Description

Intracardiac branch of academic or vocational study is emergent to be detected mount
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical equipment for internal medicine, and particularly relates to an emergency detection fixing frame for cardiology.
Background
Heart disease is a relatively common disease of the circulatory system. The circulatory system is composed of heart, blood vessels and neurohumoral tissues for regulating blood circulation, and circulatory diseases, also called cardiovascular diseases, including diseases of all the above tissues and organs belong to common diseases in the field of internal diseases, wherein most of the heart diseases affect the labor force of patients remarkably. Heart rehabilitation refers to the application of multiple synergistic and purposeful intervention measures to improve the quality of life of patients, return to normal social life and prevent cardiovascular events. The rehabilitation of the existing heart patient needs to be combined with diet adjustment and proper exercise to help the patient return to normal life. At that time, due to the special constitution of the patient, the exercise must be performed under the appropriate monitoring condition, and the proper amount and scientific recovery are achieved in time. If proper monitoring and protection measures are not available, once a patient has an accident, the patient is difficult to rescue in time and the patient may be in danger of life. The patient often appears the condition of tachycardia in the motion process, even sudden cardiac arrest, if can realize real time monitoring, in time perceive the abnormal condition of heart, can prevent the condition of sudden cardiac arrest by a large margin. Once cardiac arrest occurs, if resuscitation cannot be rescued immediately and timely, irreversible damage to the brain and other vital organs and tissues of a patient can be caused after 4-6 min, so that CPR (cardio pulmonary resuscitation) after cardiac arrest must be performed immediately on site.
The routine operation of cardiopulmonary resuscitation aid mainly involves artificial respiration and chest compressions.
Artificial respiration is a traditional medical rescue measure, and after a coma patient or a patient with heartbeat stoppage gets rid of airway foreign matters and a free-hand method is adopted to ensure that a respiratory tract is unblocked, if no spontaneous respiration is available, artificial respiration is immediately carried out so as to ensure that oxygen is supplied to the patient uninterruptedly and prevent irreversible damage to important organs caused by oxygen deficiency. Mouth-to-mouth breathing is a common artificial respiration method, an airway opening method is selected according to the condition of a patient, the patient takes a supine position, a rescuer puts one hand on the forehead of the patient, holds the nostrils of the patient with the thumb and the forefinger, holds the chin with the other hand to enable the head to lean backwards as much as possible, keeps the airway open, then deeply sucks breath, opens the mouth to close the periphery of the mouth of the patient (the infant can be wrapped together with the nose), continuously blows air for 2 times into the mouth of the patient, the air blowing time is 1-1.5 seconds each time, the air blowing amount is 1000 milliliters left and right until the thorax is lifted, stops blowing, loosens the mouth tightly attached to the patient, releases the hand holding the nostrils, turns the face aside, listens to the air flow with ears, deeply sucks one fresh air to prepare for the second air blowing, and starts the same blowing when the patient exhales. If the patient does not recover the spontaneous respiration, continuous blowing is carried out, the blowing frequency of an adult is 12 times/min, the blowing frequency of a child is 15 times/min, and the blowing frequency of an infant is 20 times/min, but the blowing capacity is more important relative to the blowing frequency during blowing, the initial two times of blowing lasts for 1-2 seconds each time, the gas is discharged completely and then blown again, and the carotid artery pulsation, the color of the pupil and the color of the skin are checked within one minute until the patient recovers the resuscitation success, or dies, or is ready to be subjected to tracheal intubation.
Chest compression (circulation, C): ensure that the patient lies on the flat ground or is padded under the shoulder and the back by an external chest pressing plate, the emergency sufferer can adopt different positions of kneeling or footstool and the like to place the palm root of one hand on the center of the chest and the lower half part of the sternum of the patient and place the palm root of the other hand on the first hand. The fingers do not touch the chest wall. During the compression, the elbow should be straightened and pressed vertically and downwards with great force, the frequency of adult compression is at least 100 times/min, the depth of pressing is at least 125px, and the thorax should be completely restored after each compression. The pressing time and the relaxing time respectively account for about 50 percent, and the palm root can not leave the chest wall when relaxing so as to avoid the displacement of the pressing point. For pediatric patients, the sternum is pressed horizontally with one or both hands at the nipple level, and for infants, the sternum is pressed horizontally with both fingers down against the nipple level. To minimize interruption of chest compressions due to ventilation, the international guidelines for cardiopulmonary resuscitation in 2010 recommend a compression-to-ventilation ratio of 30 for adults without an established artificial airway: 2. for infants and children, double CPR may be used with 15: 2, in the first step. For example, two or more rescues, the person to be compressed should be replaced every 2 minutes or 5 cycles of CPR (each cycle consisting of 30 compressions and 2 breaths) and the conversion completed within 5 seconds, since studies have shown that the quality of the compression begins to decline (as evidenced by frequency and amplitude and chest wall repositioning conditions) 1-2 minutes after the compression begins.
Because artificial respiration and chest compression are very laborious and require high skill, if the ventilation volume or chest pressure and frequency are incorrect, the patient cannot be rescued in time, and the patient can be further injured. When cardiopulmonary resuscitation needs to be performed on multiple people, the pressure and labor intensity of medical workers are extremely high, and effective rescue is difficult to achieve.
In view of this, the applicant has designed the device, can assist medical personnel to carry out heart disease rehabilitation exercise to patient to in time monitor the real-time situation of heart, in case the accident takes place can in time carry out cardiopulmonary resuscitation and salvage.
