outer surface, and the male block head 2002 has a peripheral dimension suitable for being engaged with the at least one protrusion of the female block head 1002. The shape of the male building block head 2002 is not limited to an annular protrusion, but may also be any other existing male head structure. The shape of the female building block head 1002 is not limited to a bump, and can also be any other existing structure of the female head.
Referring to fig. 3B, fig. 4B and fig. 5B, in an embodiment of the present invention, the first electrical connecting element 1005 is fixed to a first fixing base 1009, the first fixing base 1009 is disposed in the first opening 1003, the second electrical connecting element 2005 is fixed to a second fixing base 2009, and the second fixing base 2009 is disposed in the second opening 2003. The first fixing seat 1009 and the second fixing seat 2009 are detachably fixed to the first opening 1003 and the second opening 2003, respectively. Please refer to fig. 3A-3D, which are an exploded view and a combined view, a cross-sectional view and a perspective view of the first electrical connector and the second electrical connector, respectively, of an embodiment of the toy building element of the present application. In this embodiment, the first electrical lead (a1) and the second electrical lead (B1) form a first conductor 3002 having a first groove 3001, the third electrical lead (C1) and the fourth electrical lead (D1) form a first conductive protrusion 3003, and the first conductive protrusion 3003 is inserted into the first groove 3001 of the first conductor 3002, so that the first electrical connector 1005 and the second electrical connector 2005 are electrically connected. The shapes of the first conductor 3002 and the first conductive bump 3003 are not limited to those shown in fig. 2, and may be any other shapes that satisfy the above characteristics.
In another embodiment of the present application, a first extension 2010 is disposed on the second fixing seat 2009, and extends from the second fixing seat 2009 to a direction away from the second fixing seat 2009 to form an upper surface (E), a first inner cavity 2011 is formed inside the first extension 2010, the first conductive protrusion 3003 is disposed in the first inner cavity 2011, and a distance between an upper end of the third electrical pin (C1) and the upper surface (E) of the first extension 2010 is L, where L is greater than 0.
In this embodiment, the first electrical connector 1005 and the second electrical connector 2005 can be electrically connected more firmly by the first electrical conductor 3002 being inserted into the first conductive bump 3003.
Please refer to fig. 4A-4D, which are an exploded view and a combined view, a cross-sectional view and a perspective view of a first electrical connector and a second electrical connector, respectively, of another embodiment of the toy building element of the present application. In this embodiment, the first electrical lead (a1) and the second electrical lead (B1) form a second conductive protrusion 4001, the third electrical lead (C1) and the fourth electrical lead (D1) form a second conductor 4003 of a second groove 4002, and the second conductive protrusion 4001 is inserted into the second groove 4002 of the second conductor 4003, so that the first electrical connector 1005 and the second electrical connector 2005 are electrically connected.
A second extending portion 1010 is disposed on the first fixing base 1009, and extends from the first fixing base 1009 to a direction away from the first fixing base 1009, and a second inner cavity 1011 is formed inside the second extending portion 1010;
a third extending portion 2022 (i.e., a first extending portion 2010) is disposed on the second fixing base 2009, and extends from the second fixing base 2009 in a direction away from the second fixing base 2009, and a third inner cavity 2023 is formed inside the second fixing base 2009, and the second conductor 4003 is disposed in the third inner cavity 2023;
the third extending portion 2022 is adapted to the second extending portion 1010, and is used for being inserted into the second inner cavity 1011 to make the third extending portion 2022 and the second extending portion 1010 mutually embedded, so that the second electrical pin (B1) and the third electrical pin (C1) are electrically connected, and the second electrical pin (B2) and the third electrical pin (C2) are electrically connected.
In this embodiment, the first electrical connector 1005 and the second electrical connector 2005 can be inserted into the second groove 4002 of the second conductor 4003 through the second conductive protrusion 4001, so that the electrical connection between the first electrical connector 1005 and the second electrical connector 2005 is firmer. In this embodiment, the first electrical pin (a1) and the second electrical pin (B1) form a third electrical conductor 5001, the third electrical pin (C1) and the fourth electrical pin (D1) form a fourth electrical conductor 5002, and when the male building block 2002 and the female building block 1002 are engaged, the third electrical conductor 5001 and the fourth electrical conductor 5002 are in contact to form an electrical connection.
A second extending portion 1010 is disposed on the first fixing base 1009, and extends from the first fixing base 1009 to a direction away from the first fixing base 1009, and a second inner cavity 1011 is formed inside the second extending portion 1010;

The third electrical connector 6005 has the same structure as the second electrical connector 2005, and the fourth electrical connector 6006 has the same structure as the first electrical connector 2005. The third building element 6000 corresponds to a line connecting the first building element 1000 to the second building element 2000. More third building elements 6000 can also be inserted between first building element 1000 and second building element 2000, and third building elements 6000 forms two circuits, plays the effect of wire to avoid the wire to expose to the outside of building block, increased the security of building block concatenation.
Accordingly, the present application further provides a first building element electrically connected to an electronic component and a second building element, respectively, the second building element comprising: the second building block body is provided with a building block male head, the building block male head is provided with a second opening, and a second accommodating space is formed inside the second building block body and communicated with the second opening; and a second electrical connector disposed in the second opening, the second electrical connector having two third electrical pins (C1, C2) and two fourth electrical pins (D1, D2), the two fourth electrical pins (D1, D2) being electrically connected to a power supply unit, wherein the first building element comprises:
the first building block body is provided with a building block female head which is matched with the building block male head, the building block female head is provided with a first opening, and a first accommodating space is formed inside the first building block body and communicated with the first opening; and
a first electrical connector disposed in the first opening, the first electrical connector having two first electrical pins (a1, a2) and two second electrical pins (B1, B2), the two first electrical pins (a1, a2) being electrically connected to the electronic component;
the female building block head is suitable for being jointed with the male building block head so as to enable the first building block element and the second building block element to be assembled into a whole, so that the second electrical pins (B1, B2) of the first electrical connector are electrically connected with the second third electrical pins (C1, C2) of the second electrical connector respectively, and the power supply unit is enabled to provide power for the electronic element so as to enable the electronic element to operate.
The first and second building elements may be sold separately and the construction of the first and second building elements is similar to the above described embodiment and will not be described again.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application, and are not limited thereto; although the present application has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it should be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application.
Claims (6)
1. A building block assembly, comprising:
the building block comprises a first building block element and a second building block element, wherein the first building block element is provided with a building block female head, the building block female head is provided with a first opening, and a first accommodating space is formed inside the first building block element and communicated with the first opening; and
a first electrical connector disposed in the first opening, the first electrical connector having first electrical leads (B1);
the female building block head is suitable for being jointed with the male building block head, so that the first building block element and a second building block element with the male building block head are integrally assembled, and the first electrical connector is electrically connected with a second electrical connector of the second building block element;
the second building block element is provided with a building block male head, the building block male head is provided with a second opening, and a second accommodating space is formed inside the second building block element and communicated with the second opening; and
a second electrical connector disposed in the second opening, the second electrical connector having second electrical leads (B1);
the building block male head is suitable for being jointed with the building block female head, so that the second building block element and the first building block element with the building block female head are assembled into a whole, and the second electrical connector is electrically connected with the first electrical connector of the first building block element;
the male building block head is jointed with the female building block head, the first building block element and the second building block element are assembled into a whole, and the second electrical pin (B1) of the first electrical connector is electrically connected with the third electrical pin (C1) of the second electrical connector;
still be equipped with at least one third building blocks element between first building blocks element and the second building blocks element, the third building blocks element has female head of a building blocks and a building blocks public head, the third building blocks element still has a third building blocks element, and its inside third accommodation space that forms, put in the third accommodation space:
a third electrical connector;
a fourth electrical connector;
the female building block head and the male building block head of the third building block element are respectively used for being jointed with the male building block head and the female building block head of another building block element, so that the third building block element is electrically connected with the other building block element;
an opening is formed in the side of at least one third building block element and communicated with the third accommodating space, a switch button is arranged in the opening and arranged between the first electrical connecting piece and the second electrical connecting piece;
the first electrical connecting piece is fixed on a first fixed seat, the first fixed seat is arranged in the first opening, the second electrical connecting piece is fixed on a second fixed seat, and the second fixed seat is arranged in the second opening;
the second electrical pin (B1) forms a second conductive protrusion, the third electrical pin (C1) forms a second conductor with a second groove, and the second conductive protrusion is used for being inserted into the second groove of the second conductor, so that the first electrical connector and the second electrical connector form electrical connection;
the first fixing seat is provided with a first extending part which extends from the first fixing seat to the direction far away from the first fixing seat, and a first inner cavity is formed inside the first extending part;
the second fixing seat is provided with a third extending part which extends from the second fixing seat to the direction far away from the second fixing seat, a third inner cavity is formed inside the second fixing seat, and the second conductor/the fourth conductor are arranged in the third inner cavity;
the third extending portion is adapted to the second extending portion and is used for being inserted into the second inner cavity, so that the third extending portion and the second extending portion are mutually embedded, and the second electrical pin (B1) and the third electrical pin (C1) are electrically connected.

The toy building set according to claim 1, wherein the second electrical pin (B1) forms a first electrical conductor having a first recess, and the third electrical pin (C1) forms a first conductive protrusion for insertion into the first recess of the first electrical conductor, such that the first electrical connector is electrically connected to the second electrical connector.
3. The toy building set according to claim 2, wherein the second mounting seat is provided with a first extension portion extending from the second mounting seat in a direction away from the second mounting seat to form an upper surface (E), and a first cavity is formed inside the first extension portion, the first conductive protrusion is disposed in the first cavity, and the upper end of the third electrical pin (C1) is spaced from the upper surface (E) of the first extension portion by a distance L, where L > 0.

The toy building set according to claim 1, wherein the first electrical pin (a1) forms a third electrical conductor and the third electrical pin (C1) forms a fourth electrical conductor, the third electrical conductor contacting the fourth electrical conductor to form an electrical connection when the male building block connector is engaged with the female building block connector.
5. The building block assembly according to claim 1, wherein the first building block element has an inner wall defining the first receiving space, the female building block element comprises at least one protrusion formed on the inner wall and extending along the inner wall, the male building block element is formed on an outer surface of the second building block element and extends outwardly along the outer surface, and the male building block element has a peripheral dimension adapted to engage with the at least one protrusion of the female building block element.
6. The building block assembly according to claim 1, wherein the first receiving space is provided with electronic components, the second receiving space is provided with a power supply unit, the first receiving space is further provided with a first housing, and the electronic components are placed in the first housing; the second accommodating space is further provided with a second shell, and the power supply unit is arranged in the second shell.
