Description
技术领域
本发明涉及植入注射器(implant syringe),其用于将具有长期活性物质(long-term active substance)的线状制剂(preparation)传送到患者的身体。长期制剂通常位于患者的腹腔壁,借助于注射器针将用于制剂的接收通道预先刺入腹腔壁中。
背景技术

根据本发明的植入注射器具有注射器针保持器,注射器针紧固到注射器针保持器,注射器针保持器与制剂接收部相邻,制剂接收部的通道合并(merge)到注射器针的通道中。注射器针保持器连接到植入注射器的外套筒,外套筒的后端具有突出的握持部分,该握持部分被称为前握持部分,由此注射器针、注射器针保持器以及制剂接收部连接到外套筒以一起共同轴向运动。

当两个握持部分彼此接合时,外套筒的缩回优选地终止。优选的是,当外套筒完全缩回时,活塞突出超过注射器针的前端。

2.根据权利要求1所述的植入注射器,其特征在于,所述阻挡装置是弹性臂(17),所述弹性臂(17)从所述内套筒切出,在未加载状态下,所述弹性臂(17)的头端径向突出超过所述内套筒(9)并且阻挡所述外套筒(3)的缩回,优选地所述弹性臂(17)的头端以锁定钩(25)的形式成形。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的植入注射器,其特征在于,所述后套筒(18)具有轴向槽,所述轴向槽在所述弹性臂(17)上滑动,因此,所述弹性臂通过至少一个倾斜表面(26)被径向向内拉回。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的植入注射器,其特征在于,当所述后握持部分(19)抵靠所述内套筒(9)的后缘时,到达所述后套筒(18)的前端位置。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的植入注射器,其特征在于,所述外套筒(3)的缩回通过两个所述握持部分彼此接合限制。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的植入注射器,其特征在于,当所述外套筒(3)完全缩回时,所述活塞(20)突出超过所述注射器针(1)的前端。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的植入注射器,其特征在于,具有弹性臂(24),其突出到所述制剂接收部(7)的通道(23)中,在所述未加载状态下,所述弹性臂(24)阻挡所述制剂的运动。
8.根据权利要求7所述的植入注射器,其特征在于,所述弹性臂(24)以平坦凸起的弯曲方式突出到所述通道(23)中。
9.根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的植入注射器,其特征在于,所述内套筒(9)包括头部分(12),所述头部分(12)与槽区域相邻,并且在周向上闭合并覆盖处于缩回端位置的所述注射器针(1)的前端。
10.根据权利要求9所述的植入注射器,其特征在于,所述头部分(12)具有向前渐缩的截头圆锥形状。
