本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足，提供一种复合弹性针织布，将针织布、梭织布、无纺布和防水透气膜等复合在一起，满足了布料的强度、耐磨性、弹性、柔软度和透气度等方面的需求，实用性好。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用如下技术方案：
一种复合弹性针织布，包括从内到外依次复合在一起的无纺布层、基层、复合层、远红外涂层和聚四氟乙烯膜，所述基层具有11.1tex涤纶长丝和20D氨纶交织成的线圈结构，所述涤纶长丝由涤纶单丝加捻而成，所述涤纶单丝的外围包覆有阻燃层，所述复合层由经纱和纬纱垂直交织而成，所述经纱为棉纤维，所述纬纱由复合纱和竹纤维按2:1的顺序交替排列，所述复合纱包括锦纶和加捻缠绕在锦纶外围的甲壳素纤维纱。

无纺布层5即采用无纺布材料制成，无纺布又称不织布，是由定向的或随机的纤维而构成，是新一代环保材料，具有防潮、透气、柔韧、质轻、不助燃、容易分解、无毒无刺激性、色彩丰富、价格低廉、可循环再用等特点；无纺布没有经纬线，剪裁和缝纫都非常方便，且质轻容易定型。
所述基层4具有11.1tex涤纶长丝6和20D氨纶7交织成的线圈结构，所述涤纶长丝6的线圈长度为25cm/100针，所述氨纶7的线圈长度为10.5cm/100针，该设计可以实现线圈有效的覆盖效果，增加穿着的舒适度，同时选材合理，集合了涤纶长丝6和氨纶7的优点，使得基层4强度高、弹性好、耐磨性和耐热性均较好。
所述涤纶长丝6由涤纶单丝8加捻而成，所述涤纶单丝8的外围包覆有阻燃层9，所述阻燃层9为含磷系阻燃剂的阻燃层，磷系阻燃剂具有低烟、无毒、低卤、无卤等优点，符合阻燃剂的发展方向，具有很好的发展前景，磷系阻燃剂的作用机理是阻燃剂受热时能产生结构更趋稳定的交联状固体物质或碳化层，碳化层的形成一方面能阻止聚合物进一步热解，另一方面能阻止其内部的热分解产生物进入气相参与燃烧过程。
所述复合层3由经纱和纬纱垂直交织而成，所述经纱为棉纤维10，棉纤维10制成的织物吸湿和透气性好，柔软而保暖。
所述纬纱由复合纱11和竹纤维12按2:1的顺序交替排列，即按照2根复合纱11、1根竹纤维12再2根复合纱11、1根竹纤维12的顺序循环排列，竹纤维12具有良好的透气性、瞬间吸水性、较强的耐磨性和良好的染色性等特性，具有天然抗菌、抑菌、除螨、防臭和抗紫外线功能。
所述复合纱11包括锦纶13和加捻缠绕在锦纶13外围的甲壳素纤维纱14，锦纶13的耐磨性高于其他所有纤维，甲壳素纤维纱14可生物降解，能对皮肤进行护理，对过敏性皮肤进行辅助治疗，还具有优良的吸湿保温功能。
远红外涂层2主要由远红外陶瓷粉和水溶性发泡浆组成，有利于促进人体血液循环，调节新陈代谢。
聚四氟乙烯膜1是防水透气膜，又称特氟龙，兼备耐高低温、耐腐蚀、不粘附和无毒害的优点。

1.一种复合弹性针织布，其特征在于：包括从内到外依次复合在一起的无纺布层(5)、基层(4)、复合层(3)、远红外涂层(2)和聚四氟乙烯膜(1)，所述基层(4)具有11.1tex涤纶长丝(6)和20D氨纶(7)交织成的线圈结构，所述涤纶长丝(6)由涤纶单丝(8)加捻而成，所述涤纶单丝(8)的外围包覆有阻燃层(9)，所述复合层(3)由经纱和纬纱垂直交织而成，所述经纱为棉纤维(10)，所述纬纱由复合纱(11)和竹纤维(12)按2:1的顺序交替排列，所述复合纱(11)包括锦纶(13)和加捻缠绕在锦纶(13)外围的甲壳素纤维纱(14)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种复合弹性针织布，其特征在于：所述涤纶长丝(6)的线圈长度为25cm/100针，所述氨纶(7)的线圈长度为10.5cm/100针。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种复合弹性针织布，其特征在于：所述阻燃层(9)为含磷系阻燃剂的阻燃层。
