本发明涉及复合服装面料技术领域，公开了一种具有驱蚊抗菌功能的复合服装面料，所述复合服装面料包括由内至外依次排列的亲肤层、保温层和防水薄膜层；所述防水薄膜层上还设有驱虫层。本发明服装面料采用四层结构，通过在最外层设置驱蚊层，可以直接与外部空气接触，驱虫层散发的驱蚊虫气味，可以直接散发到空气内，对蚊虫起到驱离的功能。其结构简单，设计合理，使得各层之间具有协同联合作用，同时可以更好的发挥各层功能纤维的作用，相辅相成，集柔软舒适、驱蚊抗菌和防水保温等功能于一体。

本发明涉及复合服装面料技术领域，具体涉及一种具有驱蚊抗菌功能的复合服装面料。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高，对纺织品的面料要求也越来越高，不同性能、不同风格的纺织产品，已成为世界纺织品市场的一种新潮流。现有技术采用差别化的经纬线材料以及特殊织造工艺、染整工艺等技术实现不同时尚风格的纺织产品，但现有技术只能在经向同时采用不同性能的短纤纱或同时采用不同性能的长丝纤维，在面料产品时尚表现方面具有局限性。而随着人们对健康的重视，纺织品在具有舒适性的同时还需要加入一些特殊的保健功能，才能满足不同人们的需求。
现有的面料，大多由棉或者其他纤维织物编织而成，主要所起的作用是保暖，保护人体温度不会散失，但是在一些特殊的场合，服装所需要起到的作用并不仅仅局限在防寒保暖上，当处于丛林等蚊虫较多的环境时，由于有些蚊虫具有一定的毒性，为了保证穿着者的安全，需要有一种能够驱赶蚊虫的面料；此外，现有的面料，大多为单层结构，结构十分简单，当人们在户外活动时，由于条件有限，有时可能长时间不能洗澡，这样在皮肤上可能会滋生一些细菌，久而久之，对人体会产生一定的危害，因此，有必要提供一种具有驱蚊抗菌功能的面料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有技术的缺陷，提供一种具有驱蚊抗菌功能的复合服装面料，且集柔软舒适、驱蚊抗菌和防水保温等功能于一体。
为了实现上述目的，本发明提供的一种具有驱蚊抗菌功能的复合服装面料，所述复合服装面料包括由内至外依次排列的亲肤层、保温层和防水薄膜层；所述防水薄膜层上还设有驱虫层。
进一步的，所述的亲肤层由牛奶蛋白纤维纱线和天丝纤维纱线交织而成。牛奶蛋白纤维纱线具有天然抗菌，贴身穿着有润肌养肤，柔软温暖的作用；天丝纤维具有较高的吸湿性，光泽优美，手感柔软，悬垂性好，飘逸性好，由此构成的亲肤层在穿着时更为舒适。
更进一步的，所述的保温层由含相变材料的粘胶纤维与棉纤维混纺织造形成。
更进一步的，所述的防水薄膜层为TPU薄膜层、PVC薄膜层或PE薄膜层。
更进一步的，所述的驱虫层包括纺织品用防水透气防蚊虫涂层胶。
优选的，所述的保温层中含相变材料的粘胶纤维的含量占总保温层的60%~70%。
本发明的有益效果：
（1）本发明服装面料采用四层结构，通过在最外层设置驱蚊层，可以直接与外部空气接触，驱虫层散发的驱蚊虫气味，可以直接散发到空气内，对蚊虫起到驱离的功能。
（2）将亲肤层设置在里层，由牛奶蛋白纤维纱线和天丝纤维纱线交织而成；牛奶蛋白纤维纱线具有天然抗菌，贴身穿着有润肌养肤，柔软温暖的作用；天丝纤维具有较高的吸湿性，光泽优美，手感柔软，悬垂性好，飘逸性好，由此构成的亲肤层在穿着时更为舒适。
（3）本发明中，含相变材料的粘胶纤维是将Outlast相交材料封闭在微胶囊中然后与粘胶纺丝溶液混合纺制而成，Outlast相变材料是一种可以吸收、储存和释放热量的智能温控物质，在这个过程中其形态从固体转化为液体然后再恢复到固体。
（4）本发明提供的服装材料结构简单，设计合理，使得各层之间具有协同联合作用，同时可以更好的发挥各层功能纤维的作用，相辅相成。

一种具有驱蚊抗菌功能的复合服装面料的结构如图1所示，所述复合服装面料包括由内至外依次排列的亲肤层3、保温层2和防水薄膜层1；所述防水薄膜层1上还设有驱虫层4。所述的亲肤层3由牛奶蛋白纤维纱线和天丝纤维纱线交织而成。牛奶蛋白纤维纱线具有天然抗菌，贴身穿着有润肌养肤，柔软温暖的作用；天丝纤维具有较高的吸湿性，光泽优美，手感柔软，悬垂性好，飘逸性好，由此构成的亲肤层3在穿着时更为舒适。所述的保温层2由含相变材料的粘胶纤维与棉纤维混纺织造形成。优选的，所述的保温层2中含相变材料的粘胶纤维的含量占总保温层2的60%~70%。含相变材料的粘胶纤维是将Outlast相交材料封闭在微胶囊中然后与粘胶纺丝溶液混合纺制而成，Outlast相变材料是一种可以吸收、储存和释放热量的智能温控物质，在这个过程中其形态从固体转化为液体然后再恢复到固体。所述的防水薄膜层1为TPU薄膜层、PVC薄膜层或PE薄膜层。所述的驱虫层4包括纺织品用防水透气防蚊虫涂层胶。通过在最外层设置驱蚊层4，可以直接与外部空气接触，驱虫层散发的驱蚊虫气味，可以直接散发到空气内，对蚊虫起到驱离的功能。
