Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a connector and an electric oven with the same, and solves the problems that the connector in the electric oven in the prior art cannot prevent dust and water and an electric baking tray and a base cannot be detached.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a connector including: the base is of a tetragonal structure and is provided with a first end and a second end;
the eccentric swinging piece can be rotatably arranged at the first end of the base around a fixed point of the eccentric swinging piece, a first jack is arranged at the middle position of the base, and an electrifying assembly is arranged in the first jack;
the U-shaped cover is movably covered between the two ends of the base and is provided with a through hole corresponding to the first jack, and when the eccentric swinging piece rotates, the U-shaped cover positioned in the swinging area of the eccentric swinging piece is jacked open to move towards the second end of the base, so that the through hole is overlapped or staggered with the first jack to open or shield the first jack;
the two stopping pieces are arranged at the end parts of the two ends of the base and used for stopping the U-shaped cover from sliding out of the base;
one end of the elastic piece is connected with the stopping piece at the second end, the other end of the elastic piece is abutted against the U-shaped cover, and the elastic piece stretches under the action of external force to enable the U-shaped cover to rebound to the first end along the second end of the base.
Further, still include: the U-shaped silica gel cover is clamped on the inner surface of the U-shaped cover and moves along the base along with the U-shaped cover;
when the U-shaped cover is not subjected to the swinging force of the eccentric swinging piece, the U-shaped silica gel cover is arranged above the first jack, and the through hole is staggered with the first jack;
when the U-shaped silica gel cover is subjected to the swinging force of the eccentric swinging piece, the U-shaped silica gel cover moves along with the U-shaped cover to open the first jack, and the through hole in the U-shaped cover is overlapped with the first jack.

the rotating shaft penetrates through the front end surface and the rear end surface of the first end of the base and respectively extends out of the front end surface and the rear end surface;
two eccentric wheels, which are respectively arranged at two ends of the rotating shaft.
Further, the front side and the rear side of the base are provided with slide rail grooves along the length direction;
flanges which are in sliding fit with the slide rail grooves are arranged on the outer edges of the two ends of the U-shaped cover along the length direction of the U-shaped cover.
Further, the power-on assembly includes:
the copper sheet fixing seat is arranged in the base and is provided with a second jack;
the copper sheet plug-in unit is provided with a socket and a copper sheet, the socket is plugged with a power-on terminal on the electric baking tray, and the copper sheet is plugged into the second jack.
Furthermore, the copper sheet fixing seat is provided with a plurality of fixing holes, and the external fasteners are inserted into the fixing holes to fix the copper sheet fixing seat on the base.
Further, the two stopping pieces are of an L-shaped structure.

a baking tray body;
a fixed disk which is arranged on the upper end surface of the baking tray body, a plurality of connectors are arranged on the upper end edge of the fixed disk,
the electric baking tray is arranged above the fixed tray, two clamping edges corresponding to the first end and the second end of the connector respectively are arranged on the electric baking tray, a power-on terminal is arranged between the two clamping edges, when the clamping edges are pressed on the eccentric swinging piece on the connector, the U-shaped cover is pushed open, the U-shaped cover moves from the first end of the base to the second end of the base to be close to the first jack, and at the moment, the power-on terminal is inserted into the socket on the copper sheet plug-in piece to realize power-on;
and the baking tray placing frame is arranged below the baking tray body and used for placing the electric oven body.
Furthermore, the connectors are arranged on the periphery of the upper end of the fixed disc pairwise.
The invention has the technical effects that: according to the connector and the electric oven with the connector, the eccentric swinging piece is arranged on the side face of the first end on the connector base, the U-shaped cover and the U-shaped silica gel cover which can move along the length direction of the base and can play a role in dust prevention and water prevention are arranged on the base in a covering mode, the connector can be electrified after being connected with the electric baking tray, the connector resets under the elastic force action of the elastic piece after the electric baking tray is detached, and the U-shaped cover and the U-shaped silica gel cover can play a role in dust prevention and water prevention, so that the connector can be effectively protected, and the service life of the connector is prolonged; in addition, the electric baking tray can be conveniently detached from the electric oven, so that the electric baking tray is suitable for indoor use and outdoor use.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, according to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a connector including: the base 1 is of a tetragonal structure and is provided with a first end and a second end;
the device comprises at least one eccentric swinging piece 2, wherein the eccentric swinging piece 2 is rotatably arranged at a first end of a base 1 around a fixed point 17 of the eccentric swinging piece, a first jack 13 is arranged at the middle position of the base 1, and a power-on assembly 3 is installed in the first jack 13;
the U-shaped cover 4 is movably covered between two ends of the base 1 and is provided with a through hole 41 corresponding to the first jack 13, and when the eccentric swinging piece 2 rotates, the U-shaped cover 4 positioned in the swinging area of the eccentric swinging piece 2 is pushed open to move towards the second end of the base 1, so that the through hole 41 is overlapped or staggered with the first jack 13 to open or shield the first jack 13;
the two stopping pieces are arranged at the end parts of the two ends of the base 1 and used for stopping the U-shaped cover 4 from sliding out of the base 1;
one end of the elastic part 5 is connected with the stopping part 12 at the second end, the other end of the elastic part is abutted against the U-shaped cover 4, and the elastic part 5 stretches under the action of external force to enable the U-shaped cover 4 to rebound to the first end along the second end of the base 1. Specifically, the elastic member 5 is a spring.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, preferably, the method further includes: the U-shaped silica gel cover 6 is clamped on the inner surface of the U-shaped cover 4 and moves along the base 1 along with the U-shaped cover 4;
when the U-shaped cover 4 is not subjected to the swinging force of the eccentric swinging piece 2, the U-shaped silica gel cover 6 is covered above the first jack 13, and the through hole 41 is staggered with the first jack 13; that is to say, when the eccentric oscillating piece 2 is not acted by an external force, the U-shaped cover 4 is located at the first end position close to the base 1, at this time, the U-shaped silica gel cover 6 just covers the upper part of the first insertion hole 13, and the first insertion hole 13 is shielded by the U-shaped silica gel cover 6 (i.e., the first insertion hole 13 is in a closed state), so that the dustproof and waterproof effects are achieved.
When the U-shaped silica gel cover 6 is subjected to the swinging force of the eccentric swinging piece 2, the U-shaped silica gel cover 6 moves along with the U-shaped cover 4 to open the first insertion hole 13, and the through hole 41 on the U-shaped cover 4 is overlapped with the first insertion hole 13. That is, when the eccentric oscillating member 2 is acted by an external force, the U-shaped silicone cover 6 located in the U-shaped silicone cover 6 and covering the first insertion hole 13 moves along with the U-shaped silicone cover 4 until the through hole 41 on the U-shaped silicone cover 4 and the first insertion hole 13 on the base 1 are overlapped up and down (i.e., the first insertion hole 13 is in an open state), and the external energizing terminal 92 is inserted into the insertion hole 321 in the first insertion hole 13 to energize.
As shown in fig. 1, preferably, the eccentric oscillating member 2 includes: a rotating shaft 21, the rotating shaft 21 penetrates through the front end surface and the rear end surface of the first end of the base 1 and respectively extends out of the front end surface and the rear end surface; two eccentric wheels 22, the two eccentric wheels 22 are respectively arranged at two ends of the rotating shaft 21. Specifically, after the rotating shaft 21 passes through the front end face and the rear end face of the first end of the base 1, the two eccentric wheels 22 are respectively arranged at the two ends of the rotating shaft 21 and fixed on the rotating shaft 21 through the screws 211, and the two eccentric wheels 22 are arranged to ensure that the two sides of the U-shaped cover 4 are stressed more uniformly when the eccentric wheels 22 are subjected to external force.
In an alternative embodiment, the eccentric wheels 22 may also be provided as one, specifically, after the rotating shaft 21 passes through the front end surface and the rear end surface of the first end of the base 1, one end of the rotating shaft 21 is provided with an eccentric wheel 22 and fixed by a screw 211, the other end of the rotating shaft is fixed by a snap spring, the other end of the corresponding rotating shaft 21 is provided with a shaft groove, the snap spring is clamped in the shaft groove, and when the eccentric wheel 22 is subjected to an external force, the U-shaped cover 4 is pushed to move along the base.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, preferably, the front and rear sides of the base 1 are provided with slide rail grooves 14 along the length direction thereof; the outer edges of the two ends of the U-shaped cover 4 are provided with flanges 42 which are matched with the slide rail grooves 14 in a sliding mode along the length direction of the U-shaped cover. Specifically, a flange 42 is formed outwardly at the end of the U-shaped cover 4 connected to the base 1, a rail groove 14 is formed upwardly at the position connected to the U-shaped cover 4 in the longitudinal direction of the base 1, and the flange 42 is engaged with the rail groove 14 so that the U-shaped cover 4 can move in the longitudinal direction of the base 1 by being pushed by the eccentric oscillating member 2.
Referring to fig. 1, preferably, the energizing assembly 3 includes:
the copper sheet 322 fixing seat 31 is arranged in the base 1, and a second jack 311 is arranged on the copper sheet 322 fixing seat 31;
and the copper sheet plug-in unit 32 is provided with a socket 321 and a copper sheet 322, the socket 321 is plugged with the power-on terminal 92 on the electric baking tray 9, and the copper sheet 322 is plugged into the second jack 311. Preferably, the fixing seat 31 of the copper sheet 322 has a plurality of fixing holes 312, and the external fastening member 313 is inserted into the fixing hole 312 to fix the fixing seat 31 of the copper sheet 322 on the base 1; specifically, the external fastening member 313 is a screw.
Referring to fig. 1, preferably, the two stoppers are L-shaped. Specifically, the two stopping members may be integrally formed with the base 1, or may be detachably connected. If the detachable connection is adopted, taking the stop member 12 disposed at the second end of the base 1 as an example, two first connection holes 121 are formed in the upper surface of the stop member 12 at the second end, two second connection holes 15 are formed in the corresponding positions of the upper surface of the second end of the base 1, a third connection hole 122 and a fourth connection hole (not shown in the figure) are formed in the lower side of the stop member 12 at the second end and the end surface of the second end of the base 1, and three external screws 16 respectively penetrate through the corresponding first connection holes 121, the second connection holes 15, the third connection holes 122 and the fourth connection holes to fasten the stop member 12 at the second end to the base 1.
The following is a detailed description of the movement principle of a connector according to the present invention:
under the action of external force, the eccentric wheel 22 swings around the rotating shaft 21 of the fixed point 17 of the eccentric wheel, so that the U-shaped cover 4 can move back and forth along the length direction of the base 1, and the function of opening or shielding the first jack 13 on the base 1 is realized, when the eccentric wheel 22 operates, the U-shaped cover 4 is opened, and the external energizing terminal 92 can be inserted into the socket 321 in the first jack 13 to be in contact connection for energizing; when the external force is removed, the external power-on terminal 92 is separated from the socket 321, the elastic member 5 abutting against the U-shaped cover 4 at the other end is stretched to eject the U-shaped cover 4 to the position of the first end of the base 1, and the U-shaped silica gel cover 6 is covered over the first insertion hole 13, i.e. the first insertion hole 13 is shielded by the U-shaped silica gel cover 6 to play a role in dust prevention and water prevention.
Referring to fig. 4 to 7, there is also provided an electric oven according to another aspect of the present invention, including:
a baking tray body 7;
the fixed disk 8 is arranged on the upper end surface of the baking tray body 7, and a plurality of connectors are arranged at the upper end edge of the fixed disk 8;
the electric baking tray 9 is installed above the fixed tray 8, two clamping edges 91 corresponding to the first end and the second end of the connector are arranged on the electric baking tray 9, an electrifying terminal 92 is arranged in the middle of the two clamping edges 91, when the clamping edges 91 press the eccentric oscillating piece 2 on the connector, the U-shaped cover 4 is pushed open, the U-shaped cover 4 moves from the first end of the base 1 to the second end of the base 1 to be close to open the first jack 13, and the electrifying terminal 92 is plugged with the socket 321 on the copper sheet plug-in piece 32 to realize electrification. In a preferred embodiment, four corners of the top surface of the fixed tray 8 are provided with upwardly protruding clamping portions 81, four clamping grooves (not shown) are provided at positions of the bottom surface of the electric grill tray 9 corresponding to the clamping portions 81, and the four clamping portions 81 are clamped into the corresponding four clamping grooves to realize clamping and fixing of the electric grill tray 9 and the fixed tray 8.
Specifically, the plurality of connectors are fixed on the fixed plate 8 by screws; as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the clamping edge 91 of the electric baking tray 9 is aligned with two stopping members of the connector, when the clamping edge 91 presses the eccentric wheel 22 on the connector, the clamping edge 91 is continuously pressed down to the bottom of the base 11, and then when the eccentric wheel 22 presses downward with force, the eccentric wheel 22 rotates to push open the U-shaped cover 4, so that the U-shaped cover 4 moves along the first end of the base 1 near the second end of the base 1, at this time, the through hole 41 on the U-shaped cover 4 overlaps with the first insertion hole 13 on the base 1, at this time, the first insertion hole 13 is in an open state, the power-on terminal 92 in the middle position of the clamping edge 91 is inserted into the first insertion hole 13 and then is connected with the copper sheet 322 in the power-on assembly 3 for conducting electricity, so as to realize butt; when the electric baking tray 9 and the fixed tray 8 are detached, the clamping edge 91 is not in contact with the connector, the eccentric wheel 22 is reset under the action of no external pressure, the U-shaped cover 4 rebounds along the base 11 under the action of the spring to the first end of the base 1, the U-shaped cover 4 is shielded by the U-shaped silica gel cover 6, namely the U-shaped cover 4 covers the power-on component 3 in the first insertion hole 13 on the base 1, and the dustproof and waterproof effects are achieved.
And the baking tray placing frame 10 is arranged below the baking tray body 7 and used for placing the electric oven body. As shown in fig. 7, specifically, the bottom of the grill rack 10 adopts a pulley 101 structure, so that the position of the electric grill can be changed at any time according to the need, and the use is convenient; on the other hand, the lower end of the placing frame of the electric oven is also provided with a storage cabinet 102 which can be used for containing food, and an additional storage device is not needed, so that the space is conveniently and reasonably utilized.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, preferably, a plurality of connectors are disposed two by two around the upper end of the fixed tray 8. Or the periphery of the fixed disk 8 is respectively provided with a connector, and the periphery of the electric baking tray 9 is also respectively provided with two clamping edges 91 clamped with the connectors; a connector may be disposed at each of four corners of the edge of the fixed tray 8, and two clamping edges 91 may be disposed at corresponding four corners of the electric grill tray 9. In the embodiment, the electric baking tray 9 can be detached independently at any time according to needs after being connected with the connector, so that the problem that the electric baking tray 9 in the prior art can only detach a power line is solved, and the electric baking oven provided by the invention not only can be suitable for indoor use, but also can be used outdoors after being detached, so that the daily life of people is greatly facilitated.
In summary, according to the connector and the electric oven with the connector provided by the invention, the eccentric oscillating piece is arranged on the side surface of the first end on the bottom of the connector, and the U-shaped cover and the U-shaped silica gel cover which can move along the length direction of the base and can play a role in dust prevention and water prevention are arranged on the upper cover of the base, so that the connector can be electrified after being connected with the electric baking tray, the connector resets under the elastic force of the elastic piece after the electric baking tray is detached, and the U-shaped cover and the U-shaped silica gel cover can play a role in dust prevention and water prevention, so that the connector can be effectively protected, and the service life of the connector is prolonged; in addition, the electric baking tray can be conveniently detached from the electric oven, and is suitable for indoor use and outdoor use.
