the handpiece (1) is provided with a motor, a wind power assembly, a heating assembly, a power supply assembly and a control assembly, the motor, the heating assembly, the wind power assembly and the power supply assembly are all electrically connected with the control assembly, the power supply assembly is used for supplying power to the motor and the heating assembly, and the motor is used for driving the wind power assembly to rotate;
the base (2) is arranged below the machine head (1), an opening is formed in the side face of the base (2), and a frying basket assembly (3) is detachably mounted at the opening;
a connecting piece is arranged between the machine head (1) and the base (2), and the connecting piece is used for detachably mounting the machine head (1) on the base (2); the control assembly is configured to control the motor and the heating assembly to be energized when the head (1) is in place with the base (2) and the fry basket assembly (3) is in place.

The easy-to-clean air fryer according to claim 1, wherein the connecting piece comprises a positioning block (4) and a guide rail groove (5), one of the positioning block (4) and the guide rail groove (5) is arranged at the bottom periphery of the machine head (1), and the other is correspondingly arranged at the top periphery of the base (2); the positioning block (4) is connected with the guide rail groove (5) in an inserting mode, so that the machine head (1) can be detachably installed on the base (2).

The air fryer convenient for cleaning according to claim 2, wherein the bottom periphery of the machine head (1) and the top periphery of the base (2) are circular, the positioning block (4) and the guide rail groove (5) are both arc-shaped, a guide slope is arranged at the first end of the guide rail groove (5), and the positioning block (4) rotates along the guide slope to the guide rail groove (5) so as to rotatably insert the positioning block (4) and the guide rail groove (5).

The air fryer convenient for cleaning according to claim 3, wherein the second end of the guide rail groove (5) is provided with a limiting portion, the side wall of the positioning block (4) is provided with a clamping portion, and the limiting portion is matched with the clamping portion to lock the positioning block (4) in the guide rail groove (5).

6. Easy-to-clean air fryer according to claim 5, wherein the bottom periphery of the head (1) or the top periphery of the fry basket assembly (3) is provided with a ram (8), the micro switch (7) being activated by the up and down movement of the ram (8).

The air fryer convenient to clean according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein a detection assembly is arranged between the machine head (1) and the base (2), the detection assembly is electrically connected with the control assembly, and the detection assembly is used for detecting the insertion information of the machine head (1) and the base (2) and feeding back a detection result to the control assembly.
8. The easy to clean air fryer according to claim 7, wherein said detection assembly comprises:
the magnetically closed weak current switch piece is arranged at the periphery of the bottom of the machine head (1), and is electrically connected with the control component;
the permanent magnet is arranged at the top edge of the base (2) and is magnetically connected with the weak current switch piece.
9. The easy-to-clean air fryer according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the head (1) is provided with a handle.
10. The easy-to-clean air fryer according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein a sealing assembly is arranged between the machine head (1) and the base (2) for preventing heat in the air fryer from being dissipated outwards.
