背景技术
意在用于在支撑车轮的所谓“外”或“外部”凸缘侧配备车轮轮毂单元的滚动轴承的密封组件(诸如在US8303190和US2012/0177315中描述的那些密封组件)由所谓的“盒式”密封件形成,其包括第一环形遮蔽件和第二环形遮蔽件,它们具有大致L形的径向截面并且彼此面对地安装,使得在遮蔽件之间限定出环形室,在该环形室内部布置有一系列密封唇,这些密封唇安装在与遮蔽件中的一者(通常该遮蔽件意在用于在使用期间保持静止)成一体的固定的环形密封件上。

发明内容

作为另一种选择,根据遮蔽件10的优选实施方式,整个套筒部分15还可以由绕着轴线A的管状旋转体限定,然而,其具有(如下)圆柱形状,其中恒定的内径φm从肘部17延伸直至其与肘部17相对的自由端22。套筒部分15在两种形式(/形状)之间的选择(即圆柱或圆锥形)例如可以取决于遮蔽件10的材料选择以及取决于套筒部分15的轴向长度,但是在两种情况下,如将在下面解释的,套筒部分15将始终在确保期望结果的弹性域(elasticfield)中工作。为了更便于说明,接下来的描述将涉及遮蔽件10的如下单独情况:遮蔽件10设置有具有圆锥形状的套筒部分15,其中内径φm被理解为始终在肘部17处,但是在任何情况下所描述的细节将还可适用于设置有具有圆柱形状的套筒部分15的遮蔽件10的版本(version)。
根据本发明的另一方面,遮蔽件10由压制和剪切的金属片材制成,使得套筒部分15能够至少在其自由端22与肘部17之间弹性变形。
借助于赋予套筒部分15的形式(/形状),根据本发明的用于使一般(/通用)密封组件(在所讨论的情况下为密封组件1的遮蔽件10)与环形转动元件(在所讨论的情况下为轴承内圈4)接合的完整系统被提供,其中所述系统总体由24表示。
接合系统24包括:密封组件1的环形遮蔽件10,尤其是套筒部分15,意在用于在使用期间与环形转动元件4成一体地接合在环形转动元件4的安装座20内;和安装座20本身,其中套筒部分15由侧向安装表面21界定,其在肘部17处具有内径φm;并且环形转动元件4上的遮蔽件10用的安装座20进而包括:
-环形嵌入区(annular inset zone)25(图2和图3),其形成在转动元件(在所示的示例中为内圈4)的侧向压配表面28中,通常意在用于在使用期间接纳遮蔽件10并且在径向外侧由具有恒定的外径φs的圆柱(形)端壁26界定;和
-轴向肩部27,其布置在凸缘8的相对侧并且在所述凸缘的相对侧轴向界定环形嵌入区25。
根据本发明的另一方面,轴向肩部27由环形突出部或凸台29限定,其中所述突出部或凸台29将嵌入区25与(/从)环形转动元件4的自由前环形边缘30界定开;在所示的示例中(其中该环形转动元件由车轮轮毂单元2的内圈4限定),自由前边缘30除了形成环形凸台29(用)的进入边缘(entry edge)之外,还限定供布置在凸缘8所位于的一侧的滚动构件6用的滚道31。
环形转动元件的环形突出部29具有径向截面(图2和图3),其具有圆锯齿形轮廓(/形状)(rounded saw tooth profile)并且朝向滚道31由自由前边缘30限定,该自由前边缘30的锥度(conicity)朝向轴线A会聚,并且在凸缘8的相对侧“加宽(widens out)”或渐缩。换言之,自由前边缘30的直母线(straight generatrix)R朝向对称轴线A会聚,在圆锥表面(或由圆锥表面界定的圆锥)的顶点或尖端处拦截(intercepting)对称轴线A,并且(所述直母线R)相对于所述对称轴线A以角度α倾斜,该角度α的值优选在5°至45°之间,更优选在5°至35°之间,甚至更优选在5°至25°之间。
此外,环形突出部29朝向滚道31还由圆柱(形)表面33限定,圆柱表面33与自由前边缘30相邻并连接并且(圆柱表面33)具有恒定的外径φr,其(/外径φr)尺寸大于安装座20的直径φs,并且,(环形突出部29)朝向嵌入区25由圆锥表面32限定,圆锥表面32与圆柱表面33相邻并连接,(圆锥表面32)的锥度朝向自由前边缘30的锥度的相反侧并与底壁26接合,使得在环形嵌入区25的区域中形成自由端22用的轴向锁定元件。
根据本发明,安装座20的直径φs的尺寸至少在名义(/标称)上(nominally)与用于安装套筒部分15的侧向表面21的在肘部17处测量的直径φm的尺寸实质上相同,使得在套筒部分15与安装座20之间提供了干涉、压配或略微压配。仍根据本发明,安装座20的直径φs的尺寸还小于环形突出部29的圆柱表面33的外径φr的尺寸,使得为环形突出部29限定出从直径φs起测量的径向厚度Sr,其尺寸优选在0.03至0.12mm之间,甚至更优选在0.03至0.08mm之间。
圆柱(形)套筒部分15与还具有像底壁26那样的圆柱(形)压配表面的安装座20的组合使用、以及特别是具有厚度Sr的环形突出部29与以角度α倾斜的自由前边缘30(或进入边缘30)的使用不仅令人惊讶地导致遮蔽件10被以明确(/确定)(definitively)稳定的方式安装,而且还允许在实际上遮蔽件10(即所述套筒部分15)没有任何塑性变形的情况下其(/遮蔽件10)沿插入方向D插入。事实上,直径沿插入方向D向上上升增大直到圆柱表面33的外径φr的值的进入边缘30在初始被遮蔽件10的膝部(knee)17拦截,即被套筒部分15拦截,并且由于(如上面已经暗含的那样)侧向安装表面21的直径φm的尺寸小于圆柱表面33的外径φr的尺寸,因此精确地(/正好)(precisely)从膝部17开始并逐渐沿其整个轴向长度直到自由端22的套筒部分15在相对于轴线A的所有径向方向上逐渐扩张(expanded),同时保持在遮蔽件10或至少套筒部分15的材料的弹性极限内。
因此,这种径向扩张均匀地发生在套筒部分15的内周的每个点处,如上所述,角度α的值优选在5°至45°之间,更优选在5°至35°之间,甚至更优选在5°至25°之间。角度α越接近5°至25°之间的最优选角度,则进入边缘30在遮蔽件10的套筒部分15上的扩张效果将越好和越逐渐(/平缓)(gradual)。此外,通过实现角度α的值为45°(或45°)以下,形成在进入边缘30与圆柱表面33之间的角部(/拐角)(corner)41(虽然是结合的但也)将不太明显,并且环形突出部29与膝部17(或套筒部分15)之间的干涉将更小,完全防止了所述套筒部分15的任何塑性变形。考虑到套筒部分15与安装座20之间的标称接合的稳定性,在任何情况下优选的是角度α应具有更接近前述范围的下限的值。
一旦膝部17已沿插入方向D越过(passed beyond)角部41,套筒部分15就开始与环形突出部29的外表面33直接接触地滑动,环形突出部29的径向厚度Sr将(更)接近于(allthe closer to)在0.03至0.08mm之间最优选值,套筒部分15对(against)环形突出部29的通过运动将更容易,即套筒部分15在环形突出部29上的滑动效果将越好(套筒部分15不受塑性变形的影响,而是仅存在由前述逐渐扩张引起的弹性变形)。随着套筒部分15沿插入方向D逐渐地越过(/经过)(passes over)在外表面33与圆锥表面32之间形成的结合角部42,它将滑动越过圆锥表面32,停靠(coming to rest)在安装座20内并且再次弹性地呈现(/承担)(assuming)其标称尺寸,即附着(/粘附)(adhere)于所述安装座20的底壁26。当套筒部分的自由端22也将完成其沿着圆锥表面32的下降时,遮蔽件10的材料的材料弹性将允许在自由端22与圆锥表面32跟底壁26的接合点之间产生一种卡接接合,从而完成了遮蔽件10在凸缘8的相对侧的轴向锁定,这在凸缘部分16的环形壁16a与凸缘8本身抵靠接触时就开始并且实质上在同一时刻开始。
由于如上所述的进入边缘30以角度α倾斜和如上所述的环形突出部29的径向厚度Sr的组合作用,因此套筒部分15可以在没有任何残余的塑性变形的情况下接合在安装座20内部,即(为如下情况),直径Φm与直径Φs标称接合,换言之,根据设计的接合和用于防止遮蔽件10的任何转动的必要的干涉。此外,在遮蔽件10中没有残余塑性变形完全增强了两个圆柱(形)元件(例如圆柱套筒部分15和安装座20)之间的接合。
最后,根据本发明的另一方面,为了方便遮蔽件10的更进一步组装,即套筒部分15越过环形突出部29的通过运动和滑动,进入边缘30、外表面33和圆锥表面32全都在角部41和42处借助于具有曲率半径的连接表面结合在一起,其(/连接表面的)尺寸优选在0.15至0.80mm之间,更优选在0.15至0.35mm之间。这些连接表面将有助于确保套筒部分15从未变形状态到变形状态的更加逐渐的(/平缓的)(gradual)弹性变形,反之亦然。
根据本发明,由于接合系统24,因此得到了如上所述的车轮轮毂单元2,其中遮蔽件10具有与内圈4接合的圆柱形键接部分,位于凸缘8与跟凸缘8相邻的滚道31之间。此外,优选与该特征组合,内圈4在(带)凸缘(的)端部5与其界定出滚动构件6用的滚道31的自由前边缘30(或进入边缘30)之间具有圆柱(形)侧表面28,侧表面28设置有供遮蔽件10的套筒部分15用的安装座20,该安装座20由环形嵌入区25限定,环形嵌入区25由圆柱(形)底壁26和布置在凸缘部分16的相对侧的轴向肩部27界定。
应当理解,本发明不限于这里描述和示出的实施方式,这些实施方式应被认为是低摩擦密封组件的实施方式的示例,相反,这些实施方式可以在部件的形式和布置以及结构和组装细节方面进行进一步的修改。
Claims (5)
1.一种低摩擦密封组件(1),其能够插入在彼此同轴的带凸缘的转动元件(4)与静止元件(3)之间限定出的环形空间(7)中,使得保护布置在所述静止元件与所述转动元件之间的至少一个环的滚动构件(6);所述带凸缘的转动元件(4)设置有凸缘(8)和安装座(20),所述安装座(20)由圆柱底壁(26)以及由布置在所述凸缘(8)的相对侧的轴向肩部(27)界定,所述密封组件(1)包括环形遮蔽件(10),所述环形遮蔽件(10)设置有:
- 套筒部分(15),其在使用期间与所述转动元件在所述安装座(20)内成一体,并且相对于所述转动元件由具有圆柱形状的侧向安装表面(21)界定;和
- 凸缘部分(16),其从所述套筒部分(15)径向突出地延伸;
所述密封组件(1)的特征在于,所述环形遮蔽件(10)的套筒部分(15)的内径(Φm)的标称尺寸与所述安装座(20)的圆柱底壁(26)的外径(Φs)的标称尺寸实质上相同,并且组合地,所述轴向肩部(27)具有进入边缘(30),所述进入边缘(30)具有大致圆锥形状,以便于将所述环形遮蔽件(10)安装在所述环形转动元件上,并且相对于所述安装座(20)的圆柱底壁(26)的外径(Φs)的径向厚度(Sr)的尺寸使得防止所述环形遮蔽件(10)的套筒部分(15)在安装步骤期间发生塑性变形,
其中,所述进入边缘(30)相对于所述转动元件的中心轴线(A)以角度(α)倾斜,所述角度(α)的值在5°至45°之间,并且所述轴向肩部(27)相对于所述安装座(20)的圆柱底壁(26)的外径(Φs)的径向厚度(Sr)的尺寸在0.03至0.12mm之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低摩擦密封组件,其特征在于,所述低摩擦密封组件用于车辆车轮轮毂单元(2)。
3.一种用于使密封组件(1)与带凸缘的转动元件(4)接合的接合系统(24),其中所述密封组件(1)包括环形遮蔽件(10),所述环形遮蔽件(10)具有:套筒部分(15),其意在在使用期间与所述转动元件(4)接合成一体;和凸缘部分(16),其从所述套筒部分(15)径向突出,并且所述带凸缘的转动元件(4)设置有凸缘(8)和安装座(20),所述安装座(20)由圆柱底壁(26)以及由布置在所述凸缘(8)的相对侧的轴向肩部(27)界定,所述密封组件(1)包括环形遮蔽件(10);所述套筒部分(15)由管状旋转体限定,所述管状旋转体相对于所述转动元件(4)由安装表面(21)界定,所述安装表面(21)具有大致圆柱形状并且意在在使用期间与所述安装座(20)接合成一体;所述接合系统(24)的特征在于,所述环形遮蔽件(10)的套筒部分(15)的内径(Φm)的标称尺寸与所述安装座的圆柱底壁(26)的外径(Φs)的标称尺寸实质上相同,并且组合地,所述轴向肩部(27)具有进入边缘(30),所述进入边缘(30)具有大致圆锥形状,以便于将所述环形遮蔽件(10)安装在所述环形转动元件上,并且相对于所述安装座(20)的圆柱底壁(26)的外径(Φs)的径向厚度(Sr)的尺寸使得防止所述环形遮蔽件(10)的套筒部分(15)在安装步骤期间发生塑性变形,
其中,所述进入边缘(30)相对于所述转动元件(4)的中心轴线(A)以角度(α)倾斜,所述角度(α)的值在5°至45°之间,并且所述轴向肩部(27)相对于所述安装座(20)的圆柱底壁(26)的外径(Φs)的径向厚度(Sr)的尺寸在0.03至0.12mm之间。
4.根据权利要求3所述的接合系统,其特征在于,所述带凸缘的转动元件(4)是轴承圈。
5.一种车轮轮毂单元(2),包括:外圈(3),其在使用期间静止;内圈(4),其在使用期间转动,具有端部(5),所述端部(5)设置有与所述外圈(3)相对的凸缘(8);至少一个环的滚动构件(6),其布置在所述外圈与所述内圈之间;和密封组件(1),其包括遮蔽件,所述遮蔽件设置有:套筒部分(15),其在使用期间与所述内圈成一体并且相对于所述内圈由具有圆柱形状的侧向安装表面(21)界定;以及设置有凸缘部分(16),其从所述套筒部分径向突出地延伸,所述遮蔽件在径向上安装布置在所述外圈与所述内圈之间,使得所述凸缘部分(16)在轴向上布置在被包括在带凸缘的端部(5)与所述外圈(3)之间的环形空间(7)内,以及使得所述套筒部分(15)被键接在所述内圈(4)的由圆柱底壁(26)以及由布置在所述凸缘(8)的相对侧的轴向肩部(27)界定的安装座(20)内;所述单元的特征在于,所述环形遮蔽件(10)的套筒部分(15)的内径(Φm)的标称尺寸与所述安装座(20)的圆柱底壁(26)的外径(Φs)的标称尺寸实质上相同,并且组合地,所述轴向肩部(27)具有进入边缘(30),所述进入边缘(30)具有大致圆锥形状,以便于将所述环形遮蔽件(10)安装在所述内圈上,并且相对于所述安装座(20)的圆柱底壁的外径(Φs)的径向厚度(Sr)的尺寸使得防止所述环形遮蔽件(10)的套筒部分(15)在安装步骤期间发生塑性变形,
