The oil guide plate 24 is provided with an oil smoke suction port 22 communicating with the cavity 28. The oil smoke suction inlet 22 in the embodiment is positioned at the middle part of the oil guide plate and is close to the lower edge of the oil guide plate, and the oil smoke suction inlet 22 is communicated with the cavity 28 of the fume collecting hood.
The inlet end face of the oil smoke suction inlet is vertically arranged, the inlet end face of the smoke collecting cavity is transversely arranged, and the inlet end face are mutually perpendicular; the vertical distance between the fume suction port 22 and the fume collecting cavity 21 is 350mm.
The length of the fume suction inlet 22 in this embodiment is 500mm and the width is 50mm; the width of the fume collecting chamber 21 is 50mm so that the ratio of the amount of suction Q1 through the fume collecting chamber 21 to the amount of suction Q2 through the fume suction port 22 is 2:1.
When the range hood works, about one third of the oil smoke generated by cooking enters a cavity of the fume collecting hood through the oil smoke suction inlet 22 under the action of the centrifugal fan, and then enters a second suction inlet of the centrifugal fan through the rear fume collecting cavity to be discharged; about two thirds of the oil smoke enters the second suction inlet of the centrifugal fan through the front smoke collecting cavity and is discharged.
The range hood in the embodiment is compared with the conventional range hood in terms of the suction and exhaust effects.
The conventional range hood is provided with only a smoke collecting cavity, the oil guide plate is in a flat plate shape, and a lampblack suction inlet is not arranged; and after the range hood is started, the flow and pressure detection system shows that the parameters of the embodiment are consistent with those of the conventional range hood.
Under the same working condition and external condition, the same distance is arranged on the same side of the two range hoods, the same batch of small interference fans are arranged at the same position, the oil fume suction environment is interfered, and the size of the interference air flow is controlled by adjusting the power supply voltage of the small fans.
Under the condition of no interference, the two range hoods have better oil smoke suction effect, and when the interference degree is gradually increased, the conventional range hoods have the oil smoke escape phenomenon under the voltage of the small interference fan 3 v; the range hood in the embodiment starts to run under 4.5v interference voltage.
This shows that the range hood provided by the invention has more excellent fume suction effect under the condition of the same fan system performance, and the reasonable air inlet proportion and the distance between the upper air inlet and the lower air inlet enable the range hood to realize the double-excellent fume suction effect of big fume and small fume.
