The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) adding tangerine pith into chlorella liquid cultured to a harvest period, shaking for 10-15 hours on a shaking table, taking out solid substances, cleaning and airing to obtain the tangerine pith-chlorella mixture; (2) soaking or infusing the mixture of the tangerine pith and the chlorella with water to obtain the chlorella health-care drink.
