The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a multifunctional electric baking tray comprises a base, a tray body, a heating element and a temperature controller detachably connected with the base; the heating element is provided with a wiring terminal, and a protective sleeve which can be retracted under the action of external force is sleeved outside the wiring terminal; the temperature controller is provided with a power supply port which can be electrically connected with the wiring terminal, a telescopic limiting piece is arranged at the position, corresponding to the power supply port, of the temperature controller, and a matching piece which is matched with the limiting piece so that the limiting piece can be conveniently stretched is arranged on the base; the tray body is provided with an open slot for the protective sleeve to pass in and out; an elastic reset piece is arranged in the open slot, one end of the elastic reset piece is connected with the disk body, and the other end of the elastic reset piece is abutted to the protective sleeve. The temperature controller is provided with the limiting piece, when the temperature controller is pulled out to separate the wiring terminal from the power port, the limiting piece can block the power port, so that the fingers of an operator are prevented from being inserted into the power port to cause electric shock, the use is safe, and the operation is simple; when the connecting terminal is connected with the power port, the matching piece can be matched with the limiting piece, so that the limiting piece can stretch out and draw back, the limiting piece cannot block the jack, and the normal use of the baking tray cannot be influenced; the protective sleeve is arranged outside the connecting terminal, so that the connecting terminal exposed outside is effectively prevented from being impacted in the process of moving the electric baking tray or using the electric baking tray, the connecting terminal is prevented from being bent and broken, the service life of the connecting terminal is prolonged, and the baking tray is more durable; the protective sleeve can be stretched and retracted, and when the wiring terminal is connected with the power port, the protective sleeve can be retracted under the action of the temperature controller, so that the connection between the wiring terminal and the power port is not hindered; when the external force acting on the protective sleeve disappears, the protective sleeve can be quickly restored to the state that the protective sleeve is covered outside the wiring terminal, and the wiring terminal is always protected; when the temperature controller is connected with the wiring terminal, the protective sleeve can be retracted into the open slot, and the electric connection of the wiring terminal and the power supply port cannot be affected.
Furthermore, the tray body and the base are arranged in a split manner, and the heating element is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the tray body; the heating element is fixedly connected with the tray body, and meanwhile, the tray body and the base are arranged in a split mode, so that the tray body can be disassembled and cleaned during cleaning, the tray body is light, and cleaning is more convenient and rapid; and the heating element leaves the base along with the disc body, so that the heating element and the power supply port are powered off temporarily, heating is stopped, and cleaning is safer and more reliable.
Furthermore, the limiting part comprises a blocking piece which can move up and down and is arranged on the front side of the power port, and one end of the blocking piece is connected with an elastic resetting part; the power port is plugged or opened through up-and-down movement, so that the realization is convenient; the elastic reset piece can realize quick reset, and the phenomenon that the power port is not blocked is avoided.
Furthermore, the lower surface of the tray body is provided with a clamping hook, and the base is provided with a clamping part which can be matched with the clamping hook; thereby making the connection of the tray body and the base more firm and effectively preventing the looseness between the tray body and the base.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the power port can be plugged, electric shock is not easy to occur, and the use is safe; when the wiring terminal is connected with the power port, the limiting piece cannot block the power port, and the normal use cannot be influenced; the protective sleeve can effectively prevent the wiring terminal from being impacted in the carrying and using processes, the wiring terminal is not easy to damage, the service life of the wiring terminal is prolonged, and the baking tray is more durable.

Referring to fig. 1-7, a multifunctional electric baking tray includes a base 1, a tray body 2, a heating element 3 and a temperature controller 5; the connecting terminal 31 is arranged at the end part of the heating element, a power port 51 is arranged on the temperature controller 5, and the connecting terminal 31 can be inserted into the power port 51 to realize the electrical connection with the power port 51; the temperature controller 5 is provided with a telescopic limiting piece, the base is provided with a matching piece, and the matching piece can be matched with the limiting piece so that the limiting piece can be conveniently stretched; the position of the limiting piece is arranged corresponding to the power port 51, and the power port 51 can be blocked when the connecting terminal 31 is not connected with the power port 51, so that the fingers of an operator can be effectively prevented from extending into the power port 51, and the electric shock and electric leakage can be effectively avoided; when the wire terminal 31 is plugged with the power port, the limiting piece can stretch out and draw back by the matching piece, so that the power port is not blocked, the normal connection between the limiting piece and the power port is not influenced, and the normal work of the baking tray is guaranteed.

When the blocking piece is at the initial position, the blocking piece 91 is positioned at the position of the power port 51, and the power port is blocked by the side wall of the blocking piece 91; when the temperature controller 5 is connected with the disk body 2, the wiring terminal 31 is inserted into the power port 51, and the inserting convex part 92 is inserted into the temperature controller from the opening 58, so that the baffle piece 91 is jacked upwards, the inserting port is communicated with the power port, the baffle piece 91 does not shield the power port any more, and the wiring terminal can be smoothly inserted into the power port; when the terminal is pulled out, the blocking piece 91 is restored to the original position under the action of the spring, and the power supply port is continuously plugged.
Preferably, the front end of the insertion convex portion 92 is provided with an inclined surface 921, when pushing, the blocking piece 91 can be placed on the insertion convex portion 92 under the guidance of the inclined surface, and then moves upwards along with the insertion of the insertion convex portion 92, so that the operation of pushing the blocking piece 91 by the insertion convex portion 92 is easier to complete, and the blocking piece 91 is effectively prevented from being pushed outwards when the insertion convex portion 92 is inserted; in other embodiments, an inclined surface may be disposed on a side where the blocking piece 91 is engaged with the insertion convex portion 92, so that the engaging operation is easier and more convenient.
In other embodiments, a U-shaped rib may be disposed on the inner wall of the temperature controller 5 corresponding to the peripheral position of the power port 51, and a sliding slot for the limiting member to move up and down is disposed in the rib, so that the limiting member can move up and down relative to the power port; in other embodiments, the limiting member may be configured as a baffle or a stopper, wherein one end of the baffle is rotatably connected to an upper position of the power port, when the baffle is at an initial position, the baffle is in a vertical state, and the side wall of the baffle is attached to the inner wall of the temperature controller to block the power port; when the wiring terminal is inserted from the power port, the wiring terminal can jack the baffle plate to enable the baffle plate to rotate around the connecting position, and when the baffle plate rotates to the horizontal position, the wiring terminal can be inserted smoothly; when the wiring terminal is pulled out, the baffle immediately falls back, and the power supply port is continuously plugged.
The temperature controller 5 is detachably connected with the tray body 2, and because the baking tray supplies power to the heating element 3 through the temperature controller 5, electric appliances and circuits which can not touch water are also arranged in the temperature controller; therefore, after the temperature controller is taken down, the tray body is directly in a power-off state, and electric devices which are afraid of water do not exist, so that the tray body can be directly cleaned, the electric devices are not worried about water inflow and cannot be used, and the cleaning operation is more convenient; meanwhile, the connecting part of the wiring terminal 31 and the disc body 2 is in direct waterproof sealing fit, so that water cannot flow into the disc body even if the disc body is directly washed, and the disc body is safer.
The protective sleeve 71 is sleeved outside the connecting terminal 31, the protective sleeve 71 can stretch back and forth under the action of external force, the connecting terminal 31 is in an extending state when not inserted into the temperature controller 5, and the connecting terminal 31 is further coated in the protective sleeve, so that the connecting terminal 31 is protected when not inserted into the temperature controller 5, the connecting terminal 31 is effectively prevented from being bent or broken due to impact, and the baking tray cannot be connected with the temperature controller 5 to scrap; the damage rate of the wiring terminal is reduced, and the baking tray is more durable; an open slot 25 is formed in the disc body 2 at a position corresponding to the protection sleeve 71, the protection sleeve 71 can enter and exit the open slot 25 to achieve telescopic action, and the connection terminal 31 also penetrates out of the open slot 25.
An elastic reset piece is arranged in the open slot 25, and the elastic reset piece adopts a spring; one end of the elastic reset piece is connected with the disc body, and the other end of the elastic reset piece is abutted against the protective sleeve; when the protective sleeve is subjected to external force and retracts into the open slot, the elastic reset piece is compressed, so that when the external force acting on the protective sleeve disappears, the protective sleeve is quickly restored to the original state, then the protective sleeve is driven to move outwards, the state that the protective sleeve is covered outside the wiring terminal is restored, and the wiring terminal is protected all the time.
Furthermore, a guide member is provided, and the guide member comprises two positioning portions 81, a guide groove 82 and a guide block 83; the two positioning parts 81 are arranged in the tray body 2, and the positions of the two positioning parts 81 are arranged corresponding to the two sides of the protective sleeve 71; the guide block 83 is a plate body, and one end of the guide block is fixedly connected to the protective sleeve 71; the guide groove 82 is arranged on the guide block 83, the positions and the number of the guide groove 82 are arranged corresponding to the positioning part 81, a screw 84 is arranged on the positioning part 81, and one end of the screw 84 penetrates through the guide groove 82 and then is fixedly connected to the positioning part 83; the width of the guide groove 82 is only slightly larger than the width of the screw 84, when the protective sleeve 71 moves forward and backward, the guide block 83 can be driven to move forward and backward, and because the width of the guide groove 82 is only slightly larger than the width of the screw 84, the guide groove 82 can only move forward and backward relative to the screw 84 but cannot move left and right relative to the screw 84, so that the protective sleeve 71 is effectively prevented from shifting left and right in the telescopic process; in other embodiments, the positioning portion may also be a guide post directly penetrating the guide groove.
When the power supply terminal is plugged, after the power supply port is aligned with the wiring terminal, the temperature controller 5 is pressed inwards to enable the wiring terminal to be inserted into the power supply port, meanwhile, the side wall of the temperature controller provides an inward acting force for the protective sleeve, so that the protective sleeve 71 penetrates through the opening and is pushed into the disc body 2, at the moment, the elastic reset piece 72 is compressed, and the wiring terminal is electrically connected with the power supply port in a plugging manner; when the temperature controller 5 is pulled out, the extrusion force of the side wall of the temperature controller acting on the protection sleeve 71 no longer exists, and the elastic reset piece 72 is immediately restored to the original state, so as to provide an outward acting force to the protection sleeve 71, further reset the protection sleeve 71 from the contracted state to the extended state, and continue to protect the wiring terminal 31.
The temperature controller comprises a shell, a control module, a timing module, a temperature control module and a reminding module; the reminding module is used for giving out warning sound when the timing is in place, the temperature control module is used for controlling heating of the heating element, the temperature control module comprises a temperature control piece 55 and a temperature control probe 56, the temperature control probe 56 is used for sensing the temperature condition in the tray body, the base is provided with an interface 21, one end of the temperature control probe is fixedly connected to the temperature controller, the other end of the temperature control probe can be inserted into the lower part of the tray body through the interface, when the temperature controller is connected to the tray body, the temperature control probe 56 can be inserted into the interface 21, the temperature in the tray body 2 is sensed and transmitted to the temperature controller, and the temperature in the tray body 2 is effectively prevented from being overhigh; the temperature control element 55 is used for adjusting the temperature control, the temperature control element 55 is a temperature control knob, and the temperature control temperature can be adjusted by rotating the temperature control knob; in other embodiments, the temperature control element can also be set as a temperature control touch control screen, and the temperature control touch control screen is electrically connected with the temperature controller; the temperature control touch control screen is provided with a display screen for displaying temperature control temperature and adjusting buttons for increasing and decreasing the temperature, and the temperature can be increased and displayed on the display screen by lightly touching the adjusting buttons for increasing the temperature; the temperature can be reduced by lightly touching the temperature-reducing adjusting button, and the temperature can be displayed on the display screen; preferably, an indicator light is arranged on the temperature controller knob.
The timing module is used for timing the switch operation of the temperature control module when in place, and comprises a timer 53 and a timing control part 54; the timing control member 54 is used for adjusting the timing time, the timing control member 54 is set as a timing knob, and the timing time can be adjusted by rotating the timing knob; in other embodiments, the timing control member 54 can also be configured as a timing touch control screen, the timing touch control screen is electrically connected to the timer 53, a display screen for displaying the timing time and adjusting buttons for increasing and decreasing the time are provided on the timing touch control screen, and the timing time can be increased and displayed on the display screen by touching the adjusting button for increasing the time; the timing time can be reduced by lightly touching the adjusting button for reducing the time, and the timing time can also be displayed on the display screen; preferably, an indicator light is arranged on the timing knob.

When the temperature control module is used, an operator rotates the timing knob to a position of designated time, after a signal is fed back to the control module, the control module controls the temperature control module to be started, and the temperature control module controls the heating element to be heated; when the timed time is in place, the reminding module gives out warning sound, and the timing module controls the temperature control module to be closed, so that the power-off operation is realized, the heating element stops heating food any more, and the phenomenon that the food becomes unsavory or scorched due to overlong roasting time is effectively prevented; the manual power-off is not needed, and the automatic power-off can be realized under the condition that an operator does not hear the warning tone of the baking tray, so that the dry burning phenomenon is effectively prevented, and the use is safer.
The heating element 3 is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the tray body 2, specifically, the heating element is bonded to the lower surface of the tray body 2, in other embodiments, a connecting track suitable for the heating element can be arranged at the lower part of the tray body 2, a groove is formed in the connecting track, a stop block is distributed in the groove at intervals, and the heating element 3 is positioned in the groove and then is limited by the stop block, so as to be completely attached to the lower surface of the pot body; the heating element is completely contacted with the pot body, no gap exists between the heating element and the pot body, the conduction is rapid, the heating speed is high, the working efficiency is improved, and the energy consumption is further saved; the tray body is detachably connected with the base, and when the tray body is cleaned, the heating element leaves the base along with the tray body after the tray body is detached, so that the heating element and the power supply port are powered off temporarily, the heating is stopped, and the cleaning is safer and more reliable; preferably, the wiring terminal 31 is arranged on one side of the tray body 2, the end part of the wiring terminal 31 penetrates through the side wall of the tray body 2, and the joint of the wiring terminal 31 and the tray body 2 is in direct waterproof sealing fit, so that water cannot flow into the tray body even if the tray body is directly washed, and the safety is higher; preferably, both ends all are equipped with the thermal-insulated handle 26 that a plastics was made about disk body 2, and both hands can hold this thermal-insulated handle 26 and take out the disk body when wasing, prevent that disk body 2 high temperature from scalding the hand.

Preferably, the depth of the tray body 2 is set to be 3-15 cm, when the depth of the tray body 2 is shallow, the tray body can be used as a baking tray, and when the depth of the tray body 2 is deep, the tray body can also be used as a pot body for rinsing and boiling and other operations, so that the application range is wider; the shape of the tray body 2 can be various, such as round, square and the like.
