Abstract
The invention relates to a four-door two-cover deformation folding table device for a white car body welding production line, which comprises a main body base: the support guide mechanism and the deformation folding mechanism are arranged on the ground and used for supporting the upper part of the support guide mechanism; support guiding mechanism: the outer plates of the four doors and the two covers of the white body are supported and fixed, and the white body consists of a plurality of supporting and guiding units arranged at the upper part of the main body base; deformation and folding mechanism: the outer plates of the four doors and the two covers are opened and consist of a plurality of deformation folding units arranged at the upper part of the main body base; the deformation folding mechanism is arranged on the periphery of the supporting and guiding mechanism, the supporting and guiding mechanism positions and fixes the part outer plate, and the deformation folding mechanism opens and deforms the part outer plate to complete the buckling of the part outer plate and the inner plate. Compared with the prior art, the invention reduces one pre-edging process, reduces the cost and the occupied area of an operation area, can be widely used in a four-door two-cover production line of a host factory, has stable work and does not damage the appearance surface of parts.

Technical Field

Background
At present, after the buckling of the inner plate and the outer plate of the four-door two-cover is finished, the inner plate and the outer plate are connected together by using a robot binding pressing process, but along with the development of industrial technology and the competitive pressure of market environment, the whole car factory has higher requirements on the productivity of automobiles, the traditional robot binding pressing process has become the bottleneck for improving the production beat due to longer time consumption, more and more whole car factories select a press or a flanging machine to replace the traditional binding pressing process, but the maximum value of the flange opening angle of the outer plate has higher requirements (generally about 110 ℃), the limit of the maximum value of the flange opening angle of the outer plate and the buckling of the inner plate are contradicted, the current process generally firstly ensures that the flange opening angle of the outer plate meets the buckling requirement (generally about 130 ℃), and then additionally adds a pre-binding process to pre-roll the outer plate to an angle which can meet the use requirement of the press, but because an additional pre-binding process is added, the cost is increased, the occupied space is increased, and the rolling head of pre-binding is easy to wear and consume.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems and provide the four-door two-cover deformation folding table device for the white body welding production line, which can smoothly complete the buckling of the inner plate and the outer plate of the four-door two-cover without adding pre-edging operation.
The aim of the invention is achieved by the following technical scheme:
a four-door two-cover deformation folding table device for a body-in-white welding production line comprises: main body base: the support guide mechanism and the deformation folding mechanism are arranged on the ground and used for supporting the upper part of the support guide mechanism; support guiding mechanism: the outer plates of the four doors and the two covers of the white body are supported and fixed, and the white body consists of a plurality of supporting and guiding units arranged at the upper part of the main body base; deformation and folding mechanism: the outer plates of the four doors and the two covers are opened and consist of a plurality of deformation folding units arranged at the upper part of the main body base; the deformation folding mechanism is arranged on the periphery of the supporting and guiding mechanism, the supporting and guiding mechanism positions and fixes the part outer plate placed on the folding table device, and the deformation folding mechanism opens and deforms the part outer plate to complete buckling of the part outer plate and the inner plate.
Further, the supporting and guiding unit comprises a bracket, a connecting block arranged on the bracket, a supporting block arranged on the connecting block and a sucker.

The working principle of the device is that after the outer plate is placed on the deformation folding table by the robot, the outer plate is fixed on a tool through the supporting and guiding mechanism, the outer plate is unfolded through the sucker of the deformation folding mechanism, the angle of the unfolded flange is enlarged to enable the inner plate to be buckled smoothly, then the inner plate is returned to a state meeting the requirement of stamping of a press to complete buckling, the suction angle of the outer plate is not more than the critical value of plastic deformation of a part, and is in the range of elastic deformation, so that the outer plate can be restored to the original state, and the use requirement of the press is met.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1. the cost is saved: the device can not only reduce the cost of a pre-edging process, but also reduce the occupied area of an operation area.
2. The application range is wide: the deformation folding table can be widely applied to a four-door two-cover production line of a host factory.
3. Safety and reliability: the outer plate is sucked open by using the sucking disc, so that the work is stable, and the appearance surface of the part is not damaged.
4. The overhaul is convenient: compared with the prior four-door two-cover pre-edging process, the deformation folding table is used, so that the daily maintenance cost is reduced.

A four-door two-cover deforming folding table device for a body-in-white welding production line, as shown in fig. 1-3, comprising: main body base 1: the support guide mechanism and the deformation folding mechanism are arranged on the ground and used for supporting the upper part of the support guide mechanism; support guiding mechanism: the outer plates of four doors and two covers of the white body are supported and fixed, and the white body consists of a plurality of support guide units 2 which are arranged at the upper part of a main body base; deformation and folding mechanism: the outer plates of the four doors and the two covers are opened and consist of a plurality of deformation folding units 3 arranged at the upper part of the main body base; the deformation folding mechanism is arranged at the periphery of the supporting and guiding mechanism.
As a preferred embodiment, the support and guide unit 2 comprises a support 201, a connecting block 202 installed on the support 201, a supporting block 203 installed on the connecting block 202 and a suction cup 204, the deformation and closure unit 3 comprises a support 301, a connecting plate 302 connected with the support 301 and a deformation driving component installed on the upper portion of the connecting plate 302, the deformation driving component comprises a cylinder 307, a suction cup 309 and a supporting block 310 connected with the output end of the cylinder 307, the upper portion of the connecting plate 302 is installed to a position stop 305, a position sensor is arranged on the position stop 305, a positioning clamping block 303 is arranged on the lower portion of the position stop 305 and is fixed through a bolt 304, the lower portion of the cylinder 307 is connected with the position stop 305 through a cylinder fixing plate 306, the output end of the cylinder 307 is connected with a suction cup mounting plate 308, the suction cup 309 and the supporting block 310 are installed on the suction cup mounting plate 308, the support and guide unit 2 and the deformation and closure unit 3 are positioned and connected on a main body base 1 through pins, the main body base 1 is a platform structure formed by square steel welding and bolt connection, the main body base 1 comprises a platform stand and a support column arranged on the lower portion of the platform, and an electrical accessory are arranged on the main body base 1.
After the outer plate is placed on the deformation folding table by the robot, the outer plate is fixed on the tool through the supporting and guiding mechanism, the outer plate is opened through the sucker of the deformation folding mechanism, the inner plate can be smoothly buckled by enlarging the angle of the opening flange, then the inner plate returns to a state meeting the stamping requirement of the press, the buckling is completed, the suction opening angle of the outer plate does not exceed the critical value of plastic deformation of the part, the suction opening angle is in the elastic deformation range, and the suction opening angle can be restored to the original state to meet the use requirement of the press.
Claims (5)
1. Four-door two-cover deformation folding table device for body-in-white welding production line is characterized by comprising:
main body base (1): the support guide mechanism and the deformation folding mechanism are arranged on the ground and used for supporting the upper part of the support guide mechanism;
support guiding mechanism: the outer plates of the four doors and the two covers of the white body are supported and fixed, and the white body consists of a plurality of supporting and guiding units (2) which are arranged at the upper part of the main body base;
deformation and folding mechanism: the outer plates of the four doors and the two covers are opened and consist of a plurality of deformation folding units (3) arranged at the upper part of the main body base;
the deformation folding mechanism is arranged at the periphery of the supporting and guiding mechanism, the supporting and guiding mechanism positions and fixes the part outer plate placed on the folding table device, and the deformation folding mechanism opens and deforms the part outer plate to complete the buckling of the part outer plate and the inner plate;
the support guide unit (2) comprises a bracket (201), a connecting block (202) arranged on the bracket (201), a support block (203) arranged on the connecting block (202) and a sucker (204);
the deformation folding unit (3) comprises a bracket (301), a connecting plate (302) connected with the bracket (301) and a deformation driving assembly arranged on the upper part of the connecting plate (302), wherein the deformation driving assembly comprises an air cylinder (307), a sucker (309) connected with the output end of the air cylinder (307) and a supporting block (310);
the upper portion of the connecting plate (302) is provided with a positioning stop block (305), the positioning stop block (305) is provided with a positioning sensor, and the lower portion of the positioning stop block (305) is provided with a positioning clamping block (303) and is fixed through a bolt (304).

The four-door two-cover deformation folding table device for the body-in-white welding production line according to claim 1, wherein the lower part of the air cylinder (307) is connected with the in-place stop block (305) through the air cylinder fixing plate (306), the output end of the air cylinder (307) is connected with the sucker mounting plate (308), and the sucker (309) and the supporting block (310) are mounted on the sucker mounting plate (308).
3. The four-door two-cover deformation folding table device for the body-in-white welding production line according to claim 1, wherein the support guiding unit (2) and the deformation folding unit (3) are connected to the main body base (1) through pins and bolts.

The four-door two-cover deformation folding table device for the body-in-white welding production line according to claim 1, wherein the main body base (1) is a platform structure formed by square steel welding and bolting and comprises a platform frame and a support column arranged at the lower part of the platform frame.
5. The four-door two-cover deformation folding table device for the body-in-white welding production line according to claim 1, wherein the main body base (1) is provided with an air passage control unit and an electric accessory.
