Technical Field

The cattle particularly likes fresh feed, the cattle can eat the feed with a big mouth just after the feed is put into the trough, after some feed is left, the cattle starts to pick out three or four, the feed is arched, coarse materials are arched to one side, and the cattle specially checks the fine materials to eat; the feed is easy to arch, the feed is wasted, and the concentrated feed is more eaten, which easily causes diarrhea and poor nutrient intake.

The invention aims to overcome the defects that a cattle trough in the prior art easily causes feed waste and causes cattle malnutrition, and provides a cattle feeding device and a method which can save feed and ensure that cattle can intake reasonable nutrition and have good cleanness.

a cattle feeding device with good cleaning performance comprises a base, a left support frame and a right support frame which are arranged on the base, and a feeding trough which is arranged on the left support frame and the right support frame and has a rectangular horizontal section; the trough comprises a front side wall, a right side wall, a left side wall, a rear side wall and a U-shaped bottom plate, wherein the rear side wall is in an arc shape arched backwards, and the height of the upper end of the rear side wall is higher than the height of the upper ends of other side walls; the rear side wall and the U-shaped bottom plate are provided with cavities, the inner surfaces of the rear side wall and the U-shaped bottom plate are respectively provided with a plurality of through holes communicated with the cavities, each through hole is provided with a one-way valve capable of injecting air from the cavity to the outside, the cavities are connected with an air pump through pipelines, and the air pump is electrically connected with a controller; the base is provided with a connecting frame, the connecting frame is provided with a plurality of spray pipes extending out of the front surface of the base, the connecting frame is connected with the base through a transverse cylinder, and each spray pipe is provided with a switch.
The height of the upper end of the rear side wall of the trough is higher than the heights of the upper ends of other side walls, so that the feed can be effectively prevented from being arched out of the trough by cattle; the rear side wall is in an arc shape which is arched backwards, and when the feed is arched to the upper part of the rear side wall, the feed can automatically fall back into the feeding trough;
and each through-hole can the intermittent type formula gassing, makes the fodder concentrate in the trough middle part, makes things convenient for the ox to eat to the fodder can not be encircleed out the trough, and under the effect of air current, the fodder still mixes together, and the ox can be eaten with the coarse grain in the fodder and the fine grain together.

Preferably, the device also comprises a flow guide pipe arranged on the trough, a suspension bracket arranged above the trough, a water outlet pipe and a stirrer, wherein the water outlet pipe and the stirrer are arranged on the suspension bracket and can spray water downwards; a cover plate is arranged on a flow guide hole which is arranged on the crib and connected with the flow guide pipe, the left support frame comprises a vertical cylinder and a vertical cylinder arranged in the vertical cylinder, the end part of a telescopic rod of the vertical cylinder extends into a transverse sliding groove arranged on the left part of the lower surface of the crib, and the right support frame is rotationally connected with the right lower part of the crib through a rotating shaft; the suspension support is connected with the fixing piece through the lifting device, the fixing piece is connected with the water outlet pipe and the stirrer respectively, the electromagnetic valve is arranged on the water outlet pipe, and the vertical cylinder, the lifting device and the electromagnetic valve are all electrically connected with the controller.
The lifting device can adopt a hydraulic oil cylinder, an air cylinder and the like.
Preferably, the fixing piece is provided with an arc-shaped baffle plate for isolating the stirrer from the cattle.
The arc-shaped baffle plate is arranged for preventing the girl from being damaged by the blades of the stirrer when the trough is cleaned.
Preferably, the base is provided with a fan, the fan is connected with the base through an upright post, the upright post is provided with a motor used for driving the fan to rotate, and the fan and the motor are both electrically connected with the controller.
A method of providing a clean cattle feeding apparatus comprising the steps of:
(5-1) adding feed into the trough by workers, and feeding the cattle;
(5-2) when the feeding time reaches T1, the feed below 1/4 remains in the trough, and the cattle begin to select the feed to eat;
(5-3) the controller controls the air pump to work, the cavity is inflated once every 10 seconds, each through hole is deflated intermittently, feed is concentrated in the middle of the trough, feeding of the cattle is facilitated, the feed cannot be arched out of the trough, the feed is still mixed together under the action of air flow, and the cattle can eat coarse grains and fine grains in the feed together;
every 1 day, the staff turns on each switch, and the controller controls the horizontal cylinder to stretch out and draw back, makes each spray pipe move about, for the ground water spray, clean ground.

(6-1) when the cattle finishes feeding, the worker controls the lifting device to drive the water inlet pipe and the stirrer to descend through the controller until the stirrer enters the trough, the water inlet pipe is positioned above the trough, and the lifting device stops working;
(6-2) the controller controls the electromagnetic valve to be closed after being opened for T2 time, so that the trough is filled with 1/2 of water in the trough; controlling the stirrer to work, stirring water, beating the inner wall of the feeding trough by water, and cleaning the feeding trough for T3 time, and stopping stirring by the stirrer; the controller controls the lifting device to drive the water inlet pipe and the stirrer to ascend;
(6-3) the controller controls the telescopic rod of the air cylinder to ascend to jack up the left part of the trough upwards, a worker opens the cover plate, and the water carries the feed residues to flow out of the flow guide pipe;
(6-4) the controller controls the telescopic rod of the air cylinder to descend, the left part of the crib is laid flat, the cover plate is closed by a worker, the controller controls the air pump to work, hot air is blown into the crib, the inner wall of the crib is dried, and after the T4 drying time, the controller controls the air pump to stop working.
The invention can automatically clean the trough, thereby reducing the labor intensity and ensuring the feed safety.
Preferably, the base is provided with a fan, the fan is connected with the base through an upright post, the upright post is provided with a motor for driving the fan to rotate, and the fan and the motor are both electrically connected with the controller; also comprises the following steps:
when the temperature is higher than 25 ℃, the controller controls the fan to work and controls the motor to rotate, so that the air outlet of the fan swings up and down to cool the cattle.
Therefore, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the feed can be saved, the cattle can intake reasonable nutrition, and the healthy growth of the cattle is ensured; ensure the safety of the feed and reduce the labor intensity.

Example 1
The embodiment shown in fig. 1 is a cattle feeding device with good cleaning performance, which comprises a base 1, a left support frame 2 and a right support frame 3 which are arranged on the base, and a feeding trough 4 which is arranged on the left support frame and the right support frame and has a rectangular horizontal section; as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the trough includes a front side wall 41, a right side wall 42, a left side wall 43, a rear side wall 44 and a U-shaped bottom plate 45, the rear side wall is in an arc shape that is arched backwards, and the upper end of the rear side wall is higher than the upper ends of the other side walls; the rear side wall and the U-shaped bottom plate are provided with a cavity 5, the inner surfaces of the rear side wall and the U-shaped bottom plate are provided with a plurality of through holes communicated with the cavity, each through hole is provided with a one-way valve capable of blowing air outwards from the cavity, the cavity is connected with an air pump 6 through a pipeline, and as shown in figure 4, the air pump is electrically connected with a controller 7. As shown in fig. 6, a connecting frame 401 is provided on the base, a plurality of spray pipes 402 extending out of the front surface of the base are provided on the connecting frame, the connecting frame is connected to the base through a transverse cylinder 403, and each spray pipe is provided with a switch. Each through hole on the U-shaped bottom plate is positioned at the edge of the U-shaped bottom plate. Each spray pipe extends out of a transversely extending rectangular hole formed in the base.
As shown in fig. 5, the fixing member is provided with a curved baffle 101 for isolating the stirrer from the cattle.
A method of providing a clean cattle feeding apparatus comprising the steps of:
(5-1) adding feed into the trough by workers, and feeding the cattle;
(5-2) when the feeding time reaches 10 minutes, the feed below 1/4 is left in the trough, and the cattle begin to select the feed to eat;
(5-3) the work of controller control air pump, aerify once for the cavity at every time 10 seconds, make each through-hole intermittent type formula gassing, make the fodder concentrate in the trough middle part, make things convenient for the ox to eat to the fodder can not be encircleed out the trough, under the effect of air current, the fodder still mixes together, and the ox can eat coarse food grain and the fine food grain in the fodder together.
Every 1 day, the staff turns on each switch, and the controller controls the horizontal cylinder to stretch out and draw back, makes each spray pipe move about, for the ground water spray, clean ground.
Example 2
Example 2 includes all the structure and method parts of example 1, as shown in fig. 1, example 2 further includes a draft tube 8 disposed on the trough, a hanging bracket disposed above the trough, as shown in fig. 5, a water outlet tube and a stirrer 9 disposed on the hanging bracket and capable of spraying water downwards; a cover plate is arranged on a flow guide hole which is arranged on the crib and connected with the flow guide pipe, as shown in figure 1, the left support frame comprises a vertical cylinder 21 and a vertical cylinder 22 arranged in the vertical cylinder, the end part of a telescopic rod of the vertical cylinder extends into a transverse sliding groove 46 arranged at the left part of the lower surface of the crib, and the right support frame is rotationally connected with the right lower part of the crib through a rotating shaft 47; the suspension bracket is connected with the fixing part through the lifting device, the fixing part is respectively connected with the water outlet pipe and the stirrer, the water outlet pipe is provided with an electromagnetic valve 10, and as shown in figure 4, the vertical cylinder, the lifting device and the electromagnetic valve are all electrically connected with the controller.
Also comprises the following steps:
(6-1) the original height of the position where the suspension bracket is located is H, when the cattle eat, a worker controls the lifting device through the controller to drive the water inlet pipe and the stirrer to descend until the stirrer enters the trough, the water inlet pipe is located above the trough, and the lifting device stops working;
(6-2) the controller controls the electromagnetic valve to be opened for 1.5 minutes and then closed, so that the manger is filled with 1/2 manger water; controlling the stirrer to work, stirring water, beating the inner wall of the feeding trough by water, cleaning the feeding trough for 2 minutes, and stopping stirring by the stirrer; the controller controls the lifting device to drive the water inlet pipe and the stirrer to ascend, so that the suspension bracket returns to the original height H;
(6-3) the controller controls the telescopic rod of the air cylinder to ascend to jack up the left part of the trough upwards, a worker opens the cover plate, and the water carries the feed residues to flow out of the flow guide pipe;
(6-4) the controller controls the telescopic rod of the air cylinder to descend, the left part of the trough is laid flat, the cover plate is closed by a worker, the controller controls the air pump to work, hot air is blown into the trough, the inner wall of the trough is dried, and after 5 minutes of drying, the controller controls the air pump to stop working.
Example 3
Embodiment 3 includes all the structure and method parts of embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 1, the base of embodiment 3 is provided with a fan 404, the fan is connected with the base through a column, the column is provided with a motor for driving the fan to rotate, as shown in fig. 4, both the fan and the motor 405 are electrically connected with the controller.
Also comprises the following steps:
when the temperature is higher than 25 ℃, the worker controls the fan to work through the controller, controls the motor to rotate, enables the air outlet of the fan to swing up and down, and cools the cattle.
